Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas (ROA), leverage (DER), likuiditas (CR), kebijakan dividen (DPR), dan ukuran perusahaan (SIZE) terhadap return saham pada perusahaan sektor properti, real estate, dan konstruksi bangunan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2013-2017. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari data laporan tahunan dan laporan keuangan perusahaan. Laporan tahunan dan laporan keuangan tersebut diperoleh dari website resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sektor properti, real estate, dan konstruksi bangunan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2013-2017. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu purposive sampling dan diperoleh 16 perusahaan dengan periode penelitian selama 5 tahun, sehingga diperoleh 80 data sampel. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi data panel dengan menggunakan software E-views 9. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan profitabilitas, leverage, likuiditas, kebijakan dividen, dan ukuran perusahaan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap return saham. Secara parsial, profitabilitas (ROA), likuiditas (CR), dan kebijakan dividen (DPR) tidak berpengaruh terhadap return saham. Sedangkan, leverage (DER) berpengaruh dengan arah positif terhadap return saham dan ukuran perusahaan (SIZE) berpengaruh dengan arah negatif terhadap return saham.

Abstract

In this paper, the authors propose solutions to increase the added value of coffee in the form of the process of making the process of making coffee using appropriate technology adoption. This paper uses qualitative methods of locational survey and literature study. Survey activities are conducted in the form of interviews and observations. The team conducted interviews with coffee farming communities in the area and observed the conditions of coffee farming. The literature study was conducted by synthesizing literature reviews and continued by formulating the theory and principles of appropriate technology in the context of local agriculture in Sukawangi Village, Sumedang Regency, West Java. In this paper, the authors describe the solution proposals related to the problems of coffee farmers in Sukawangi, Sumedang. Two suggestions for increasing the value added of coffee beans are by using appropriate technology adoption. With both of these solutions, it is expected that the quality of coffee plantation in Sumedang can be increased and can be marketed in both domestic and international markets. As a result, the welfare of farmers in Sumedang will increase.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses kaderisasi yang dilaksanakan di PDI Perjuangan Kabupaten Garut dan mengetahui faktor penghambat proses kaderisasi pada PDI Perjuangan Kabupaten Garut. Berdasarkan temuan peneliti di lokasi penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa faktor penghambat pelaksanaan kaderisasi lapangan yaitu keterbatasan sumberdaya Badan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan (Badiklat) DPC PDI Perjuangan Kabupaten Garut sebagai pelaksana teknis. Keterbatasan sumberdaya tersebut yaitu tidak adanya rencana tindak lanjut paska pelaksanaan kaderisasi kelas untuk membentuk tim monitoring kaderisasi lapangan, Badiklat hanya menyampaikan bahan materi kaderisasi lapangan kepada peserta kaderisasi sehingga peserta bersikap acuh tak acuh untuk melaksanakan tugas kaderisasi lapangan, kaderisasi lapangan tersebut seyogyanya dilaksanakan dalam kurun waktu 6 (enam) bulan. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif bersifat deskriptif. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian studi kasus yang dilakukan secara intensif dan terinci terhadap proses Kaderisasi PDI Perjuangan di Kabupaten Garut. Prosedur pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah (1) Tahap Memasuki Lokasi Penelitian (getting in), (2) Tahap ketika berada di lokasi Penelitian (getting along), (3) Tahap Pengumpulan Data (logging the data) dalam tahap ini menggunakan dua tahap pengumpulan data yaitu (1) Wawancara Mendalam (in-dept interview), (2) Studi Dokumentasi.

Abstract

PT Sarana Jabar Venture (SJV) is the first regional venture capital company in Indonesia, which was established with the aim to foster small entrepreneurs through financing and management guidance. The financing of cooperation implemented on the basis of the principle of mutual strengthening, mutual need and mutual benefit. In addition to financing for small medium enterprises, SJV currently is running a program that is carried by the Medco Foundation IE is a Program of the national Sheep Fattening (Prodombas) and empower the Pesantren to carry the people's economy, one of which is Pesantren Al-Ittifaq. PT Sarana Jabar Ventura viewed from its objective, may be classified as Social Entrepreneur that describes all the economic program that serves the social and mission or mission environment and invested most of the anniversary surplusnya in support of its mission, provide social innovation how to solve social problems by creating breakthrough social problem solving with the advent of Prodombas. So, produce an effect known as social impact as the effects of what organizations are doing or action against social welfare organization. One of the tools for measuring the social impact is by using Social Return on Investment (SROI) the New Economics Foundation (NEF, 2008). This research has the end result of the ratio between the number of comparisons with a benefit that is formed with a given amount of investment, with the result that means 1.05:1 each Rp. 1 invested, yielding the value of social benefits in the form of Rp. 1.05 felt by program participants in Pesantren Al-ittifaq. Because the ratio of 1:1 which is the conditions exceeds successful SROI, then PT Sarana Jabar Ventura as an investor has successfully acted as agents of social reformers because it has given the social impact that bring benefit for participants in Pesantren Al-Ittifaq.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan sertifikasi tanah selama ini dinilai masyarakat masih sulit, lama dan mahal. Oleh karena itu pemerintah berupaya melaksanakan program percepatan melalui Pendaftaran Tanah Sistematis Lengkap (PTSL) yang merupakan wujud pelaksanaan kewajiban pemerintah untuk menjamin kepastian dan perlindungan hukum atas kepemilikan tanah masyarakat. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif analisis dengan metode pendekatan yuridis sosiologis yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi PTSL di Kabupaten Garut serta untuk mengetahui hambatan-hambatan yang terjadi dalam pelaksanaannya. Kesimpulan penelitian adalah implementasi kebijakan pemerintah tentang percepatan Pendaftaran Tanah Sistematis Lengkap di Kabupaten Garut dengan target 79.000 bidang tanah terdaftar pada tahun 2019 ini, pada kenyataanya belum dapat direalisasikan. Pelaksanaan PTSL yang dimulai bulan Januari sampai dengan pertengahan bulan September 2019 baru tercapai 74,07 % .Faktor penghambat dalam pelaksanaan program percepatan PTSLantara lain adalah :1).Penetapan lokasi tidak terpusat pada satu wilayah desa.2) Jumlah bidang tanah baru sebagian yang diukur dan didaftakan .3) Data penetapan calon peserta program tidak sesuai dengan data di lapangan.4) Keberatan dari pemilik tanah yang tidak masuk dalam lokasi PTSL.5).Keterbatasan Sumber Daya Manusia 6) Kurangnya koordinasi dengan instansi terkait. 7) Adanya pihak LSM yang ingin ikut terlibat dan kompromistis untuk penetapan lokasi PTSL

