Abstract

I-Graciass is one of the digicampus programs under the Directorate of Digital Transformation, Synergy &Performance (DTSP) of the Telkom Education Foundation (YPT) in the form of a smart app & information system as an integrated academic and non-academic management information system. Based on the Vision-Mission, Strategy and Tagline of YPT as The Leader of ICT Education Provider in Indonesia as well as the spirit of carrying out digital transformation in the foundation, so that I-Graciass becomes mandatory to be adopted and implemented in all Higher Education Institutions (Lemdikti) under the guidance of YPT. However, the facts on the ground of the process of adopting and implementing I-Graciass in each Lemdikti are not easy things. For this reason, this research was carried out in order to facilitate the process of adopting and implementing I-Graciass through the method of climbing Knowledge Management Systems (KMS) in all YPT Lemdikti, especially for new universities such as Telkom Institute of Technology Surabaya and other new universities that will later be established by YPT. The results of this study show that the factors that influence the success of the I-Graciass Adoption process at ITTelkom Surabaya and other Lemdikti consist of tennis and non-technical aspects that can refer to the implementation of best practices in the previous lemdikti. In addition, to support the success rate of adoption and implementation, an effective knowledge transfer process is needed through the use and development of the right KMS for an organization and its end users.

Abstract

Digital start-up is companies with a high risk because they are still looking for the most fitting business model and the right market. The company's growth is the primary goal of the start-up. As a newly established company, digital start-ups have one challenge, it is the ineffectiveness of the marketing process and strategic schemes in terms of maintaining customer loyalty, the same goes for edutech digital start-ups. Ineffective and inefficient plans can waste resources. Hence, a method is needed to find out the optimal solution to understanding the customer characteristic. Business Intelligence is needed, with the customer profiling process using transaction data based on the RFM (Retency, Frequency, Monetary) model using the K-Means algorithm. In this study, the transaction data comes from an education platform digital start-up assisted by the STIKOM Bali business incubator. Based on three metrics, namely the Elbow Method, Silhouette Scores, and Davis Bouldin Index, transaction data for sales retency, sales frequency, and sales monetary can be analyzed and can find the optimal solution. For this case, K = 2 is the optimum cluster solution, where the first cluster is the customer who needs more engagement, and the second cluster is the best customer

Abstract

The BPS - Statistics Indonesia classifies villages into urban villages and rural villages to organize statistics. The classification of village areas into urban or rural status is intended to form a stratum used in survey sampling techniques. With this status, it is hoped that the sample taken can represent the entire population well. The BPS - Statistics Indonesia establishes criteria for classifying a village into an urban village. The 2020 urban village criteria use three indicators as its measure, namely: population density per km2, percentage of agricultural families, and the presence or access of urban facilities. In general, the data used in calculating the classification of urban and rural villages in 2020 uses data from the 2019 Village Potential (Podes) survey. This study utilizes data on urban facilities such as schools, markets, shops, and hospitals on the google maps website to calculate the score of indicators of the existence or access of urban facilities. This study used a web scraping method to obtain data on these urban facilities from the google maps website. This study selected eight villages in the Lubuk Sikaping District, Pasaman Regency, West Sumatra Province, as a case study. The results showed that four villages with great potential were classified into urban villages, and three villages with great potential were classified into rural villages.

Abstract

Information Technology and Information Systems are important in supporting operations in a company. The organization's ability to manage IT affects the quality of its information technology services, especially in the use of the IT Helpdesk. The IT Helpdesk acts as a good service provider for request fulfillment and problem management in the company and aims for the IT support team to monitor the status of work on problems faced by users and can analyze lead times from the emergence of these problems to their completion. The IT Helpdesk in a company engaged in the garment and textile industry has not been used optimally, for example, e-ticketing has not reached the target time specified in the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) at the company due to a lack of enthusiasm and lack of motivation by the IT team towards the use of IT Helpdesk. Therefore, the researchers designed a prototype of the application of gamification with the Mechanics-Dynamics-Aesthetics (MDA) framework at the IT Helpdesk as a strategy used to increase the motivation and enthusiasm of the IT team that is useful for improving the performance of each IT team.

Abstract

Information systems have an important role for firms to increase productivity. A service company located in Bontang, East Kalimantan, Indonesia (GMS), is engaged in scaffolding installation services and scaffolding rentals. The company has steadily experienced annual increase in the number of customers over the years. However, due to the still in manual-way of managing the scaffolding material, the increase of workload has also led to the increasing number of material handling human error cases and inefficient service processing time. As a company that provides B2B services, the management (user) then needs a website-based system for scaffolding material management that is tailored to their service operations and suits their special needs to support their operation. Thus, this study analyzes the suitable user interface/user experience using the Design Thinking method, which consists of 5 steps, namely Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype and Test. It serves as the initial phase of information system building to make sure that the design of the website based information system will suit the needs of their management. After conducting empathize stage using interview techniques and questionnaires and also conducting the define stage to gain insights on the required needs, it was known that the website system needed particular features, namely the availability of customer data, material data, user data, work partner data, transaction reports, invoices, integration with whatsapp and email, as well as a dashboard to visualize data such as the amount of material rented, available materials, and transaction history. In the prototype development stage, online UI/UX design tools are used. Using the prototype, the testing stage was then carried out, using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method. As a result, a value of 80.86 was obtained, meaning that the system created has good usability and can be used on an ongoing basis.

Abstract

Cryptocurrency is a digital asset designed by cryptography, such as Secure Hash Algorithm 2 (SHA-2) and Message Digest 5 (MD5). Cryptocurrency uses Blockchain technology to ensure security, transparency, ease of locating, and unchangeability. This makes cryptocurrency very popular in many sectors, especially in the financial industry. Although, the uncertainty and the dynamic change of cryptocurrency price make the risk for investment in this digital asset high. This is the reason why studies about cryptocurrency price prediction became popular globally. This study intended to predict cryptocurrency prices using hybrid GRU LSTM than setting up the epoch to get the most accurate prediction model. The researcher would make a web-based application that can be used by the public, especially those involved in cryptocurrency investment. The result was a web-based application that could predict the price of cryptocurrency for the next few days, which had been validated using data from the previous 7 days, 14 days, 30 days, 60 days, and 90 days.

Abstract

Completing the final project takes a guiding process n the final project where the concept of final project guidance itself is an effort to help students to provide direction, assistance, suggestions, and criticisms that arise from the preparation of the final project by the supervisor. However, sometimes the guidance process is not optimal. Lecturers or students themselves can cause this. The difficulty for lecturers to help students during tutoring is the limited communication time that is too narrow on campus and the difference in busy schedules between students and supervisors. Managing the time for the final independent project is also an obstacle that causes the completion of the final project to be delayed. Some students tend to be less active in carrying out guidance if the supervisor does not provide a fixed guidance schedule or does not provide a target time for students to complete the revision of the final project from the supervisor. So, it is necessary to build an information system for monitoring the final project supervisor to monitor the existence of supervisor. This study uses the User Experience Design Process to increase user satisfaction in interacting with the product. And at the final stage, a Usability Testing evaluation is carried out to test the product's usefulness. The results of this study are in the form of an assessment of how satisfied and comfortable a user is with a product, system, and service using an interface
