Abstract

Penelitian ini ditujukan guna mengetahui dampak yang diberikan oleh kepuasan kerja dan komitmen afektif terhadap altruism dan civic virtue. Desain kuantitatif deskriptif digunakan dalam penelitian. Responden ialah 270 pegawai Bakti Timah Medika dari berbagai profesi. Pengambilan sampel melalui sampel jenuh dengan tingkat respon 17,21% dari populasi. Metode analisis data yang dipakai ialah PLS SEM. Hasil penelitian bahwa kepuasan kerja tidak berdampak pada altruism maupun civic virtue. Komitmen afektif masing-masing berdampak positif signifikan terhadap altruism dan civic virtue. Peneliti selanjutnya dapat menggunakan komitmen organisasi sebagai penghubung antara kepuasan kerja dengan altruism dan civic virtue. Pihak manajemen diharapkan lebih memperhatikan komitmen dari pekerjanya karena dapat membuat mereka sukarela dalam membatu rekan kerja yang kesulitan serta lebih mendahulukan kepentingan orang lain ketimbang diri sendiri.

Abstract

Ekonomi Islam tentu berbda dengan system yang dianut oleh barat karena dalam ekonomi Islam terdapat batasan-batasan rambu syariah yang harus dipatuhi dalam menjalankanya, ekonomi konvensional yang hanya memperhatikan perubahan-perubahan yang terjadi pada variabel-variabel ekonomi, sedangkan ekonomi Islam di samping memperhatikan perubahan pada variabel-variabel ekonomi, juga menghindari praktik-praktik yang tidak dibolehkan syariah. Dalam jurnal ini juga dibahas kegagalan ekonomi kapitalis baik itu dari semakin tingginya kesnjangan antara orang kaya dan miskin, srta krisis monter yang disebabkan oleh uang yang dijadikan barang komoditi.

Abstract

Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) is a government-owned Islamic bank that is the result of the merger and acquisition of Bank Mandiri Syariah, Bank BRI Syariah, and Bank BNI Syariah. Despite the COVID-19 pandemic, BSI's performance continues to show a positive trend. This research aims to determine the performance of BSI, especially the ability to generate profits (profit), by considering the conditions of NPF, BOPO, and FDR. As an associative research using multiple linear regression data analysis. The data used is quarterly data starting from 2020–2023 (Q1). The results of this research show that NPF has a negative but not significant effect on ROA, and BOPO has a negative and significant effect on ROA. While FDR has a positive but not significant effect on ROA.

Abstract

Internet has developed rapidly so that it creates many new businesses. Internet changes traditional things into modern, in which internet is not only used as medium of communication but also medium of business, education, government and other activities. Shopping has been considered as important part of everyday life that the purchasing activity might be unplanned (Wu, Chen, & Chiu, 2016). So that all the things committed by the company can be done properly and correctly. The study aimed to examine the effect of Electronic Word of Mouth and Social Media towards Management students of Sumbawa University of Technology. The study used Quantitative method with Associative approach. The technique of data collection used was questionnaire. Total samples of the study were 96 respondents that have been gained through purposive sampling technique. The technique of data analysis deployed was classical assumption testing, multiple regression testing, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination testing. The result of the study showed that Electronic Word of Mouth and Social Media had Positive and significant effect towards Impulse Buying of Management student of Sumbawa University of Technology. While partially (t test) Electronic Word of Mouth (X1) affected the Impulse Buying of Management student of UTS, Impulse Buying (Y) and Social Media (X2) also affected Impulse Buying of Management Student of Sumbawa University of Technology.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of promotions and prices on the decision to purchase Suzuki cars at PT. Sejahtera Buana Trada in Pekanbaru The sample for this study was 85 people. The data analysis techniques used are quantitative and qualitative methods. The technical data used is multiple linear regression using SPSS 27. Based on the research results, it was found that the Promotion variable had a significant effect on the decision to purchase a Suzuki Car at PT Sejahtera Buana Trada in Pekanbaru. And price has a significant influence onthe decision to purchase a Suzuki car at PT. Sejahtera Buana Trada in Pekanbaru. There is a significant influence between promotion and price simultaneously or together on the decision to purchase a Suzuki car at PT. Sejahtera Buana Trada Pekanbaru. Abstract

Public access to financial institutions has decreased compared to the previous period. This decline indicates that society has not been able to use convenience, knowledge and effective supporting facilities to provide access to financial institutions. The aim of this research is to determine the impact of financial literacy, digital financial literacy and financial technology on student financial inclusion. The research method uses a purposive sampling method with data analysis using multiple linear regression. The research results show that financial literacy does not have a significant effect on financial inclusion. Meanwhile, digital financial literacy and dan financial technology have a significant influence on changes in financial inclusion for students.

