Abstract

This research aims to analyze how startup companies in Indonesia can leverage the entrepreneurship ecosystem as a human resource system. The entrepreneurship ecosystem is a network consisting of startup companies, universities, government, investors, and various other stakeholders that contribute to the creation and facilitation of startup company growth. By focusing on human resource development through the entrepreneurship ecosystem, this research will identify important factors influencing the relationship between startup companies and the ecosystem.

Abstract

This article aims to evaluate the implementation of learning during the Covid - 19 pandemic which was organized by the Jakarta Class II Child Special Development Institute (LPKA). This research takes the locus in LPKA Class II Jakarta. The research method uses library research (literature study) in the form of journal articles and scientific articles. Data analysis techniques used a qualitative approach, namely in the form of data reduction, data presentation and data verification (conclusion drawing). The findings and results of the research show that: (1) the implementation of learning during the Covid-19 pandemic at LPKA Class II Jakarta was carried out using the Blended Learning method, namely face-to-face (offline) and online teaching and learning activities, namely 1 session followed by 5 fostered children. take turns while adhering to health protocols. (2) the implementation of the exam is carried out online (online) using the Google meet application. (3) learning supervision during the Covid – 19 pandemic at LPKA Class II Jakarta was carried out by monitoring processes, assessments and learning outcomes.

Abstract

The study focused on the misspelling of Indonesian in the essay of a student of the accounting course, the department of economics and business, Widya Dharma Pontianak University. The method used in this study is a descriptive analysis. The data in this study would be spelling mistakes, whereas the data source would be by a two-semester student group that attended an Indonesian course. As for the results, there are 10 misspelling spelling capitals, 3 misspelling spelling, 5 misspelling of root, 9 miswriting of root words, 2 miswriting syllables, 4 syllables, 1 writership errors, 5 writes point marks, 1 writes errors of comma, 1 writes hyphen, and 1 omission of writing hyphen. Based on the study, it is expected that the professor emphasized the EYD technique in Indonesian college and always trained the students to spell it correctly so that the student's writing could fit the writing code. In addition, students are expected to have an Indonesian love soul so that they can write well from different study programs.

Abstract

This research report discusses how to create a system for monitoring temperature and humidity in a data center and remotely controlling a relay. The research report titled "Design and Implementation of a Simulation System for Monitoring Temperature and Humidity in a Data Center Based on Internet of Things (IoT)" can be used for monitoring using a Web Interface. A MYSQL database is utilized to store data for displaying the monitoring screen and controlling relays, which can be accessed through users' mobile phones or computers. The main function of this system is to control the temperature and humidity in the data center and operate remote control relays from accessible sites. The main components used to create this system include the ESP8266 Wemos D1 Mini as the main control unit of the system, which can directly connect to the internet via WiFi connection. The system also incorporates a DHT11 sensor and a 4-channel 5VDC relay module.

Abstract

Teknologi informasi memerlukan perangkat penunjang yang perlu secara kontinu diperbaharui dikarenakan perkembangan teknologi yang sangat cepat. Diperlukan metode pengambilan keputusan yang tepat untuk bisa mendukung tiap keputusan yang berpengaruh dalam penyediaannya. Pada saat ini Rumah Sakit Pusat Otak Nasional Prof. Dr. dr. Mahar Mardjono Jakarta belum memiliki suatu sistematika metode pengambilan keputusan dalam pengadaan perangkat Teknologi Informasi khususnya komputer yang mampu mendukung keputusan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kombinasi antara kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Data primer dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari wawancara dan kuesioner yang diberikan kepada responden. Data sekunder dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari laporan yang dimiliki oleh Rumah Sakit Pusat Otak Nasional Prof. Dr. dr. Mahar Mardjono Jakarta. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Observasi, Wawancara dan Studi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Pada metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) setelah dilakukan penghitungan didapatkan bahwa metode beli menduduki peringkat pertama pada mayoritas subkriteria, kecuali subkriteria pemeliharaan yang lebih murah, penghematan anggaran dan fleksibilitas dalam meng-update spesifikasi teknologi yang menghasilkan metode sewa sebagai alternatif yang menduduki posisi pertama. Untuk metode Technique for order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solutions (TOPSIS), metode beli menjadi alternatif yang menduduki peringkat pertama berdasarkan kriteria yang ada.

