Abstract

This research aims to know the differential strategy consisting of product function-based differential strategy, form of product-based differential strategy and subjective attribute-baseddifferential strategy that can give effects on the customer satisfaction by using a product.Population in this research was all customers of Samsung mobile phone. Sample determination was by accidental sampling while determination on number of sample used a formula by Suprantoand it was obtained number of sample by 100 people. Variables in this research consist of product function-based differential strategy, form of product-based differential strategy and subjective attribute-based differential strategy as independent variables and customer satisfaction as the dependent variable.Data collection method used questionnaire. Data analysis used multiple regression analysis.Results of the research show that the Nokia product function-based differential strategy has been good (75,90%), the form of product-based differential strategy has been good (73,47%), attribute subjective-based differential strategy has been good (75,90%) and the customer satisfaction has be in satisfied category (74,65%).Results of the analysis were obtained the regression equation by:Yˆ=8,804+0,370X1 +0,424X2+0,172X3. Meaningful test of regression coefficient with t test was obtained tcountfor variable of product function-based differential strategy by 4,422 with significance by 0,000,tcountfor variable of form of product-based differential strategy by 4,926with significance by 0,000,and tcount for variable of subjective attribute-based differential strategy by 2,122with significance by 0,036.Because the significance values of the three variable were less than 0,05so that it can be concluded that the product function-based differential strategy, form of product-based differential strategy and subjective attribute-based differential strategy influence partially on the customer satisfaction. This, it can be concluded that simultaneously, the product function-based differential strategy, form of product-based differential strategy and subjective attribute-based differential strategy partially influence on the customer satisfaction namely by 66,5%.Keywords: product differentiation, customer satisfaction

Abstract

Therapeutic communication is the ability or skill of health workers to help clients adapt to stress, overcome pathological disorders and learn how to connect with others. Therapeutic communication activities mean interaction to facilitate help overcome health problems. The purpose of therapeutic communication to develop the personal client / patient towards a more positive.This research uses descriptive method of qualitative approach intended to describe, describe, and describe in detail about therapeutic communication form conducted by midwife in orientation phase, working and termination phase and exploring support factor and inhibiting of communication therapeutic to patients in the care of Antenatal care. While the pregnant mother's patients conducted in-depth interviews after receiving Antenatal care service.The results obtained, the process of Antenatal services at Puskesmas Jelapat Barito Kuala District is in accordance with antenatal care standards that is guided by 10 T. Therapeutic communication conducted midwives to pregnant women patients in providing services Antenatal care at Puskesmas Jelapat Barito Kuala District. therapeutic communication forms performed by the midwife either at the stage or the initial phase (orientation), the working stage and termination stage is interpersonal communication through verbal, written, and nonverbal message delivery. Midwives can identify and describe supporting and inhibiting factors in therapeutic communication. The patient's assessment is conceptually impaired but the patient benefits from therapeutic communication.Suggestion; quality health service needs awareness of Puskesmas Jelapat about the importance of therapeutic communication, all midwives in Puksesmas Jelapat to improve skill or ability in communicating with patient, Puskesmas Jelapat suggested make SOP which firmly, evaluative and responsive especially for therapeutic communication service implementation, preparing a draft of Therapeutic Communication SOP in the ANC service to be submitted to the Puskesmas Leadership Keywords: Therapeutic Communication, Midwife. Abstract

The farmer-wives have a vital role in coping and resolving their families’ poverty. The role itself is still cannot be separated with the stereotypical concept of an ideal woman figure among Indonesian society which later determines the farm work they are allowed to engage with. This study was set in two objectives, namely (1) to find and investigate the kind of role the farmer-wives engage on domestic sector in the effort of increasing their domestic welfare and (2) to find and investigate the farmer-wives’ role in public sector to increase their domestic welfare. Thereof, the descriptive research method was implemented in this study to give a broad description and explanation according to the data and information collected about the role of farmer-wives in increasing the domestic welfare of their families. The results of this study showed that (1) in accordance to the 12 correspondents, either direct or indirectly the farmer-wives have a vital role in increasing the domestic welfare of their families, (2) the role of housewives in the domestic life is relatively dominant according to the general tasks they work on, (3) farmer-wives directly and indirectly contribute in the farm work for they are active workers with particular tasks in the farm along with the side-job they are put on proposed by their spouses, and (4) farmer-wives in general have a side job as an effort to enhance the domestic welfare of their families.

