Abstract

Yayasan Bina Darma ada karena keinginan yang kuat untuk mengembangkan semangat generasi muda Kristen yang ada di Indonesia agar dapat membentuk, meningkatkan, dan membangkitkan jiwa kepemimpinan yang berpikiran kritis. Untuk mencapai strategi dan tujuan yayasan, perlu dilakukannya evaluasi tata kelola TI dengan pengukuran capability level. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tata kelola TI yang ada pada yayasan dan dilakukan evaluasi dari temuan yang didapat untuk menjadi acuan perbaikan kinerja organisasi di masa mendatang. Observasi dan wawancara dengan mendatangi secara langsung tempat penelitian merupakan cara yang digunakan penulis dalam mendapatkan informasi dan data. Penggunaan framework COBIT 5 domain EDM diharapkan dapat membantu mencapai tujuan organisasi. Dengan penggunaan framework COBIT 5 domain EDM menunjukan hasil capability level  saat ini pada Yayasan Bina Darma ada di level 1 (Performed Process) terlihat dari proses TI yang ada pada yayasan telah berjalan dengan baik dan mencapai tujuan. Kedepannya untuk perkembangan Yayasan Bina Darma diinginkan adanya peningkatan dari level yang telah didapat sekarang dan diberikan beberapa rekomendasi yang sekiranya dapat membantu dan digunakan oleh yayasan untuk mencapai  level targetnya  yang  berapa pada level 2 (Managed Process).

Abstract

Technological developments, especially in agriculture and plantations in era 4.0, have greatly increased over time. One of them is in terms of plant care. Plant care is one of the activities carried out to keep plants fertile and healthy. Moreover, in the dry season plant care is very important to do such as, doing watering periodically in accordance with the right time, and also light lighting must be in accordance with the needs of the plant. In this writing, researchers designed a tool that can respond to and work on commands that have been sent, and also reply to messages about the information displayed on the blynk application. Smart Garden Tools It uses NodeMCU 8266 as a controller as well as a soil moisture sensor as a soil moisture detector, and DHT11 as a temperature and humidity sensor. The results of this study are to minimize the occurrence of damage to plants, make it easier for residents to control and monitor the condition of the house in real time, and also to improve the quality of plants in order to grow properly.

Abstract

The Covid 19 vaccination is considered to be the most effective way to prevent the spread of the Corona Virus, in addition to a clean lifestyle such as washing hands, wearing masks, and keeping a distance from other people. Several large vaccine manufacturing companies in the world have issued a product in the form of a Covid-19 vaccine with various levels of effectiveness. The vaccine is still being distributed throughout the world, including Indonesia. The vaccine obtained an emergency distribution permit from the authorized institution and was administered to community groups that meet the requirements. However, during the implementation of the vaccine, many AEFIs (Post Immunization Adverse Events) were found, such as dizziness, fever, headaches, and some even fainted. Although not dangerous but quite disturbing for people with solid activities. Therefore, it is necessary to predict whether participants will get AEFI or not. The data consists of 8 Attributes, after being processed using the J48 Algorithm, the results show that the attributes that have a strong influence are 7 Attributes, while the rest have no major effect. The accuracy level of the prediction model obtained is 91,22% with this level of accuracy, it means that the model can be utilized by the parties concerned to then be able to anticipate.

Abstract

Portal UAA merupakan sistem informasi terpadu bagi mahasiswa untuk mendapatkan informasi kegiatan akademik. Pengaksesan Portal UAA sering terjadi kendala dalam menginput password, sehingga diterapkan sistem single sign on untuk mengakses layanan mengunakan akun yang sama dan dapat meminimalisir resiko keamanan pengguna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui variabel mana yang mempengaruhi tingkat kesiapan pengguna dalam menerima dan menggunakan sistem single sign on pada Portal UAA, dengan mengunakan metode technology readiness index (TRI). Proses pengambilan data dilakukan dengan cara menyebar kuesioner kepada mahasiswa aktif angkatan 2018-2020 pengguna Portal UAA sehingga memperoleh sebanyak 231 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan disproportionate stratified random sampling sebanyak 50 responden dengan Teori Roscoe sebagai sampel dalam pengujian instrumen dan hipotesis menggunakan SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil yang diperoleh menyatakan bahwa optimism dan insecurity mempengaruhi secara signifikan kesiapan teknologi sistem single sign on pada Portal UAA. Sedangkan innovativeness dan discomfort mempengaruhi secara tidak signifikan kesiapan teknologi sistem single sign on  pada Portal UAA.

