Abstract

In this study, researchers used the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method as a decision support tool in supplier selection. This research is expected to be able to provide information to the Adinda Pharmacy regarding which supplier should be chosen to be the top priority in meeting the needs of the pharmacy. This method starts from identifying problems that occur at the pharmacy, after which the criteria that are considered important are determined through preliminary interviews and filling out questionnaires by the pharmacy. Data processing was done using Microsoft Excel. Sampling used in this study using purposive sampling technique. The number of samples used in this study were 5 suppliers. From the research results, the level of importance of the most influential criteria in supplier selection is the quality criteria with a weight value of 0.51. Second, the price criteria (0.23). Third, the service criteria (0.13). Fourth, the delivery criteria (0.08). Fifth, quantity criteria (0.05) with a consistency ratio test value of 0.06. This shows that Apotek Adinda prioritizes high quality products from suppliers. The results obtained from research using the Analytical Hierarchy Process method are the priority order of the best drug suppliers for Adinda Pharmacy, namely PT. Marganusantara Jaya with a weight value of 0.38. Keywords: Supplier Selection, Analytical Hierarchy Process, Best Supplier

Abstract

Anni Bakery & Cake merupakan salah satu UKM di Kabupaten Karawang yang bergerak di bidang produksi roti. Tata letak pabrik Anni Bakery & Cake saat ini belum tertata dengan baik. Hal ini terlihat dari adanya cross movement, laju backtracking dan adanya ruang kosong yang tidak terpakai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang ulang tata letak untuk mengoptimalkan bangunan saat ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan algoritma BLOCPLAN dan CORELAP. Dari kedua algoritma tersebut, tata letak yang optimal akan dipilih sebagai tata letak usulan berdasarkan nilai total momen perpindahan yang lebih rendah, ongkos material handling yang lebih rendah, dan nilai efisiensi tata letak yang lebih tinggi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa CORELAP dipilih sebagai tata letak yang diusulkan karena kemampuannya menghasilkan performa yang optimal. CORELAP memberikan pengurangan momen perpindahan sebesar 3.012,34 m/hari, efisiensi tata letak sebesar 36,10%, dan pengurangan OMH sebesar Rp. 18.626/hari.

Abstract

QuinnaStory Flower Shop produces flower buckets with 2 types of sizes, namely small flower buckets and large flower buckets. With current problems in the form of limited resources, lack of automatic cutting machines, manpower and optimization of production planning. This study aims to determine how to solve the search for maximum profit from production. The optimal solution based on the problem at QuinnaStory Flower Shop can be solved by integer linear programming approach. The method used in this research is the simplex method to look for maximum benefits. The results obtained required the production of 36 small flower buckets and 31.5 large flower buckets to obtain a maximum profit of Rp. 2,790,000, - However, the results of product production / day are still in decimal form. Therefore, it is continued with the branch and bound method to find non-decimal results. The result of the settlement is required to produce 36 small flower buckets and 31 large flower buckets / day to get a maximum profit of IDR 2,764,000.

Abstract

Pada Penelitian proyek Pembangunan Museum XYZ, menggunakan teknik expert judgement yaitu menggunakan penilaian dari ahli dan menggunakan teknik analogous estimating  Berdasarkan waktu estimating penyelesaian proyek yaitu 154 hari dengan total biaya Rp.8.599.654.905. Dilakukan analisis pada perencanaan proyek Museum XYZ dengan menggunakan metode PERT (Project Evaluation and Review Technique) dan CPM (Critical Path Method). Didapatkan hasil pada metode CPM dan PERT di dapatkan lintas kritis berada pada kegiatan A-C-E-G-H-I-P-Q-R-T dan waktu penyelesaian proyek dengan menggunakan metode CPM di dapatkan hasil 102 hari, sedangkan pada metode PERT didapatkan waktu penyelesaian proyek dalam jangka waktu 129 hari. Berdasarkan perencanaa biaya percepatan proyek digunakan crashing project,  maka didapatkan hasil percepatan biaya metode PERT yaitu senilai Rp.89.965.000 dan hasil waktu metode CPM penambahan biaya pada pekerja sebesar Rp115.775.313. pada penjadwalan proyek digunakan kurva S untuk menentukan bobot biaya dengan waktu penyelesain proyek Pembangunan Museum XYZ, dan menggunakan Gantt Chart. Pada pengendalian proyek digunakan analisis sensitivitas agar mengetahui selesih perubahan waktu pada penyelesaian proyek.  Berdasarkan Analisis Sensitivitas bahwa scenario yang telah di buat disimpulkan bahwa setiap percepatan waktu selama 6 hari mengalami kenaikan biaya proyek sebesar 1%. Biaya kenaikan tersebut didapatkan dari penambahan jumlah pekerja dan biaya lembur.

