Abstract

The objectives of this study are to: 1) determine the number of developments in biopharmaceutical production, 2) determine the number of biopharmaceutical plant exports, and 3) determine the impact of biopharmaceutical plant production and exports on the agricultural sector's GDP growth rate from 2012 to 2022. This type of research employs quantitative panel data. Data on biopharmaceutical crop output, exports, and national income from 2012 to 2022 were obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and other sources. The data analysis technique employs correlation analysis and the F test. The study's findings demonstrate that: 1) biopharmaceutical plant production and export have a substantial impact on agricultural economic growth. 2) There is a positive association between biopharmaceutical crop production and exports and agricultural GDP growth, although this trend can be altered by a variety of external and internal factors. 3) This research, however, demonstrates that various fluctuations and issues must be addressed in order to secure the agricultural sector's long-term and equitable growth. Abstract

This study aims to identify the factors influencing Shopee customer loyalty in Indonesia, focusing on brand image, brand trust, e-service, and customer satisfaction. The meta-analysis method is used to analyze the results of several relevant studies in this context. The meta-analysis results show that brand image has a significant positive relationship with customer loyalty, but is not significantly influenced by customer satisfaction. conversely, brand trust and e-service have a significant positive relationship with customer loyalty, and customer satisfaction partially mediates the relationship between these two factors and Shopee customer loyalty. These findings indicate that brand image has a strong direct influence on customer loyalty, while brand trust and e-service can enhance customer loyalty both directly and through customer satisfaction. This underscores the importance of building a strong brand image, high consumer trust, and good electronic services to increase customer loyalty on e-commerce platforms such as Shopee in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the influence of Environmental, Social and Governance Disclosure on the Financial Performance of Companies Listed in the ESG Sector Leader Index of the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2023. It is hoped that this research will provide investors with new insights into the factors that can influence financial performance as measured by Economic Value Added (EVA). In this way, investors and other financial stakeholders can consider the research findings in their decision making. The data were processed using ordinary least square (OLS) analysis, which includes a series of classical assumption tests and multiple linear regression tests to examine the results of the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable. The test results indicate that environmental disclosure, tested using four sub-variables, showed that operational carbon disclosure did not affect EVA, while product and service carbon disclosure positively affected EVA, natural resource use disclosure positively affected EVA, and emissions, effluents, and waste disclosure did not positively affect EVA. Social disclosure, tested using two sub-variables, shows that community relations disclosure and occupation health and safety disclosure do not affect EVA. Governance disclosure, tested using two sub-variables, showed that governance disclosure did not affect EVA, while business ethics disclosure did not positively affect EVA. Abstract

Toko Besi Lancar Rejeki is a shop that sells materials and equipment for building materials. This store was founded in 2003 and cooperates with several suppliers to supply some building materials. One of the items supplied is a pipe. Pipes are items that are quite often purchased. There is a main supplier that supplies PVC pipe product, namely Supplier A. However, there are some situations that make the store suffer losses, such as shipping errors made by the supplier and damage to the pipe which makes the store must return it to the supplier. Identification and decision-making processes are done using the Analytical Network Process (ANP) method which is based on the relationship between the criteria and sub-criteria. There are 6 criteria, 14 sub-criteria, and 10 relationships. The 6 criteria set are variety, price, quality, service, delivery, and flexibility. This assessment resulted in supplier selection priorities that can be carried out by Toko Besi Lancar Rejeki, namely Supplier C with a limiting value of 0.124982, for Supplier B it is 0.106648, and Supplier A it is 0.09128. Supplier selection is based on the priority sub-criteria obtained, namely the price of one pipe, pipe flexibility, and discounts.

Abstract

Profitability is a company's expertise in generating margins or profits as long as the company operates. Financing at Bank Sumut Syariah can be considered as one of the driving factors for increasing the profitability of a bank. It's just that the financing contained in Bank Sumut Syariah does not fully affect profitability, but other factors that most affect the profitability of the bank. The purpose of this research is to show whether Operational Costs (X1), Profit Sharing of Third Party Funds (X2) and also Cash Ratio (X3) have an influence on profits or profit (Y) with Murabahah Financing (Z) as a moderating variables. For this reason, the researchers here used the SEM analysis research method and Bootstrapping using SMARTPLS with secondary data and the nature of the quantitative research used in testing the data that had been obtained at Bank Sumut Syariah. In this study, the results obtained were that the variables BOPO (X1), DPK (X2), CR (X3) and also Murabahah Financing (Z) did not have a relevant impact on Profitability (Y) of PT Bank Sumut Syariah which had been processed and conclusions drawn from several tests that have been carried out. Then it was also obtained from the research that the Murabahah Financing itself weakened the relationship between DPK and ROA. And also Murabaha financing weakens the relationship between CR and ROA. However, Murabahah Financing strengthens the relationship between BOPO and ROA. So it can be said that Murabahah Financing moderates the effect of BOPO on ROA. However, Murabahah Financing cannot moderate the effect of TPF on ROA nor can it moderate the effect of CR on ROA. Abstract

According to the Minister of Industry and the Central Statistics Agency, the food and beverage industry or business has contributed 1.2 quadrillion or 6.32% of Indonesia's total economic income in 2022. There are many food businesses spread across Indonesia, one of which is Restaurant X. The problem found was that there was a decrease in revenue at Restaurant X’s income starting from 2020 to 2023, causing difficulty in achieving targets every month. The purpose of this research is to identify and analyze the key factors that influence customer repurchase intentions at Restaurant X. The decrease in revenue occurred due to a decrease in the number of customers. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to determine the factors that can influence customer repurchase intentions at Restaurant X. In the research there are several variables, namely service quality, food quality, sacrifice, and customer satisfaction. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire with a sampling technique in the form of convenience sampling. Data processing was carried out using the PLS-SEM (Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Model) method. This research succeeded in proving that service quality, food quality, and sacrifice influence customer satisfaction which then influences repurchase intention.

Abstract

The research method is non-probability sampling using a saturation sampling approach. A total of 280 non-medic employees from Purwokerto Privat Hospital participated as respondents in this study. Data collection was conducted through a questionnaire using the Likert scale to measure statement items related to the research variables. Data analysis utilized the SEM-PLS method, which is divided into two stages: an outer model evaluation to measure validity and reliability, and a structural model evaluation to test hypotheses and explain the relationships between variables. Results of this study states that work-family conflict has a positive effect on turnover intention, while organizational culture and organizational commitment have a negative and significant relationship with turnover intention. In addition, it was found that organizational commitment acts as mediator, connecting work-family conflict and organizational culture with turnover intentation. This research aims to provide a deeper understanding of how the conflict between work and family influences the desire to change jobs, with Organizational Culture as a factor that may alleviate its negative impact. Additionally, the study will elucidate the role of Organizational Commitment as a mediator in this relationship. It is expected that the findings of this research will offer insights to organizations in developing more targeted strategies to enhance employee well-being and reduce turnover rates, aligning with the long-term vision of organizational sustainability.
