Abstract

Motivation is an important thing in the learning process. The existence of student motivation in learning will make the learning process more enjoyable, communication smoother, reducing student anxiety, increasing creativity and learning activities. Mc. Donald in Sardiman (2008: 73) argues that motivation is a change in energy in a person which is characterized by the appearance of "feeling" and preceded by a response to the existence of goals. With the high motivation to learn, students will be able to achieve optimal self development in their learning achievement which is one of the main goals in learning. Based on the results of a discrete analysis of the percentage of learning motivation after providing individual counseling services with motivational interviewing techniques has increased. The average level of broken home student learning motivation in SMP Negeri 1 Pelaihari becomes 66.11% in the high category, where 64% or 23 people with a high enough category and 36% or 13 people in the Medium category and no longer found students who are at low category. From the results of the data processing, it is known that there is an increase of 10.53% where in the preservice delivery the motivation level is an average of 55.58% to 66.11%. This proves that after providing individual counseling services with motivational interviewing techniques student learning motivation can increase. Besides that based on the results of the hypothesis analysis test data obtained t count = 11.51 and t table = 1.994, so t arithmetic> t table .. This shows that "there are differences in the level of student motivation before and after getting individual counseling services with techniques motivational interviewing ".

Abstract

The research aims to examine and analyze the influence of leadership style,motivation and work discipline toward performance of employee in Lion GroupDistric Kalimantan. Data collected through distribution of questionnaires and it isimplemented to BRI Distric Palangka Raya 112 employee. Analysis of data in thisresearch using the help of SPSS version 27. A sampling technique uses a censusmethod and data test technique is used within the research includes validity test byfactor analysis, reliability test with cronbach. Classic assumption test and doublelinear regression analysis, to verify and to prove the research hypothesis.Analysis result demonstrates that leadership style have a positive influencetoward employee performance. Motivation have a positive influence toward employeeperformance and work discipline have a positive influence toward employeeperformance.

Abstract

This study tries to make a systematic picture of how Integrated Learning Based on Islamic Character in Subjects of Civic Education (PPKn). With the location of the research in SMA Negeri 1 Mandastana, Barito Kuala Regency. The role of the teacher as: 1) a catalyst, the role model of a teacher is an absolute factor in the development of effective character education for students, because of their position as figures or idols imitated by students. 2) Inspirator means a teacher must be able to arouse students' enthusiasm to progress to develop their potential. 3) motivator, meaning that every teacher must be able to awaken the spirit, work ethic and extraordinary potential of students themselves. 4) dynamic, meaning each teacher has the ability to push students towards the achievement of goals with wisdom, patience, workmanlike, intelligent and upholds spirituality. 5). evaluator, means that every teacher is required to be able and always evaluate their attitudes or behaviors, and the learning methods used in the development of student character education, so that the level of effectiveness, efficiency and productivity of the program can be known. Thus it can be concluded that in the context of the education system in schools to develop Islamic character based education for students, teachers must be positioned or positioned themselves in the true nature, namely as instructors and educators, which means that in addition to transferring knowledge, it also educates and develops the participant's personality. students through the intractions they do in the classroom and outside the classroom.

Abstract

There are quite similar reasons for debtors in selecting bank to the reasons inkeeping funds. It is not merely concerning interest rate and facilities, service is also animportant factor. This factor is greatly important regarding business activity between onebank and others can be said to be the same. The different thing is a matter of services.This research is located in Mandiri Bank Palangka Raya Branch. This researchaims to (1) determine and analyze the level of conformity of interest level of serviceelements according to customers on the performance that has been conducted by MandiriBank Palangka Raya Branch (2) to determine customers’ satisfaction on the services thathave been given so that it can assist the Mandiri Bank performance to achieve betterquality improvement through determination of main priority.The samples are 100 customers of Mandiri Bank Palangka Raya Branch as therespondents using accidental sampling technique, the analysis used is customers’Importance-Performance analysis. This analysis uses Cartesians Diagram divided intofour quadrants. In this research, there are some main considerations by Mandiri BankPalangka Raya Branch namely (a) Teller attention to the customers, employeewillingness to service the customers (b) Waiting time in the queue (c) existence ofMandiri ATM machine (d) Interest rate level given by the bank.

Abstract

This study aims to understand the West Kalimantan Front Pembela Islam Regional Representative Council opinion about Rancangan Undang-Undang Haluan Ideologi Pancasila which makes Islamic organizations strongly reject it. Data were collected through observation and interview with the West Kalimantan Front Pembela Islam Regional Representative Council secretary.Other findings: 1) RancanganUndang-Undang Haluan Ideologi Pancasila is very contradictory to the existing norms in Indonesia, especially the Pancasila ideology, 2) the communist ideology might rise if Rancangan Undang-Undang Haluan Ideologi Pancasila is accepted because there is no TAP MPRS No XXV / 1966 in it whichrules the dissolution of the Indonesian Communist Party and the prohibition of the ideology of communism / Marxism, 3) The mixing of Trisila with cultural devotion because the concept of religion cannot develop with culture.The suggestion of this research to the House of Representatives in drafting a law must apply Pancasila as the basis of the State and Pancasila must be positioned as the source of all sources in Indonesia, the Pancasila Ideology Direction Bill is only in the interest of power.

