Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of digital marketing, influencer, and word of mouth (WOM) on purchase decisions at Bakso Mbah Mo Samota MSME in Sumbawa. This research used a quantitative, associative approach. The population consisted of consumers who had purchased products from Bakso Mbah Mo Samota. The sampling technique used was non-probability purposive sampling, yielding 150 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that digital marketing and influencer variables did not have a significant effect on purchase decisions.Meanwhile, word of mouth had a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions. Simultaneously, digital marketing, influencer, and word of mouth significantly affected purchase decisions. The findings indicate that recommendations and consumer experiences have a greater influence on purchase decisions in local culinary businesses than digital promotional activities. Consumers tend to rely more on direct experience and social recommendations from their surroundings when making purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Fluctuating blood bag demand and the limited shelf life of blood necessitate accurate inventory planning to support blood transfusion services. This study aims to determine the most accurate Exponential Smoothing model for forecasting blood bag demand at the PMI Blood Transfusion Unit in Sumbawa Regency. The study employed a quantitative approach using time-series analysis on biweekly blood bag demand data from January 2019 to November 2025, applying the Single Exponential Smoothing, Double Exponential Smoothing, and Holt–Winters Exponential Smoothing methods, which were then evaluated based on MAPE, MSE, RMSE, AIC, and BIC. The results of the study show that blood demand data exhibits a downward trend with a weak seasonal component. Based on accuracy evaluations, the best model varies by blood type. For blood type A, the DES method was selected based on the lowest MSE and RMSE values, and the SES method was selected based on the lowest AIC and BIC values. For blood type O, the SES method provided the best performance based on the accuracy evaluation results. Forecasts for 2026 indicate that the demand for blood bags of blood groups A and O is expected to decline. These findings suggest that the selection of forecasting methods needs to be tailored to the characteristics of the data in order to support more effective blood inventory planning at the PMI Blood Transfusion Unit in Sumbawa Regency.

Abstract

Sustainability is an issue that continues to be studied in order to create a balance between the environmental and industrial ecosystems. MSMEs, as one of the drivers of the Indonesian economy, are also directed to be able to create sustainable products, one of which is through green financing. However, in reality, the implementation of green financing by MSMEs is still relatively low. This study uses a qualitative approach by conducting interviews, observations, and documentation studies on MSMEs in Sumbawa, NTB, specifically among Kre' Alang artisans, a typical Sumbawa woven cloth. The results show that the level of green financing literacy among MSMEs in Poto Village, Sumbawa Regency is still very low. Furthermore, accessibility to green financing is also limited due to the lack of socialization and unmet requirements. This results in difficulties in evaluating the sustainable financial performance of woven cloth artisans.

Abstract

The advancement of digital creativity encourages individuals to produce designs using applications that enhance both creativity and convenience. This study aims to analyze the influence of Creativity and Ease of Use of Canva on Content Creation on Instagram. This study employs a quantitative approach, utilizing purposive sampling as the data collection technique. The respondent criteria consisted of individuals who have previously used Canva for content creation purposes. The findings indicate that Ease of Use has a positive and significant effect on Content Creation on Instagram, whereas Creativity does not demonstrate a positive or significant effect partially. Simultaneously, both Creativity and Ease of Use have a significant combined effect on Content Creation on Instagram. These findings suggest that Content Creation is more strongly influenced by the perceived comfort in operating digital design applications than by creativity alone. This is consistent with real-world conditions, where users tend to prefer design applications that are easy to use, offer clear navigation, and provide straightforward features, thereby enhancing comfort, efficiency, and overall user experience in fulfilling their design needs.
