Abstract

Case 30.8 percent of Indonesian children under five are stunted. Bantul is a district in the Province of D.I. Yogyakarta, Indonesia, is a locus of stunting. Bantul has ten villages. The ten villages include Patalan Jetis Village, Canden Jetis Village, Terong Dlingo Village, Argodadi Sedayu Village, Triharjo Pandak Village, Triwidadi Pajangan Village, Jatimulyo Dlingo Village, Datangharjo Sewon Village, Sendangsari Pajangan Village, and Trimulyo Jetis Village. The research focuses on the village of Argodadi Sedayu. In the village of Argodadi Sedayu, Antenatal Care (ANC) research would be conducted. Antenatal Care (ANC) is a pregnancy check by a doctor or midwife. Therefore, Antenatal Care Analysis (ANC) is needed to determine whether diet, parenting, and sanitation are well programmed. Antenatal care (ANC) research framework was a model of method improvement. The method improvement model consists of indicators, proposed methods, objectives, and measurements. The indicators consist of monitoring instruments and health visits. The proposed method uses an aggregation pipeline stage. The data was processed in the aggregation pipeline stage. The data were obtained from the time series data surveillance dataset. The research objective was to analyze the research results accurately according to the proposed method. Measurement of indicator analysis with the application of the dashboard as a performance indicator on the research results. Practically, it is hoped that the research results could consider the health office and related institutions in reducing or even elevating Argodadi Sedayu Village in Yogyakarta as a non-locus of stunting using massive monitoring of diet, parenting, and sanitation well programmed.

Abstract

Masalah kemiskinan diberbagai belahan dunia khususnya indonesia menjadi persoalan serius yang menjadi pusat perhatian pemerintah saat ini. Berbagai cara telah di lakukan oleh pemerintah untuk menekan angka kemiskinan meningkat, salah satunya memberikan bantuan kepada masyarakat miskin melalui perogram Bantuan Pangan Non Tunai (BPNT). Namun pemangku kepentingan memiliki permasalahan yang terjadi dilapangan yaitu sulitnya mengklasifikasikan data yang menerima bantuan sehingganya mengakibatkan kurang tepatnya sasaran dalam memberikan bantuan. Dalam  penelitian ini menerapkan algoritma C4.5 dengan split kriteria information gain, algoritma C4.5 adalah salahsatu algoritma terbaik pada algoritma klasifikasi, dan dataset yang didapat pada tahun 2018 pada Desa Nagrak Utara Sukabumi sebanyak 130 data. Model pohon keputusan yang dihasilkan dari penerapan algoritma C4.5 yaitu menghasilkan akurasi sebesar 91.54% dengan nilai AUC 0.986, dengan demikian algoritma C4.5 untuk klasifikasi penentukan penerimaan BPNT itu termasuk algoritma Sangat Baik, karena range AUC diantara 0.90-1.00.

Abstract

Image compression is a process that can reduce image size. In general, there are two types, lossless compression and loss compression. The method usually used in the JPEG standard is lossy compression, which removes some of the image information and takes advantage of the weakness in the insensitivity of the human eye in recognizing color gradations. With such large storage, data transfer or exchange is also increasingly difficult, especially data exchange using small storage areas. Tools that usually limit the size of storage for exchanging data. From the existing results using the DCT method is able to compress files up to 96%. Can be seen from the overall file average up to 74%

Abstract

Setipa tahun, pada bulan maret hari kamis minggu kedua adalah hari ginjal sedunia. Gagal ginjal kronik merupakan slah satu penyakit dengan biaya yang paling tinggi setalah penyakit jantung. Sesorang dikatakan mengalami gagal ginjal kronik ketika nilai Glomerular Filtration Rate (GFR) yakni < 60 ml/menit/1,73 m2. Sehingga harus menjalai terapi hemodialsisis (HD) / cuci darah biasanya seminggu dua kali dengan durasi 4 jam tiap terapi. Meningkatnya pasien dengan gagal ginjal kronik di usia produktif yang relatif sibuk membutuhkan pengingat supaya tidak terlewat dan telat datang sehingga meganggu jadwal pasien lain. Sistem reminder jadwal cuci darah dengan whatsapp gateway terbukti membantu pasien untuk bisa mengingatkan waktu terapi dan datang sesuai dengan jadwal. Sistem dibangun dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan node js untuk pembuatan whatsapp API serta DBMS mysql untuk penympanan databasenya.

Abstract

Density-based clustering is usually more effective when processing data of different densities. This method is pioneered by the Density-based Applied Noise Spatial Clustering (DBSCAN) algorithm. There is a significant difference in behavior between k-Means and DBSCAN, which is processing data that contains noise. To this end, this research studies the impact of dimensionality reduction on high-dimensional data on the clustering results of the k-Means algorithm represented by the centroid method and the clustering results of the DBSCAN algorithm represented by the density method. Although the quality of the clustering results on k-Means has been improved after the numerical reduction by Singular Value Decomposition (SVD), from the initial average distance of 1.04136 to 0.003, the statistical change is not significant or considered to be the same. Therefore, it can be concluded statistically that SVD has no effect on the quality of k-Means clustering results. On the other hand, in DBSCAN, the effect of SVD dimensionality reduction is very significant. It can change the quality of the clustering results from the initial average intra-cluster distance of 76.13480 to 13.71130 or improve the quality by 555.27%. The significant impact of SVD on SVD + k-Means optimization and SVD + DBSCAN optimization cluster calculation time changes is also shown. SVD optimization can accelerate k-Means calculation time from 3.68182 seconds to 2,09091 seconds or 1.76 times. At the same time, SVD optimization accelerates the DBSCAN calculation time from 19.40000 seconds to 0.97500 seconds or 19.89 times.