Abstract

Religion is a belief in the existence of a supernatural power who created and controls the universe. These days, Islam is often associated with terrorism so as to create Islamophobia. Distortion of information by the media decrease the good image of Islam. These days, many acts of terrorism going on in the world, but if not too highlighted if terrorists are not Muslims. Many civilians have been killed in Palestine, Syria, Afghanistan, and other countries have been killed, but it is not too claimed to be an act of terrorism as well as acts of terrorism that occurred in western countries which incidentally is known culprit is Muslim. One of the ways that have a major impact is the need to be made regarding the rules of self-censorship licensed religious for the news media. Technical implementation of the self-censorship licensed religious use of risk management. The principle is prevention. Prevention of the media to present imbalance in the news much better benefits than giving punishment to the media which wrong in presenting the news. If self-censorship is implemented, not only the equal of news that will be obtained, but the moral improvement of mankind will be achieved, given the media is a tool that easily influence the human mind. Thus proved that the acts of terrorism that confront terrorist act of taking his religion is just a scapegoat in the group seemed to be the face of the religion. Key words: self-cencorship, religious, news, journalism, harmony

Abstract

The success of an organization is intensely influenced by the work spirit of the officers in performing their tasks and responsibilities. The officers who possess skill, energy, and creativity are the prominent resources of an organization to attain their purposes, not to mention for the Palangka Raya branch of The State electricity Company (PLN). Thereupon the objectives of this research were (1) To ascertain the communication influences to the work spirit of the Palangka Raya branch of The State electricity Company (PLN) officers, (2) To ascertain the influences of the work environment to the officers’ work spirit of the Palangka Raya branch of The State electricity Company (PLN), (3) To ascertain the officer development influences on the work spirit of the officers’ of  The State electricity Company (PLN) in the Palangka Raya branch, (4) To ascertain the influences of officer motivation on the work spirit of the Palangka Raya branch of The State electricity Company (PLN) officers,  (5) To discover how the communication, work environment, officer development and motivation influence the work spirit of the The State electricity Company (PLN) officers in Palangka Raya branch. The research results which were based on the descriptive analysis, communication variable, work environment, officer development and motivation indicated that there are positive influences. The communication, work environment, officer development and motivation simultaneously and significantly influenced the work spirit of the Palangka Raya branch of The State electricity Company (PLN) officers up to 99%, and the 1% remained was influenced by another factor in which is not included in the research.

Abstract

Work culture that values are believed to be shared in the work used as a guideline to behave in dealing with customers, top management, co-workers, as well as other external parties. Efforts application of a good work culture, not just a responsibility on the part of Chairman of the Company, but also the responsibility of all employees / workers involved.There are five (5) values Work Culture at Bank BRI are: Integrity, Professionalism, Customer Satisfaction, ideals and kepaada HR Award. While the adoption of the 5 (five) working culture is in daily activities of workers described in 13 (thirteen) actions work culture that is: Always on time, use the telephone, computer and facilities other agencies only for official purposes, not smoke in the office, Holding dialogue regularly with staff and subordinates to share information and motivate, Helping subordinates and co-workers if such difficulties, Responding to and resolving complaints at the earliest opportunity in accordance with the authority, pray together every morning, not leave absences, Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the environment labor, use of office facilities effectively and efficiently, Friendly (smiles and greetings) to provide customer service (internal and external), using working hours as optimal as possible and rest as applicable, provide awards directly to successful with both performance and behavior ( not necessarily in financial).Factors that affect the implementation of the Work Culture BRI namely: Supervision factors, factors Leadership and Organizational Climate factor. Work Culture policy implementation Bank BRI will work well if the above factors and linkages in line with each other.

