Abstract

Controlling analysis of operational expense at PT Midi Utama Indonesia Tbk. This research aimed to find out controlling of operational expense which is determinated by PT Midi Utama Indonesia Tbk and to find out the things that caused operational expense was not effective and effecient . This research used variance analysis method of operational expense namely an analysis which had a function to compare operational expense that was valued with a real operational expense , so that was able to find out variance of operational expense the big variance was happened to gether with factors the caused to happen avariance so that if the management was able to acquire a feed back in doing controlling with executing of operational expense value in the next year so that the variance is able to handle.

Abstract

The variables in this study are Emotional intelligence, Organizational Commitment and Collector Performance. Logic intelligence is an attempt to manage controlled logic and can be used to solve life problems. Organizational commitment that reflects some people recognizing and supporting the organization and performance represents quality and equal work results that can be achieved by an employee in carrying out tasks in accordance with the responsibilities given. This study uses a quantitative method, the subject of this research is 30 collectors, the sampling technique uses positive sampling data obtained by collecting research results questionnaires obtained from the hypothesis between X1 (Emotional Intelligence) on Employee Performance (Y) with a R value of 0,000 with the rules used P ≤ 0.05. So with the results of the hypothesis there is the influence of the emotional intelligence variable. The results obtained from the hypothesis between X2 (Organizational Commitment) on Employee Performance (Y) with a R value of 0,000 with the rule used P ≤ 0.05. So with the results of the hypothesis needed the influence of variables on the performance of collectors in the Mori Sama Gowa cooperative. Value is a quality and satisfying work that can be achieved by an employee in a job that is in accordance with the responsibility given to him based on the results performed can be seen in the appropriate table with a calculated F value of 11,650 with an F table of 3.39 and a significant value of 0.001 <0.05 <0.05 then H0 and H3 are accepted. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of store atmosphere on the interest of revisiting at Bima City Break Time. The type of research used is associative using a quantitative approach. The research variables consist of: store atmosphere (X) and repurchase interest (Y). All variables are measured using a Likert scale. The population in this study was 96 respondents. Testing instruments using the validity test and reliability test. The data analysis tool used is simple linear regression with SPSS version 16. The results show the following regression lines: Y = 7.312 + 0.239X + e. R value (Correlation Coefficient) obtained is 0.359 or 35.9% and R Square value (Coefficient of Determination) is 0.129 or 12.9%. The results in this study indicate that the store atmosphere influences purchasing decisions as evidenced by the value of t arithmetic 3.725> t table 1.985 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Abstract

This study aims to determine the existence of a significant influence between communication and the environment on employee job satisfaction at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Bima City, the type of research used is Associative, this research was conducted at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Bima City, the population used is the number staff in the Population and Civil Registry Office of Bim City, consisting of employees (PNS = 34 and Honorary K-II = 20 people) with a population of 54 people, the sample in this study were 37 people. With a sampling technique (simple random sampling). The communication variable has a tcount of 1.162 <ttable 2.035 and a significance value of 0.254> 0.05 while the work environment variable has a tcount of 6,019> ttable 2,035 and a significance value of 0,000 <0.05. The conclusion of this research is that the work environment variable has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the Bima City Population and Civil Registry Office while the communication variable has no positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the Bima City Population and Civil Registry Office. Abstract

ABSTRACK Analysis of Motorized Vehicle Tax Revenue and Fees for Transfer of Motorized Vehicles at the Revenue Agency Office of Central Sulawesi Province. The purpose of this study was to determine the Performance of Local Governments in implementing Motorized Vehicle Tax Collection and Transfer of Motor Vehicle Title Fees at the Central Sulawesi Provincial Revenue Agency Office. The main theory used in this study is Mahmudi's opinion which states that the effectiveness of local taxes shows the ability of local governments to collect local taxes in accordance with the targeted amount of local tax revenue. This type of research uses descriptive quantitative with data processing approach techniques and unstructured interviews on 7 informants who have competition in the field of regional tax management in the Central Sulawesi Regional Revenue Agency. The results showed that the performance of the Regional Government in carrying out the collection of Motorized Vehicle Tax and Transfer of Motor Vehicle Title Fee at the Regional Office of the Revenue of Central Sulawesi Province has been very good in terms of the level of Growth, Effectiveness, and Contribution of Motorized Vehicle Tax and Motorized Vehicle Transfer Fee Duty towards revenue Local tax.

