Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship of brand image and product quality on online shop purchasing decisions. The sample in this study were 50 respondents who had made an online shop purchase. The sampling method used was purposive sampling method. The data analysis method used is qualitative analysis and multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS 22.0 for windows application. The results showed that partially (t test) brand image and product quality were not related to online shop purchasing decisions. With the coefficient of determination R Square (R2) of 1.5% which means the decision variable is influenced by two independent variables namely brand image and product quality. While the remaining 98.5% is influenced by variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Jampang Village is one of the villages in the Kemang sub-district area and is included in the Bogor district. Jampang Village has been named the biggest fish producing village in Bogor Regency. Fish cultivation is the biggest source of livelihood for the residents of Jampang Village. The number of people as freshwater fish aquaculture practitioners is able to produce several innovations in the use of ponds that are named YUMINA ponds (vegetables and fish). Yumina Bumina Pond is a pond that not only produces freshwater fish but is also able to produce certain vegetables and fruits by utilizing freshwater fish farming. The formulation of the problem in this study are: How is the contribution of the fish pond "Yumina Bumina" as an effort to increase family income in the Village Jampang Bogor؟. The purpose of this study was to analyze the contribution of the fish pond "Yumina Bumina" as an effort to increase family income in the village of Jampang, Bogor. Data analysis methods in this study have several stages that must be met. The first stage is the stage of observation - this stage is the stage of data collection using observation techniques - interview and documentation techniques. The second stage is the stage of redu redu data ، with this stage as the process of selection and focusing of existing data in the field. The third step is the data presentation stage - this stage compiles all the information that has been collected. The fourth stage is the stage of drawing conclusions - this stage is the last stage of data analysis. Abstract

ABSTRACT The development of Syariah Banking system in Indonesia in several years is fast enough, based on the data in the beginning of years 2015, which is profitably in 198,25 (Billion) IDR was increased to 258,10 Billion) IDR for September 2016, it is assumed to increased in 30,19 %. The profit was taken from three Syariah Banking system (202,76 (Billion) IDR with 78,56 % market share), while the comparative of Syariah banking system toward conventional banking system is 29,518 (Billion) IDR that has just reached 0,87 %. The market share is increased 0.07 % compared with September 2015 that is 0,80 %. There is anfluctuative increasing until 2016. This research aims at finding out : (1) the share holding is positively and significantly influencing toward the Mudarabah deposit, (2) the level of money interest is negatively and significantly toward the Mudarabah deposit. Data of this research is taken from the monthly report of PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia and Indonesian Bank (BI). The data analyzed by using multiple regression method. This research is a case study at PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk. The study population is the Financial statement and balance sheet of PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia and data that is taken from Indonesian Bank (BI) about Mudarabah deposit, the level of share holding and the level of money interest during 2016-2018. Variables which are explored in this research includes the share holding, the level of money interest and Mudarabah deposit. Data was collected by using documentation. The result of this research has shown us that there is a positive and significant influence from the level of share holding and the level of money interest of Mudarabah deposit. The level of money interest has a negative and significant influence toward the Mudarabah deposit.

Abstract

Good governance of private tertiary institutions is a series of mechanisms to direct and control a tertiary institution so that it runs in accordance with the expectations of all interested parties, by applying the principles of transparency, accountability, responsibility, fairness, independence, equality and fairness. This study aims to determine and analyze the financial performance of STIE Mujahidin Tolitoli in terms of liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, activity ratios and profitability ratios. The study uses a quantitative research approach design by analyzing primary data. Based on the results of research and discussion it can be concluded that the financial performance condition of STIE Mujahidin Tolitoli in terms of Liquidity, Solvency, Activity and Profitability aspects after streamlining the manager structure has increased in value which can be interpreted that the financial performance after streamlining the manager structure is better than before because the value continues to increase and is above the industry average standard.

Abstract

Working as a fisherman is a job that has a fairly high level of risk. In addition, the income received from fish catches is not fully able to meet the economic needs of his family. There are many factors that can cause fishermen income such as capital, fishing gear, fishing time and other factors. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that influence the income of Rawai fishing in the Sumpang Binagae Village in Barru regency. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive. The population in this study were 46 family heads of fishermen in Sumpang Binangae Village. Data collection techniques through observation, documentation, interviews and questionnaires while the data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the size of the income of fishermen who use fishing gear significantly and significantly influenced by the variable working capital, fishing gear, length of sea fishing and experience while the dependent variables of family, education and age did not significantly influence the income of fishermen. Income for longline fishing has a good income level due to the type of fish catches that have economic value or higher selling prices.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability represented by the ratio of return on investment, leverage represented by the ratio of Debt to Equity Ratio and Growth to Dividend Policy (Dividend Payout Ratio) on Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample used in this study amounted to 5 companies and used data from 2013 to 2018. Data analysis used multiple regression and classic assumption tests which included normality tests of multicollinearity tests and autocorrelation tests The results of the partial analysis with the t test and F test concluded that the variable Profitability (ROI) did not have a significant effect on the Dividend Leverage Policy (DER). It did not have a significant effect on the variable dividend policy. Return on investment the low dividend policy of the remaining 84.1! Determined by other variables not covered in this study. The implication of the results of this study is that Return on investment debt to equity ratio and Growth variable returns cannot be used as an indicator in determining a company's dividend policy

