Abstract

ABSTRAKGuru memegang peranan penting dalam menciptakan sumber daya manusia pendidikan yang handal, sehingga diperlukan manajemen personalia yang baik bagi sekolah dalam menciptakan guru yang dengan kedisiplinan yang baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi manajemen personalia dan kedisiplinan guru di MIN Kamal Bangkalan. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah: (1) wawancara mendalam; (2) observasi partisipan; (3) dokumentasi. Sedangkan untuk teknik analisis datanya yang digunakan adalah: (1) reduksi data; (2) penyajian data; dan (3) kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Pengecekan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah: (1) credibility; (2) transferability; (3) dependability; dan (4) confirmability. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa manajemen personalia yang berkaitan dengan pengembangan guru, lingkungan yang kondusif, insentif dan merit system  di MIN Kamal Bangkalan sudah dilaksanakan dengan baik, hanya perlu perbaikan dalam proses perencanaan hingga monitoring dalam program insentif dan merit system. Pelaksanaan kedisiplinan guru juga sudah dilaksanakan dengan baik. Upaya untuk meningkatkan kapasitas guru memang harus dilaksakan dengan manajemen peronalia yang baik yang nantinya akan menghasilkan kedisiplinan guru yang baik.Kata Kunci    :          Manajemen Personalia, Kedisiplinan Guru, Peningkatan Kedisiplinan Guru.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the implementation of school quality control management at SMK N 2 Karanganyar, Surakarta, Central Java. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques are carried out with interviews, observations, and documentation. Indicators developed by researchers as guidelines in data collection include school planning, school program implementation, principal leadership, and supervision and evaluation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and inference. The education process at SMK N 2 Karanganyar has met the quality education criteria which include: 1) the effectiveness of the headmaster's leadership; 2) active participation of all interested components in the school; 3) effectiveness of teaching and learning process; 4) relevant curriculum; 5) directed vision, mission, and objectives; 6) conducive to the climate and school environment; 6) community involvement and parents of learners. This research implies that the headmaster's leadership and managerial ability are necessary to realize effective school management. The quality of education at SMK N 2 Karanganyar has the opportunity to be dynamically and innovatively devised to achieve improved standard quality.

Abstract

Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah memegang peranan penting dalam mengembangkan budaya sekolah efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis gaya dan peran kepemimpianan kepala sekolah dalam upaya mengembangkan budaya sekolah efektif. Jenis penelitian ini adalah studi kasus yang dilakukan di SD Plus Nurul Hikmah Pamekasan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah: (1) reduksi data; (2) penyajian data; dan (3) kesimpulan. Uji keabsahan data diuji melalui: (1) credibility; (2) transferability; (3) dependability; (4) confirmability. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) kepala sekolah tidak hanya menerapkan salah satu gaya kepemimpinan tertentu, tetapi sesuai kondisi yang dihadapi. (2) Peran kepala sekolah dalam mengembangkan budaya sekolah efektif adalah sebagai edukator, manajer, administrator, supervisor, leader, inovator dan motivator. (2) Upaya kepala sekolah dalam mengembangkan budaya sekolah efektif adalah: (a) Mengembangkan hubungan harmonis diantara semua komponen sekolah, (b) Mengembangkan keamanan sekolah, (c) Mengembangkan lingkungan sekolah yang kondusif untuk belajar.

Abstract

Abstract: The principal's strategy is an important factor in determining the success of quality improvement in schools. This study aims to identify and describe the role of the principal, the principal's strategy and the obstacles faced by the principal in improving the quality of learning. To achieve these objectives, this study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation study. Data analysis procedures are data reduction, data presentation and verification. Meanwhile, the research subjects were school principals, vice principals and teachers. The results showed that the role of the principal in improving the quality of learning was going well. The strategies that have been carried out by the principal in improving the quality of learning include: increasing the teaching ability of teachers, utilizing media and educational facilities, implementing regular supervision, establishing cooperation with the community and implementing strict time discipline for both teachers and students. The obstacle faced by the principal in improving the quality of learning at SMP Negeri 9 Prabumulih is the lack of permanent teaching staff, so that many teachers are used as honorary teachers and there are still teachers who teach not according to their educational qualifications in order to cover the shortage of teachers in certain subjects.