Abstract

Analysis Of Accounts Receivable Control At The Indonesian Republic Employee Cooporative (KPRI) ToliToli Regerency Dharma Works The formulation of the problem i is how the effectiveness of control of receivables in terms of the magnitude of problem loans during the last 3 years in the karya dharma tolitoli regency with the aim of knowing the effectiveness of control of receivables in the terms of the magnitude of problem loans during the last 3 years. KPRI karya dharma tolitoli regerency is located on stret Ra. Kartini number 17. This research uses descriptive quantitative data types, supported to obtain primary and secondary data that are more valid, and objective, subjects, and data were collected by observation, interview, documentation, and literature study. The analytical tool used is the ratio of protected loans to loans (RPM). Based on the results of the analysis outlined by the conclusion that in 2016 problems loans amounted to 7,40% (between 0 to 10%), in 2017 the ratio of problem loans increased by 6,70% (between 0 to 10%) and at in 2018 problem loans amounted to 8,35% (between 0 to 10%), this means that in 2016-2018 the score obtained was 4,0 with a value of 80 and included in the healthy category, bot not yet effective because of bad loans from the year 2016-2108 continues to increase

Abstract

Profitability is closely related to the use of capital in everyday business entities or cooperatives. Capital problems are the main problems that will support the operational activities of KPRI Torch Bimad in order to achieve maximum goals. Cooperative profitability can be measured by the level of cash turnover, accounts receivable and inventory. This study aims to analyze the influence of the level of cash turnover, accounts receivable turnover and inventory turnover on economic profitability in KPRI Torch Bima,. This type of research is associative research, the population used in this study is the balance sheet financial statement data consisting of principal savings data, mandatory savings and income loss consists of for 36 years from 1984 to 2019 KPRI Obor Bima. Sampling is done by purposive sampling method. Research samples taken for 7 considerations taken 7 years is because 1) the data is very updated 2) the variables in which the data are available 3) It is difficult to get an annual financial report 4) data from the year before the data are not available completely, the data processing is tested statistically through classical assumptions, multiple regression analysis, multiple correlation, determination test and hypothesis test with the T Test, F Test. The results of the research prove that partially or simultaneously cash turnover rates, accounts receivable turnover rates and rates inventory turnover has no significant and simultaneous effect on economic profitability on the KPRI Obor Bima. Abstract

Performance is a very important factor for a government agency or other organization. Performance as a manifestation of one's work behavior is displayed as work performance in accordance with its role within the organization for a certain period of time. Performance can be seen from the Work Discipline and Work Motivation of its employees. This research was conducted to see whether there was an effect of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance at the UPT Puskesmas Ambalawi District, Bima Regency. This type of research used in this study is asositive, the number of respondents determined from 127 populations is equal to 55 respondents with random sampling techniques. The research instrument uses a Likert scale questionnaire, data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature studies, using data analysis techniques validity, reliability, classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis, multiple correlation analysis, determination test, T test and Test F. After the instrument is declared valid and reliable, the results of data analysis using the SPSS application are obtained, the data is normally distributed, multicollinearity does not occur, and autocorrelation. So that continued data analysis, obtained a correlation level of 65.6% while a coefficient of determination of 43%. The analysis results partially show that Work Discipline influences Employee Performance While Work motivation does not affect employee Performance. Simultaneously work discipline and work motivation affect employee performance at UPT Puskesmas Ambalawi District, Bima Regency. Keywords: Work discipline, employee performance, work motivation

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat profitabilitas pada CV. Tamalanrea Motor dari tahun 2012 - 2016. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan melakukan perbandingan analisis rasio pada indikator profitabilitas yaitu pada Net Profit Margin, Asset Turnover, Return On Investment,dan Return On Equity. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Net Profit Margin (NPM), Asset turnover (AT), Return On Investment (ROI), dan Return On Equity (ROE), dari tahun 2012 – 2016 cenderung naik, namun hanya pada tahun 2015 mengalami penurunan karena nilai mata uang rupiah yang melemah sehingga berdampak pada laba perusahaan CV Tamalanrea Motor. Jika dilihat dari awal pada tahun 2012, mengalami peningkatan naik dari 20% menjadi 21,4% pada tahun 2013, naik sekitar 68,8% menjadi 70,2% namun pada tahun 2014 meningkat sekitar 16,7% menjadi 13% pada tahun 2015 mengalami penurunan sekitar 14,2%. Namun itu tidak mempengaruhi laba perusahaan. Di tahun 2016 kembali meningkat menjadi 18%. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa rasio profitabilitas CV Tamalanrea Motor mengalami peningkatan setiap tahunnya pada periode 2012 – 2016.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of company growth on firm value in Gowa Motor Group companies registered with Bosowa automotive. The independent variable in this study is company growth, the dependent variable is the value of the company. The population of this study is the Gowa Motor Group company registered in Bosowa automotive in the 2014 to 2017. research methods of determining the sample using the purposive sampling method, with several predetermined criteria, the number of samples was 4 companies. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression with a significance level of 0.05. Based on the results of data analysis using partial test (t-test) the variable company growth has a significant positive effect on firm value with a significance value of 0.003. The results of the accuracy test of the model obtained a calculated F value of 17.728 with a significance value of 0,000. Regression analysis produces Adjusted R of 0.770 or 77.0%. This study means that the firm's value variable can be explained by the company's growth variable, at 77.0%, while the remaining 23.0% is explained by other variables outside the model.
