Abstract

Education in Indonesia continues to experience changes along with technological developments. The development of theory and the responsibility of stakeholders so that the education system continues to be developed for future generations who are responsive to all the challenges of current formation technology. Therefore, the community, in this case the younger generation, must have creativity and be able to respond to developments in information technology so that the community, through the younger generation, remains the main actor in carrying out a sustainable life as information technology develops throughout the world. The Ministry of Education and Culture has established an independent campus to study for developing a learning concept for educators to develop a student-centered learning system through the concept of independent learning on the independent campus. The results of this study explain the concept of independent learning for students of STIE SBI Yogyakarta in understanding the eight concepts of independent learning through the proposed hypothesis. The results of the hypothesis prove that the Free Learning Concept has a significant positive effect on learning the Free Learning Apprentice Concept, Entrepreneurship and Research and has a significant positive effect on students at the Independent Learning campus.

Abstract

Character is the temperament, nature, morals, or personality that distinguishes one individual from another. It can also be described as the true state within a person that sets them apart from others. The purpose of this research is to identify the factors causing school dropout among children in Jangrana village, Kesugihan sub-district, Cilacap Regency. The focus is on children who drop out of primary education due to family environmental factors, particularly the burden placed on parents due to the large number of dependents. The methodology employed in this research is a qualitative approach, combining library research with field studies. It aims to explain the importance of character education and the cultivation of faith among students in SDTK (elementary school) and SMPTK (junior high school) based on the scripture from Colossians 3:12-14. The study is conducted at SDTK and SMPTK schools in Pniel village, Lolo Murri village, Raba Ege sub-district, West Wewewa, Southwest Sumba Regency, East Nusa Tenggara. The observation was carried out by the author, as he/she pioneered these schools. The research findings indicate that the chosen people of God, sanctified and loved by Him, should put on compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience. They should bear with one another and forgive each other, just as the Lord forgave them. Therefore, they should act accordingly.

Abstract

Erectile dysfunction is the inability to achieve or maintain an erection of the penis. Erectile dysfunction can occur in a third of men and more than half of men with Diabetes Mellitus. The prevalence of erectile dysfunction in men with Diabetes Mellitus is still high. This study aims to obtain data on the incidence of erectile dysfunction at the West Jakarta District Health Center. This research is descriptive with cross- sectional design. The research subjects were 90 respondents. Data collection using the questionnaire The International Index of Erectile Function Questionnaire (IIEF)-5. The results showed that the number of respondents who did not experience erectile dysfunction was 16 people (17.8%) while the respondents who experienced erectile dysfunction were 74 people (82.2%) with 22 people (29,7%) experiencing mild dysfunction, 12 people (16,2%) had mild - moderate dysfunction, 27 people (36,5%) had mild dysfunction, and 13 people (17,6%) had severe dysfunction. The conclusion of the study was that the incidence of erectile dysfunction at the West Jakarta Health Center was 22 respondents with mild erectile dysfunction (29,7%), 12 respondents with mild - moderate erectile dysfunction (16,2%), 27 respondents with mild erectile dysfunction (36,5%), and 13 respondents with severe erectile dysfunction (17,6%).

Abstract

This study discusses how to apply the "Qiro'ah Method in the Al-Qur'an Education Park Development Program (TPQ) in Tomori Village, Bacan District, South Halmahera Regency". The purpose of this study was to obtain information about the benefits of applying the Qiro'ah method and developing skills in reading the Koran. In addition, it also reveals the advantages of the Qiro'ah method. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach, while the subjects of the research are teachers, parents and students. Sources of data used are primary data and secondary data. Data were obtained using observation, interview and documentation techniques. Data were analyzed using reduction techniques, data displays, and conclusion draws. The results showed that the application of the Qiro'ah method in Tomori Village, Bacan District, South Halmahera Regency, not all TPQ used the Qiro'ah method, but there was one TPA that had started using the method. In general, for material that is more difficult, the teacher will explain while writing examples on the blackboard. In teaching the Qiro'ah method, the teacher applies a private system, namely by listening to students one by one or individually, and the Qiro'ah method is arranged in a systematic and interesting way so that it can help students. quickly learn to read the Koran. The development of students' reading skills is carried out by learning tajwid science more specifically, memorizing short surahs and when they deposit the students' memorization will immediately correct their tajwid reading. Very important for developing students' reading skills is how often students read the Koran at home.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the development of local tourism economy using the Participatory Appraisal of Competitive Advantage (PACA) approach through the perspective of Maqashid Shariah. The study takes a case in Pulau Merah, Sumberagung Village, Pesanggaran District, Banyuwangi Regency. This research adopts a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis. Data collection is conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects are selected using a purposive technique. The study finds two PACA indicators that fulfill four out of the six elements of Maqashid Shariah in the local tourism economy of Pulau Merah. This research recommends strengthening institutional synergy among the government, private sector, and community to create added value in the tourism sector management, ensuring that all aspects of Sapta Pesona are fulfilled and have a positive impact on the local community in line with Maqashid Shariah principles.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the producer strategy management of the Buser program in SCTV keeps the program alive. This study, researchers used qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. This study uses the Concept of Program Strategic Management by Peter Pringle. The results of this study indicate that Buser's program producer strategic management in keeping the program running by ensuring four general steps - namely; program planning, program production, program implementation and program monitoring and evaluation - carried out well using strategies in writing scripts using non-standard terms or words that are not commonly used in script writing. These things can be seen by analyzing how the program is able to attract the attention of the public and the management strategies used by the producers of the program are able to maintain a high share and rating for the Buser program.