Abstract

The principal has an important role in leading the school to realize better education. In school-based management, the implementation of school programs is supported by democratic and professional leadership. The principal is a professional education manager. Therefore it is necessary to improve the ability of the board of teachers who become partners in the education unit they lead in terms of assessing the learning process both in the process of making, implementing and analyzing it. Basically, this assessment aims to make the Bakalan Elementary School teacher have the ability to compile the Final Examination Test questions (UAS) properly in accordance with the rules of writing correct questions. This research is based on the formulation of the problem: Whether by optimizing the implementation of the Collective program that has been compiled can improve teacher competency as an Evaluator in compiling the test questions End of Semester (UAS) in SDN Bakalan Sub-district Sumobito Jombang district in the school year of 2018/2019. The method needed in this study was obtained through observing the processing of activities compiling the End of Semester questions through Collective program activities. Based on data analysis, from this study it can be concluded that the application of the Collective program in compiling the End of Semester Test (UAS) is very effective. Through the Collective program can also improve the ability of teachers in compiling a good test this is seen in the first cycle and cycle activities second, with a very significant increase, from an average value of 66.7 with a percentage of completeness of 45.5% to an average test score of 85.7 with a percentage of completeness of 100%. Tests are considered feasible if at least 75% of the criteria can be met.

Abstract

Organizational trust is essential so that members of the organization can continue to contribute to the progress of the organization. The purpose of this research is to find out how far the variables of leadership behavior and organizational justice on improving organizational trust. The research method used is associative quantitative causal method, and the testing hypothesis research using path analysis technique. The population in this study is 707 permanent lecturers who have the National Lecturer Number (NIDN). The sample is 130 respondents. The instrument test was conducted to 30 respondents outside the sample. The findings of this research indicate that the higher the leadership behavior in directing subordinates, providing support to subordinates; increase member participation in achieving organizational goals, and rewarding the achievers, the higher the trust in the organization. Other findings show that the higher the organization's justice the higher the trust in the organization.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh bauran pemasaran yang terdiri dari produk, harga, lokasi, dan bukti fisik secara parsial terhadap keputusan siswa dalam memilih MAN Tuban, serta mengetahui pengaruh produk, harga, lokasi, dan buti fisik secara bersama-sama terhadap keputusan siswa memilih MAN Tuban. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode analisis linear berganda, dengan menggunakan uji simultan dan uji parsial. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 81 siswa kelas X MAN Tuban dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa produk, harga, lokasi, dan promosi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap keputusan siswa memilih MAN Tuban sebesar 48,6%. Hasil uji secara parsial diperoleh bahwa produk dan harga tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan siswa memilih MAN Tuban, sedangkan lokasi memiliki nilai signifikan 0,001 <  0,05 dan nilai t hitung sebesar 3.463 yang > 1,99. Selain itu variabel bukti fisik memberikan pengaruh dengan nilai signifikan 0,009 < 0,05 dan nilai t hitung 2.690 > 1,99. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa diantara produk, harga, lokasi, dan bukti fisik hanya variabel lokasi dan bukti fisik yang mempengaruhi keputusan siswa memilih MAN Tuban.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to gain preliminary insights on how the participants of Edulead Training implemented the training in their respective institutions and the impacts perceived after the implementation. Research method used to measure the implementation was survey method using online questionnaire, with open and closed questions. The data analise were from 25 out of 28 training participants participated in the data collection. The results showed that all respondents reported that they had implement the training on their job. There were three channels reported on how the training materials being implemented: by conducting training to teachers and other members of school management, applying the materials themselves, and conducting socailization/knowledge sharing to teachers, other members of school management, and parents. After implementing training materials on their respective institutions, all participants reported positive impact. The positive impact reported was seen in teachers, students, other members of school management, working environment, and parent