Abstract

Learning in the subject of Entrepreneurship at the Senior High School level, especially in class XII MIPA2 at SMA N 2 Madiun, still encounters several challenges. This can be seen from the level of student delays in starting, the completeness of materials, skills in assembling materials, and the completion stage in the product-making process. The general objective of this research is to describe the effectiveness of implementing the Project Skills method for students in Class XII MIPA2 at SMA Negeri 2 Madiun. This research is an action research, as it is conducted to solve learning problems in the classroom. The research was carried out in Class XII MIPA2 at SMA Negeri 2 Kota Madiun, in the odd semester of the 2022/2023 academic year. The study was conducted from September to November in the odd semester of the 2022/2023 academic year. The subjects of the study were students in Class XII MIPA2 at SMA Negeri 2 Kota Madiun in the 2022/2023 academic year. The methods used to collect data in this research were observation, tests, and questionnaires. The results of the study show that the implementation of the Project Task model in the subject of local craft products in Class XII MIPA2 at SMA Negeri 2 Madiun is effective in improving the process skills in completing project tasks in the Entrepreneurship subject.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Business and Marketing Strategy on Purchasing Decisions at PT Summarecon Agung, Tbk. Mediated by Digital Marketing. The research population is consumers who have purchased property and real estate at PT Summarecon Agung, Tbk. A sample of 100 people is taken by convenience sampling. The primary data used is in the form of consumer responses from PT Summarecon Agung, Tbk., regarding business and marketing strategies for purchasing decisions mediated by digital marketing obtained through distributing questionnaires. Data were analyzed using PLS-based SEM. The results of the study show that Business Strategy and Marketing has an effect on Digital Marketing, Business Strategy and Marketing has a direct effect on Purchasing Decisions. And Business Strategy and Marketing indirectly influence Purchasing Decisions mediated by Digital Marketing.

Abstract

This research discusses the Strategies of Islamic Religious Education Teachers in Realizing Interactive, Inspiring, Fun, Challenging, and Motivating Learning, (I2M3). This study aims to determine (1) Islamic Religious Education Teachers' Strategies in Creating Interactive, Inspiring, Fun, Challenging, and Motivating, (I2M3). (2) the supporting and inhibiting factors faced by Islamic Religious Education Teachers in realizing Interactive, Inspirational, Fun, Challenging, and Motivating Learning, (I2M3). at SMP Negeri 2 Samaturu. This type of research is Qualitative Research. Data was collected by means of interviews, observation and documentation. The data is processed by descriptive analysis. The results of the study (1) The strategy used by Islamic Religious Education Teachers in realizing I2M3 Learning is that most students are active and enthusiastic in learning by using several learning methods. (2) the supporting factors of this learning process are supported by the teacher's ability to use unique methods in each delivery of learning and are also supported by the readiness of students in participating in learning. As for the inhibiting factors of the learning process, namely the facilities and infrastructure at Samaturu 2 Public Middle School are inadequate or still limited, the learning environment at Samaturu 2 Public Middle School is less strategic because the location of the school is close to the provincial road so that the noise of vehicles can disturb the concentration of students in learning, as well as limited time allocation even though the use of learning methods requires a lot of time. The Islamic Religious Education Teacher's strategy that is used should not only be applied to PAI subjects but can be used for all subjects by adapting the strategies used to the existing situations and conditions.

Abstract

The low quality of financial reports can lead to public distrust in the financial management conducted by local governments. Local governments should ideally represent the community in governing, making accountable and transparent financial management a mandatory practice. The aim of this research is to examine the factors influencing public financial management. This research is quantitative in nature. The research design employed is quantitative. The population of this study comprises staff members of the Investment and Integrated One-Stop Service Agencies (DPMPTSP) of Central Java Province. Due to the limited number of staff in the DPMPTSP of Central Java Province, all staff members will be included as research samples. Data analysis involves screening and transforming the collected information to achieve results. The research results yielded a significant value of p = 0.113, indicating the absence of empirical support for Hypothesis 1. This suggests that the use of IT does not have a significant influence on the quality of government financial reports.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Work Discipline, Work Motivation, and Compensation on the performance of all permanent academic staff employesss as UAD Yogyakarta. The population of this study consists of all staff members in campus one, campus two, campus three, campus four, and campus five at UAD Yogyakarta. The sample measurement technique uses the Slovin formula because the population is known with certainty. The sample in this study consists of 197 staff members at UAD Yogyakarta. The sampling technique used is random sampling as a method of data collection. Hypothesis testing is conducted using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS. The results of the study indicate that Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on performance, Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on performnce, and Compensation has a positive and significant effect on performance. The three variabels, Work Discipline, Work Motivation, and Compensation, simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on performance. The results of this study are expected to contributi to the theory and practice of organizations in improving performance.
