The application of character education in the materials’ of students’ activities at school was occurred when the qualities of three aspects of education changed. Three aspects here are cognitive, affective, and psychomotor which look to the knowledge improvement, behavior, and skill based on education pillars consequently with the realization of knowledgeable and characterized person. These categories of the functions of speech and politeness strategy always used by the teacher inleading the student to do their activities through the teaching learning process in the classroom. This study was conducted to find out the kind of functions of speech applied and politeness strategy used by the English teacher in the classroom interaction. The setting of the study was class XII and class X of SMK Negeri 3 Banjarmasin. The subject of this study was an English teacher. The data were collected by observation, and documentation. The data taken from three meetings of the teacher’s teaching schedules. The analysis of the functions of speech and politeness strategy in the classroom interaction is an analysis of the transcription of teacher’s speech in the class. This is similar with the way people analyze other transcription in general. Based on the findings, the teacher gives positive results toward this research. Teacher applied all those categories of the functions of speech needed by students to be knowledgeable person. And the teacher almost used positive politeness strategy in his teaching to shape up a politer characterized person. For the next researchers who are interested in the same topic, it is suggested to conduct a research about the analysis of the functions of speech and politeness strategy of the teacher’s speech applied in different school. The result of such studies can help the teacher leads the students’ learn in the classroom interaction more effective and politer for future learner.Key Words : Classroom Interaction, The Functions of Speech, and Politeness Strategy.

Self Self Confident is an important factor that can affect the life of a successful person, a person who self confidence low in students including dared not ask questions or concerns during the learning process, feel the physical form is not perfect of friends to another, do not dare to appear in front of the class, talking nervously if the front of the crowd, low socioeconomic status, and have friends who are limited so that the impact on their social interactions, eg impact in their social interactions decreased academic achievement, insecure, often aloof and reserved. Based on the above problems, the researchers are interested in doing research, entitled Implementation Techniques for Increasing Self Confidence Roleplaying 10th E Grade Students Of Senior High School 5 Banjarmasin. This type of research is quantitative research with experimental research design. This place in Senior High School 5 Banjarmasin whose population the 10th E grade students numbering 34 students. Sampling technique used in this study is a sampling technique is purposive sampling with the number of 12 students.Data were analyzed using t test and demonstrate thit 51.83> ttab2,228 with a 95% confidence level. Thus showing that the "role playing techniques are effective in improving students' self confidence, which is marked by the increasing scale of student's self confidence. This research aims to examines variables influencing cost of debt in banking companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange. Independent variables are Good Corporate Governance (independent commissioner, managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and audit quality) and voluntary disclosure.There are 19 banking companies which taken as samples during period 2013 to 2015. Analysis method in this research is multiple regression analysis which used SPSS program 16.0 version. Simultaneously testing used F-test and partially testing used t-test.The result shows that partially, independent variables which significantly influencing cost of debt are audit quality and voluntary disclosure with each significant value 0.003 and 0.049 (less than 0.05). Simultaneously, independent commissioner, managerial ownership, institutional ownership, audit quality and voluntary disclosure significantly influencing cost of debt in banking companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange with significant value 0.000 (below from 0.05). Adjusted R2 value 0,305 shows that 30,5% variation of companies cost of debt can be explained by independent commissioner, managerial ownership, institutional ownership, audit quality and voluntary disclosure and the explained by variables which not used in this research.

The emergency department and intensive care unit is one of central service in hospital and also the part of hospitals that requires skill and educated nurses in providing health services to patients. The demands that must be fulfilled by nurses, both critical care nurses and emergency nurses can cause distress and can become the source of stressor for nurses. If the nurses have no effective coping it will cause working stress. This study aimed to determine the the relationship between coping mechanism with working stress among emergency and critical care nurses in Ulin Banjarmasin Hospital.This is a quantitative research, with correlative study design. The population of this study were emergency and critical nurses as many as 67 respondents using the total sampling technique obtained 62 respondents who are willing to be respondents. The results were analyzed by Chi-Square test.The results showed that most nurses had minor working stress with adaptive coping mechanism as many as 43 respondents (72,9%). The Chi-Square test results show probability value of 0.026 is smaller than the significance level used 5% (0.026 <0.05), so it can be concluded that there is a relationship between coping mechanism with working stress of emergency and critical nurses in Ulin Banjarmasin Hospital. It is known that most respondents who have maladaptive coping will tend to experience more severe stress.Therefore, researchers suggest the nurses to perform a reducing stresss activity either relaxation techniques, recreation, or exercise. Increase the knowledge either through education or skills upgrading through specialized training. Suggestion for hospital organization to do assessment on work load and arrangement of nurse amount with nurse competence in emergency and ICU so that it can decrease excessive work load and decrease nurse work stress level and hold special education and training program as needed and demand of work in the ward periodically. Every company contrives to get their officers engaged thoroughly to the company activities in form of absolute productivity to attain the objectives of the company. Meanwhile there are a lot of factors that may affect the productivity of the officers such as work spirit, discipline, level of education, skill, nutrition and health, attitudes, ethics, motivation, work climate, technology, production facilities, opportunities to work and accomplish something at work. The objectives of this research were to discover how motivation possibly affects the productivity of The Local Water Company (PDAM) officers in Palangka Raya at work and to find out which is the dominant variable that affects that productivity of The Local Water Company (PDAM) officers in Palangka Raya. Based on the regression analysis of the five work motivation variables towards work productivity, the research resulted on physiological need (X1), the need of security (X2), social need (X3), the need for achievement (X4), and the need for self-actualization (X5). Furthermore, the most dominant variable that affected the productivity at work is the need of security which is 0.720, for the officers need an assurance of their safety in undertaking their tasks at work.

