The purpose of this research is to determine the impact of Corporate Mudharabah Deposits on the Net Profits of Islamic Banking Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2011 to 2020. The population of this study includes Islamic commercial banks registered on the Indonesian stock exchange, with the number of samples determined by the purposive sampling approach, namely three companies: PT. BNI Syariah, PT. BRI Syariah, and PT. Sharia Mandiri. This is a quantitative study that uses published secondary data to examine the number of Mudharabah deposit savings and profits of Islamic banking institutions from 2011 to 2020 using the panel data approach. This study's test is a linear regression of panel data using the Stata 16 measuring instrument. The Common Effect model was chosen for this study based on the model's accuracy tests, which include the Chow test, Hausman test, and Lagrange Multiplier test. According to the study's findings, the amount of the Company's Mudharabah Deposits influences the level of net income earned by the company.

The purpose of this study is to identify the effect of Return on Assets (ROA), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) on the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) of Islamic Commercial Banks and Sharia Business Units in Indonesia. The independent variables of this study were ROA (X1) and FDR (X2), and the dependent variable was CAR (Y). This is a quantitative analysis that was conducted in 2019 from January to December using secondary data that has previously been released. The population of this research is the financial ratios of Islamic commercial banks and my business units acquired from the Financial Services Authority's statistical reports on Islamic banks issued in 2019 utilizing Time series data. This original study test is multiple linear regression, which is measured with Stata 16. The Common Effect model was selected for this study based on the model accuracy test and the classical assumption test with normality, heteroscedasticity, and multicollinearity test methods. According to the results of a study, ROA and FDR have a positive relationship to CAR. CAR will grow for every 1% increase in ROA, and CAR will increase for every 1% increase in FDR. The independent variable is simultaneous and has no effect on the dependent.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Budgetary Knowledge of Council Members on Regional Financial Supervision in Tolitoli Regency with Community Participation as a moderating variable. This study uses a quantitative research approach design, namely research that describes in detail the effect of the Knowledge of Council Members on Budgeting on Regional Financial Supervision in Tolitoli Regency with Community Participation as an intervening variable. This type of research is used to develop concepts and collect facts and test hypotheses. Sources of data in the form of primary and secondary data, namely primary data are data from interviews and research questionnaires and secondary data are data obtained indirectly such as documentation data, articles, and organizational structure. Based on the research and discussion results, it can be concluded that the Budgetary Knowledge of Council Members has a significant effect on Regional Financial Supervision in Tolitoli Regency. Regional Financial Supervision affects the Absolute Residual value so that it can be said that Community Participation (Z) moderates the relationship between Council Member Knowledge (X) and Regional Financial Supervision (Y). The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and Return On Assets (ROA) on Islamic People's Financing Banks' MSME Financing in Indonesia. CAR (X1) and ROA (X2) are the independent variables in this study, whereas MSME Financing is the dependent variable (Y). This is a quantitative study that will take place in 2021, from January to December, using secondary data that has already been released. The Islamic People's Financing financial ratio was acquired from the Financial Services Authority's (OJK) statistics report of Islamic banks issued in 2021 utilizing Time series data, and the test of this study was multiple linear regression using Stata 16 as the measuring instrument. Multiple linear regression was employed in this study, and it was chosen based on the model accuracy test and the classical assumption test using normality, heteroscedasticity, and multicollinearity test techniques. The study's findings show that CAR and ROA have a favourable association with MSME funding at the same time. MSME finance will rise with every increase in ROA and CAR. While CAR has a largely favourable association with MSME finance, ROA has a negatively related relationship with MSME financing.