Abstract

Hospitality service companies must have an ability to design marketing strategy so that it can provide influences on the customers to stay, one of which is by knowing any factors giving influences on the customer decision. The factors giving influences on the customer decision to stay are service quality, facility, price and location. This research aims to know the influences of service quality, facility, price and location on the customer decision and which variable has the most influences of the service quality, facility, price and location on the customer decision. This research population is Sakura Palangka Raya Hotel customers.The samples were 115 consumers taken by incidental sampling technique. The variables in this research are service quality, facility, price and location as the independent variables and decision to stay as the dependent variable. The data collection methods were by questionnaire and documentation. The instruments were tested the validity and reliability. Data analysis used was percentage descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis. The partial test result was obtained tcountof service quality by 2,086 with probability by 0,039<0,05, meaning that there is significant effect of service quality on the decision to stay and its contribution by 3,80%,tcountof facility by 2,532 with probability by 0,013<0,05meaning that there is significant effect of facility on the decision to stay and its contribution by 5,25%,tcountof price by 2,254with probability by 0,026<0,05 meaning that there is significant effect of price on the decision to stay and its contribution by 4,41%, tcountof location by 3,284 with probability by 0,001<0,05 meaning that there is significant effect of location on the decision to stay and its contribution by 8,94%.The regression modelis Ŷ=-2,809+ 0,283X1+0,263X2+0,177X3 +0,349X4.The stimulant test result was obtained Fcountby 45,435with probability by 0,000<0,05, meaning that there is significant effect of service quality, facility, price, and location on the decision to stay in Sekura Palangka Raya Hotel and the effect contribution by 60,9%.Keywords: Service Quality, Facility, Location and Decision to Stay

Abstract

This study entitled Relationship of agility with basketball dribbling skills at students of Junior hight school 43 Palembang state, the purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of agility with basketball dribbling skills at students of Junior hight school 43 Palembang state. The method used in this study is the Correlation research method. This research is a type of associative research by looking for the relationship between agility of the body towards the ball dribbling skills in basketball games. The research variable is everything in the form that is determined by the researcher to be studied so that information about it is obtained, then conclusions are drawn, samples in the study there are 25 students. To process the test results, statistical steps are used which are guided by the product moment correlation formula with 1. Test the correlation coefficient, 2. Significance test, 3. Determination test.The results of this study are from the calculation results show that the relationship or correlation coefficient between agility (X) and dribbling skills (Y) is rxy = 0.725. To see the strength of the relationship between the two variables, the authors refer to the guidelines made by Sugiyono (2012: 231) where the value of 0.725 in the interval between 0.60 - 0.799 which states that the relationship between the two variables is strong and Based on existing calculations, then α = 0.05 and n = 23, two-party test dk = n - 2 = 25 - 2 = 23 so that t table = 1.714 is obtained. It turns out that tcount is greater than t table, or 5.0484> 1.714. Then Ho is rejected, meaning that there is a significant relationship between the relationship of agility with ball dribbling skills at students of Junior hight school 43 Palembang state. Keyword : Basketball, Agility, Dribbling skills.

Abstract

Therefore, the objective of this research was to find out and investigate how intense the effect of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) on the employee performance about the Palangka Raya branch employees of PT. Telkom is. This research conducted simple random sampling as the sampling technique since the samples were randomly withdrawn from the population without considering the strata of the population. In addition, the size of the sample computed in this research was determined by the Slovin’s formula in which obtained 64 respondents used for the samples as the result. Meanwhile, the research was implemented using the descriptive analysis in quantitative approach with questionnaire as the research data collecting instrument and also simple linear regression analysis technique to assess the effect of the independent variable (X) on the dependent variable (Y) in which regarding to this research, the independent variable (X) is the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) while the dependent variable (Y) is the employee performance. The tabulation of data in this research was completed using the 19th version of Statistical for Product and Service Solution (SPSS) program. Moreover, the result attained from this research showed that there is a significant and positive effect of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) on employee performance about the Palangka Raya branch employees of PT. Telkom in view of the fact that the regression coefficient of the independent variable (X) or the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) that showed 0.461 and F Test resulted in 12.089 with 0.001 significance or less than <0.05 which is higher than table F of 4.00 (significant).

Abstract

The background of this research was the emergence of International television union policy related to world television migration system from Analog to Digital. It affected to Indonesia which  finally released national policy to run the Migration. The purpose of this study was to describe the role of  human resource in analog to Digital Migration for Television Media In Lpp Tvri Kalteng.The research method used was qualitative descriptive with the theories of Perspective, Management,  and Communication.  The Result of this Research shown that  the Role of Human Resource In analog to Digital Migration Program In Television Media In Lpp Tvri Kalteng is very important in the beginning and the end of program operation  and its maintenance. In addition, the application of digital program have eased the supervision because in a digital system based on computerized system is very easy and simplifies broadcasting operations by realizing the quality of television especially in LPP Tvri Kalteng.The implication of this research was as a reference to the world of television in particular Human resources in migration of Analog to Digital technology so that the findings presented in this research could be an input improvement in the process of Digitalization television. Keywords : Human Resource, Analog, Digital.
