Abstract

This research investigates and analyzes the impact of motivation, communication, leadership style, and compensation variables on work satisfaction. The populations in this study were employees at the Customs and Excise Office of Bontang C Type of Customs and Excise Office, which numbered 113 persons. Saturated samples were used for sampling. Furthermore, there are two methodologies used: descriptive and explanatory. The information obtained was from quantitative data that was statistically analyzed. The data in this study was analyzed utilizing statistical analysis, namely SEM-Structural Equation Modeling with AMOS-22 tools. The results showed that motivation contributed to the increase in job satisfaction. Communication and leadership do not directly affect job satisfaction. Compensation has a significant effect on job satisfaction.

Abstract

This research investigates and analyzes the influence of variables of Motivation, communication, leadership style on employee performance on employee performance variables at the Office of Supervision and Customs & Excise Service Type C Bontang Customs. These variables in this study are referred to simultaneously, for example, endogenous variables: Motivation (X1), Communication (X2), Leadership Style (X3), (While endogenous or dependent variables (dependend variables) are Performance (Y). using primary data, namely data obtained from respondents directly from interview results or the results of filling out questionnaires collected through field surveys. And secondary data is data that is taken indirectly, namely data that has been processed by agencies, in the form of reference books, reports. The data analysis used in this study is qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. The population used is employees at the Bontang Customs Supervision and Service Office type C Customs Which amounts to 113 people. By using the jebuh sample method, that is, all populations become samples. using spss for Windows programs ver 22.0 and AMOS ver 22.0. Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, this shows that the higher the motivation, the more it will improve employee performance. Communication has a significant effect on performance, this shows that the better the communication will make the higher the employee's performance. Leadership Style does not have a significant effect on employee performance, this shows that leadership style does not have a direct effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how much influence PR and MPR have on Menantea's consumer buying interest on Youtube, to find out what is the influence of PR and MPR on buying interest of UEU students, and to analyze whether there is a digital influence of MPR on buying interest of Youtube users. This research is a survey research. The population of this research is youtube users. The sampling method used in this study was accidental sampling with 22 respondents. The collected questionnaire data has been tested using validity and reliability. The data analysis technique in this research is multiple linear regression. The results show that there is a public relationship related to buying interest which is positively influenced by a t-test significance value smaller than the specified significance level, Digital MPR is positively influenced by purchasing decisions with a t-test significant value smaller than the specified significance level and public relations and digital MPR together with buying interest which is positively influenced by the f-test significant value smaller than the specified significance level.

Abstract

Education is the process of developing human abilities such as manners, morals, and intellectual ability so that humans can apply them in everyday life and attain desired goals and happiness without the assistance of others. The philosophical, social, cultural, psychological, scientific and technological, economic, historical, and religious foundations form the basis of education. The essence of education is the extension of the human capacity to learn, as a result of the learner's own efforts, and eventually as a sequence of historic forms of labor organization. Multicultural education involves the concept that all students, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, social status, or ethnic, racial, or cultural features, should have equal access to education. The dimensions of multicultural education are content integration, knowledge construction processes, reduction reduction, pedagogical equity, and Member School Culture and Social Structure. The implementation of multicultural education in Indonesia is still found some deficiencies

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh langsung variabel motivasi, komunikasi, gaya kepemimpinan serta kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja pegawai, pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai serta pengaruh tidak langsung motivasi, komunikasi, gaya kepemimpinan serta kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja pada Kantor Pengawasan dan Pelayanan Bea Cukai Tipe Madya Pabean C Bontang. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua pendekatan, yaitu pendekatan deskriptif (descriptive research) dan pendekatan eksplanatori (explanatory research). Populasi dalam penelitian adalah pegawai pada Kantor Pengawasan dan Pelayanan Bea Cukai Tipe Madya Pabean C Bontang yang berjumlah 113 orang. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan sampel jenuh, sehingga sampel penelitian adalah 113 orang. Data yang diperoleh berupa data kuantitatif dan diolah secara statistik. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis statistik, yaitu SEM-Structural Equation Modeling dengan menggunakan alat bantu AMOS-22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Motivasi  berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan kepuasan kerja. Komunikasi tidak berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap kepuasan kerja. Gaya kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kompensasi mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Motivasi mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Komunikasi mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja. Gaya kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kompensasi tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kepuasan kerja mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Motivasi berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja. Komunikasi berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja. Gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja. Kompensasi berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

The research aims to determine the determinants of the success of modern retail or minimarket groups and their attractiveness to consumers. This research is a literature review research from scientific studies. The research subjects are consumers from modern retail/minimarkets with the objects of this research being all modern retail/minimarkets. A systematic, explicit and reproducible method for identifying, evaluating and synthesizing research results and ideas with a literature search was carried out in the ScienceDirect, Emerald Insight, Proquest, Sage, Google Scholar databases using the keywords Marketing Mix, modern retail, traditional retail and modern retail consumers. The results of this research show that consumers feel that modern retail has relatively low prices and a variety of products but with consistent quality. Shopping becomes more comfortable because the environment provided by supermarkets is a comfortable place and a conducive shopping environment and finds that attractive interior displays influence consumer satisfaction. Promotion is also an important part of the main factors that will determine customer loyalty. Modern retail promotion techniques can also help maintain customer loyalty and attract new customers to switch from traditional retail

