Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis optimalisasi usahatani pada berbagai pola tanam monokultur pada tanaman pangan semusim dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi optimalisasi usahatani. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian deskriptif-kuantitatif. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan secara purposive di wilayah Kecamatan Kembaran Kabupaten Banyumas. Pengambilan data dilakukan melalui survey, observasi dan wawancara menggunakan kuisioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1). pola tanam 1 (padi â padi â jagung) dan pola tanam 5 (padi â jagung â bengkuang) adalah optimal dengan nilai MRPT (Marginal Rate of Product Transformation) masing masing 1,16 dan 1,03 2). Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi optimalisasi usahatani tanaman pangan semusim adalah luas lahan, jumlah tenaga kerja, jumlah pupuk dan jumlah pestisida. Penggunaan faktor produksi pupuk tidak efisien sedangkan faktor produksi lainnya belum efisienKata Kunci: optimalisasi, pola tanam monokultur, tanaman pangan semusim

Macaranga known locally as mahang-mahangan has uniquely ecological function, and also became a part of traditional medicine in Indonesia. Macaranga genus also known as a sources of terpenoid and phenolic (flavonoid) compounds which have biological activity as antioxidant and anticancer (cytotoxicity).There are few phytochemical investigations have been done on M. gigantifolia species. As a part of our continuing research of isolation anticancer compound from natural product, a geranylated flavonoid compound (macarangin) has been isolated from ethyl acetate fraction of Macaranga gigantifolia leaves using chromatography methods. The isolated compund (isolat MG) was elucidated to gain the chemical structure based on spectroscopic data (LC-MS and FT-NMR). Cytotoxicity test of this compound was tested against MCF 7 cell lines, showed that macarangin has a potential activity with IC50 value 119.12Î¼g/mL.Â Key words: Macarangin, geranylatedÂ flavonoid, Macaranga gigantifolia, MCF 7 cell lines.

Terestrial fungi are of great importance as potential sources of pharmaceutical agent. Aspergillus aculeatus, a fungus isolated from soil sample collected in Indonesia, was cultured in liquid media to investigate a novel compound as inhibitor Î±-glucosidase. The mycelium extract of A. aculeatus shows potential activity against Saccharomyces cereviseae Î±-glucosidase and mild activity against mammalian Î±-glucosidase with IC50 values of 9.57 Âµg/mL and 470.76 mg/mL, respectively. Enzyme assay-guided fractionation of this extract afforded rubrofusarin (1). Rubrofusarin, a linear naphtho-Î³-pyrone, is a natural pigment from Aspergillus sp. Interestingly, compound 1 shows potential inhibitory activity against mammalian Î±-glucosidase (IC50 of 92.7 Âµg/mL), but no to S. cereviseae Î±-glucosidase. The results suggest that A. aculeatus is a promising natural source as a lead compound in the discovery of antidiabetic drug.

This study is aimed to identfy the eﬀect of management ownership, insttutonal ownership, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), profitability to the company’s value. In this study, the company’s value is using proxy of Price Book Value (PBV). The samples were taken from 18 Goods Consumer Industry companies which are registered in the BEI on 2013-2016t. Whilst the data of the research was 72 samples and after cash-wised into 67 samples. The analysis method used for this study is multiple regression analysis. Based on this study’s result, it is resulted that the management ownership, institutional ownership, CSR, profitability is simultaneously having positive effect on the company’s value. CSR has positve eﬀect on the company’s value positvely, proftability has positve eﬀect on the company’s value signifcantly.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of liquidity ratios, profitability and firm size on stock prices with dividend policy as an intervening variable in manufacturing companies listed on the IDX. The sample used in this study are 22 companies with the 2013-2017 research year. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. Data analysis techniques used descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression and sobel tests. The results of this study indicate that liquidity has no effect on dividend policy, liquidity has no effect stock prices, profitability do not affect on dividend policy, profitability has no effect on stock prices, while firm size has significant positive effects on dividend policy and stock price, dividend policy does not affect stock prices, dividend policy is not able to mediate liquidity, profitability and size of the company against stock pricesÂ Keywords: Liquidity, Profitability, Company Size, Stock Price, Dividend Policy

