The goal in this research were: 1) to know the performance of Road Freight Traffic Field Office of transportation, communication and Informatics of Banjar Regency. 2) to find out the factors that affect the performance of Road Freight Traffic Field Office of transportation, communication and Informatics of Banjar Regency.This research uses the method of evaluation. The population was the user community Traffic Road Transport Department of transport, communications and Informatics Banjar Regency. The technique of sampling was done using a sampling aksidental. Data collection techniques used are documentation and interviews. Data analysis techniques was done qualitatively.The results showed: 1) Road Transit Traffic Field Performance of Department of transport, communications and Informatics Banjar Regency is at a good level. 2) factors that affect the performance of Road Freight Traffic Field Performance of Department of transport, communications and Informatics Banjar Regency is the purpose, organizational structures, and human resources.

Sosial assistant interpersonal communication is a process of interpersonal interaction is done by social assistant with members of the Business Group (KUBE) in developing productive economic activities in the city of Banjarmasin by using verbal and non-verbal communication. Thesis research method is quantitative research. Place of research conducted in the city of Banjarmasin.The research objective was to determine whether there is influence interpersonal communication skills are built between social companion with members UsahaBersama Group (KUBE) in developing productive economic activities in the city of Banjarmasin.Our research found that there is a significant relationship between interpersonal communication skills with a social companion KUBE members in developing productive economic activities in the city of Banjarmasin through a cognitive approach. There is influence between interpersonal communication skills with a social companion KUBE members in developing productive economic activities in the city of Banjarmasin through emotional approach. There is a relationship between the ability -komunikasi interpersonal social companion with KUBE members in developing productive economic activities in the city of Banjarmasin fun approach.Suggestion of this research to the Social Welfare Office of South Kalimantan Province should be better in fostering the social companion and member of the Joint Business Group (KUBE) that will be established good cooperation in developing productive economic activities that already exist for more advanced and developed. Need further research to determine other factors that could affect the development of productive economic activities of members of the Joint Business Group (KUBE). The main factor differentiating the service companies to others is the service quality. The customers become smarter in their orders and have more demand for the higher standard of the service. Thus, efficiency of the output is greatly needed in order to be able to fulfil the customers’ order. The efficiency of the output means that the employees can produce the output fitting to standard of the time given by the company. Whether the output is effective or not depends on each of the individual characteristics. It is because one of the factors influencing the output of employee is the employee characteristic (personal characteristic). The purpose of this study is examine the role of the individual characteristic variable in the improvement of output of the company found in PT. TIKI JNE Palangka Raya Branch.This study used the quantitative method with an explanation approach. The technique applied in getting the sample is by using a simple random sampling. One of techniques to collect the data is by using Questionnaire, which is distributed to thirty-four employees of PT. TIKI JNE Palangka Raya Branch. The instruments existed in the questionnaire are firstly tested by Cronbach Alpha. The data analysis use descriptive and quantitative method. The descriptive method uses crosstab (cross tabulation) by analyzing every variable crossly. While the quantitative method applied the discriminated stepwise model because the dependent variable is the categorical one and canonical correlation analysis. The results show that there are four independent variables having the significant role in the improvement of employee’s output in PT. TIKI JNE Palangka Raya Branch, such as the variable of the personality (0,548), behavioral (0,433), and ability (-0,315). Therefore, it can be concluded that to be able to achieve of the expected output, it is important to notice personality, behavioral as required in a certain position and to adapt between the personality of the employee and the position occupied.Keywords : Output, Individual Characteristic

This is a library-comparative research of the profit mechanism assessment and measurement of two calculation methods, which is between conventional models and sharia models. The approaches used in this study consists of four; normative approach, sociological approach, historical approach; and philosophical approach. The four approaches used with the aim to reveal the method of calculating profits with the Islamic accounting system. The data obtained from the literature is then processed by making reductions and classifications to draw the relationships pattern between the data found and the core problem of this study. The processed data is then analyzed to find answers to the problems of this research.This research finds that there are significant differences where the sharia system has more benefits. In Islamic accounting, the calculation model can encourage the economic growth of the people. Thus the element of sharia is clearly able to bring goodness and salvation (maslahah) in the life of mankind.The results of this study are intended to provide public knowledge and understanding of the sharia method which not only brings worldly benefits but also avoids the harm that affects the lives of the world and the hereafter. The achievement of university students is influenced by their socio-economic status as a result of the interactions between their socio-economic positions, work experiences, and families which react relatively on each other in relation to their incomes, occupations, and academic degrees. This study was conducted to investigate socio-economic status as the factor that influences the academic achievement of private university students. Furthermore, this socio-economic status factor divides parenting in relationship with children development into two distinct ways. A family that has low rate of income theoretically will be inclined to raise a child in lack of capability to afford excellence academic accomplishments. Accordingly, the objective set for this study was to find out the influence of socio-economic status on the academic achievement of private university students in Palangka Raya. Therefore, this study applied multivariate analysis to verify the influence of the socio-economic status of family on children’s academic accomplishments. This study also investigated the impact of age, gender, marriage status, income, region, education, and socio-economic status of the parents based on cross-section data collected in 2012 and 2015. Meanwhile, the result of this study was obtained from random sampling collected from three different private universities in Palangka Raya using questionnaire. Thus, the result attained from this study was that a stable socio-economic status has a meaningful influence on academic achievement of the students at private universities in Palangka Raya. In addition, a higher socio-economic status brings out some advantages to the students of private universities in Palangka Raya.

