Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study are to determine the influence of intellectual ability and work decipline on employee performance at Kantor Kecamatan Siantar Sitalasari Kota Pematangsiantar. The research was done by using the design of library and field research. The research method used is the causality method with a qualitative and quantitative approach. The sources of data used in this research are primary and secondary. The population in this study were all employee which amounted to 46 employees. The datawere collected through questionnaire, interviews and documentation.  The analysis technique used is qualitative and descriptive quantitative analysis which consists of multiple linear regression, correlation test and test of determination and hypothesis. Theresults of this study can be summarized are the intellectual ability, the work discipline and the employee performance are good. Then the intellectual ability have a positive and significant influence to the employee performance. Next work descipline have a positive and significant influence to the employee performance.

Abstract

The development of information technology has changed all aspects of human life, particularly the habit of using information technology to meet every day needs. One of the concrete matters that we can see from the rapid development of information technology is the behavior of using marketplaces to carry out online shopping, which is currently increasingly popular to use by consumers. This study aimed to determine how much the influence of price and word of mouth on consumer satisfaction. Data obtained from the research objects were analyzed using a survey model with a quantitative approach. The number of samples obtained as respondents was 160 people. Data for analysis used validity and reliability tests using the outlier model and the SEM structural model as a representative of the inner model. The results of the study show that word of mouth has no effect on user satisfaction. Furthermore, the consumer experience has a significant effect on user satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen Pininta Coffee Pematangsiantar. Unit analisis pada penelitian ini adalah 70 konsumen sebagai sampel. Analisis dilakukan dengan analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen adalah pelayanan karyawan, harga, promosi, produk, dan suasana. Penelitian ini memperoleh temuan, yakni dimensi kepuasan konsumen tertinggi pada produk dengan indikator kemudahan memperoleh produk. Dimensi terendah pada dimensi pelayanan dengan indikator sikap ramah karyawan.Kata kunci: analisis, kepuasan, dan konsumen

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis implementasi iklim organisasi pada Kantor Kecamatan Siantar Utara Pematangsiantar. Metode penlitian dengan survei, pengumpulan data melalui wawancaran dan kuesioner. Unit analisis pada penelitian ini adalah 29 pegawai. Data dianalisis dengan analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa iklim organisasi sudah baik namun belum optimal, dengan dimensi tertinggi pada dimensi dukungan dan dimensi komitmen, serta nilai terendah berada pada dimensi tanggungjawab. Untuk mengoptimalkan implementasi iklim organisasi dengan  peningkatan kemampuan dan kompetensi pegawai.

Abstract

The objective of this study was to determine the effect of organizational culture and commitment to employee performance at the Education Office of Pematangsiantar City. This study used literature and field research designs. The research method used was the causality method with a quantitative approach. The type of data used in this study was qualitative data and quantitative data. The data sources consisted of primary data and secondary data. The population and sample used in this study were 81 permanent employees. The data collection was carried out by questionnaire, interview and documentation. The analysis technique used was qualitative descriptive and quantitative descriptive analysis consisting of multiple linear regression, correlation test and determination and hypothesis tests. The results of this study concluded that the organizational culture, commitment and employee performance were good. Besides, the organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, the commitment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The main goal of this study is to examine the variables that affect MSMEs in Pematangsiantar City s behavioral intention to utilize the QRIS digital payment instrument. A causal quantitative research strategy was used in this study. 250 SMEs served as the study s sample population. Partial Least Squares is the technique used for data analysis (PLS). The statistical program Smartpls 3.0 is used by the data analysis test tool. The results of this study conclude performance expectancy and social influence have a positive but not significant effect on behavioral intention. This study also concludes that effort expectancy, hedonic motivation, trust, lifestyle compatibility, and habit positively and significantly affect behavioral intention. The managerial implications of this research mention that habit and trust are the main factors for MSME actors to adopt payment systems with QRIS. This of course can be used as a recommendation for QRIS providers to improve the performance of several QRIS platforms in the form of increasing security features, so that this will foster a sense of comfort and high trust from users to use and recommend QRIS to others.

Abstract

The main objective of this study is to determine the contribution of transformational leadership, psychological empowerment, and knowledge sharing to innovative work behavior. This study's research method includes library and field research design with a quantitative approach. The research subjects taken in this study were SME actors in the culinary sector in Pematangsiantar City. The research was carried out in eight sub-districts in Pematangsiantar City. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis method used is Partial Least Square (PLS). The data analysis test tool uses the Smartpls statistical software. The results of the data analysis concluded that transformational leadership, psychological empowerment, and knowledge sharing positively and significantly affect innovative work behavior. The theoretical implication of this study concludes that aspects of knowledge sharing, psychological empowerment, and transformational leadership are important stimulants to encourage innovative work behavior. Furthermore, the managerial implications in this study conclude that aspects of knowledge sharing, psychological empowerment, and transformational leadership require serious attention for business actors to encourage more innovative work behavior.

Abstract

Modern Marketing Mix 4Ps focus marketing activities on four pillars: people, process, programs, and performances. With these four pillars, marketers can create campaigns that effectively reach the target audience across various promotional channels to promote products. This study aims to analyze the influence of the Modern Marketing Mix 4Ps in terms of people, processes, programs, and performances on the competitive advantage of MSMEs in Pematangsiantar City. This study's research method includes library and field research design with a quantitative approach. The research subjects taken in this study were SME actors in the culinary sector in Pematangsiantar City. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis method used is Partial Least Square (PLS). The data analysis test tool uses the Smartpls statistical software. The study stated positive and significant results between processes, people, programs, performance, and competitive advantage. The conclusion of this study explains that in determining a good 4PS marketing strategy, business actors should need to determine the process, price, and place, promote the right product, determine the packaging and process, and add human resources who work professionally.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mendapatkan bukti empiris mengenai pengaruh likuiditas, dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap struktur modal pada Jakarta Islamic Index yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2017-2021. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian kuantatif dengan menggunakan data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan. Metode penentuan sampel dilakukan melalui metode purposive sampling. Pengujian yang digunakan adalah uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linear berganda dan sederhana, uji koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Variabel independen adalah likuiditas dan ukuran perusahaan, sedangkan variabel dependen adalah struktur modal. Hasil pengujian uji asumsi klasik menyatakan bahwa model regresi dalam penelitian ini data berdistribusi normal dan tidak terjadi gejala heteroskedastisitas, multikolinearitas dan autokorelasi. Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa secara bersama-sama variabel likuiditas dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap struktur modal. Hasil pengujian koefisien determinasi menunjukkan 22,5% yang berarti likuiditas dan ukuran perusahaan memberikan kontribusi sebesar 22,5% terhadap struktur modal, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 77,5% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.