Abstract

Orientasi kewirausahaan, yang meliputi inovasi, proaktivitas, dan keberanian mengambil risiko, diyakini dapat meningkatkan keunggulan kompetitif dan kinerja UMKM. Keunggulan kompetitif mencerminkan kemampuan UMKM menciptakan nilai tambah melalui diferensiasi produk, kualitas unggul, dan harga kompetitif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja UMKM, dengan keunggulan kompetitif sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian berfokus pada wanita wirausaha di Kecamatan Sumbawa, Kabupaten Sumbawa, yang memainkan peran penting dalam perekonomian lokal. Alat analisis yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian yaitu metode Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Populasi terdiri dari UMKM yang dimiliki oleh wanita di Kecamatan Sumbawa, dengan menggunakan perhitungan jumlah jalur dikalikan sepuluh didapatkan sampel sebanyak 60 responden yang dipilih dengan cara purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa orientasi kewirausahaan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM, baik secara langsung maupun melalui keunggulan kompetitif sebagai variabel mediasi. Wanita wirausaha yang berorientasi kewirausahaan terbukti mampu menciptakan keunggulan kompetitif yang mendukung pertumbuhan usaha.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis elastisitas permintaan produk fashion Muslim di Butik House of Riamiranda Kota Mataram. Dari elastisitas harga dan elastisitas pendapatan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive samplings. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, laporan keuangan, dan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 30 responden yang sudah melakukan pembelian produk fashion Muslim di Butik House Of Riamiranda Kota Mataram minimal dua kali dalam kurun waktu 3 bulan. Data yang didapatkan dioleh menggunakan persamaan analisis ekonomi berupa elastisitas permintaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa elastisitas harga pada produk Fashion Muslim Di Butik House Of Riamiranda Kota Mataram menunjukkan hasil yang elastis yang artinya konsumen peka terhadap perubahan harga dan Untuk elastisitas pendapatan pada produk fashion Muslim di Butik House Of Rimiranda Kota Mataram menunjukkan barang mewah atau superior.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the influence of facility quality, lecturer quality, and curriculum relevance on student satisfaction within the International Business Management (IBM) Study Program at the Institute of Science and International Business (ISBI) Singkawang. A quantitative associative approach was employed using a survey method. The population consisted of all active students in the IBM program, with a total sample of 25 respondents selected through purposive sampling, representing the entire population. The research instrument used was a Likert-scale questionnaire, which had previously undergone validity and reliability testing. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with IBM SPSS version 31. The classical assumption tests indicated that the data met the criteria for normality, linearity, absence of multicollinearity, and no heteroscedasticity. The regression analysis revealed that the three independent variables—facility quality (X?), lecturer quality (X?), and curriculum relevance (X?)—collectively exert a significant influence on student satisfaction (Y), as evidenced by a significance level of 0.001 (< 0.05) and an F-value of 419.655 (> F-table value of 3.07). Individually, each independent variable also demonstrated a significant effect, with curriculum relevance (X?) emerging as the most dominant factor, shown by the highest regression coefficient (B = 0.839) and the largest t-value (11.857). The coefficient of determination (R²) was found to be 0.984, indicating that 98.4% of the variance in student satisfaction can be explained by the three independent variables, while the remaining 1.6% is influenced by other factors outside the model. These findings highlight the critical role of enhancing curriculum relevance as a top priority in improving student satisfaction, while also emphasizing the importance of advancing both facility quality and lecturer competence within the IBM program at ISBI Singkawang. Abstract

Changes in work patterns and the growing demands for digital competencies require organizations to enhance the quality of human resources, particularly in the context of talent development. This study is motivated by the importance of understanding the role of Digital Learning Capability and Professional Development Support in influencing Talent Performance, with Self-Efficacy acting as a mediating variable. The objective of this research is to analyze both the direct and indirect effects among these variables within the framework of digital and psychological-based talent performance development. This study employs a quantitative approach using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. The sample consists of university lecturers, with a total of 150 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire based on a Likert scale, and analyzed using the SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results indicate that Professional Development Support has a significant influence on both Self-Efficacy and Talent Performance, whereas Digital Learning Capability does not have a significant direct effect on either variable. Moreover, Self-Efficacy demonstrates a very strong influence on Talent Performance and serves as a key mediating variable between professional development support and talent performance. These findings reinforce the critical role of professional development as a primary strategy for building individual confidence, which positively impacts performance. The novelty of this study lies in its integration of digital learning capabilities with psychological constructs and performance within a single structural model that addresses the challenges of modern work transformation.