Abstract

The Corona virus or covid-19 began to appear in wuhan china at the end of 2019. Until now the corona virus has been a disease that has spread tremendously in countries in the world, none of which is Indonesia. To prepare accurate and reliable information in order to suppress the spread of the corona virus in Indonesia, an information system is needed. The Sungai Geringging District Government is a government in Padang Pariaman Regency which is currently collecting data on the travel history of its people during the pandemic manually or has not maximized computerization and technology. This of course makes the sub-district government in recording data, managing community data entering and leaving the government environment ineffective and inefficient. To assist the Sungai Geringging District Government in collecting data and disseminating information, it is necessary to build a website-based SIRP (Travel History Information System) information system. In designing this SIRP (Travel History Information System) the researcher used UML (Unified Modeling Language) modeling. In this study, UML was used to facilitate researchers when designing the system to be made. The method that researchers apply in this study is the prototyping method. With the construction of the Travel History Information System (SIRP) during the pandemic, it is hoped that the Sungai Geringging District Government can easily manage community data that enters and exits the government environment. In addition, the public can easily find out information on how many people are under surveillance (ODP) and people without symptoms (OTG) and other information related to the corona virus.

Abstract

Bencana alam adalah peristiwa yang umumnya membawa dampak negatif. Indonesia adalah salah satu negara rawan bencana. Rumah sakit merupakan tempat rujukan pertama saat korban bencana membutuhkan perawatan. Pada dasarnya, berbagai studi yang menghasilkan pengetahuan sudah cukup banyak tersedia. Namun untuk penggunaannya pada bencana alam belum dikelola dan diterapkan dengan baik. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka kami akan membangun medel pengetahuan kesiapan penanganan bencana di rumah sakit. Penelitian ini mengembangkan sebuah model pengetahuan berbasis ontologi untuk kesiapan rumah sakit pada penanganan bencana berdasarkan konsep tenaga kesehatan, institusi terkait, rencana darurat, dan alat. Proses permodelan ontologi pada penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga fase yaitu Konseptualisasi, Implemetasi dan Evaluasi. Pembangunan ontologi didasarkan dari hasil kuisioner yang telah diisi oleh pengurus TIM Bencana dari tiga rumah sakit di Jawa Tengah. Hasil yang didapatkan dari pengukuran ontologi yang dibuat untuk Relationship Richness sebesar 0.68, Inheritance Richness sebesar 0.18, dan Attribute Richness sebesar 0.04. Sedangkan hasil pengujian query yang dilakukan menggunakan DL Query Panel adalah sistem dengan kemapuan memberi sebuah jawaban dari gabungan ekspresi Class, object property untuk mendapatkan instancedari data Individual.

Abstract

The spread of Covid-19 has had a negative impact on the business world, both small, medium and large scale. One of the strategies to deal with the impact of Covid-19 for SMEs is by adapting to technological advances 4.0 in order to keep up with the times.The main purpose of this study is to find out how the adoption of e-commerce in MSMEs in Pleret Village. In addition, to analyze the impact of adoption on the performance of SMEs. The approach used in this research is descriptive exploratory with the aim of exploring the field of study. The data analysis technique used was thematic analysis (Data Collection, Data Reduction, Data Presentation, Conclusions).The results of this study indicate that technology, organizational and environmental are factors that influence the adoption of e-commerce. However, the most dominant factor is the technology factor. As for the factors that affect the performance of MSMEs are increased sales, increased capital, increased labor, and increased profits, as well as an increase in the market. However, the most dominant factor of the impact of e-commerce adoption is sales growth.

Abstract

Promosi adalah hal terpenting pada sebuah bisnis. Anakcoding.id adalah salah satu bisnis dibidang pelatihan yang menekankan promosi berbasis digital, yaitu Search Engine Optimization atau SEO. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah pemanfaatan SEO pada website Anakcoding.id agar pengguna google mudah menemukan website Anakcoding.id dengan memasukan kata kunci yang relevan. Adapun metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah On-Page dan Off-page dengan bantuan analisis keywords dari google keywords planner. Sehingga website anakkoding.id memiliki jangkauan yang luas seiring berjalannya waktu dapat meningkatkan jumlah pengunjung website dan meningkatkan  pemasaran dan pendapatan Anakcoding.id. pada pengembangan SEO ini, digunakan pengujian menggunakan alpha box dan black box test. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah metode SEO menggunakan teknik On-Page, Off-page serta Technical SEO sangat memudahkan dan menyempurnakan elemen-elemen website seperti Meta tag untul lebih mudah dibaca oleh search engine.

Abstract

Iklan layanan masyarakat ini bertujuan mengedukasi masyarakat akan pentingnya penggunaan masker saat ini. Situasi pandemi COVID-19 seperti sekarang ini, penggunaan masker sangat penting untuk mengurangi penyebaran COVID-19. Pengembangan video animasi ini akan menjadi salah satu alat edukasi kepada masyarakat untuk turut mencegah penularan penyakit COVID-19 di Indonesia. Pengembangan video animasi ini dilakukan secara bertahap dengan menggunakan beberapa tools antara lain Adobe Photosop Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, dan Adobe Premiere. Adapun tahapan pengembangan melalui 3 tahap yaitu pra produksi, produksi dan pasca produksi. Pengujian vededo ini menggunakan beta testing dengan alat survey berupa kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada seluruh audience dalam hal ini adalah masyarakat umum. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, dengan menggunakan SPSS. Hasil uji menyatakan bahwa video ini baik dan layak digunakan.
