This study aims, to be able to analyze and multi-finance companies in Tangerang City their impact on customer satisfaction. The population for this study were 145 respondents, calculated based on purposive sampling. The method, of collecting data using a survey method, the research instrument using, a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Methods for analyzing data using the SPSS test tool to test descriptive of customer characteristics and Partial Least Square test to obtain hypothesis results. The results, obtained in this study are positive and also very significant, and there are positive results but less significant to customer satisfaction.

The purpose of this study is to be able to test what can influence online purchasing decisions at PT. Go Online Goals. The independent variables obtained from the preliminary survey results are Promotion, Perception of Prices, and Image for Brands. The dependent variable is the decision on the purchase. This research method for analysis using data as well as Variance-Based Structural Equations using the Partial Least Square (PLS) tool. The population is residents who live in the DKI Jakarta area with a sample size of 200 respondents. The sampling technique uses convenience sampling. By using a quantitative descriptive approach. The results showed that promotion had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, perceived price also had a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, and for brand image there was a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Pengabdian masyarakat ini untuk Pelatihan Pendampingan Peningkatan Manajemen Projek . Pada Pekerja Bangunan di Meruya Selata. Pengadian masyarakat ini untuk memberi manajemen projek bagi pekerja projek. Lokasi projek rumah tinggal di meruya selatan. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini untuk memberi wawasan manajemen projek agar bisa menjadi pekerja projekyang diandalkan. Pekerja Bangunan di Meruya Selatan merupakan kegiatan pembangunan rumah baru dan renovasi rumah lama serta perawatan rumah yang secara rutin yang telah dilakukan. Mengingat Pentingnya kegiatan ini yang sangat diperlukan oleh masyarakat. Kelompok pekerja bangunan terdiri dari kepala bangunan dan staff mempunyai potensi untuk ditingkatkan manajemenprojeknya, hal ini selama ini kegiatan hanya dilakukan tanpa memakai manajemen projek sehingga kelompok pekerja bangunan dapat mengenal dirinya sendiri, mengetahui karakternya sendiri, mengetahui kelebihan dan kekurangannya, mengetahui kapasitas pengetahuan dan keterampilan, kemampuan terpendam dan keunikan lain yang ada pada dirinya. Lokasi projek rumah tinggal di meruya selatan. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah pekerja projek semakin paham dan mengerti mengenai manajemen projeksehingga membangkitkan keinginan menjadi pekerja projek yang tangguh.

Tourism is a travel activity carried out temporarily from the original residence to the destination area with the reason not to settle or make a living but only to fulfill curiosity, spend leisure or holiday and other destinations. One of the new tourism destinations that has a natural charm as if we are standing on a bumpy cloud. This new tourism destination is named after the country above the clouds located in Lebak Regency, Banten, Indonesia. The results of this study the role of social media marketing can introduce and popularize the country's tourism above the clouds located in the district of Lebak, Lebak and can affect the image of tourists about the quality of the destination and can also provide satisfaction and loyalty to tourists.

The purpose of this study is to discuss the factors that influence the decision to purchase Paid Features on the Canva Application. The independent variables obtained from the results of the preliminary survey are Perceptions of Price, Promotion, and Security. While the dependent variable to be obtained is the Purchase Decision. Methods of data analysis using Variance Based Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (PLS) and Statistical Product andService Solutions (SPSS). The sample that will be used in this study are students who live in the DKI Jakarta area as many as 200 respondents. The sampling technique used is the Stuctural Equation Model (SEM). By using a quantitative descriptive approach. The results of this study indicate that Price Perception has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, Promotion has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions and Security has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions.

Tourism contributes large foreign exchange to tourism organizing countries. Tourism also creates jobs, provides income and quality to society. The Tanjung Lesung natural tourist area is part of Banten Province which has excellent natural beauty on par with Bali and Raja Ampat Papua. The potential natural beauty of the Tanjung Lesung area can be relied upon as a source of regional income. The Tanjung Lesung tourist area has many beach tourism objects, sand tourism, water tourism, underwater tourism, beautiful panoramas, unspoiled forests, tempting culinary delights, fruit native to Banten Province. The Tanjung Lesung tourist area also experienced problems after the tsunami disaster. So this is a challenge for Tanjung Lesung Tourism to provide tourist satisfaction and sustainability. The results of this research show a positive influence between variables, thus showing that tourists are satisfied with the improvement of the Tanjung Lesung tourist area after the tsunami disaster and give hope for tourism sustainability.

The aim to be achieved in this research is to determine the factors that influence the repurchase intention of pharmacy consumers in Jakarta. This research is quantitative research. The population of drug buyers at pharmacies in Jakarta is uncertain. This research used a sample of 215 pharmacy drug buyers in Jakarta for analysis. The questionnaire presents statements that respondents must choose from strongly agree to strongly disagree on a scale of 1-5 points. Hypothesis testing uses Structural Equation Model with Warp PLS. The results of several test parameters show that the sample is reliable and valid and meets the requirements. This research concludes that consumer experience has a significant and influential effect on trust. Consumer experience has a significant and influential effect on satisfaction. Consumer experience has a significant influence on repurchase intentions. Trust has a significant and influential effect on satisfaction. Trust has a significant influence on repurchase intentions. Product quality has a significant influence on trust. Product quality has a significant influence on satisfaction. Consumer experience has a significant influence on repurchase intentions through satisfaction. Satisfaction has a significant influence on repurchase intentions.