Abstract

Work motivation can be seen from the data and employee attendance employee delays the data in the company, judging by the attendance of data and delays the data of employees of PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero). From the Data Obtained can be said that the attendance and delay of employees of PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero) is fairlygood in every month. As for measuring the performance of employees in this research, they have a Key Performance Indicator and, preliminary questionnaire. This research aims to know the condition of intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero) Jakarta as well as influence the intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation to the employee performance. The approach to this research is quantitative with the type of descriptive research using IBM SPSS 20. While the method of analysis used is multiple linear regression. Method of collecting the data through the dissemination of questionnaires using sample 272 employees. The sampling method uses probability sampling technique while sampling technique uses simple random sampling. The results of the study proved that the motivation of intrinsic partially work has a significant influence on employee performance, while the extrinsic motivation of work has no significant influence on the employee's performance. Also the results proved that the motivation of intrinsic work and motivation of extrinsic work have a simultaneous influence on the employee's performance. It is hoped that Researchers can then use other variables such as organizational culture, job satisfaction, and employee commitment. To know other aspects not addressed in this research and can also use other research methods such as path analysis and SEM analysis. Advice for companies to provide creativity training that aims to provide opportunities for its employees to bring out the idea of ​​the free as rational as possible.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of student engagement on student achievement in the Faculty of Communication and Business, Telkom University. The aspects studied were cognitive engagement, emotional engagement and behavioral engagement in terms of student engagement. And the value of GPA for learning achievement. The method in this study uses descriptive analysis techniques with simple linear regression analysis. To collect the sample using incidental sampling technique through a questionnaire. This questionnaire was distributed to 361 students of the Faculty of Communication and Business Telkom University. From the results of tests conducted, it is found that there is a relationship between student engagement on learning achievement. Where this relationship is perfectly positive correlation. And there is no significant effect between student engagement on learning achievement.

Abstract

To get a superior quality, human resources is certainly not in spite of the achievements, accomplishments in educational institutions can certainly be measured by the value of academic and one of the factors that may affect the achievement of learning is student engagement because when learners are able to give all his efforts to understand the material provided they are likely to have a good record. This research was conducted at the Faculty of Industrial Engineering Telkom University with student engagement as independent variables and academic achievement as the dependent variable. The purpose of this study was to determine how high student engagement, academic achievement of students as well as, to examine how high the influence of student engagement to academic achievement in students of Industrial Engineering Telkom. The respondents are 310 active students at the Faculty of Industrial Engineering Telkom University. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and simple linear regression. Based on the results of the study showed that student engagement at the high category and learning achievement in honors. While the statistical test results obtained that student, engagement has no effect on academic achievement in students of Industrial Engineering Telkom University.

Abstract

Education is a factor in building quality human resources. Student engagement in a university is important, because if student engagement is increased, the achievement of learning is increasing as well as, when the student engagement experiences a decline Learning was declining. This research aims to find out an influence of student engagement on student Faculty of Creative Industries Universitas Telkom Bandung with total population of 3033 active students with samples 354 from the calculation result using the formula Slovin. The method used is a survey with the incidental sampling technique, this research data using simple linear regression tests, the results gained on this research show that student Engagement has no significant effect on the study achievement in active students of the faculty of Creative Industries of Telkom University of Bandung. These results have been proven based on the H0 accepted hypothesis and H1 rejected that the student engagement has no significant influence on the learning achievement with a percentage of 0.1%, and the remaining 99.9% can be caused by other factors not examined in this study

Abstract

Traditional Market is not only a place to sell and buy, it also a platform that support SMEs and has an important role in the regional economy. In addition to having an economic value, traditional markets in Bandung is also one of the hereditary cultures that have to be preserved. Unfortunately the condition of most traditional markets in Bandung is considered not feasible. The store image that traditional market is a dirty place, slum, smell and other bad things have been attached to most of the traditional markets in Bandung. To minimize this, the government decide to is execute traditional market revitalization to change the traditional market get a better image in shoppers mind. In other words, this revitaliasai want to make the traditional market image to be as god as possible. To get the target, segmentation needs to be done in order to know the profile of each group of traditional market shoppers. So govermance can make more efffective and appropriate policy to the target market. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 400 traditional market shoppers. The results of the primary data from the questionnaire were processed using two-step cluster analysis with SPSS 20.0 Based on the ressult, researcher found two major segments among the total respondents. The first segment is apathetic shoppers, those who rarely visit the market and have a more negative perception toward traditional markets. And the second segment is enthusiast shopper, those who more often visit traditional markets and provide more positive percepstion toward traditional markets.
