Abstract

Companies need to pay sufficient attention to their work environment. A conducive work environment can provide a sense of security at work, so that if an employee enjoys his work environment, employees will feel at home at work and can do good activities so that work discipline can be improved. This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment on work discipline at PT. BNI (Persero) Bima Branch. This research is associative type with quantitative data from primary data sources. The data analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, simple regression analysis, correlation, determination test and t test. The results of the study there is a significant influence between the work environment on the work discipline of employees at PT. BNI (Persero) Bima Branch with a very strong relationship level. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti hubungan antara persepsi dukungan orgnisasional, kolektivisme organisasional, kemampuan belajar perusahaan dan keterlekatan karyawan pada Usaha Kecil-menengah (UKM) di Indonesia. Lebih spesifik lagi, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki efek moderasi dari kolektivisme organisasional pada hubungan antara persepsi dukungan organisasional dan keterlekatan karyawan dan antara kemampuan belajar perusahaan dan keterlekatan karyawan. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan Usaha kecil-menengah (UKM) di Indonesia dan data dikumpulkan menggunakan survei. Dengan menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda dan analisis moderasi, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa persepsi dukungan organisasional dan kemampuan belajar perusahaan sama-sama memiliki hubungan positif dan signifikan terhadap keterlekatan karyawan. Kolektivisme organisasional ditemukan memperkuat hubungan kemampuan belajar perusahaan terhadap keterlekatan karyawan akan tetapi memperlemah hubungan antara persepsi dukungan organisasional dan keterlekatan karyawan

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how to improve employee performance through rewards and training. This is behind the phenomenon of problems faced by the Fast Express company, namely the results of employee performance for the 2019 to 2021 period have not yet reached the expected target. Of the many factors that can affect employee performance, there are 2 main factors that will be examined by researchers, namely training and rewards. The research was conducted at PT Si Cepat Express, the research period was from March-May 2022. The research population was PT Si Cepat Express employees, especially in the Operations team, for which the exact number could not be known. This study uses non-probability and purposive sampling techniques. The sample consisted of 100 respondents, but only 82 complete questionnaires were considered usable. The results showed that training and rewards had a significant and positive effect on employee performance. This proves that the implementation of training and awards by the company Sicepat Express can have an effect on improving the performance of its employees.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to learn more about the business model canvas (BMC) and how it may be used to help students develop an entrepreneurial attitude. The BMC technique for both corporations and organizations is becoming increasingly popular in examining startups or businesses to show the business entity. Action This study's research reveals the most effective and efficient method for demonstrating a gain in performance or learning. This study is both qualitative and quantitative in nature. A questionnaire was completed by 30 students who had taken entrepreneurial classes. The results suggested that using the BMC method could help students develop a more entrepreneurial mindset. The BMC technique allows students to be recognized, taught, and utilized in entrepreneurship courses and practices

