Abstract

This study aims to increase students' entrepreneurial interest through classroom learning, observation of small and medium enterprises (SMEs), entrepreneurial practices, and mentoring. Methodology approach using purposive random sampling, a total of 160 students who have received entrepreneurship learning at the Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University Yogyakarta. In this study, the analysis was carried out using descriptive analysis methods and inferential analysis methods Partial Least Square (PLS), namely variance-based SEM, with SmartPLS 3.0 software. Entrepreneurial learning positive and significant effect on the interests of students to entrepreneurship, Observasi to entrepreneurs (SMEs) positive effect on the interest of students to entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship practice positively affects student interest in entrepreneurship and mentoring does not have a positive effect on student interest in entrepreneurship

Abstract

This study aims to examine the factors driving the intention to adopt an information system through the use of patient barcode system at a hospital in Surakarta. This study is necessary to explore the variables forming the information system adoption intention in order to improve the performance of hospital medical personnel. Survey method and questionnaire were applied in data collection. The data were collected using a probability sampling technique resulting in a number of 100 questionnaires to be processed. SPSS was used to test the instrument of the study, while SEM using AMOS method was applied to test hypotheses. The results showed that to be able to increase the confidence of user to form the intention to adopt barcode systems in hospitals is influenced by the condition of the facility not because of management pressure and social pressure. Intention to Adopt Information System, Trust, Facility Condition, Managerial Pressure, Social Pressure, Barcode System.

Abstract

Abstract: Malang is known as a student city since there are a lot of schools and universities that can be found in Malang Indonesia. Malang is also an attractive tourist place with many tourist attractions in the city of Malang. Public transportation in the city of Malang is also very varied, ranging from conventional and based online. Access to the city of Malang is varied, namely trains, buses, and planes. Thus economic growth in the city of Malang is getting better, this can be seen from the economic activity in the increasingly crowded city of Malang. A good economy is usually followed by stable inflation. For this reason, it is necessary to examine how the monthly inflation rate in Malang city. This study aims to forecast inflation in the coming periods using the Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) model. Secondary monthly inflation data is obtained from BPS Malang. From this research, the ARIMA model (2,0,3) is obtained. The accuracy model is used in this research namely root means square error (RMSE), mean absolute error (MAE), and mean absolute square error (MASE). The accuracy value is RMSE equal 0.2645467, MAE equal 0.2013898, and MASE equal 0.6047399. Keywords: Monthly inflation forecasting, BPS Malang city, ARIMA model.

Abstract

Nur Cahyo is one of the industry players producing tahu and tempe in Biak Papua. The quality of the product that the product offered by the seller has an extra selling value that is not owned by the competitor's products. In Biak Numfor Regency, there are several entrepreneurs who open businesses in the field of tahu and tempe production, one of which is tahu and tempe Nur Cahyo production. Every month Nur Cahyo supplies ± 40 tons of soybeans. With the daily production of tempe as much as ± 200 pieces and also tahu. The research objective was to determine the influence of product quality on consumer loyalty to tahu and tempe Nur Cahyo in Biak Papua. This research uses the quantitative method. In this research the sample set is consumers who purchase tahu and tempe Nur Cahyo industry from 250 populations using the Slovin formula with a margin of error of 5%, the results are 154 in other words the sample from the research as many as 154. Sampling technique non-probability sampling. The sampling of respondents was done using purposive sampling technique, the sample criteria or data sources selected in the study were consumers or customers who purchased tahu and tempe Nur Cahyo in Biak Papua. From the decision-making criteria for the hypothesis, there is a significant positive effect between product quality and consumer loyalty as seen from the tcount 10.357 > from the ttable value 1.987. With a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05, then Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted, which means that there is a significant effect of the product quality variable (X) on the loyalty variable (Y). Research results Product quality variable (X) after hypothesis testing There is an influence between product quality on consumer loyalty of tahu and tempe Nur Cahyo industry. The magnitude of the influence of product quality on customer loyalty can be seen in the value of the coefficient of determination (R2) which has a value of 0.523 or 52.3%. Abstract

This study aims to observe and analyze the accounting literature which examines the phenomena that occur in inefficient markets. This article analyzes the effect of anomalies on investor behavior and stock returns. This study begins by identifying the effects of anomalies: 1) seasonal anomalies, 2) momentum anomalies. This article identifies investor behavior; 1) overreaction/ under reaction, 2) loss aversion, and 3) overconfidence. This study primarily evaluates how anomalous effects affect investor behavior towards stock returns. Within each category, this article analyzes the findings of previous research. Evidence from inefficient market research tends to help investors to reduce excessive behavior towards the effects of anomalies and help make investment decisions. This study examines opportunities for future research and research implications in capital markets.