Companies need to pay sufficient attention to their work environment. A conducive work environment can provide a sense of security at work, so that if an employee enjoys his work environment, employees will feel at home at work and can do good activities so that work discipline can be improved. This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment on work discipline at PT. BNI (Persero) Bima Branch. This research is associative type with quantitative data from primary data sources. The data analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, simple regression analysis, correlation, determination test and t test. The results of the study there is a significant influence between the work environment on the work discipline of employees at PT. BNI (Persero) Bima Branch with a very strong relationship level. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti hubungan antara persepsi dukungan orgnisasional, kolektivisme organisasional, kemampuan belajar perusahaan dan keterlekatan karyawan pada Usaha Kecil-menengah (UKM) di Indonesia. Lebih spesifik lagi, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki efek moderasi dari kolektivisme organisasional pada hubungan antara persepsi dukungan organisasional dan keterlekatan karyawan dan antara kemampuan belajar perusahaan dan keterlekatan karyawan. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan Usaha kecil-menengah (UKM) di Indonesia dan data dikumpulkan menggunakan survei. Dengan menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda dan analisis moderasi, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa persepsi dukungan organisasional dan kemampuan belajar perusahaan sama-sama memiliki hubungan positif dan signifikan terhadap keterlekatan karyawan. Kolektivisme organisasional ditemukan memperkuat hubungan kemampuan belajar perusahaan terhadap keterlekatan karyawan akan tetapi memperlemah hubungan antara persepsi dukungan organisasional dan keterlekatan karyawan

The purpose of this research is to find out how to improve employee performance through rewards and training. This is behind the phenomenon of problems faced by the Fast Express company, namely the results of employee performance for the 2019 to 2021 period have not yet reached the expected target. Of the many factors that can affect employee performance, there are 2 main factors that will be examined by researchers, namely training and rewards. The research was conducted at PT Si Cepat Express, the research period was from March-May 2022. The research population was PT Si Cepat Express employees, especially in the Operations team, for which the exact number could not be known. This study uses non-probability and purposive sampling techniques. The sample consisted of 100 respondents, but only 82 complete questionnaires were considered usable. The results showed that training and rewards had a significant and positive effect on employee performance. This proves that the implementation of training and awards by the company Sicepat Express can have an effect on improving the performance of its employees.

The purpose of this research is to learn more about the business model canvas (BMC) and how it may be used to help students develop an entrepreneurial attitude. The BMC technique for both corporations and organizations is becoming increasingly popular in examining startups or businesses to show the business entity. Action This study's research reveals the most effective and efficient method for demonstrating a gain in performance or learning. This study is both qualitative and quantitative in nature. A questionnaire was completed by 30 students who had taken entrepreneurial classes. The results suggested that using the BMC method could help students develop a more entrepreneurial mindset. The BMC technique allows students to be recognized, taught, and utilized in entrepreneurship courses and practices

The Open University (UT) is a higher education institution that has conducted distance learning since 1984. To facilitate its services, UT has a Distance Learning Program Unit (UPBJJ) which is a UT technical implementation unit spread across every province. The functions and duties of UPBJJ-UT are as a place for students to carry out academic administrative and academic activities. For daily activities, UPBJJ-UT has the task of carrying out administrative and public relations activities as well as promotions, carrying out learning assistance services and teaching materials services which include tutorials and extracurricular activities, and developing, fostering, and implementing collaboration with various agencies. This requires the optimal performance of human resources in order to be able to compete against its competitors. Agile can be understood as the ability to react appropriately and quickly to emerging changes, as well as the ability to survive in volatile market conditions. The population and sample in this study are UT employees and leaders who are in regional units in each province with a sample of 200 people, for leaders starting from the Director, four people at the manager level. The analytical tool used with SMART PLS and description analysis with SPSS. The results showed that there was a positive influence of agile leadership and work stress on employee performance, and the results of the analysis test on job satisfaction on employee performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, motivation and competence on employee performance at PT. Pelindo IV Makassar Branch. The method used is multiple regression analysis using a questionnaire. The sample in this study were employees of PT. Pelindo IV (Persero) Makassar Branch which was selected through the Census method with a total of 50 employees. The results of this study indicate that based on the partial test, the Work Discipline variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the Performance variable (Y), the Motivation variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on the Performance variable (Y), and the Competence variable (X3) also has a positive effect. and significant to the Performance variable (Y). While the results of the simultaneous test of Work Discipline variable (X1), Motivation variable (X2) and Competence variable (X3) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). The variable that has a more dominant influence is the competence variable.
