Abstract

The research aims to determine the determinants of the success of modern retail or minimarket groups and their attractiveness to consumers. This research is a literature review research from scientific studies. The research subjects are consumers from modern retail/minimarkets with the objects of this research being all modern retail/minimarkets. A systematic, explicit and reproducible method for identifying, evaluating and synthesizing research results and ideas with a literature search was carried out in the ScienceDirect, Emerald Insight, Proquest, Sage, Google Scholar databases using the keywords Marketing Mix, modern retail, traditional retail and modern retail consumers. The results of this research show that consumers feel that modern retail has relatively low prices and a variety of products but with consistent quality. Shopping becomes more comfortable because the environment provided by supermarkets is a comfortable place and a conducive shopping environment and finds that attractive interior displays influence consumer satisfaction. Promotion is also an important part of the main factors that will determine customer loyalty. Modern retail promotion techniques can also help maintain customer loyalty and attract new customers to switch from traditional retail

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation in the form of material incentives on increasing employee work productivity at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency, Sarmi Regency, Papua Province. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative, in which the writer describes the results of observations and analyzes the data obtained in the field. The data analysis used in this study is descriptive analysis by explaining the material motivation of the incentives provided by the company to employees to increase work productivity at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency, Sarmi Regency, Papua Province After analyzing and discussing the problem, the authors conclude that motivation for increasing work productivity is very influential by the remuneration provided which can be adjusted to the conditions of the agency concerned, because with motivation and a sense of belonging and great responsibility, it will increase work productivity and increase productivity. income for the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency, Sarmi Regency, Papua Province, so that it has an impact on the welfare of employees and will support the achievement of goals in agencies that have been planned as effectively and efficiently as possible. To increase employee motivation and work productivity, the head of the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency, Sarmi Regency, Papua Province, applies work discipline, namely the stipulation of working hours and limits on working hours accompanied by breaks. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work motivation on employee performance in the village office of Salassae Kec. Bulukumpa Regency. Bulukumba The type of research used is descriptive quantitative, in which the writer describes the results of observations and analyzes the data obtained in the field. To determine the effect of work motivation variables on employee performance, a linear analysis of the dependent and independent variables was carried out. The dependent variable (Y) in this study is performance, while the independent variable (X) is work motivation. After analyzing and discussing the problem, the authors draw conclusions from the results of the regression data processing above explaining that the value of the regression coefficient of motivation (X) on employee performance (Y) is 0.321 (32.1%), this indicates that motivation (X) has the influence on employee performance (Y) is equal to 32.1% meaning that if there is motivation (X) of 100%, it will increase employee performance (Y) by 32.1%, and vice versa Keywords: Work Motivation, Work Motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the variable of tax expense, tunneling incentive and leverage on transfer pricing with profitability as a moderating variable. This study is quantitative using secondary data obtained from manufacturing companies with food and beverage sector listed on the Indonesia Stocks Exchange (IDX) in 2015-2020. The sampling process used a purposive sampling technique using several criteria that have been determined by the researcher. The data analysis technique used is panel data analysis using the statistical application of E-Views 12 as a data tool. The results of this study indicate that tax expense, tunneling incentive and leverage on transfer pricing together affect transfer pricing. Partially, tax expense and leverage have a positive insignificants effect on transfer pricing. Tunneling incentive has a positive significants effect on transfer pricing. And then, profitability has a positive significant with tax expense on transfer pricing

Abstract

The problem discussed in this study is the Competence of Business Administration Lecturers at the National Informatics Polytechnic. Based on these issues, this study aims to determine and analyze the Competencies of Business Administration Study Lecturers at the Makassar National Informatics Polytechnic. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative that describes the competence of Business Administration Study Program lecturers at the National Informatics Polytechnic. Analysis of the data used in this study is a quantitative descriptive analysis using a frequency distribution table by giving a percentage of each respondent's number of responses then analyzed and concluded using the Likert scale assessment category. The results showed that the pedagogical and professional competence of lecturers was already good. But it still needs to be improved, especially in terms of learning strategies. Lecturer Business Administration Program Competency at the National Informatics Polytechnic in terms of professional aspects is very good but lecturers still need to improve their knowledge. Lecturer Business Administration Program Competency at the National Informatics Polytechnic in terms of Personality is very good. Lecturer Business Administration Program Competency at the National Informatics Polytechnic in terms of social aspects is very good.

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) the level of profit sharing has a positive and significant effect on mudharabah deposits. (2) The interest rate has a negative and significant effect on mudharabah deposits. The research data is data sourced from the monthly reports of PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia and Bank Indonesia's monthly data. The data obtained were analyzed by multiple regression.This research is a case study of PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk. The population in this study is the balance sheet financial statements of PT. Bank Muamalat and Bank Indonesia data regarding mudharabah deposits, profit sharing rates and interest rates. While the sample used in this study is the monthly data on the balance sheet financial statements of PT. Bank Muamalat and Bank Indonesia data regarding mudharabah deposits, profit sharing rates and interest rates during 2020-2022. The variables studied in this study include profit sharing rates, interest rates, and mudharabah deposits. The data collection method used is documentation.The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant effect of the level of profit sharing on mudharabah deposits. And the interest rate has a negative and significant effect on mudharabah deposits.

Abstract

There are still problems with the Momunu Village apparatus due to a lack of motivation and ability to work which causes decreased work productivity. This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and competence of human resources on the work productivity of Momunu Village apparatus, Momunu District, Buol Regency. This research uses quantitative research methods. The data source is primary data, namely data obtained through questionnaires, interviews and documentation related to this study and using multiple linear regression methods Based on the results of the study, it showed that the motivation variable partially had no effect on the work productivity variable, as evidenced by the results of the t test with a significance value of 0.087 above the value of 0.05. However, the human resource competence variable partially has a significant effect on work productivity variables with a significance value of 0.003 below the value of 0.05. Simultaneously motivation and competence of human resources have a significant effect on work productivity with a significance value of 0.000 above the value of 0.05.