Abstract

Pemilu ialah proses mencari kekosongan kursi pemerintahan melalui pemilihan oleh warga negara indonesia sesuai dengan ketentuan yang telah ditetapkan. Faktor penting dari kesuksesan terselanggaranya Pemilu ialah partisipasi masyarakat. Partisipasi masyarakat dalam ajang politik dapat dijadikan tolak ukur kesuksesan kegiatan Pemilu serta bisa dinilai untuk evaluasi dan kontrol masyarakat terhadap kinerja eksekutif dan legislatif. Faktor lain yang menunjang kesuksesan Pemilu juga dapat dilihat dari pemerataan pembangunan serta pemberdayaan masyarakat. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengtahui tingkat partispasi masyarakat Kota Surabya dalam upaya pemerataan sosialisasi Pemilu. Metode yang diterapkan pada penelitian yakni metode klasifikasi menggunakan algortma Support Vector Machine dengan kernel RBF. Data yang dipergunakan yakni data demografi berasal dari laman website resmi BPS Kota Surabaya serta data rekapitulasi pemilu 2019 berasal dari laman website resmi KPU Kota Surabaya. Implementasi SVM menggunakan bahasa pemrograman python dengan hasil pengujian mendapatkan nilai akurasi terbaik dari rasio perbandingan training 80% serta testing 20% yakni 67,91%, serta mendapatkan nilai AUC yakni 0,68.

Abstract

Pada masa kini di mana kemajuan teknologi informasi informasi yang semakin berkembang, penggunaan Teknologi Informasi dapat membantu perusahaan atau organisasi dalam meningkatkan kinerja dan mencapai tujuan organisasi tersebut. Kantor Otoritas Bandar Udara Wilayah VIII Manado telah menggunakan teknologi informasi untuk mendukung pekerjaan instansi. Saat ini terdapat beberapa aplikasi yang digunakan, baik aplikasi dari Kementerian Perhubungan dan aplikasi lokal dari Kantor Otoritas Bandar Udara Wilayah VIII Manado. Salah satu aplikasi yang digunakan adalah Sistem Pas Online. COBIT 5 digunakan penulis dalam melakukan evaluasi kinerja tata kelola TI yang sedang digunakan. Fokus penelitian ini ada pada domain Monitor, Evaluate and Assess (MEA). Berdasarkan hasil observasi dan wawancara, didapatkan hasil penelitian tingkat kapabilitas sub domain MEA01 berada pada level 5 Optimizing Process, sub domain MEA02 berada pada level 2 Managed Process, dan sub domain MEA03 berada pada level 4 Predictable Process. Untuk hasil perhitungan rata-rata seluruh proses domain MEA memperoleh nilai 3,66. Secara keseluruhan aktivitas tata kelola TI pada Kantor Otoritas Bandar Udara Wilayah VIII Manado telah berjalan cukup baik.

