Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and customer trust on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty of PT Surya Rafi Bersaudara. The population in this study were customers of PT Surya Rafi Bersaudara with a total of 75 respondents. The method of data collection is done by giving a list of questions or questionnaires to respondents who are customers at PT BKI , where the questionnaire is distributed to these customers. This study uses a data analysis tool that is partial Least Square (PLS), then this study uses the analysis method of structural equation models or Path Analysis to determine the causal relationship between latent variables contained in structural equations. The tool used in data processing using the Smart PLS program. The results of this study indicate that 1) service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, 2) customer trust has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, 3) service quality has a significant effect on customer loyalty, 4) customer trust has no significant effect on customer loyalty, 5) customer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty. Abstract

A business using the internet will have a great opportunity to develop. Business activity through popular internet media is called electronic commerce (e-commerce). There are lots of e-commerce that offer various kinds of goods needed by consumers. Starting from daily necessities or other additional items are widely offered in online shops. Some online shopping sites are even favored and have good ratings by consumers, one of which is Zalora Indonesia. This study aims to determine (1) the effect of Perceptions of Privacy on Trust (2) the effect of Perceptions of Security on Trust (3) the effect of Trust on Loyalty. The sample in this study was 100 respondents from the city of Yogyakarta who had shopped using the Zalora Indonesia e-commerce. The data collection method uses a questionnaire that is distributed using a purposive sampling technique. This study using the Data Quality Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Regression Test, and Hypothesis Test. The results of this study indicate (1) there is a positive and significant influence on Perceived Privacy on Trust (2) there is a positive and significant effect on Perceived Security on Trust (3) there is a positive and significant effect of Trust on Loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: religious factors, profit sharing factors, environmental factors, reputation factors, location factors have a partial and simultaneous influence on customer decisions to save at KSPPS BMT Amanah Ummah. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sample in this study were 100 Amanah Ummah KSPPS BMT customers. Data collection methods used were questionnaires and documentation. conducted include validation and reliability testing. Hypothesis testing uses multiple regression analysis. The results of research on the factors that influence the decision to save at KSPPS BMT Amanah Ummah show that religious, the environment and reputation have positive significantly influence the decision to save at KSPPS BMT Amanah Ummah.

Abstract

The development of Micro Small Businesses in Yogyakarta is very rapid and able to help the economy of the Yogyakarta region, but still has some problems, namely the problem of capital, this is what makes Islamic banks play a role in overcoming the problem. This study aims to determine the empirical evidence of the influence of profit-sharing factors, personal factors, and service to the interests of small micro-enterprises to finance the Yogyakarta Islamic Bank. This study uses a survey method using a research questionnaire distributed to entrepreneurs who enter the Micro Small Business category in the City of Yogyakarta. The source of data in this study is primary data and then the data is processed using SPSS software. Of the 70 questionnaires distributed only 60 questionnaires received answers from respondents. Data analysis techniques using data quality test, classic assumption test, and hypothesis testing (Multiple Regression Analysis, Determination Coefficient, F Test, and T Test).The results showed that the factors of profit sharing, personal factors, and service factors influenced the interest of Micro Small Enterprises to finance the Islamic Bank of Yogyakarta City. Abstract

One of the central engrossments of the health sector is Efficiency. Objectives of the study to measure the efficiency of the health system in Sudan and to apply Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) in studying the efficiency of the health system in Sudan. Two outputs and two inputs are the variables of this study; Outputs include life expectancy at birth, infant mortality rate. Inputs of this study include current health expenditure (% of GDP) and hospital beds. The most important result that health expenditure, (% of GDP), impact significantly the efficiency of the Sudan health system. The overall efficiency of the health system in Sudan is inefficient, with only3 years (2001, 2002, and2010) as efficient over the 19 years, with an efficiency average of 0.954. The study presents some recommendations such as direct to conduct a study on measuring Sudan's health system performance using more indicators.

Abstract

This study aims to determine tax authorities' effect on taxpayer compliance with risk preference as a moderating variable. This type of research is causality research with a quantitative approach. The data used are primary. Namely, the population questionnaire used for this study is all taxpayers KPP Pratama Surakarta. The sample in this study was determined using the purposive sampling method of 50 respondents. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire. They are testing the results of the questionnaire used validity analysis and reliability analysis. The results show that there is a significant effect of tax authorities on risk preferences. There is an effect of tax services on taxpayer compliance, and risk preference can moderate tax authorities' effect on taxpayer compliance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze particularly the effect of product prices, Customer Relationship, and Information Systems on marketing performance by intervening customer satisfaction existing in culinary SMEs in Solo. The data source used in this research is primary data. The sampling technique is non-random sampling with census type. The level measurement used is the interval level. This study was processed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of AMOS 22 software. The results showed that all hypotheses were accepted. Abstract

Internal quality service is the important aspect at the organization that can be increase employee satisfaction and internal customer satisfaction. Aim to this research an investigate influence of internal service quality on employee satisfaction with impact to the internal customer satisfaction. This study is focused on the services division especially in port division Bontang Coal Terminal PT. Indominco Mandiri. Researchers took research data through a Google Form questionnaire. A field-survey using a structured questionnaire to PT Indominco Mandiri employees who have a close cooperative relationship with the BoCT port division, such as the STSC division which includes the SC and CBIC divisions, the CHP division and the BoCT port division itself and 84 respondents were recorded as filling in the questionnaire to test all the hypotheses. There are 3 (three) variables in this study namely internal service quality, employee satisfaction and internal customer satisfaction. The data analysis technique used PASW Statistics 18 to test the level of validity and reliability of all items, while to test the results of the hypothesis, the researcher used SEM PLS to determine the relationship between variables. The findings of this study are that the internal service quality variable has a significant positive effect on employee satisfaction, the internal service quality variable has a positive but insignificant effect on internal customer satisfaction, and the employee satisfaction variable has a significant positive effect on internal customer satisfaction. Abstract

Historically, most microfinance providers are in the form of cooperatives, while some policies studies recommend shareholders ownership because it can reduce the risk of capital costs and charges opportunism manager. This study aims to analyze the factors in the cost of ownership that distinguishes MFI with the type of cooperative ownership and village banks. The study was conducted by using secondary data from the MIX (Microfinance Information Exchange) market year 2007-2013. The factors Influencing the determinants of MFI ownership costs were Analyzed using multiple logistic regression analysis technique. The study found that the MFI of cooperative has advantages in operational efficiency and credit risk while village banks have advantages in the cost of customer service, cost of debt, cost of capital, social performance and financial performance.

Abstract

Gas cylinder 3 Kg is one of the elements that is quite important to meet Indonesia's food needs, especially in the use of gas stoves for cooking. This study aims to solve the problem of the cost of shipping 3 Kg gas cylinders at PT. Gemilang Putra Sejati as a gas cylinder distributor company in the Bekasi Regency area. The gas cylinders are stored in warehouses located in 3 sub-districts, namely West Cikarang, Setu and Cibitung, which will be distributed to 5 main agents. Delivery of gas cylinders uses land transportation in the form of 3-wheeled pick-up motors. Shipping costs are calculated based on the total distance from the warehouse to the agent using 3 transportation models, namely the NWC, Least Cost, and VAM methods. The results of the calculation of distribution costs using the NWC method are Rp. 41,760, Least Cost method of Rp. 34,400, and the VAM method of Rp. 33,990. Furthermore, the VAM method is carried out with the final solution using the Stepping Stone method with the result of Rp. 30,090. Then the VAM method can be applied to the companies.
