Abstract

Incentive offer is one of the program an employer can apply to motivate the productivity of his employees who have capability and capacity in implementing their tasks according to their work performance. There are a few methods an employer can conduct to successfully run this program in which upgrading the human resources is considered as the most effective one.Research method used in this research study was a technique or method in searching, finding, collecting, and tabulating the primary and secondary data that are used as the factors in relation with the problems of the study to get reliability for the obtained data.According to the result of this research study about the effect of offering incentive in increasing employee motivation of PT. Pos Indonesia employees in Palangka Raya consisted of 4 (four) indicators, namely bonus, comission, deferred compensation, and social insurance. Therefore, the study research study resulted that incentive offer in motivating employee’s productivity at PT. Pos Indonesia Palangka Raya is on scale 327.5 which can be inferred that motivation incentive given to the employees at PT. Pos Indonesia Palangka Raya is sufficient, and is able to increase the work motivation of the employees in their productivity level. Work motivation of PT. Pos Indonesia employees according to 5 (five) indicators of physiological need, need for security, need for social ownership, self-esteem, and self-actualization resulted on score 312.3 in which can be concluded that the work motivation of PT. Pos Indonesia employees is relatively high, yet it still has to be maintained to keep improving productivity and work performance of the employees

Abstract

       This research entitled the concept of work in improving the quality of work in perspective of Islamic economics. The orientation of ethic in the study of Islamic economics perspective is to discover work ethic of the essence of a work that expected to increase the quality of work. Based on the intention of this research, the author used sociology approach and normative approach. The aim of this research is to analyze how the study of wok ethics in Islamic economics perspective, it is expected that with those approach, this study can reveal the ethics values from Islamic law side. Beside of that, this study also discusses the result of research using qualitative descriptive analysis model. The analysis is meant to describe the meaning of work ethic not only in one economic point of view but from the perspective of Islamic Economics. Besides, the analysis is intended to get a new perspective to work ethics concept oriented to the essence of faith.       The conclusion of this research is manifestation of faith that implemented in the quality of work then work orientation will lack the sincere and good pleasure of Allah SWT.  Therefore, the orientation of work is not only because material but ridha Allah SWT. If it has become a spirit in work the meaning of falah in the concept of Islamic Economy is realized and fulfilled. Keywords:Ethis, Works, Quality, Islamic Economics.

Abstract

Research aims to understand the banana kepok integration .Study was conducted since january until june 2015 .The sample done by means of 1 ) method of random simple to farmers , and 2 ) method snowballs to traders. Analysis of data using analysis integration market .The results of the study obtained a correlation coefficient integration a market is 0,924 which indicates that price to the farmers related so closely as to price to the consumer, and markets what happens is market competition imperfect.

Abstract

This study is intended to determine the relationship of organizational climate with the performance of civil servants in the Department of Industry, Trade and Cooperative Balangan.This type of research conducted in this research is explanatory research, which means the writer wants to examine the relationship of organizational climate with the performance of civil servants.The approach used in this study is the quantitative approach. By using this quantitative method, it will show symptoms that can be measured accurately. This approach will give a meaning in relation to the interpretation of the statistics is not linguistic and cultural significance.The findings in this study indicate that there was a relationship between organizational climate with the performance of civil servants. Climate such organizations as seen from the observance of employees on regulation, organizational climate seen on the protection of employees, organizational climate seen from the award of the boss, organizational climate seen of the presence or absence of unfair competition, organizational climate seen from the opportunity to increase knowledge, and organizational climate views of employee involvement in decision-making through meetings, meetings, regular evaluations or incidental.

Abstract

Civil Service Platform Ulin District of Banjarbaru professional work. The proof is the third indicator that researchers make a measure to assess the professionalism of the Civil Service Platform Ulin District of Banjarbaru namely work ability , work skills , and work experience , all of them showed good results . Efforts to increase the professionalism of the Civil Service in the District of Runway Ulin Banjarbaru done through rekreuitment employees in accordance with the needs of the organization and corruption-free , design work , arranged on the pattern of the employment relationship , work assessment carried out by an instrument Rate Job Performance Employees ( PPKP ) consisting of a Target Job employees ( SKP ) and Conduct of work , education and training of employees through leadership training , functional training and technical training , improving the discipline to enforce disciplinary rules in accordance with applicable regulations. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the performance of the Parliement Secretariat staff, to find out the efforts that have been made to improve employee performance and to find out the obstacles found in improving employee performanceThis study uses a qualitative approach. qualitative approach is a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of systematic explanations of the research conducted. With a qualitative approach, the researcher conducts research on a scientific setting, meaning the researcher sees the reality in the field. In this case the researcher observed the efforts made to improve the performance of the Banjar Regency Council secretariat staff.The results showed that the factors that influenced the performance of the Banjar Regency DPRD Secretariat employees were seen from the ability consisting of education, the employees were mostly high school educated, training followed only based on duties and responsibilities, motivation of non-permanent employees based on the benefits received did not meet life necessities, supervision carried out is informal, that is by giving direction only, the condition of facilities and infrastructure is still inadequate to support work, and the physical condition of the work environment is still under repair. Efforts that have been made to improve employee performance are by participating in training, giving motivation, improving the physical condition of the work environment and procuring computers and providing an opportunity to be able to continue formal education to a higher level. Keywords : Factors, performance, parliement secretariate staff