Abstract

Pandemi covid-19 memberikan dampak buruk bagi Negara Indonesia. Pemerintah menetapkan aturan-aturan kesehatan yang bertujuan untuk mencegah penularan yang semakin meluas. Pada penelitian ini peneliti akan mengidentifikasi faktor yang mempengaruhi niat beralih pengunjung bioskop khususnya bagi Mahasiswa Universitas Alma Ata menggunakan aplikasi video on demand menggunakan metode Switching Intention. Teori Push Pull Mooring digunakan untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi niat individu untuk beralih menggunakan layanan video on demand. Push factor yaitu faktor pendorong dari penyedia jasa lama (faktor negatif). Pull factor yaitu faktor penarik yang berasal dari penyedia jasa baru yaitu aplikasi video on demand (faktor positif) dan Mooring factor merupakan faktor penghambat yang dapat memperkuat atau memperlemah niat individu untuk berpindah. Populasi yang ditetapkan pada penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa aktif Universitas Alma Ata tahun angkatan 2018-2020 yang menggunakan aplikasi video on demand. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada responden secara online menggunakan google form. Jumlah responden yang digunakan dalam penelitian sebanyak 100 yang dipilih berdasarkan dari waktu pengisi kuesioner oleh responden. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa empat (4) hipotesis berpengaruh secara signifikan dan diterima, empat (4) hipotesis lainnya tidak signifikan dan ditolak. Variabel yang secara signifikan berpengaruh positif yaitu social influence terhadap trust, variabel subjective norm terhadap switching intention, system quality terhadap user satisfaction, trust terhadap switching intention.

Abstract

Along with the development of time, fintech companies issued mobile payment products such as QR Code, NFC, and OTP codes. The use of payment facilities that are currently rampant causes users to choose according to their wishes, based on the description, the purpose of this study is to analyze the use of ShopeePay mobile payments using the UTAUT approach. The variables analyzed are Perceived Risk, Perceived Trust, Perceived Cost, Self-efficacy, Effort expectancy, performance expectancy, and Social Influence on mobile payment adoption at Shopeepay. The research method used in this case is a descriptive method, using statistical data processing tools. Data collection was carried out at Amikom University Yogyakarta using the sampling method. The results showed that the factors perceived risk (perceived risk), self-efficacy (self-efficacy), and effort expectancy (business expectations) had a positive and significant effect on interest in mobile payment adoption in Indonesia. . Furthermore, the factors of perceived trust (perceived trust), performance expectancy (performance expectations), and social influence (social influence) do not have a positive effect on interest in mobile payment adoption in Indonesia.

Abstract

Computer assisted test to classify technician positions using the K-means algorithm is a system built with the ability to measure abilities as well as determine the area of expertise of technicians at PT. XYZ. The purpose of making this computer-assisted test information system is to improve the technical exam system that is still manual into a computerized technician exam system by changing the procedure into a computer that uses storage media in the form of a database. The computer assisted test information system was created by referring to the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) method which has the characteristic of working on each phase in Waterfall, which must be completed first before proceeding to the next phase. The system built is a website-based application that has two main interfaces, namely the admin interface and the technician interface. Admin interface that functions to manage users or technicians, manage question banks and manage test scores. While the User interface serves to work on exam questions. The test score data will be processed by the K-means algorithm to determine the area of expertise of each technician. This research was conducted by Muhamad Ramadhan, a student of the 2020 POLSUB information systems study program. M. Ramadhan assessed the suitability of the system with the design made by testing the system using black box testing which showed 100% success of system functionality and User Acceptences Testing (UAT) which showed ergonomic values. which is quite high at 93.25%.

Abstract

3D (three-dimensional) animation is now familiar to most people. The use of 3-dimensional animation is now also increasingly common in filmmaking, advertising, and even as a medium of designing objects and buildings. The purpose of this research was to design and create a 3-dimensional garden animation video that can be used as visualizing objects that appear more real and close to their original form, in the design and creation of this animation researchers use the MDLC (Multimedia Deveploment Life Cycle) method, namely concept, design, material collecting, assembly, testing, and distribution. After that, the process of modeling objects with modeling techniques used, namely primitive modeling and Polygonal Modeling then entered the environment, texture, animating camera operation to the rendering stage using the Blender application, then into pieces of 3-dimensional animated video. After the process is complete, the process of combining videos that have been made in the Blender application and the addition of text and audio using Adobe Premiere Pro cc software. The last stage is the final rendering process that produces a 3-dimensional animation video of the park as a whole in the .mp4 file format with a video duration of 4 minutes
