Abstract

This study aims to determine and understand the relationship between work motivation and participatory leadership with the work behavior of the Functional Staff of the Education and Culture Office of East Nusa Tenggara Province because the Province of East Nusa Tenggara is one of the provinces whose development and growth is relatively slower compared to other provinces in Indonesia. The study population was the functional staff who did not have a structural position of 94 people. Samples were taken as many as 75 people. Data collection using a questionnaire instrument.Based on hypothesis testing, this study found: (1) there was a relationship between work motivation and work behavior in which work motivation contributed 49.29% to work behavior, (2) there was a positive relationship between participative leadership and work behavior in which participative leadership contributed 51.49% of work behavior, and there is a positive relationship between work motivation and participatory leadership together with work behavior. Where work motivation and participatory leadership together contribute 67.01% to work behavior. From the three findings, the conclusions of this study are stated that: (a) Work behavior provides a good relationship to increase work motivation, (b) Work behavior can be improved by considering participatory leadership, by involving employees in every decision making, respecting opinions and proposals employees, and enhance collaboration.

Abstract

AbstrakPandemi covid-19 tengah melanda negara-negara diseluruh dunia termasuk Indonesia. Berbagai masalah yang disebabkan oleh pandemi muncul termasuk dalam bidang pendidikan yang mengakibatkan seluruh kegiatan belajar mengajar dilakukan secara daring untuk meminimalisir terjadinya penyebaran virus. Dalam pembelajaran Agama Islam terdapat beberapa tantangan saat mengajarkan kepada peserta didik terkait materi baik itu secara pemahaman konsep maupun praktik. Peserta didik, pendidik maupun praktisi pendidikan diharuskan untuk melek gawai sehingga diharapkan dapat mengikuti dan mendapatkan pembelajaran dari gawai sesuai anjuran kemendikbud yang mengharuskan semua melakukan Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh. Pendidik diharapkan mampu menyediakan banyak pilihan  pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan setiap peserta didik sebagaimana disampaikan mendikbud bahwa harus mempersiapkan pembelajaran dalam bentuk blended learning. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk  memberikan gambaran pelaksanaan pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dengan strategi alternatif dan inovasi guna mempermudah  jalannya pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dilakukan dengan metode review paper dari berbagai sumber yang akurat dan relevan seperti buku, jurnal dan artikel.Kata Kunci: Daring, Strategi, Pembelajaran, Pandemi, Pendidikan Agama Islam Abstract Pandemic covid-19 is sweeping countries around the world, including Indonesia. Problems generated by the pandemic include education that causes all teaching learning to be done online to minimize the spread of the virus. In the learning of Islam, there are several challenges when teaching learners about materials whether they understand concepts or practices. Students, educatiors were required to be literate so that they could expect to follow and to learn from the devices as instructed by the ministry that requires all to do a PJJ Long distance Learning. Educators will be able to provide many learning choices that suit the needs of each learner as suggested by dictating that they should prepare learning in the form of the blended learning. The study aims to provide an overview of the implementation of islamic religious education with alternative strategies and innovation to facilitate the course of learning. The study used a qualitative approach done with the paper review method of various sources that are accurate and relevant, such as books, journals and articles. Abstract

AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini dilakukan ialah: 1) Untuk mengetahui aktivitas belajar siswa selama penerapan metode pembelajaran problem solving. 2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode pembelajaran problem solving terhadap aktivitas belajar siswa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 2 Sei Kanan T.P 2018/2019 yang berjumlah 2 kelas dan sampel diambil 1 kelas random yaitu kelas X-MIA. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah Non-Randomize Control Group Pre test and Post test Design. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan tes uraian dan lembar angket aktivitas belajar siswa. Data-data diperoleh dari hasil pre-tes dan post-tes yang diberikan kepada siswa. Dari hasil analisa data, pada kelas eksperimen diperoleh nilai hasil pengujian hipotesis (uji t) diperoleh thitung>ttabel yaitu 12,497 > 2,052 dengan α = 0,05 dan db = n–1 = 27 -1 = 6, dan data dari hasil pemberian angket aktivitas belajar dapat dilihat peningkatan dari setiap aspek penilaian, seperti pada aspek kegiatan visual terdapat peningkatan sebesar 33,34%, aspek kegiatan lisan terdapat peningkatan sebesar 29,63%, aspek kegiatan mendengarkan terdapat peningkatan sebesar 35,19%, aspek kegiatan menulis terdapat peningkatan sebesar 28,00%, aspek kegiatan motorik terdapat peningkatan sebesar 37,50%, aspek kegiatan mental terdapat peningkatan sebesar 33,02%, dan aspek kegiatan emosional terdapat peningkatan sebesar 34,26%.Kata Kunci : problem solving, aktivitas belajar siswa, statistika.