Abstract

Learning math is one component of a series of subjects that have an important role in education that supports the development of science and technology. But until now there are many who have difficulty in doing math problems. Therefore we need the creativity and innovation of higher learning by teachers in managing learning in mathematics. One of them is to use a variety of media, including media images. This research was conducted at SDN 4 Guntung Manggis Banjarbaru. Descriptive quantitative research methods used with digging tools of observation data. Research shows that most respondents answered always 88.74% No media development drawings done by teachers in mathematics, sometimes the smallest portion 8.78% No image media development in mathematics and the smallest portion never 2,48% No picture of media development in mathematics. It is therefore recommended to teachers to always use media in learning, especially in math learning in order to improve understanding and students' motivation.Keywords: Development, media images, mathematics

Abstract

The aim of this research is to investigate the effect of mix marketing which consists of product, price, distribution, and promotion on the purchace of Pepsodent product at the district  of West Banjarmasin.This research is a survey using 100 people as respondents. The data is analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The result of this research indicated that the mix marketing of product, distribution, and promotion statistically have significant effect on purchacing the pepsodent product at the district of west Banjarmasin. But, the price in the result of this research statistically could not give the evidence of its effect on purchasing the pepsodent product for the consumers at the district West Banjarmasin . Key words: Mix marketing, price, product, promotion, purchasing

Abstract

This study aims to find Apparatus ability Relations and Coordination with Quality of Public Services at the District Office Halong BalanganThis type of research used in this study is the type eksplanatory, approach used in this study is the quantitative approach. To prove the relationship of work ability, coordination with the quality of service, will be analyzed using Chi Square models.Measuring the quality of service in this study using the opinion of Parasuraman, Zeithaml, and Berry (Tjiptono, 2004: 132) Levince in Ratminto (2005: 175). Factors affecting the quality of service inferred from Moenir opinion, The Liang Gie Fan Info and theory The Triangle of Service Quality proposed by Morgan and MurgatroydThe findings of the research show that in fact the ability of the apparatus to the quality of public services in the dimensions of Reliability (Reliability), responsiveness (responsiveness), assurance (Confidence), Empathy (Attention) and Tangibles (tangible) at the district office Halong Balangan, at significant level 1 % proved no hungan, while the significant level of 5% proved to be no relationship.Coordination with the quality of public services in realiability dimensions (Reliability) and Assurance (Confidence), at the district office district Halong good Balangan Significant level of 1% and 5% proved to be no correlation, while coordinating with the quality of public services in the dimension Responsiveness (power Response). Empathy (Attention) Tangibles (tangible) at the district office district Halong Balangan On Significant level of 1% proved to be no relationship While the extent of 5% Significant proven there is a relationship.Based on the research finding, then things need to be advised to get attention in order to improve the quality of public services are as follows:

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of macroeconomic factors, corporate fundamentals and systemic risk on the return of Islamic stocks listed on the Indonesian stock exchanges incorporated in Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) stocks during the period 2013 to 2016, the sampling of data using purposive sampling method, there are 11 syariah-compliant companies which for four years or eight consecutive times entered into JII index during the observation period between 2013 and 2016 sampled, while the variables studied consist of GDP (Gross Domestic Product), inflation, DER (Debt to Equity Ratio), ROA (Return On Assets), BETA (systemic risk) and stock return. The test method using multiple regression analysis with SPSS test, the result of statistical test with F test (F-test) got the result that all independent variables (GDP, inflation, DER, ROA, BETA) simultaneously have significant effect to stock return with significance level 0,002 , the result of statistical test with t test (t-test) there are two variables that is inflation with significance level 0,017 and DER with significance level 0,030 have significant effect to return of syariah stock, while other variable that is GDP, ROA and BETA have no significant effect to stock return sharia. Keywords: Sharia stock, GDP, Inflation, Corporate fundamentals, systemic risk, Stock return