Abstract

The problem in this study is how much influence the motivation has on employee performance at PT. Seafood Nusantara Tolitoli Regency? The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence motivation on employee performance at PT. Seafood Nusantara Tolitoli Regency. This research was conducted at PT. Seafood Nusantara Tolitoli Regency. Data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The population and sample in this study were employees of PT. Seafood Nusantara Tolitoli Regency, amounting to 35 people. The sampling technique in this study uses "Saturated Samples". Associative data types, data sources from primary data and secondary data, data analysis methods used are moment product correlation, coefficient of determination and likert scale. Correlation coefficient (r) = 0.61 or 61% is a positive number. This shows the relationship between motivation (X) and employee performance (Y). While the coefficient of determination (r)2 = 0.3721 or 37.21% which means motivation affects employee performance, while the remaining 62.79% is influenced by other factors not examined in the research conducted.

Abstract

This research is based on the phenomenon that shows that employees have not been able to work optimally in a company. The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the Effects of Leadership, Competence and Career Development on Improving Employee Performance in the Finance and Accounting Department of PT. Hardaya Inti Plantations Buol Regency Branch. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with a sample size of 30 respondents, while the sampling technique used in this study is to take the entire population from employees. The instrument testing uses validity test, reliability test and classic assumption test. While the method of data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis with t test, f test. The results of the independent leadership variable research (X1) obtainedarithmetic(1.645) <Ttable(1.706), competency variable (X2) tarithmetic (0.335) <Ttable (1.706) and career development variables (X3) tarithmetic (2.606)> Ttable (1,706). Then the leadership variable (X1) does not partially influence employee performance variables (Y), competence (X2) does not partially influence employee performance variables (Y) and career development (X3) partially influences employee performance (Y). F test results show that Farithmetic (11,007)> Ftable (2.96), and the significance level is smaller than the 5% confidence level (0,000 <0.05) then the hypothesis is accepted which means thevariables independent (leadership, competence and career development ) together or simultaneously affect thevariable dependent (employee performance) positively and significantly. And from the results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained Correlation Counsel (Multiple R) value of 0.748 or 75%. This shows that the correlation between the independent variable (leadership, competence and career development) to the dependent variable (employee performance) is equal to 0.748 or 75%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah wajib pajak orang pribadi yang terdaftar pada Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Makassar Utara. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah pengujian hipotesis (hypothesis testing) untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas informasi pajak, informasi pelayanan pajak dan persepsi kemudahan kegunaan terhadap tingkat kepatuhan wajib pajak orang pribadi pada Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Makassar Utara. Adapun metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah convenience sampling atau sampel yang diambil secara acak dengan menghampiri setiap orang yang berada dalam lokasi yang sama. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Sumber data primer pada penelitian ini diperoleh langsung dari para wajib pajak orang pribadi. Data ini berupa kuesioner yang telah diisi oleh para wajib pajak orang pribadi yang menjadi responden dalam penelitian ini, sedangkan data sekunder diperlukan dalam penelitian ini sebagai pendukung penulisan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kualitas informasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak orang pribadi. Adapun kualitas pelayanan pajak dan persepsi kemudahan kegunaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak orang pribadi. Ini menunjukan kualitas informasi tidak memberikan kontribusi yang berarti ketimbang pelayanan dan persepsi kemudahan kegunaan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak orang pribadi. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa semakin tinggi tingkat pelayanan pajak dan persepsi kemudahan kegunaan maka semakin tinggi tingkat kepatuhan wajib pajak orang pribadi sedangkan tingginya tingkat kualitas informasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap tingkat kepatuhan wajib pajak orang pribadi pada KKP Pratama Makassar Utara.

Abstract

Management of Civil Servants is one of the things contained in the success of achieving the goals of an organization is strongly influenced by the role and performance of its employees. Leadership, motivation, and work discipline are the variables that determine the level of performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership, motivation, and work discipline simultaneously on the performance of employees at the National Unity and Politics Board of Majene Regency. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data with primary data sources and secondary data. In this study the population was all employees of the Office of the National Unity and Politics of Majene Regency, amounting to 27 people. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, questionnaire, and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique of this study used multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, simultaneous test (F test), and partial test (t test). Based on the simultaneous test statistical table, the test results show that the significant value of Fcount 177.233 is greater than the Ftable value of 2.960 with a significance level of F of 0.000 which is less than 0.05, thus Leadership (X1), Motivation (X2) and Discipline (X3) significant effect on performance in the National Unity and Politics Agency Majene Regency. Based on the Table of coefficient of determination, shows that the R Square value of 0.612 means 61.2% The three independent variables Leadership (X1), Motivation (X2) and Discipline (X3) together can explain the model of this study
