Abstract

An auction is a form of public sale of goods conducted openly to the public, with bidding prices that increase or decrease to reach the highest price. Bids can be submitted in writing or orally, and they are preceded by prior notification of the upcoming auction. The auctions conducted by Kospin Gama and KSPPS BMT KMA take place at the Office of State Property and Auction Services (KPKNL) through a website. Prior to conducting the auction, Kospin Gama and KSPPS BMT KMA provide advance notice to debtors. If there is no ability to settle the debt, an auction is conducted. The purpose of this study is to understand how the auction process is carried out and to compare the auctions conducted by Kospin Gama and KSPPS BMT KMA. In this research, the researcher employs field research methodology using a qualitative approach. Data is collected through interviews and documentation in the form of sound recordings. The research findings conclude that there are several differences in the process of auctioning collateralized properties conducted by Kospin Gama and KSPPS BMT KMA: a) Mechanism of Auction Price Determination, b) Notification of Auction Information to Customers, c) Utilization of Excess Funds from Auction Proceeds

Abstract

One of the methods of soil improvement in the case of highway embankments is to perform pre-loading to increase the shear strength of the subgrade. In this study, the embankment case is modeled in PLAXIS 2D software. The analysis will be conducted under short-term, long-term embankment conditions, services, and pseudostatic earthquakes. The study was conducted by modeling the subgrade using the effective stress analysis (ESA) approach with two different drainage types, Undrained A and Undrained B. In the model with Undrained A drainage type, the long-term stability analysis was performed by modeling consolidation, while the long-term analysis with Undrained B drainage type was performed by updating the undrained shear strength of the subgrade based on the equation by Han (2015). The analysis results show that the factor of safety values of Undrained drainage type A are about 10-28% greater than those of Undrained drainage type B throughout the preloading, service, and earthquake conditions. The difference in the factor of safety values occurs due to differences in the definition of safety factor and failure criterion. Stability analysis with Undrained A drainage type needs to be conducted carefully by considering the accuracy of the long-term parameters, while the accuracy of stability analysis with Undrained B can be improved by calibrating the coefficients in Han, Jie (2015) equation based on the undrained friction angle obtained from the CU triaxial test.

Abstract

Facebook social media plays a significant role in the political communication strategy of legislative members with their constituents. Legislative members can utilize the features of this social media platform to interact with their constituents and convey political messages. This study employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive analysis model and utilizes an interpretative paradigm. The data collection technique in this research involves structured interviews. The informants in this study consist of 4 members of the Jakarta Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) from the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle faction and 2 social media observers. The conclusion of this research is that the political communication strategy employed by members of the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle faction in the Jakarta DPRD involves uploading content related to their daily activities as DPRD members through their respective Facebook accounts. The benefits that DPRD members gain by using the Facebook social media platform include gaining recognition among the broader public, receiving criticism and suggestions, comprehensively absorbing constituents' aspirations, and using it as a benchmark for problem-solving and improving their duties and responsibilities as DPRD members.

Abstract

The North Bandung Area (KBU) has a function as a rainwater catchment area in the Bandung Basin. However, today, KBU has experienced land conversion, especially agricultural land into built-up land. If land conversion in KBU cannot be controlled and continues to experience land use changes, public knowledge about the environment in KBU will be increasingly eroded and cause disharmony between the community and its physical environment. The purpose of this research is to identify the level of ecological intelligence of high school students in KBU. The method used in this research is the survey method and the approach used is quantitative. The location of this research was conducted in 12 State Senior High Schools (SMAN) which are included in the North Bandung Area (KBU). The result of this research: Ecological intelligence of public high school students in KBU in the knowledge aspect falls into the high category (1.50), in the attitude aspect falls into the high category (1.98), the skill aspect falls into the high category (1.86), and the participatory aspect falls into the high category (1.91). In general, the ecological intelligence of students of 12 public high schools in KBU as measured through four indicators is classified as high category (1.81). It is recommended to conduct similar research at different levels and or in private schools.

Abstract

LRT Jakarta is one of the transportation service providers in the rail sector in the Jakarta area. LRT Jakarta has 8 trainsets of trains. In 1 trainset, the train has 8 passenger doors which have two types, namely type A and B. Vibration on the train causes the door to decrease gradually. Damaging often occurs when the train is operating, such as system errors and system failures. This study has the purpose to know the maintenance actions of the passenger system with Reliability Centered Maintenanc (RCM) and to know the possible causes of failure and the effects of the passenger door system of LVR train. This research uses Reliability Centered Maintenance. where the analysis has been done in the form of analysis of data processing starting from the functional block diagram. the next is the determination of the system and functional failure, by looking for the value of the risk priority number and failure mode and effect analysis. After that, the logic tree analysis prioritizes each mode of damage and performs a review of the functions; the last one provides a proposed maintenance action policy. The results of the research can be carried out actions on the components of the LRV train passenger door system where 7 components can be carried out maintenance actions with condition directed conditions and 1 component is carried out time directed actions. furthermore, the results of this study also explain about the possible failures and consequences caused to each component that has been discussed.