This research was conducted on tobacco companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2006-2008, with the intent to analyze the performance of financial statements by using radar method so it can know where the company position according to radar radar method that is profitability, productivity, asset utilization, stability and potency growth. in order to be a reference and an assessment for investors deciding to invest their funds in the company, also analyzing the industry average and the standard deviation used to determine the company's position.The position of the company is considered good if it is in the normal range, good and very good. The results of the analysis show that PT HM Sampoerna's corporate position is better when compared with the other three companies. Keywords: Radar Method, Industrial Average, and Deviation Standard.

The study of economics in principle talking about human behavior as consumers, distributors and manufacturers, while the primary object is human behavior. The long journey of human conduct turns conventional economics in a very troubling situation, because of Western economic system serve the private interests and not serve Allah SWT. Through this article, the author would like to invite readers to go back to the Qur'an as a guide, to uncover the economic principles that were examined in it by the method of Maudlu'i interpretation, namely, first, an inventory of the verses related to the economic problems that will be discussed, either based on the keywords or the content of general and specific paragraph. Secondly, interpreting the verses are both based on the order of verses in order of descent-based manuscripts or letters. Third, do konstektualisasi in economic reality. Islamic economic behavior is not only dominated by natural values possessed by each individual, but there is also a value outside the human self which then formed the economic behavior. This value is believed to be the main guidance in life and human life, the values that are taught in the Qur'an as a guide for each individual.

This research aims to examines variables influencing cost of debt in banking companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange. Independent variables are Good Corporate Governance (independent commissioner, managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and audit quality) and voluntary disclosure.There are 19 banking companies which taken as samples during period 2013 to 2015. Analysis method in this research is multiple regression analysis which used SPSS program 16.0 version. Simultaneously testing used F-test and partially testing used t-test.The result shows that partially, independent variables which significantly influencing cost of debt are audit quality and voluntary disclosure with each significant value 0.003 and 0.049 (less than 0.05). Simultaneously, independent commissioner, managerial ownership, institutional ownership, audit quality and voluntary disclosure significantly influencing cost of debt in banking companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange with significant value 0.000 (below from 0.05). Adjusted R2 value 0,305 shows that 30,5% variation of companies cost of debt can be explained by independent commissioner, managerial ownership, institutional ownership, audit quality and voluntary disclosure and the explained by variables which not used in this research. Business opportunities school and office stationery nothing ever receding business development. Business diversification of business marketing efforts and school stationery, increasingly growing rapidly along with the rise of the interest of education and offices in this globalization era.The purpose of this study was to find out how much effort Stationery Stores Exspress in terms of marketing strategy, especially in terms of service improvement, and would like to illustrate the importance of competitive strategy is an effort to improve services in order to increase customer interest in order to continue running the company's survival.The method in this study is a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods using SWOT analysis and IE Matrix.The results showed that the strength of the store Stationery Express is on the price and quality of products, while weakness is the lack of consumer satisfaction (service) and media promotion is lacking. Opportunities demonstrated by the products that are easily obtainable (location), the influence of promotions and price in accordance with customer expectations. Threats facing is the quality, price, service and promotion of competition. A good marketing strategy for the Exspress Stationery store always see the market conditions patterned on the development of today's society and done konfrehensif and sustainable.The Internal-External matrix results indicate that Exspress Stationery store on the growth of the cell position, which means that the strategy should the firm is concentrating through horizontal integration stability by conducting further business development.

The aims of this research were 1) to analyze the significant effect of individual characteristics on employees’ performance partially, 2) to analyze the significant effect of job characteristics on employees’ performance partially, 3) to analyze the significant effect of organizational characteristics on employees’ performance partially, 4) to analyze the significant effect of individual characteristics, job characteristics and organizational characteristics on employees’ performance simultaneously. The types of research was causal research. The populations were employees at PT. Trans Nusantara Borneo (TNB), with 30 peoples as samples in this research and sampling technique uses saturated sampling technique. The method of data analysis used multiple regression analysis. The results of research showed that individual characteristics have insignificant effect on employees’ performance partially. Job characteristics and organizational characteristics have significant effect on employees’ performance partially. Individual characteristics, job characteristics and organizational characteristics have significant effect on employees’ performance simultaneously.