Abstract

PT Tunas Baru Lampung is a company that produces palm cooking oil products under the Rose Brand brand. In product sales, companies sometimes experience ups and downs. Based on the sales data from Rose Brand Cooking Oil, the size of 1 L has fluctuated or in each period it changes and is not always boarding. Even though product sales are one of the important things to be evaluated from time to time on an ongoing basis. To predict future sales, forecasting is done. The forecasting method used is Double Exponential Smoothing and Moving Average. The method of accuracy will be compared using MSE, MAD, and MAPE. The results showed a comparison of the accuracy and the smallest error value in each method. By using the weight values ​​0.1, 0.3, 0.4, 0.5, 0.6, 0.7, and 0.8 on the Single Exponential Smoothing method the weight value is 0.8 or α = 0.8, namely MSE of 250,570,764.80, MAD of 12,922.32 and MAPE of 33.55 Then, using the movement value n = 3 in the Moving Average method has an accuracy of 438,980,942.75 MSE, 18,142.14 MAD, and 41.37 MAPE. After comparing the accuracy of the two methods, the Single Exponential Smoothing method is the best method to predict sales of Rose Brand 1 L Cooking Oil products.

Abstract

PT X Tambun Field engages in exploration and production in the upstream oil and gas sector in each mining concession area. One of the activities carried out by the company, one of the activities carried out is the transportation and distribution of raw materials. The transportation and distribution process affects the number of company expenses at PT X. For PT X, the distribution process is expected to be as effective and efficient as possible to minimize transportation costs. This study aims to reduce transportation and distribution costs in PT X. The analytical tool used is the matrix savings method. The results obtained, distribution, reduction of 48.94% distance and equipment rental costs of 43.39% for shipments from the warehouse and distance costs of 32.31% and equipment rental costs of 30.32% for delivery from PT X Tambun Field.

Abstract

COVID-19 causes a global pandemic that causes various human life settings to be affected in addition to health, especially the global economy. The transportation sector as one of the business sectors most affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, it is important to conduct periodic assessments of financial performance. This research aims to analyze the financial performance of PT. Blue Bird, Tbk which is a large non-online taxi fleet transport company with an assessment of liquidity ratio with Current ratio (CR), leverage ratio with Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), profitability ratio with Return On Assets Ratio (ROA), and activity ratio by calculating Receivable Turn Over (RTO). The method used is quantitative with descriptive approach and the data used is secondary data derived from the annual financial statements accessed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange through the official website. The results of the analysis obtained a decrease in revenue and profit up to almost 50% during the pandemic, an increase in liquidity ratio as much as 0.7 times during the pandemic, leverage ratio increased by 0.1 during the pandemic, profitability ratio decreased by 0.02 during the pandemic, and activity ratio, decreased by 0.17 during the pandemic.

Abstract

Supply Chain Managament is one of the management sciences that discusses a lot about how the company’s efforts to promote it’s suppliers as part of it’s production process. Departing from this, a research was conducted to measure the performance of Supply Chain Management at PT.Pindo Deli Pulp and Paper Mills-3. Therefore, the measurement of the performance of Supply Chain Management at PT.Pindo Deli Pulp and Paper Mills-3 with performance indicators that need to be considered is whether the performance is good or not. If in a Supply Chain Management flow the performance rate is above the average, the it can be concluded that Supply Chain Management flow in the company has been running well so that it has a very positve effect on the production process in a company and if otherwise it is not good, it will be felt the proposed improvement to make the flow of Supply Chain Management in the company can run effectivively and efficiently so as to increase the producticity of the company. In this study using descriptive qualitative and quantitave methods and the results obtained that the Supply Chain Management review at PT.Pindo Deli Pulp and Paper Mills-3 based on the results of the anaysis above, it can be concluded that the Supply Chain Management performance is said to be good performance

Abstract

Ergonomics is an important thing that must be considered in the world of work, because it can affect the health and productivity of a worker. Work physiology is a branch of ergonomics that focuses on measuring the energy expended or energy consumed by humans. UKM Makaroni dan Kerupuk DO'A IBU is a business that was established in 2003 by producing various kinds of macaroni and crackers. Production activities in this business start from the frying section to the packaging, which is done manually and continuously. Research conducted at the UKM Makaroni dan Kerupuk DO'A IBU aims to reduce the physical workload by classifying the categories of physical workload, and calculating energy consumption. The method used is 10 beats, energy consumption, and CVL. The measurement of energy consumption is 7.08 kcal/minute (moderate work), while in the packaging section it is 4.14 kcal/minute (light work). The CVL measurement yields a value of 43.6% (needs improvement), while in the packaging section it is 17.5% (no fatigue) so there is no need for improvement