Abstract

The implementation of binding credit agreements, especially in banking matters, generally uses an authentic deed drawn up by a notary as a perfect means of proof. The provision of credit followed by special guarantees has different characteristics depending on the type of collateral provided by the debtor. Therefore, the role of the Notary is not only limited to the credit agreement but also in the guarantee binding process. The purpose of this legal research is to determine the scope of duties, authorities and the role of a Notary in the implementation of credit agreement followed by a mortgage guarantee in the form of securities. This legal research is normative legal research. The data collection tool used was a literature study with due regard to primary legal materials in the form of laws and regulations and secondary legal materials, namely books, journals and other library materials related to this research. The results of the study show that securities that are used as a collateral for credit may be made with a pawn or fiduciary system depends on the object served by debtor. If the bond binding is carried out with the fiduciary system, the role of the Notary is very important considering that the fiduciary guarantee deed required to be made in the authentic deed.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out about Notary’s responsibility and its legal consequences towards authentic deeds that has been canceled by the court upon the parties’s request. The method that used in this study is study of literature. The data collection tool implemented in this study was a mechanism for collecting legal materials by searching for literature and other information using online searches via the internet and offline through books and journals to complete this research. The research of this study shows that Notary’s responsibility that has ben cancelled by the court is based on Law Number 2 of 2014 concerning amendments to Law Number 30 of 2014 concerning Notary Position towards material evidentiary inside the authentic deeds that has been made by the Notary and its legal consequences on the authentic deeds if the authentic deeds does not meet the requirements regarding the form, is canceled in court against the cancellation of the deed issued by a Notary, which results in a deed being null and void by law.

Abstract

Batik is one of the cultural heritages that has become the identity of the Indonesian nation. UNESCO (United Nation Educational, Scientific and Cultural) in 2009 determined that batik meets the criteria as a world heritage. Besides being rich in symbols and beauty, batik has a philosophical meaning in the life of the Indonesian people. In this study, the authors aim to examine the sources of ideas and symbolic meanings of the batik motif "The Great Mosque of Demak and Its Ornaments". Techniques for collecting data using observation and interviews. The data that has been collected will be analyzed using a qualitative descriptive technique. The results of the research are expected to increase the interest of the community, especially Demak, about batik in Demak.

The increasingly advanced technology in banking services can provide convenience for customers in conducting transactions. Based on our research, the network using a firewall consists of several stages: activation and threat identification, firewall type selection, network segmentation, security testing and attack simulation, and evaluation and improvement. In this regard, Indonesian Islamic banks can enhance their cybersecurity by implementing a firewall as one of the critical defense layers in their IT infrastructure to protect against cyber threats and ensure the security of their systems.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze: (1) the magnitude of the direct influence of learning motivation on student learning outcomes, (2) the magnitude of the direct influence of the family environment on student learning outcomes, (3) the magnitude of the direct influence of learning activities on student learning outcomes, (4) the magnitude of the influence indirectly, learning motivation and family environment on learning outcomes through student learning activities in social studies subjects at SMPN 4 Mangarabombang. This research is a quantitative research with a research designex post facto type which was held at SMPN 4 Mangarabomban in May - July 2022.The population in this study as many as 257 people with the sampling technique is random sampling with a total sample of 156 people. The procedure for collecting data is through observation and questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used consisted of: (1) Path Analysis, (2) T-test at a 5% alpha significant level. The results showed that; (1) Learning motivation has a significant effect on learning outcomes with the value of t-count < t-table (3.877 > 1.976), (2) Family environment has an effect but not significant on learning outcomes because the value of t-count < t-table (0.313 <1,976) with a value of of0.025, (3) Learning activities have a significant effect on learning outcomes with the value of t-count < t-table (7,749 > 1,976). (4) Learning motivation has an indirect effect on learning outcomes through learning activities of 0.262 greater than the direct effect of 0.257, (5) Family environment has an indirect effect on learning outcomes through learning activities of 0.259 greater than the direct effect, namely 0.021, (6) Simultaneously, learning motivation and family environment have an indirect effect on learning outcomes through learning activities of 0.521 which is also greater than the direct effect on learning outcomes which is only 0.278. (7) In multiple linear regression, the equation of the linear line Y=2,241+0,403X1+0,025X2+0,816X3.
