This research was carried out on Build Operate Transfer investment in Business cooperation model to metering system development project by examinated those criterias by technology preparedness level (TKT) evaluation method, Innovation preparedness level and political, social economic, technology, environment & legal aspects (PESTEL). This research was carried out to earned value from level of technological readiness level 8 and 9, Those innovation steady level 3 which involved several division like business development, engineering, accounting & finance, administration, human resources and health safety environtment officer. Gathered from all divisions and gave an score for TKT 8 assessment should be weight of more than 95% for accurate data criteria are ready, an assessment of TKT 9 has weight of more than 91% for technology criteria which tested in actual conditions, an assessment of Katsinov 3 has weighting of more than 94% for Manufacture Aspects, while assessment of PESTEL has a weight of more than 85% for Legal Aspect. Furthermore, these assessment results were brought up into focus group discussion by presented the Managing Director as expert judgment on final assessor of data validation, indicators, graphics and risk management planning before making decision about those Build Operate Transfer concept on investment business cooperation model to metering system of development project.

Abstract

Research aims are to identify, analyze, and conclude the effect of price perception and product quality on brand image and consumer trust. The analytical technique applies a structural equation model lisrel software supported. The study results, namely the price perception and product quality partially have a positive effect on brand image. Price perception, product quality, and brand image have a partially positive effect on consumer trust. Brand image partially mediates the effect of perceived price and product quality on consumer trust. To enhance brand image, especially for emotional satisfaction, more specifically for the self-expression value, namely by increasing the price perception which is dominant among other exogenous variables. The price discount reflects price perception. This dimension is reflected dominantly by the rare discount. Retailers in Medan need to pay more attention to price discounts that are rare for users to enhance brand image. Increasing consumer trust, especially the retailer ability, more specifically institutional recognitions, namely by the dominant brand image among exogenous constructs. Retailers in Medan need to pay more attention to emotional satisfaction, especially the user self-expression value to enhance consumer trust.

Abstract

Increasing use of GPS on mobile devices, the format of direct marketing strategy is also developing, and the location-based coupon is the example of this strategy. This study aims to analyze consumer attitudes toward location-based coupons on mobile devices and their intention of use the location-based coupon for shopping. Simple random sampling is used for the sampling method, a 1 – 5 Likert scale questionnaire is used for collecting the data. The results show that hedonic motivation, and smart-shopper perception has a positive effect towards intention of use location-based coupon through location-based coupon attitudes. Even so, the impact is not big because there are several variables excluding of this study that might influence it.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of organizational commitment, work discipline and work environment on performance and formulate strategies to improve performance during the Covid-19 pandemic by taking case studies at PT. YKT Gear Indonesia. a quantitative descriptive research design was used by the authors in 260 participants made up the sample of 160 respondents for survey. The Partial Least Squares approach is an analysis technique (PLS), Research results prove that (1) Organizational Commitment influences the work environment positively and significantly (2) Workplace environment is significantly and favorably affected by work discipline (3) Organizational commitment influences employee performance positively and significantly (4) Employee performance is positively and significantly impacted by work discipline. (5) Employee performance is positively and significantly influenced by the work environment (6) Organizational Commitment has a positively and significantly effect on employee performance through the work environment as an intervening variable (7) Employee performance is positively and significantly influenced by work discipline through the work environment. Suggestions and input for PT. YKT Gear Indonesia to be committed and paying attention to the workplace environment to encourage more discipline among staff, and can carry out their duties and obligations properly.

Abstract

This study has purpose in determining the correlation between visionary leadership, organizational culture, and work discipline in influencing the performance of employees at SMPN 1 Kedungwaringin Bekasi Regency. This research method applies empirical quantitative research through verifiative descriptive approach. The population and sample used amounted to 64 respondents consisting of 59 teachers and 5 education staff. The results of this research indicate that visionary leadership, organizational culture, and work discipline had significantly positive effect on the performance of employee. In addition, vision leadership, organizational culture, as well as work discipline also had simultaneous effect on the performance.

Abstract

This article reviews the effect of work professionalism on employee performance through work discipline, either directly or indirectly. This article is a literature study of human resource management conducted with a literature review or literature research that examines or critically reviews knowledge, ideas, or findings in the body of academic-oriented literature, and also formulates the theoretical and methodological contributions for a particular topic. The results of this library research are: 1) work professionalism affects work discipline; 2) work discipline affects performance; 3) work discipline affects performance, and 4) work professionalism affects performance through work discipline.

Abstract

Literature study scientific articles discuss the effect of performance on organizational culture, digital transformation, and productivity in the context of human resource management science. The focus of this article is to build a hypothesis regarding the relationship between variables that will be used in future research. The research object involves online libraries, Mendeley, Google Scholar, and various other online academic media. The method used in this research is library research which involves sources of information in the form of e-books and electronic journals which can be accessed openly. The results of this article reveal that: Organizational culture has a significant and positive influence on employee performance. Digital Transformation has a significant and positive influence on employee performance. Productivity has a significant and positive influence on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of organizational culture and work environment through employee resilience as an intervening variable on employee engagement at Strategic Management and Governance Department - Bank Indonesia. The quantitative descriptive research design with 92 participants as sample of the study. This study used Partial Least Square (PLS) which is a covariance-based SEM as an analysis tool. The result of this study showed that (1) organizational culture influences employee engagement positively and significantly (2) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee resilience, (3) work environment influences employee engagement positively but not significantly (4) work environment influences employee resilience positively and significantly (5) Employee resilience has positive and significant effect on employee engagement (6) Employee engagement is positively and significantly influenced by organizational culture through employee resilience (7) Employee engagement is positively and significantly influenced by the work environment through employee resilience. The implementation of organizational culture and the work environment’s condition at Bank Indonesia must be improved. These variables also affect the level of employee engagement. The higher level of employee engagement will help the employee to complete the duties and obligations optimally and properly.

Abstract

The Literature Review article entitled "The Influence of Organizational Culture, Motivation, and Welfare on Employee Performance" is a scientific paper whose aim is to develop a research hypothesis about the relationship between variables that will be used in subsequent research in Human Resource Management. This article was created using the library research method obtained from online sources such as Google Scholar, Mendeley, and other academic media. The results of this Literature Review article show that there are three main factors that influence employee performance, namely organizational culture, motivation, and well-being. First, a good organizational culture can improve employee performance because it provides clear guidelines and norms and makes employees feel motivated and have a common goal. Second, high motivation will lead to better employee performance because employees feel driven to achieve goals and feel valued for their performance. Third, employee welfare which includes health, good work environment, and fair compensation also has a positive impact on employee performance because employees feel valued and are motivated to work well. In the science of Human Resource Management, an understanding of these factors is very important to improve employee performance and achieve organizational goals effectively. This Literature Review article can be a reference for researchers and practitioners in the field of Human Resource Management to develop further research on the influence of these factors on employee performance.

The effect of online attendance, performance reporting models, and additional employee income allowance schemes on Civil Servant performance is a scientific article that aims to build a research hypothesis on the influence of variables to be used in further research, within the scope of Human Resource Management. The method of writing this Literature Review article is the library research method, which is sourced from online media such as Google Scholar, Mendeley and other academic online media. The results of this literature review article are: 1) Online attendance has an effect on civil servant performance. 2) The performance report model has an effect on civil servant performance; and 3) The additional employee income allowance scheme affects the performance of civil servants.