Abstract

The Open University (UT) is a higher education institution that has conducted distance learning since 1984. To facilitate its services, UT has a Distance Learning Program Unit (UPBJJ) which is a UT technical implementation unit spread across every province. The functions and duties of UPBJJ-UT are as a place for students to carry out academic administrative and academic activities. For daily activities, UPBJJ-UT has the task of carrying out administrative and public relations activities as well as promotions, carrying out learning assistance services and teaching materials services which include tutorials and extracurricular activities, and developing, fostering, and implementing collaboration with various agencies. This requires the optimal performance of human resources in order to be able to compete against its competitors. Agile can be understood as the ability to react appropriately and quickly to emerging changes, as well as the ability to survive in volatile market conditions. The population and sample in this study are UT employees and leaders who are in regional units in each province with a sample of 200 people, for leaders starting from the Director, four people at the manager level. The analytical tool used with SMART PLS and description analysis with SPSS. The results showed that there was a positive influence of agile leadership and work stress on employee performance, and the results of the analysis test on job satisfaction on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, motivation and competence on employee performance at PT. Pelindo IV Makassar Branch. The method used is multiple regression analysis using a questionnaire. The sample in this study were employees of PT. Pelindo IV (Persero) Makassar Branch which was selected through the Census method with a total of 50 employees. The results of this study indicate that based on the partial test, the Work Discipline variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the Performance variable (Y), the Motivation variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on the Performance variable (Y), and the Competence variable (X3) also has a positive effect. and significant to the Performance variable (Y). While the results of the simultaneous test of Work Discipline variable (X1), Motivation variable (X2) and Competence variable (X3) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). The variable that has a more dominant influence is the competence variable.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the quality of financial reports on performance accountability in government agencies in the Regional Revenue Agency of South Sulawesi Province. This sample was taken from the Office of Regional Revenue of South Sulawesi Province. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data obtained from questionnaires distributed and related to the problem under study. Data collection was carried out by observation and distributing questionnaires. In this study the data sources used in data collection include primary data and secondary data. The research instrument used in this study used a Likert scale. Based on the results of data research using statistical calculations through the application of the Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) version 25 regarding the Effect of Quality Financial Reports on Performance Accountability in Government agencies in the Regional Revenue Sector of South Sulawesi Province which has been discussed in the previous chapter, the authors draw important conclusions namely the quality of financial reports (X) significantly affects the performance accountability of government agencies (Y) at the Regional Revenue Agency of South Sulawesi Province, this indicates that Ho (Nil hypothesis) has no rejected effect and Ha (Alternative Hypothesis) has an accepted effect.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of hard skills and soft skills on employee performance at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Majene Regency. This type of research is quantitative research that uses data collection methods by distributing questionnaires to all civil servants in the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Majene Regency, as many as 30 people. The population of this study were employees at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Majene Regency, which were 76 people. The sampling method in the study was carried out by purposive sampling technique and obtained 30 respondents who were civil servants as the sample. The hypotheses in this study include: Hard Skills affect Employee Performance, Soft Skills affect Employee Performance, Hard Skills and Soft Skills jointly affect Employee Performance. The results of this study are Hard Skills have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Soft Skills have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Hard Skills and Soft Skills jointly affect the performance of the Majene Regency Population and Civil Registration Service employees. So it can be concluded that Hard Skills and Soft Skills can affect employee performance

Abstract

This research is a quantitative descriptive study at the Manggala District office, Makassar City which aims to determine: (1) To determine the effect of the secretarial function in increasing work effectiveness at the Manggala District office, Makassar City (2) the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of secretarial duties. in improving work effectiveness at the Manggala District office, Makassar City. The population as well as the research sample are all 23 employees of the Manggala District office, Makassar City. Data collection is taken by means of observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The data analysis used is descriptive statistical analysis, namely percentages and quantitative methods with simple linear regression analysis using the help of SPSS version 25. The results show that: The value of the regression coefficient of performance effectiveness (X) on the secretarial function (Y) is 1,000 (100%), this indicates that the quality of performance effectiveness (X) has an influence on the accountability of the secretary function (Y) which is 100%, meaning that if there is a performance effectiveness (X) of 100%, it will increase the function of the secretary (Y) by 100%, and vice versa 2.a. Factors supporting the implementation of the secretarial function in increasing work effectiveness are: a) good coordination with all work units, and b) awareness of employees to increase cooperation. b. The inhibiting factor for the implementation of the secretarial function in increasing work effectiveness at the Manggala District office, Makassar City, is the absence of official vehicles

Abstract

Competence at present is the basis for the performance assessment. The primary objective of performance assessments is to optimize team member performance where faith must link team member duties and characteristics to organizational strategy.Performance assessments are done to measure employees' performance objectively and hereafter expected to provide valid performance assessments according to the employees' competence. The research aimed at knowing what competency criteria were judged in team member performance. (SLR) research methods used literature review (SLR) through the vold's help, by applying previous research to find any competence criteria that were used for team member performance assessments. Research results found on the competence criteria for assessed employment performance include the following: 1) commitment to organization, 2) a spirit of achievers, 3) serves, 4) teamwork, 5) proactive, 6) leads, 7) discipline , 8) thinks analytical and 9) self-control. Research results will be made as a recommendation for the performance assessments of employees at the education hospital in Jabodetabek