Abstract

The main objective in this study is to examine and analyze how the influence ofhuman resource development consisting of, recruitment , training, career development,compensation, promotion of position on company performance.This research was conducted with a qualitative method and using the SWOT analysisas a data analysis tool. The object of this research is PT. Pribumi Citra Megah Utama, whichruns its businesses such as hotels, shopping centers, housing, financing and mining in SouthKalimantan. Data that has been tested for its credibility with the triangulation technique ofdata sources, is then analyzed descriptively using the help of a data analysis modeldeveloped by Miles and Huberman. Miles and Huberman made a model of data analysisconsisting of three stages, namely: data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing.Based on the results of research it can be found that the human resource managementstrategy plan to increase the productivity of employees of PT. Pribumi Citra Megah Utamais a business partner model strategy because this strategy has several advantages, namely theexistence of several strengths in the company that can be used to take advantage of severalopportunities and face several threats to the company. The methods carried out by PT.Pribumi Citra Megah Utama is to Reinforce and tighten company regulations which includeworking hours, employee responsibilities, work completion, accuracy of work completion.

Abstract

This research has background the phenomena of brand competition of various companies in obtaining Top Brand Award. Customers tend to give more trust at any brands that have once achieved the Top Brand Award. Decreased top brand index indicates problems on brand equity of the motor honda. The problem in this research is “What is Brand Image and Brand Awareness effect on Brand Equity of motor honda”. Brand image and brand awareness are assumed to have effects on brand equity and greatly importance to build strong brand equity. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the effects of Brand Image and Brand Awareness on Brand Equity of motor honda.This research used 10 respondents as the samples who have purchased motor honda with purposive sample and accidental samples. Then, there was data analysis both quantitatively and qualitatively. The qualitative analysis is the interpretation of data that were obtained in the field and open answer analysis given by the respondents, while quantitative analysis includes: reliability test, validity test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test and determination coefficient analysis (X).Results of this research indicate that brand image (X1) and brand awareness (X2) are proven to significantly affect the brand equity (Y). Out of two analyzed independent variables, the brand awareness is the variables with the biggest effects on the dependent variable, which then is followed by the brand image.

Abstract

The results of the study show that 1) The role of the Village Head in the developmentof the Village in Mekarsari Subdistrict as a policeman, innovator and stabilizer bycarrying out various plans, proposals and actions in achieving a better villagedevelopment goal. 2) Obstacles of the Village Head in carrying out village developmentin Mekarsar District, Barito Regency, among others: a) The still low quality of HumanResources or education of officials and the community who carry out the Villagedevelopment process in Mekarsari District. b) Limited budget for village developmentin Mekarsari District. c) Low allowances for the Village Head so that the level ofwelfare of the village head is very low. d) Lack of supervision and guidance to theVillage Head from the Regional Government. 3) Solution of the Village Head inimplementing Village development in Mekarsar District, Barito Kuala Regency, amongothers: a) Improving the quality of Human Resources and education of officials and thecommunity who carry out the Village development process in Mekarsari District. b)Propose additional budgets for village development in Mekarsari District. c) Increasingbenefits for the Village Head so that the level of welfare of the village head becomesbetter. d) Improve supervision and guidance to the Village Head from the RegionalGovernment, so that the implementation of development runs smoothly.

Abstract

To the face the increase of the current business environment into a more complex situation, a method of performance measurement that can accurately and comprehensively assess the company's performance is essentially needed. In this case the method which can be used is the Balanced Scorecard. The objective of the Balanced Scorecard method is to measure the performance of the company from four perspectives, namely: learning and growth perspective, internal business process perspective, customer perspective and financial perspective.The researcher conducted the research on PDAM Palangka Raya District using the data from 2017-2019 to analyze the financial perspective, while for other perspectives using company data and calculation of questionnaires distributed to employees of PDAM Palangka Raya District.The results of the research reveals that the overall performance of PDAM Palangka Raya District is good enough, it is indicated by the value generated from the respective scorecards of each perspective. The conclusion that can be derived through the analysis is that the Balanced Scorecard is the best method in assessing the performance of the company, since the Balanced Scorecard raises the important aspects that are ignored by the traditional performance measurement, such as aspects of human resources, systems used in a corporation, operational processes, and aspects of customer satisfaction, so that the measurement results of the Balanced Scorecard is more accurate. Accurate performance measurement is very important for management, both in the process of planning, decision making, and controlling, and in realizing the vision and mission of the corporation.