Abstract

Changes occur in all fields including in the field of communication equipment, companies are always required to produce the latest products and the best innovations so that they are different from previous product and consumers want to buy them. The attractiveness of advertising that reminds and makes consumers interested in advertised products makes purchase demand increase, in addition to offering products through advertising the product must also meet the lifestyle of someone who wears it. In addition to the attractiveness of advertising and lifestyle, the quality ofathe product also greatly affects the product that will be launched to the public because the quality ofathe product will determine the price of the product. Researchers conducted this study toadetermine and explain the influenceaofaadvertisingaattractiveness,.lifestyle.andaproduct.qualityainainfluencingapurchasing.decisions for xiaomi smartphones.in Sukoharjo. This recearch uses descriptive quantitative research with the independent variables of ad attractiveness, lifestyle and product quality. The sample population used is the entire Sukoharjo community, especially xiaomi smartphone users with a population of 3,780 people and a sample or 100 respondents, in taking the sample using purposive sapling technique and for data colletion using a questionnaire or questionnaire method. Based on the results of multiple linier regression tests, this study proves that.the attractiveness.of advertising, lifestyle and product quality.have a significant.effect on.purchasing.decisions together. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the magnitude of the influence of work discipline on the performance of employees in the administration section of SMK PGRI 2 BELITANG OKU Timur. The conclusion obtained is r = 0.73 which has been consulted with a conservative standard, it is located between 0.600- 0.799, which means it belongs to a strong correlation or influence between work discipline and the performance of administrative staff at SMK PGRI 2 Belitang OKU Timur and after being held Hypothesis test is known t count = 2.99 and t table obtained 1.860 The suggestion that can be given is that the agency must provide motivation to its employees so that employees are always disciplined in their work. Abstract

Economic development has an important objective which is to provide it with sufficient job opportunities in order to pursue economic growth in an area. This study aims to find out and be able to produce an analysis of the effect of investment, unemployment and minimum wages on employment in West Java Province. Secondary data is the data used in this study with multiple linear regression analysis tools and processing using SPSS 23. Then it is produced thatThe research and discussion above can be partially concluded that the minimum wage variable has a significant effect on employment, then investment and unemployment variables have no significant effect. Meanwhile, investment, unemployment and minimum wage variables simultaneously have a significant effect on employment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how zakat distribution in poverty alleviation for Muhammadiyah members of Klaten Regency and how to achieve zakat distribution in poverty alleviation for Muhammadiyah residents of Klaten Regency carried out by Lazismu, Regional Leaders of Muhammadiyah Klaten Regency whether the distribution of zakat been given by Muhammadiyah Klaten residents and the result after being given zakat has improved their welfare or is it still as usual. The methodology used is the descriptive statistical method. This method is used to determine the distribution of zakat in poverty alleviation through observation, interviews, and documentation. This research consists of two data, namely primary data and secondary data, where the primary data is obtained from direct interviews, while secondary data were obtained from distribution report data from the Lazismu Muhammadiyah Regional Leadership, Klaten Regency, and articles or literature related to this study. The results of this study indicate that zakat distribution has been given to Muhammadiyah members of the Klaten Regency, but it has not been able to alleviate poverty. Because zakat funds that are obtained and given to mustahiq can only ease the burden. And that this research will be followed by further research, by conceptualizing zakat distribution using the phenomenological method. The results of this study indicate that zakat distribution has been given to Muhammadiyah citizens of Klaten Regency, but it has not been able to overcome poverty. Abstract

An accounting education graduate is required to master hard skills and soft skills. In terms of mastering soft skills in the accounting profession, it means to work together as a team. This soft skill provision is obtained through effective learning methods by forming a team that is given the assignment to solve a problem and accounts for it through presentations. The purpose of this study is to provide guidelines for lecturers to build effective teams for students. This study uses a descriptive experimental approach conducted by researchers in 5th semester students with Business Mixing Accounting courses. Team formation refers to McGrath’s Model framework. This model includes the input, process, and output stages. The input phase emphasizes the quality of the teams from various inputs. The larger the team, the more personality types, and time variations will be accommodated and the more conflicts that will be faced. The stage of the process includes how members deal with conflict and make conflict a success. The output stage includes criteria for measuring group performance results and other measures such as member performance satisfaction, group cohesiveness at the end of the task, and changes in member behavior to be better
