This research was carried out on Build Operate Transfer investment in Business cooperation model to metering system development project by examinated those criterias by technology preparedness level (TKT) evaluation method, Innovation preparedness level and political, social economic, technology, environment & legal aspects (PESTEL). This research was carried out to earned value from level of technological readiness level 8 and 9, Those innovation steady level 3 which involved several division like business development, engineering, accounting & finance, administration, human resources and health safety environtment officer. Gathered from all divisions and gave an score for TKT 8 assessment should be weight of more than 95% for accurate data criteria are ready, an assessment of TKT 9 has weight of more than 91% for technology criteria which tested in actual conditions, an assessment of Katsinov 3 has weighting of more than 94% for Manufacture Aspects, while assessment of PESTEL has a weight of more than 85% for Legal Aspect. Furthermore, these assessment results were brought up into focus group discussion by presented the Managing Director as expert judgment on final assessor of data validation, indicators, graphics and risk management planning before making decision about those Build Operate Transfer concept on investment business cooperation model to metering system of development project.

Previous research or relevant research serves to strengthen the theory and phenomena of the relationship or the influence between variables. This article reviews the role of motivation in mediating leadership style on employee performance, A Human Resource Management Literature Study. The results of this research library are that: 1) leadership style affects employee motivation; 2) leadership style affects employee performance; 3) work motivation affects employee performance, and 4) leadership style through work motivation affects employee performance.

Abstract

Thesis This made For do testing on the population of SMK Sandikta Bekasi teachers regarding commitment in organization as well as motivation they in Work use satisfaction Work as factor or intervening variable . The method used is descriptive quantitative with a sampling technique that provides equal opportunity for each member of the population to be selected as a sample or often called as non-probability sampling . As much 56 teachers working at Sandikta Vocational School, Bekasi City is population used For primary data source. Primary data was collected through observation, distribution of questionnaires, and literature study. The survey results obtained through deployment questionnaire done testing use SmartPLS 3.0; Tested thing includes model measurements, structural measurements, as well hypothesis test. Based on the results of data processing , it can be variables organizational commitment and job satisfaction, work motivation and job satisfaction, organizational commitment and teacher performance, work motivation and teacher performance, and job satisfaction and teacher performance respectively there is connection positive and significant . In addition, the variable job satisfaction is known can play a significant mediating role between organizational commitment on teacher performance and work motivation on teacher performance. Based on findings it is known that teacher at Sandikta Vocational School, Bekasi City think that commitment organization and motivation Work own influence important for satisfaction work .

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Job Training, Teamwork and Competence on Employee Career Development. This research was conducted at a company engaged in the service sector, namely the delivery of export and import cargo located in Tangerang City. In practice, employee career development is still based on seniority and employees who have worked longer to be promoted to their position level. Regardless of the training, ability to work together and competence of these employees. Respondents in this study amounted to 75 employees as the respondent. The sampling technique used purposive random sampling, and the analysis technique used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with a questionnaire as the research instrument.

Abstract

This study discusses efforts to maintain the business continuity of MSME actors through a literature study on regulations and publication data related to MSME. Descriptive qualitative methods are used to analyze the steps needed by SMEs to maintain their existence. The data used is secondary data in the form of official reports and publications from related parties regarding turnover, income, and government support for MSMEs. The results of the study show that government policy support alone is not enough, the active role of all components of MSME actors is also needed. The government can maximize socialization with the help of local governments so that assistance can be received properly. In addition, MSME actors also play a role in making changes both in terms of production innovation, technology utilization, and marketing through digitization to maintain the continuity of their business. time

Abstract

The objective of this study is to examine, quantify, and analyze the variations in the financial performance of companies operating in the hotel, restaurant, and tourism subsector that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The analysis focuses on the years 2019 (pre-COVID-19) and 2020–2021 (during the COVID-19 pandemic). Key financial ratios, including the return on assets, the current ratio, the debt-to-equity ratio, and the total asset turnover, are employed to assess the companies' performance. The study's target population comprises hotel, restaurant, and tourism businesses operating between 2019 and 2021. Sample selection employs purposive sampling based on specific criteria. Data analysis encompasses descriptive statistical analysis and the Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality test, which reveals non-normal data distributions. Consequentially, a non-parametric hypothesis test, the Wilcoxon signed the rank test, is employed to determine differences. The findings indicate significant variations in return on assets, the current ratio, the debt-to-equity ratio, and the total asset turnover between the pre-pandemic year of 2019 and the pandemic years of 2020 and 2021.

Abstract

This research investigates and analyses the role of organizational commitment and employee engagement in mediating the influence of perceived organizational support on employee performance among civil servants (PNS) in the Directorate General of Treasury. The study adopts a quantitative approach using Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) analysis method, facilitated by SmartPLS version 3.2.9 software. Three hundred thirty-four staff employees in the State Treasury Service Office (KPPN) were selected as respondents using the stratified proportional random sampling method. These respondents completed a 44-item questionnaire distributed online. The findings of this study reveal that perceived organizational support has a direct, positive, and significant impact on organizational commitment, employee engagement, and employee performance. Employee engagement also directly, positively, and significantly impacts employee performance and partially mediates the effect of perceived organizational support on employee performance. On the other hand, organizational commitment does not directly impact employee performance and does not mediate the impact of perceived organizational support on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style on the performance of Bank Syariah Indonesia West Jakarta Branch employees and the role of the work environment as a mediator variable. This research was conducted using a descriptive causality approach and the PLS-SEM analysis method to test and explain the connectedness of the structural model. The sample technique used was purposive sampling and the number of samples obtained was 57 respondents. The results of this study are that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on the work environment, leadership style has a negative and insignificant effect on organizational performance, work environment has a positive and significant effect on organizational performance, and work environment as a mediator of leadership style influences employee performance positively and significantly.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of security, location, and word of mouth on the purchasing decisions of respondents who are the owners of the Pantai Indah Kapuk 2 housing. This research is descriptive in nature. Primary data and secondary data obtained. Secondary data was obtained from various sources such as journalists, books and other related primary publication data obtained by distributing questionnaires to the target respondents. Determining the number of samples using purposive sampling technique and will be distributed via Google form to at least 160 respondents obtained. The results of primary data collection will be analyzed using the SEM-PLS method. The results of this study are that security, location, and word of mouth have a significant effect on the decision to purchase the Pantai Indah Kapuk 2 housing.

Abstract

In recent decades, the level of internet usage, especially in Indonesia, has shown significant growth. This encourages the growth of the use of various applications, one of which is an online transportation application. GoRide service on the Gojek application is one of the applications that is often used. This study will examine the influence of perceived usefulness, satisfaction, attitude variables on the continuance intention of GoRide users on the Gojek application. The population of this study is all Gojek application users in the last three months in the Jabodetabek area with the sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with a minimum sample number of 170 respondents. Furthermore, this research will use SEM PLS 4 in the data analysis process. The results of this research are in the form of a proposed framework that will be continued as empirical research.
