Abstract

Minimalisasi limbah merupakan implementasi untuk mengurangi jumlah dan tingkat cemaran limbah yang dihasilkan dari suatu proses produksi dengan cara pengurangan, pemanfaatan dan pengolahan limbah. Pada penelitian ini, treatment terhadap limbah pulp dilakukan dengan metode filtrasi. Dalam memberikan perlakuan terhadap limbah pulp melalui metode filtrasi dilakukan dalam dua tahapan. Pertama, mengkaji dan mengoptimalkan sisa hasil produksi. Kedua, mendesain filter yang berfungsi untuk meminimalisasi kadar limbah sebelum dibuang ke sungai, sehingga kualitas air sungai tetap terjaga. Hasil pengukuran konsentrasi pencemar setelah dilakukan filtrasi, terjadi pula penurunan konsentrasi di beberapa titik sampling. Konsentrasi pencemar dipengaruhi oleh debit limbah yang dibuang dari industri ke sungai. Dalam menganalisis konsentrasi pencemar di Daerah Aliran Sungai (DAS) Ciujung menggunakan nilai kondisi awal (initial conditions) dan nilai kondisi batas (boundary conditions) sebagai input model.

Abstract

The main aim of this study is to investigate the effect of the use of biochar and cow manure and their interaction with peanut production and growth. This research was conducted in Reuleut Barat Village, Muara Batu Sub-district, North Aceh Regency which conducted from April to September 2015. This research used Factorial Randomized Block Design with 3 replications. Two factors  studied: biochar (B) and manure cow (K), each consisting of B0 (without biochar), B1 (biochar 5 tons / ha) and K0 (without manure), K1 (manure 5 tons / ha), K2 (manure 10 tons / ha). The results showed that the use of biochar (B) had no significant effect on plant height, stem diameter, number of leaves, number of branches, amount of ginofor, weight of pod per plant, dry weight of 100 seeds and dry weight of seed per plot. But it gives a significant influence on the root length. Furthermore, the application of cow manure (K) has a very significant effect on plant height at age 15 days after planting. There is interaction to plant height at 15 days after planting and plant height at 30 days after planting. The application of biochar gave an effect significantly on the growth of peanut crops and the application of cow manure also affected the growth of peanut crops. There is an interaction between the application of biochar and cow manure to the growth of peanut crops

Abstract

 Nagari Palaluar, Koto VII Subdistrict, Sijunjung Regency has an area of 5,47.17 ha. . The farmer groups in Palaluar Nagari who are partners are the Gelugur Jaya Farmers Group and the Minang Farmers Group. The dominant farming effort was cultivated by the Gelugur Jaya farmer group, namely rice. In rice cultivation, farming communities in this group every planting season always use artificial fertilizers. Even though rice harvested straw can be reused as an alternative source of organic fertilizer. Most of the agricultural waste, namely rice straw, is simply burned so that it can increase global warming. There are quite a lot of weeds in empty land and on the roadside in the Gelugur Jaya farmer group area. However, farmers have never used it as a source of organic material. Then the Minang farmer group built, the dominant farming business was rice and corn and cocoa plants. Cocoa plants produce a lot of waste, that is, cocoa skin waste is left piling around the land. Therefore it is necessary to process agricultural wastes. The objectives of this PKM program are (1) to increase the knowledge of partner group farming communities about the potential for sugar weeds and agricultural waste as alternative organic fertilizers in reducing the use of artificial fertilizers (2) provide examples of the application of rice cultivation techniques to the use of alternative organic fertilizers, namely weeds and agricultural waste to reduce the application of artificial fertilizers and increase the yield of rice crops. The method of carrying out activities is carried out by lecture, question and answer, demonstration, training (practice), assignment, mentoring and evaluation. The results expected from the implementation of the program are: (1) farmers' knowledge will increase about the importance of making and the potential of sugar weeds and agricultural waste as a source of alternative organic fertilizers to reduce the application of artificial fertilizers and increase rice production. (2) the farming community of the partner group is willing and able to imitate the application of rice cultivation techniques by utilizing sugar weeds and agricultural waste as an alternative organic fertilizer. Abstract

This study aims to: (a) see the results of several genotypes of rice crops grown on paddy fields with drought stress, (b) to obtain the type of paddy rice genotype in drought-affected paddy fields. This research was conducted in Simusan rice field, Rambatan sub-district, Tanah Datar district and Laboratory of Agriculture Faculty, Andalas University, West Sumatra. This research used Randomized Block Design (RBD) method using 7 rice genotypes, 6 rice field genotypes and 1 genotype of upland rice as a comparison. If F value  is greater than F table 5% it needs to be continued using Tukey test at 5%. The results revealed that in general, all the rice genotypes tested in showed good results on paddy fields that suffered drought stress, where all these genotypes showed a significantly different effect on the number of productive tillers, panicle length, number of grains per panicle, the percentage of unpaid grain per panicle.