The aims of the study were to analyze the factors that influence the intention of entrepreneurship among students, such as educational support, relational support, personal attitudes and behavioral control factors. This study took a sample of 60 students by using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that 1) there was a partial significant influence of educational support on students' entrepreneurship intention but had a negative causality pattern, the effect was -36.3%, 2) relational support had a positive causality pattern, but did not have a significant partial effect on students’ entrepreneurship intention, the effect was 12.7%, 3) there was a partial and positive significant effect, personal attitudes on students’ entrepreneurship intention and has the most dominant effect than other independent variables with a significant effect was 39.8%, 4) there was a significant effect and partially positive, behavioral control on students’ entrepreneurship intention with a signifikcant effect was 30.0%.

This study aims to answer the problems in medical disputes why patients often experience difficulties in realizing their rights. The second problem in this research is to answer which forms and dispute resolution systems that provide legal protection to patients in resolving medical disputes between patients and doctors and / or medical personnel and hospitals to realize patient rights. These problems are examined and examined by normative legal research methods and using secondary data consisting of primary legal material and secondary legal material. The results of this study harmonize the laws and regulations with the real situation in the community. Psychological factors, educational and economic factors of patients cause patients to have difficulty in fighting for their rights in medical disputes. Medical dispute resolution that is pursued through litigation and nonlitigation channels are still found weaknesses that have not been in favor of patients. Thus an idea is found through discussion and research conducted previously, that it is necessary to establish a special forum for medical dispute resolution that is in favor of patients as consumers of health services.

The purpose of this research is to know the implementation of the promotion, to know the constraints faced and to know the efforts made by the company to overcome the constraints faced. The method of study used is a descriptive method. As for Key informant or key informant is the operational manager and the helper informant is the Branc manager. The techniques used in data collection are: interviews, documentation and observation. The data analysis technique that researchers use is qualitative analysis. The results showed that: the promotion implementation of PT. Megah Profitamas is conducted through advertising (advertising), personal Selling, sales promotion, PR (publicity) and direct marketing ( Direct Marketing), the obstacles faced by PT. Mitra Megah Profitamas In its promotional activities are: In general, support or funding from the center is still very minimal, especially for advertising and sales promotion activities, other activities Personal selling and publicity is still not optimal, while the efforts made by PT. The development of population and settlements in this region since 2 decades ago demands to be fulfilled by other aspects, especially the basic needs of the community such as aspects of education, health, social and religious facilities. The influence of the construction of road infrastructure including the development of population and settlements, and this all impacts on the demands for the availability of public facilities such as public health facilities. Starting from this all research needs to be done whether public health services have followed the progress of the community itself. The purpose of this study was to determine the public services provided by Puskesmas to community members. The research method used is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach that is describing or describing the state of the Berangas Community Health Center in Alalak District. The results showed that the Berangas Health Center in providing health services to the general population could be said to be quite good. However, there are some complaints from the public regarding public services at the Berangas Health Center, among others, the services are considered to be slow, and this is caused by the lack of discipline of the staff in the determination of service hours listed at the Puskesmas. community members.

The implementation of Student Administration at Kusan Hilir 1 Junior High School includes student planning activities, admission of new students, recording of students in the master book, administration of student attendance, school discipline, student transfer, student organization activities, and administration of graduation and alumni. All student administration activities have been done well by the administration staff of the Kusan Hilir 1 Junior High School. Factors Influencing the Implementation of Student Administration at the 1 Kusan Hilir State Middle School are education of administrative staff and the availability of facilities and infrastructure owned by Kusan Hilir 1 Junior High School.
