Abstract

Competence at present is the basis for the performance assessment. The primary objective of performance assessments is to optimize team member performance where faith must link team member duties and characteristics to organizational strategy.Performance assessments are done to measure employees' performance objectively and hereafter expected to provide valid performance assessments according to the employees' competence. The research aimed at knowing what competency criteria were judged in team member performance. (SLR) research methods used literature review (SLR) through the vold's help, by applying previous research to find any competence criteria that were used for team member performance assessments. Research results found on the competence criteria for assessed employment performance include the following: 1) commitment to organization, 2) a spirit of achievers, 3) serves, 4) teamwork, 5) proactive, 6) leads, 7) discipline , 8) thinks analytical and 9) self-control. Research results will be made as a recommendation for the performance assessments of employees at the education hospital in Jabodetabek

Abstract

Differences cause conflict if not accompanied by tolerance in it. This study aims to identify the role of the Central Kalimantan Regional Police in Police Goes To School as a Form of Urgency in the Central Kalimantan Regional Police's Multiculturalism Education. The preparation of this work uses a qualitative method with a descriptive type approach. Data collection techniques in the preparation of this work using interviews, observation and documentation. The analysis used by the author in compiling this work uses a descriptive type. The results of the preparation of this work are Police Goes to School when visiting schools with 1) Police goes to school Traffic Education from an Early Age, 2). Socialization of the Importance of Using SNI Helmets, 3). Socialization of road signs and markings, and 4). Children in an Orderly Health Protocol and Orderly Covid Prevention Program from an early age. Meanwhile, other materials which include the urgency of multiculturalism education when Police Goes to School are 1). As an alternative means of conflict resolution, 2). So that students are not uprooted from cultural roots, and 3). Towards a multicultural Indonesian society

Abstract

Studies related to the relationship between psychological capital and work engagement have been carried out in previous studies in various contexts. The aim of this study is to conduct a meta-analytic of the empirical study of psychological capital models in the field of management. Meta-analysis was carried out through article searches from the ScienceDirect, Emerald Insight, Proquest, Sage, Google Scholar databases of 17 research articles that were selected and thoroughly analyzed. The results reveal that psychological capital has a positive and significant relationship with work engagement. This research provides promotion for managerial and practice and recommends further research that can be explored.

Abstract

Education is the process of developing human abilities such as manners, morals, and intellectual ability so that humans can apply them in everyday life and attain desired goals and happiness without the assistance of others. The philosophical, social, cultural, psychological, scientific and technological, economic, historical, and religious foundations form the basis of education. The essence of education is the extension of the human capacity to learn, as a result of the learner's own efforts, and eventually as a sequence of historic forms of labor organization. Multicultural education involves the concept that all students, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, social status, or ethnic, racial, or cultural features, should have equal access to education. The dimensions of multicultural education are content integration, knowledge construction processes, reduction reduction, pedagogical equity, and Member School Culture and Social Structure. The implementation of multicultural education in Indonesia is still found some deficiencies.

Abstract

The study aims to find out how the influence of accountability and professionalism of auditors partially and simultaneously on the quality of audits at the Public Accounting Firm in Makassar City and Gowa Regency. This research using a descriptive quantitave approach was obtained through the distribution of research questionnaires to respondents, namely auditors who work at the Public Accounting Firm in Makassar City and Gowa Regency. And then the method analysis using multiple regression analysis that’s contain data quality test (validity and reliability), the classics assumption test, coefficient determinant test, t test, and F test. The results showed that the accountability variable had meaning that accountability partially had a positive and significant effect on audit quality at the Public Accounting Firm in the City in the City Makassar and Gowa Regency. Furthermore, the auditor's professionalism variable had which means that the professionalism of the auditor partially has a positive and significant effect on the quality of the audit at the Public Accounting Firm in the City in the City Makassar and Gowa Regency. simultaneously that the accountability and professionalism of the auditor has a positive and significant effect on the quality of the audit at the Public Accounting Firm in the City in the City Makassar and Gowa Regency

Abstract

This study aims to determine and explain the implementation of ISO 9001:2015 based quality management standards on PT. Dutabahari Menara Line Dockyard Banjarmasin. The method used in this research is descriptive method. Data obtained based on the results of interview, observation, and direct observation made by the author.The results of research conducted by the author can conclude that the application of quality management standards based on ISO 9001: 2015 at PT. Dutabahari Menara Line Dockyard Banjarmasin has been implemented passably. Although there are still principles that have not been met, the company is expected to be able to increase the support of various parties, in the end must be fulfilled.

Abstract

The research to determine how the nfluence of motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PTHasnur Riung Sinergi Tapin. The results of the study indicate that there are still employees who lack discipline, especially on timeliness of work attendance. Although there are some employees who still lack work discipline, the performance of employees in this company has carried out their performance well. After analyzing and discussing the problem, the author concludes that the Ef ect of Motivation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT Hasnur Riung Sinergi Tapin is still not exactly work discipline on its performance, this PT Hasnur Riung Sinergi Tapin still needs to improve its performance fromthe one so that can get better company performance

Abstract

The research, entitled Biscuit Purchasing Procedure at PT. Semestanustra Distrindo in Banjarmasin aims to obtain an overview of "Biscuit Purchasing Procedure at PT. Semestanustra Distrindo Branch Banjarmasin. This type of research used in this final project is descriptive qualitative research, where the data obtained from the results of observations, interviews, documentation are then described qualitatively. The result of research on Indirect Biscuit Purchasing Procedure at PT. Semestanustra Distrindo Banjarmasin Branch shows that there are eight channels or stages, namely; Request salesmen or buyers, Conduct market surveys, Make a list of items to be purchased. Send a Purcashing Order, Receiving goods, Checking the goods that have been received, Returns, Paying transactions according to invoice procedures. After analyzing and discussing the indirect biscuit purchasing procedure at PT. Semestanustra Distrindo Banjarmasin Branch, the authors concluded that the indirect purchasing procedure at PT. Semestanustra Distrindo Banjarmasin Branch has been structured regularly and well, but the implementation is not optimal, the number of stages is carried out according to company needs. In order for procedures that are well structured and easy to implement, it is necessary to have regular training and outreach to employees and a flowcart.

Abstract

This essay offers a thorough analysis of the literature on teachers' professional development and digital competence. Finding current research patterns and making improvements for upcoming research are the goals of this study. The PRISMA Statement Guidelines for Systematic Review and Meta-analysis method is the foundation for the approach adopted. Following the application of inclusion, exclusion, and theme criteria, 25 papers made up the sample for this study. The studies that were chosen stress the significance of digital competence as one of the difficulties that qualitative techniques present for teachers nowadays. This study concludes that the majority of the studies that were chosen showed a lack of teacher preparation and insufficient Information and Communication Technology (ICT) training.