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the factors that influence customers' interest in saving at Jateng Syariah Bank. This study uses quantitative research methods, non-probability sampling techniques can be obtained through purposive sampling. The population in this study was a customer at Purwokerto Syariah Bank Jateng and was 17 years old. Samples in this study were 170 respondents. The research method used in this study is validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, F test, t test. Location has no significant negative effect on saving interest, Service has a significant positive effect on saving interest, Knowledge has a significant positive effect on saving interest, Promotion has no significant positive effect on saving interest, Product has no significant positive effect on saving interest, Price has no significant positive effect on interest save.             This study aims to analyze the effect of investment knowledge, investment motivation, financial literacy and family environment on the interest in investing in the capital market. This type of research is quantitative. The population of this study were students of the Management Study Program of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Muhammadiyah Purwokerto University in the year 2016 and 2017 with the sample criteria of active students of FEB UMP and those who were / had taken financial management and entrepreneurship courses. Data collection in this study using the questionnaire method. Instrument testing was analyzed using validity test and reliability test. Data analysis techniques used in this study are classic assumptions and multiple linear regression analysis.              The results showed that: (1) investment knowledge, investment motivation, and financial literacy simultaneously had a significant effect on investment interest. (2) investment knowledge partially does not affect investment interest. (3) investment motivation partially has a significant effect on investment interest. (4) financial literacy partially has a significant effect on investment interest. The purpose of the study is to determine the influence of variables of transformational leadership style and working discipline towards the performance of village devices. This research uses a case study method conducted against the village device in Madukara Sub-district, Banjarnegara district. Questionnaires were distributed to 173 village device people. The result of this research has a number of advices for village officials, especially in Madukara sub-district of Banjarnegara district, to further improve its performance so that the village governance system is well maintained. The data analysis technique used is test of multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that variables of the transformational leadership style (X1) were significantly affected by the performance (Y) variables. Then the work discipline variable (X2) significantly affects the performance variable. Variables of the transformational leadership style and work discipline are simultaneously affecting the performance variables. The working discipline variable is the variable that most affects the performance of village devices in Madukara sub-district, Banjarnegara district.Keywords: Transformational Leadership, Work Discipline, Performance

The aim of this study is to make a formula of green tea that is enriched by other herbs. Green tea drinks are made using the basic ingredients of gambung (THG) green tea enriched with sapodilla leaves (Manilkara zapota (Aw) bay leaves (Syzygium polyanthum (Am), Artocarpus communis (Un) breadfruit leaves, and cinnamon leaves (Cinnamomum verum (K)). The composition of gambung herbal green tea is made by reference to the antidiabetic activity of each herb. All the samples were tested for inhibition of Î±-glucosidase enzymes and toxicity using the lethality test method for brine shrimp. All samples showed good inhibition of the Î±-glucosidase enzyme barriers of gamboeng green tea (THG) 82.05%, sapodilla leaves (Aw) 97.81%, breadfruit leaves (Un) 73.34%, bay leaves (Am) 93.80%, cinnamon leaves (K) 91.24 %. The inhibition value of Î±-glucoside enzymes in the formulation of gamboeng herbal green tea drinks: 96.203% (GKUn) is higher when compared to the GKAm formula (94.78%) and GKAw (62.487%).

The research aims to examine the effect of profitability and leverage on firm value with Corporate Social Responsibility as a moderating variable and company size as a control variable. The subject of this research uses manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period of 2016-2018. Data collection techniques used in this study were purposive sampling and with a sample size of 107 samples. While the data analysis techniques used in this study is classic multiple regression analysis with absolute. The analysis shows that profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value, while leverage has a negative and significant effect on firm value, and Corporate Social Responsibility is able to moderate, then firm size has a significant positive effect on firm value