Abstract

The concept of the Omnibus Law is not new for countries that adhere to the Common Law legal system, but it is new for Indonesian legislation. However, this is a new thing for legislation in Indonesia. This raises the Pros and Cons of Indonesian legal issues. The purpose of this article is to find out the juridical implications of establishing an individual company after the regulation in lieu of Law Number 2 of 2022 concerning Job Creation, to find out whether the establishment of an individual company without a notarial deed has provided legal protection for the legality of documents and the identity of the founder of an individual company as the sole shareholder. , and what are the legal remedies if there is a dispute over the permit certificate for an individual company if it was established without going through a notary. The research approach used is a statutory approach, a conceptual approach, and a historical approach. The data were obtained from three types of legal materials. The results of this study show that the legal status of an individual limited liability company in the legal system in Indonesia contradicts the regulations relating to limited liability companies that were already in effect before. The responsibility of the shareholders of an individual company suffers a loss, so the shareholder is responsible for the shares handed over to the individual company except for the shareholder. Government Regulation Number 8 of 2021 does not regulate what efforts the founders can take if there are risks or problems that occur in an Individual Limited Liability Company.

Abstract

Ludruk Suromenggolo’s tandhak performance as a woman character is not only displayed on stage but is carried over into her daily life. This is the cause of the loss of feminine and masculine spatial boundaries, thus blurring their true gender identities. The purpose of this study is to look at the form of performance presentation, the role of tandhak in the performance, and the process of forming gender identity tandhak on the stage of the Ludruk Suromenggolo performance. This study used the descriptive-qualitative method. Source of data obtained from primary and secondary data observational data collection techniques, interviews, and documentation. Data analisys uses triangulation with the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Ludruk’s performance structure theory and gender identity theory are used as a basis. The research result obtained show that tandhak created his role on stage through a series of make-up, costumes, self-discipline, speech, and behaviour. From this role, tandhak build their gender identity as feminine. The gender identity is formed from a social construction (gender role identity), which then becomes stronger because, from an early age, signs reveal their gender. The constancy of gender identity makes tandhak experience alienation and discrimination. Tandhak is recognised for its existence, but in the socio-political space, it is removed.

Abstract

Congenital hypothyroidism is a common endocrine disorder found in newborn babies. This condition is caused by low or absent production of thyroid hormones, which can lead to physical and cognitive developmental issues in children if not detected and treated promptly. This research aims to investigate the incidence rate of congenital hypothyroidism in 6-month-old girls in a specific population. This study is a retrospective observational study using data from child health records at a leading hospital during a specific time period. The study subjects were female children who had reached 6 months of age at the time of diagnosis. The collected data includes demographic information, birth history, and the results of thyroid hormone screening tests. Out of the total number of 6-month-old girls screened, a certain number of cases of congenital hypothyroidism were diagnosed. The incidence rate of congenital hypothyroidism in 6-month-old girls in this population is X%. Furthermore, the analysis indicates that the mother's age, a family history of thyroid disorders, and certain environmental factors potentially serve as risk factors for the occurrence of congenital hypothyroidism. This research highlights the importance of thyroid hormone screening in 6-month-old girls to early detect congenital hypothyroidism. These findings underscore the need for awareness of the importance of early detection and appropriate intervention to prevent negative impacts on the physical and cognitive development of children. Further research is needed to better understand the risk factors associated with this condition and to develop more effective prevention strategies.

Abstract

Multicultural education is a model expected to create peace and address the growing conflicts. The primary goal of multicultural education in this context is to foster attitudes of sympathy, respect, appreciation, and empathy towards followers of different religions and cultures. Importantly, this multicultural education strategy aims not only to make it easier for students to comprehend their lessons but also to increase their awareness and encourage them to behave in a humanistic, pluralistic, and democratic manner. This research employs a qualitative approach, involving the collection, analysis, and synthesis of relevant literature on multicultural education and its prospects in Indonesia. The researcher gathers academic publications, scientific journals, books, and other related sources to understand previous research, current issues, and developments in the field of multiculturalism in Indonesia. Interviews are conducted to obtain direct data from various stakeholders involved in multicultural education in Indonesia. Potential interview respondents include government officials, educators, educational institution administrators, students, and other community members engaged in multiculturalism issues. Surveys are used to collect data from a larger sample, such as teachers or students in various educational institutions in Indonesia. Surveys can provide broader insights into perceptions, attitudes, and understanding of multiculturalism, as well as its prospects within the education community. The results of the research indicate that to achieve the goals of multicultural education, the participation and support of teachers or professors, educational institutions, and other education policymakers are crucial. Multicultural education can be implemented if done with the concepts and limitations of Islamic Shariah.