Abstract

AbstrakInternet sebagai salah satu alat yang mempermudah manusia untuk berkomunikasi dan mencari berbagai informasi. Internet memiliki banyak kegunaan dan dampak positif, namun internet juga dapat menimbulkan berbagai dampak negatif, terutama untuk kalangan remaja sebagai pengguna terbesar. Salah satu dampak negatif yang timbul adalah cyberbullying. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka dengan teknik analisis deskripsi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, bahwa korban cyberbullying mengalami tindak cyberbullying dalam bentuk pencemaran nama baik, peretasan dan pengucilan. Dampak jangka pendek yang dialami korban adalah muncul rasa marah dan emosional, sedangkan dampak jangka panjang dapat meyebabkan korban tidak ingin berhubungan langsung dengan pelaku hingga menghindari lingkungan sosial, tidak/ dan ada unsur ingin membalas dendam. Internet literate disertai pengawasan menjadi langkah penting untuk menghindarkan remaja dari cyberbullying.Kata Kunci: Cyberbullying, Remaja, Internet Literate.

Abstract

Penulisan ini membahas tentang perkembangan teknologi dan eksistensinya dalam dunia pendidikan agama Islam. Bagaimana upaya teknologi pendidikan dalam memajukam pembelajaran agama Islam. Tujuannya adalah mendiskripsikan eksisistensi teknologi pendidikan Islam. Pada era millennium abad 21 saat ini tidak dapat di pungkiri bahwa keberadaan teknologi sangat dibutuhkan. Abstract

Nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam sangat penting dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam yang terkandung dalam adat Aceh juga perlu dilestarikan supaya tidak hilang dan berganti dengan kebudayaan luar yang jauh dari makna keislaman. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Majelis Adat Aceh Kebupaten Aceh Barat, yang merupakan lembaga adat Aceh yang sudah diakui oleh pemerintah daerah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam yang terdapat di Majelis Adat Aceh Kabupaten Aceh Barat, untuk mengetahui kegiatan yang dilakukan Majelis Adat Aceh Kabupaten Aceh Barat dalam rangka menjaga dan melestaikan adat Aceh. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, wawancara dengan Wakil Ketua Majelis Adat Aceh Tgk. Umar Ali Mufti, BA. terdapat nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam di MAA yang dijaga keberadaannya dan berjalan beriringan dengan adat Aceh. Nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam tersebut antara lain; nilai-nilai akal, nilai-nilai akhlak, nilai-nilai materi (kebenaran), nilai-nilai keindahan dan nilai-nilai kemasyarakatan.

Abstract

The research aims to improve student's ability in english  by using the stad learning strategy implementation (students-team-achievement-division). The design of this research is classroom action research, in which a researcher and collaborator take part actively in the class to conduct teaching and make observations during the activity. In this study, researcher used cooperative learning type STAD or Students-Team-Achivement-Division. In the type of STAD cooperative learning, students will be divided into groups of 4-6 people who prioritize class heterogeneity in academic achievement. The researchers provided a lesson, and students in the group are expected to master the lesson. The results of the research showed that the STAD type cooperative learning is effective in improving students' ability in English. The implementation of cycle 1 and cycle 2 showed an increase in student achievement. There were 9 (45%) students who were successful and 11 (55%) of them failed. Then, the success increased to 20 (100%) students in cycle 2. In other words, all students can achieve learning achievement in cycle 2.

Abstract

The important of this paper is live streaming using gadget as a learning English speaking in Covid-19 era relying on the internet and utilizing the social media platform facebook. This research is a descriptive qualitative study, used on 40 students. The result identified seven steps to create a Facebook group and learning tool to produce lecture units, student activity sheets, and student worksheets. The analysis of this study discussed the seven steps of English learning design of English learning devices based on live streaming Facebook; 1) starting from creating an online Facebook group, 2) entering the design phase or design begins with entering or clicking on the facebook application, and then create a class facebook group, 3) write the name of the group of courses taught in class, 4) click type closed groups, 5) click to find the link, 6) click "Share" to see the class group link, 7) click copy to the clipboard. Student responses to learning are good, thus this learning design can be applied in the classroom. so the result of this design steps, They can practice learning English, especially speaking in live streaming video, which is a new activity for students on social media, namely Facebook.

Abstract

The background of this research is distance learning which utilizes media in the form of android-based applications in connection with the global covid-19 pandemic experienced by various countries, one of which is Indonesia. This condition affects the movement of various sectors, including the education sector. After going through several months with this global pandemic condition, with all teaching-learning activities from various levels carried out from home, the use of appropriate methods is a very serious concern. Learning from home is one way that is expected to be able to suppress the spread of covid-19. Many distance learning media are available, so it is necessary to know the effectiveness of using these media to be used in distance learning. The method used in this research was qualitative-quantitative with a sample of 30 students chosen at random with the student record "technology literate". The data collection method was carried out through a questionnaire using electronic media and internet networks. The results of this research indicate that not all android-based applications can be used effectively in distance learning. This research is expected to provide new views and references on the effectiveness of the use of electronic media in learning, so as to increase the effectiveness of distance learning for various levels of Education. Key Words: Distance learning, electronic media, covid-19
