This research was carried out on Build Operate Transfer investment in Business cooperation model to metering system development project by examinated those criterias by technology preparedness level (TKT) evaluation method, Innovation preparedness level and political, social economic, technology, environment & legal aspects (PESTEL). This research was carried out to earned value from level of technological readiness level 8 and 9, Those innovation steady level 3 which involved several division like business development, engineering, accounting & finance, administration, human resources and health safety environtment officer. Gathered from all divisions and gave an score for TKT 8 assessment should be weight of more than 95% for accurate data criteria are ready, an assessment of TKT 9 has weight of more than 91% for technology criteria which tested in actual conditions, an assessment of Katsinov 3 has weighting of more than 94% for Manufacture Aspects, while assessment of PESTEL has a weight of more than 85% for Legal Aspect. Furthermore, these assessment results were brought up into focus group discussion by presented the Managing Director as expert judgment on final assessor of data validation, indicators, graphics and risk management planning before making decision about those Build Operate Transfer concept on investment business cooperation model to metering system of development project.

Abstract

Employee job satisfaction serves as a critical benchmark in achieving the objectives of an organization. It is regarded as highly significant and crucial, prompting human resource management practitioners, who oversee and manage human resources, to frequently conduct research. Prior studies play an essential role in supporting new research or academic articles. This scientific article aims to reinforce theoretical foundations and elucidate phenomena related to the relationships or influences among the variables under investigation. This article specifically reviews and analyses various factors that impact employee job satisfaction as a component of human resource management. Based on the identification and literature review conducted, it has been found that: 1) the work environment has a significant influence on job satisfaction; 2) workload affects job satisfaction; and 3) compensation impacts job satisfaction. Relevant prior research serves as a foundational reference for the literature review in this academic article, thereby providing a basis for future research that is expected to support organizational strategies and policies, particularly in the management of human resources.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of product quality, live streaming, and online reviews on purchasing decisions on Ponds in the TikTok Application. This research is quantitative research. The population in this research is uncertain. This research used a 140 sample with a purposive sampling for analyzed. The questionnaire presents statements that respondents must choose from strongly agree to strongly disagree on a Likert scale of 1-5 points. The analysis method was carried out using partial least square through the SmartPLS 4.0 statistical software. The results of the study show that quality product has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, live streaming has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, and online reviews have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Military personnel performance plays a vital role in supporting an organization’s success in achieving strategic goals. Initial observations at Tamtama Kompi B Yonko 462 Kopasgat identified challenges such as inadequate competence, ineffective teamwork, and low work motivation, which hinder optimal performance. Therefore, an in-depth analysis is required to understand how these factors influence personnel performance. This study aims to examine the impact of competence, teamwork, and work motivation on personnel performance at Tamtama Kompi B Yonko 462 Kopasgat. The research uses a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through performance assessments, competence evaluations, teamwork analyses, and motivation surveys between 2021 and 2023. The results show that competence significantly improves individual performance quality, as well as teamwork, which fosters synergy and enhances task execution. Furthermore, high work motivation plays a key role in encouraging personnel to contribute their best efforts. These findings emphasize the importance of strengthening competencies, improving teamwork, and maintaining high motivation levels to enhance overall organizational performance. The study highlights the need for focused interventions to address these key factors to ensure optimal personnel performance in the military organization.

Abstract

Human resources are the main asset for every organization, both in the private and government sectors. Employee performance in an organization or institution can be influenced by several factors.There are so many factors that can affect employee performance. Relevant previous research papers can be used as study material to examine various issues and variables that can affect employee performance in an organization. The aim of this study is to investigate several factors that generally affect employee performance in organizations. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that affect employee performance. The findings of this study are as follows: 1) Leadership has an influence on employee performance. 2) Work motivation affects employee performance. 3) The work environment also affects employee performance. 4) Work discipline contributes to improving employee performance. 5) Remuneration also plays a role in influencing employee performance. This research is a literature study that refers to various relevant previous research sources using different methods of approach so that it can be used as a reference for further research on employee performance in the field of human resource management; and can be used to develop strategies and policies to achieve goals. Abstract

Passenger satisfaction is important in maintaining loyalty and airline reputation in the aviation industry. One important aspect of airline service quality is the check-in counter officer. Check-in counter officers are the front line in direct interaction between airlines and passengers. This study analyses the service quality of check-in counter officers and their effect on passenger satisfaction at Transnusa Airlines at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. This study uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The primary data was collected from processing questionnaire data from 100 respondents using the accidental sampling method. The study's results found that the quality of check-in officer service observed through the variables reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangible proved to have a significant effect both partially and simultaneously on TransNusa airline passenger satisfaction. The assurance variable is the variable that has the most dominant influence on passenger satisfaction. The magnitude of the contribution of the influence of service quality (reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and physical evidence) on TransNusa airline passenger satisfaction is 86.1%.