Abstract

This training activity aims to provide knowledge and understanding both theoretically and practically about digital startup business and break event point calculations for students of SMK Hutama Bekasi City. Through this training, it is hoped that it can provide provisions and prepare SMK graduates to enter the digital business world as a startup and be able to calculate break even points to minimize the risk of loss from the business to be run. The method of implementing this service begins with the preparation stage, providing training materials, implementation (practicum business plan, digital marketing, and BEP calculation), then evaluating and reviewing. The results of this community service activity show that Hutama Vocational School students are able to make a business plan, understand and run a digital marketing work system for a new business, and perform break event point calculations properly. Kegiatan pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman baik secara teori maupun praktik tentang bisnis startup digital dan perhitungan break event point pada siswa-siswi SMK Hutama Kota Bekasi. Melalui pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan bekal dan menyiapkan lulusan SMK untuk terjun ke dunia bisnis secara digital sebagai seorang startup dan mampu melakukan perhitungan break even point untuk memperkecil resiko kerugian dari bisnis yang akan dijalankan. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian ini diawali dengan tahap persiapan, pemberian materi pelatihan, pelaksanaan (praktikum bisnis plan, digital marketing, dan perhitungan BEP), selanjutnya dilakukan evaluasi dan review. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa siswa-siswi SMK Hutama mampu membuat bisnis plan, memahami dan menjalankan  sistem kerja digital marketing untuk sebuah usaha baru, dan melakukan perhitungan break event point dengan baik.

Abstract

Sektor ekonomi memegang peranan penting dalam era globalisasi. Pada era globalisasi perkembangan teknologi bertumbuh dengan cepat, pemasaran yang semula tradisional beralih ke media online (digital), sehingga menimbulkan persaingan yang ketat dalam sektor pertumbuhan usaha. Ketidaktahuan masyarakat terkait penjualan secara online menjadi kendala tersendiri, dikarenakan masyarakat Desa Sederhana Muara Gembong tidak dapat memanfaatkan teknologi digital secara maksimal. Hal ini menimbulkan kesempatan dalam mengembangkan usaha bisnis menjadi terhambat. Melihat masalah yang ada, Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk mensosialisasikan pemanfaatan media sosial seperti WhatsApp, Instagram, facebook, twitter, TikTok sebagai langkah pemasaran online untuk memecahkan permasalahan yang dihadapi, Target program ini adalah adanya peningkatan pengetahuan terkait pemanfaatan media social dan kemampuan dalam membangun kreatifitas melalui konten pemberitaan. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan dengan memberikan sosialisasi materi pengenalan pengatahuan dalam pemanfaatan media sosial baik secara efektif dan efisien dalam meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat. Hasil kegiatan memperlihatkan antusias para masyarakat yang ikut hadir. Sejak awal memerhatikan dan mengikuti semua rangkaian acara hingga selesai dan aktif memberikan beberapa pertanyaan. Kegiatan ini juga memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan pada pencapaian beberapa Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (Sustainable Development Goals/SDGs) di tingkat desa yaitu pertumbuhan ekonomi yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan

Abstract

The Tri Dharma of Higher Education requires 3 main pillars, teaching, research and community service. Community service aims to increase the dignity and status of the community in the intended place of service. Community Service was at Muara Gembong, Bekasi Regency. which are predominantly farmers and fishermen, has not fully utilized social media to improve their social life, this has encouraged the realization of community service activities. Aimed high school age with the hope that they will become pioneers of change and pioneers of improving the quality of life through social media. This social media utilization activity aims to provide knowledge and understanding both theoretically and practically regarding the use of social media in the era of digitalization to students of Ass'adatul Abadiyah Muaragembong Vocational School, Bekasi Regency. Through this training, it is hoped that it can provide provisions and prepare vocational school graduates who can immediately enter the digital business world by utilizing social media. The method implemented in the implementation of community service activities is by holding socialization activities, providing an understanding of the in and out of social media. The method of implementing this service begins with the preparation stage, providing material and practicing using social media.

Abstract

Gempa bumi yang terjadi di Kabupaten Cianjur telah merusak fasilitas belajar dan mengakibatkan guru meninggal dunia sehingga kegiatan belajar terganggu dan anak – anak usia sekolah mengalami trauma pasca gempa. Untuk itu, kepada anak – anak usia sekolah perlu diberikan pendampingan belajar untuk menumbuhkan minat belajar pasca gempat dan trauma healing untuk menghilangkan mengurangi efek trauma yang dialami. Kegiatan pendampingan belajar dilakukan dengan pembimbingan dengan menggunakan cerita fabel sains dan Buku Seri Ensiklopedia tentang mahluk hewan, tubuh manusia dan tumbuh-tumbuhan. Metode trauma healing yang digunakan adalah metode permainan yang dilaksanakan secara individu dan berkelompok dengan menggunakan alat tulis dan gambar, bernyanyi danercerita. Hasil kegiatan pembimbingan belajar menjelaskan bahwa 100% siswa sekolah dasar dapat mengikuti kegiatan bimbingan dengan baik dan mampu menceritakan kembali materi belajar dengan baik. Hasil kegiatan trauma healing menunjukkan bahwa dengan metode bermain, bernyaji dan mendengar cerita dongeng, siswa sekolah dasar yang mengalami langsung peristiwa gempat dapat terhibur.