Abstract

Budidaya jamur kuping (Black jeli/Auricularia auricular Judae) menghadapi hambatan karena terbatasnya pemunculan dan komposisi media dalam budidaya jellymushroom hitam yang baik dan memenuhi persyaratan yang berkembang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan tingkat pertumbuhan miselia dan hasil dari kaldu kacang hijau dan teknik inokulasi jamur jelly hijau. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Jalan Pulo Rungkom, Kecamatan Dewantara, Kabupaten Aceh Utara, dari bulan Februari sampai Mei 2018. Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dari 2 faktor dengan 3 ulangan digunakan. Faktor pertama adalah penggunaan kaldu kacang hijau (K) yang terdiri dari K0 (tanpa kaldu kacang hijau) K1 (25 ml kaldu kacang hijau) K2 (50 ml kaldu kacang hijau) K3 (75 ml kacang hijau kaldu). Faktor kedua adalah teknik inokulasi (I) yang terdiri dari I1 (tanpa meninju) I2 (meninju). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian kaldu kacang hijau dan teknik inokulasi memiliki pengaruh yang sangat signifikan terhadap kecepatan pertumbuhan miselia tetapi tidak secara signifikan mempengaruhi waktu ketika pin kepala muncul, bobot segar dari tubuh buah dari panen 1 dan 2, diameter tubuh buah dari panen pertama dan kedua. Ada interaksi antara perlakuan kaldu kacang hijau dan teknik inokulasi pada kecepatan tumbuh miselium memenuhi baglog.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) menghitung besarnya pendapatan usahatani kakao, dan (2) menganalisis pendapatan usahatani kakao di Kabupaten Pidie Jaya Provinsi Aceh. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode survey. Lokasi penelitian ditentukan dengan cara sengaja (purposive) yaitu Kabupaten Pidie Jaya. Lokasi penelitian meliputi 7 (tujuh) kecamatan, yaitu Bandar Baru, Bandar Dua, Trienggadeng, Meureudu, Meurah Dua, Ulim, dan Panteraja. Pemilihan lokasi dilakukan atas dasar bahwa masing-masing kecamatan tersebut merupakan daerah penghasil komoditi kakao. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah semua petani kakao yang ada di Kabupaten Pidie Jaya Provinsi Aceh. Pengambilan sampel petani dilakukan dengan metode simple random sampling yakni pengambilan secara acak sederhana. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 101 responden yang berasal dari lokasi keseluruhan kecamatan yang ada di Kabupaten Pidie Jaya. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa pendapatan usahatani kakao per hektar per kecamatan di Kabupaten Pidie Jaya sebesar Rp 14.400.000,-. Analisis pendapatan usahatani kakao ditunjukkan oleh nilai R/C ratio sebesar 1,66 artinya bahwa usahatani kakao menguntungkan dan layak untuk diusahakan karena nilai R/C ratio > 1

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to see growth and get the best dose of the growth of dragon seeds in the land of the former gold mine. This study used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) 3 levels of treatment and was repeated 3 times so that 9 experimental units were obtained. The treatments used were A0 (0 g / plant), A1 (20 g / plant), and A2 (25 g / plant). The research data were analyzed using the ANOVA table at the 5% significance level if the F count is greater than the F% table 5%, then a further test of Honestly Significant Difference (BNJ) was at the 5% real level. The observed variables were the time of emergence of shoots, when the bud appears, length of shoots, and the percentage of seedlings that lived and the correlation between observed variables. The results of this study are that in general dragon plant seedlings have been able to grow well on former gold mine soil. Of the three treatments given a dose of 0 g / polybag was the best dose of the time the bud appeared (31.00 days after planting) and the number of tillers (3.00 stems) formed. The dose of 25 g / polybag is the best dose of shoot length (33.22 cm).

Abstract

This study was conducted in a potato farm in Bener Meriah District of Aceh Province from June to August 2013. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that affect potato farm income in the observation site. The analytical method used is the method of multiple linear regression analysis. The analysis showed that the amount of production, land, labor, capital and the selling price is very significant influence on a potato farm in the area.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is observe the effect of rice husk addition on various growing media on its growth and yield of white oyster mushroom (Pleurotus ostreatus). This research used Complete Random Design (CRD) Factorial consisting of 2 factors with 3 replications. The first factor is the various media planting (M). Media of sawdust sengon (M1); Rice straw; M2 and dried banana leaf (M3). The second factor is the supply of rice husks consisting of. Without the provision of rice husk (P0); Provision of 10% rice husk (P1); Provision of rice husk 20% (P2). The best planting medium was found in the treatment of sawdust wood media sengon (M1). Besides, the addition of rice husk concentration has significant effect on all observation parameters. The best result was found in 20% rice husk. The interaction between treatment of planting media and rice husk giving significant effect on first harvest, the body diameter of fruit of first harvest and body diameter of fruit of second harvest

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh interaksi antara genotip – genotip kedelai dengan pola tumpangsari, mendapatkan genotip-genotip kedelai yang beradaptasi baik pada pola tumpangsari antara kedelai dengan jagung. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Teaching and Research farm Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Jambi yang dilaksanakan dari bulan Desember 2015 sampai dengan bulan Maret 2016. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK), yang terdiri dari 2 faktor. Faktor pertama adalah genotip yang terdiri 4 genotip kedelai (g) yaitu g1 = 5–196–4–3, g2 = 5–196–9–3, g3 = 5–196–9–11 dan g4 = 5–196–9–12, dan faktor kedua adalah pola tanam (p) yang terdiri 3 pola tanam p1  = 1 Tanaman kedelai : 1 Tanaman jagung, p2  = 2 Tanaman kedelai : 1 tanaman jagung dan p3 = 3 Tanaman kedelai : 1 tanaman jagung. Masing-masing kombinasi perlakuan diulang dua kali sehingga terdapat  24 petak percobaan. Data hasil pengamatan dianalisis secara statistik dengan mengunakan sidik ragam dan kemudian dilanjutkan dengan DMRT ( Duncan Multiple Range Test) pada taraf α = 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat interaksi antara genotip kedelai dengan pola tanam pada jumlah polong per tanaman dan jumlah polong berisi per tanaman. Perlakuan genotip berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman kedelai, jumlah polong pertanaman, jumlah polong berisi, produksi kedelai (ton/ha), Perlakuan pola tanam berpengaruh nyata terhadap jumlah polong per tanaman, jumlah polong berisi per tanaman, bobot 100 bji, hasil kedelai (ton/ha). Perlakuan terbaik pada pola tanam 2 kedelai: 1 jagung.Kata kunci : Genotip Kedelai, Pola tanam.