Abstract

RSKGM FKG UI is the Main Dental and Oral Specialist Teaching Hospital for the Faculty of Dentistry, University of Indonesia which has been Fully Accredited on December 22, 2022 by the Indonesian Health Facility Accreditation Institute. RSKGM FKG UI is a Class A National Referral Hospital which has officially been operational since June 2002 until now. RSKGM FKG UI requires a brand identity to differentiate it from other RSKGM. For this reason, media is needed to promote RSKGM FKG UI so that it can be introduced to the wider community. The problem faced is the management of promotional media which is still not optimal. RSKGM FKG UI must have a strong logo in presenting the institution's brand identity. A brand logo with visual identity and the use of the right color palette can be applied to social media such as Instagram & Tiktok. This study uses a qualitative research method by studying books and references from various sources both from the internet, previous research studies, literature reviews, SWOT analysis (strength, weakness, opportunities, threats) aims to identify the overall strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of RSKGM FKG UI and can highlight the uniqueness of RSKGM FKG UI which is not owned by other hospitals or dental clinics. This research method is used in order to build public trust in RSKGM FKG UI as a leading dental hospital in Indonesia. With the existence of a strong brand identity and brand awareness through re-branding of existing social media, it is hoped that it can increase the number of patients who trust dental and oral health care by using the services at RSKGM FKG UI, so that it will have an impact on increasing income and also the welfare of the RSKGM FKG UI hospitalia community.

Abstract

Generation Z, generally defined as those born between 1997 and 2012, is entering the workforce and bringing unique characteristics in financial management. This study aims to analyze the level of financial literacy among Generation Z employees at PT Andaru Sakra Karsa and to explore their financial behavior related to savings, investment, and consumerism. The research method employed was a quantitative approach, with a questionnaire distributed to Generation Z employees at PT Andaru Sakra Karsa. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive and inferential statistics. The results showed that the level of financial literacy among Generation Z employees at PT Andaru Sakra Karsa was in the moderate category. Their saving behavior was relatively good, but their understanding and participation in investment were still low. On the other hand, there was a high tendency toward consumerism, mainly driven by social media influence and easy access to credit. This study concludes that comprehensive and sustainable financial education programs in the workplace are crucial to improve Generation Z's financial literacy, encourage healthy financial behavior, and prepare them to face future financial challenges.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of salary, incentives, and work discipline on the performance of sales division employees at PT. Mora Telematika Indonesia, using quantitative methods with primary data through gform to respondents in the sales division at the company. The results are 1) Salary has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, namely 2.113>2.01290 with a significance value of 0.040<0.05. 2) Incentives have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, namely 2.976>2.01290 with a significance value of 0.000<0.05. 3) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, namely 3.785>2.01290 with a significance value of 0.005<0.05. 4) Salary, Incentives, and Work Discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of sales division employees at PT. Mora Telematika Indonesia, which is 61.961>3.20 and a significance value of 0.000<0.05. The conclusion of this study is that there is a positive and significant influence between Salary, Incentives, and Work Discipline on the Performance of Sales Division Employees at PT Mora Telematika Indonesia with a percentage of determination coefficient results of 78.4%.

Abstract

A cross-cultural work culture within a multinational company plays a crucial role in determining employee effectiveness and productivity. Cultural diversity in the workplace can provide benefits in the form of innovation and work efficiency, but also presents communication challenges and differences in values and norms. This study aims to analyze the impact of cross-cultural work culture on employee productivity in multinational companies. Using a phenomenological qualitative approach, data was collected through in-depth interviews and participatory observation of employees working in a multicultural environment. The results showed that cultural diversity encourages creativity and team effectiveness, but also causes communication and adaptation barriers that affect individual performance. It was found that companies that implemented flexible management strategies and cross-cultural training programs were able to improve the effectiveness of employee communication and collaboration. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the importance of management's role in managing cultural diversity in order to become a competitive advantage for the company.
