Abstract

This study aims to describe and interpret the effect of compensation and job satisfaction on commitment of lecturers at Muhammadiyah University of Cirebon. This research was conducted using a survey method. As the population is merely 257 employees which is more 100 (one hundred) people, the research was a sample study. In addition, the object of this study is 51 (fifty one) employees. There are three conclusions that can be taken: (1) There is a significant and positive influence between compensation to lecturer commitment. The significance of the effect of compensation on lecturer commitment can be seen from the result of the t test which the t count is 8,377> 1,677 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The determination index is adjusted by 58,9% and the remaining 41,1% is influenced by other unexamined factors. (2) There is a significant and positive influence between job satisfaction and lecturer commitment. The significance of the effect of job satisfaction on lecturer commitment is evidenced by the t test which is calculated at 6.884> 1.677 so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The determination index is adjusted by 49.2% while the remaining 51.8% is influenced by other unexamined factors. (3) There is a significant and positive effect between compensation and job satisfaction on lecturer commitment. This can be proven by the F test which is the calculated F value of 47,624> 3,18 and the determination index value adjusted 66.5% 33.5% is influenced by other unexamined factors.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk untuk mengetahui dan menganalisispengaruh sistem pengendalian internal, dan kompetensi sumber dayamanusia, terhadap implementasi good governance serta impikasinyapada pencegahan Fraud dalam pengelolaan keuangan desa diKabupaten Tangerang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah perangkatdesa sebanyak 150 responden dengan metode purposive sampling.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisiskuantitatif dengan menggunakan model SEM (Structural EquationModelling) program AMOS 22. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkanbahwa adanya pengaruh yang positif sistem pengendalian internal, dankompetensi sumber daya manusia, terhadap implementasi goodgovernance serta impikasinya pada pencegahan Fraud dalampengelolaan keuangan desa di Kabupaten Tangerang secara signifikan.Interpretasi dari hasil penelitian ini akan memiliki arti yang pentinguntuk menentukan strategi yang jelas dalam meningkatkan pencegahanFraud dalam pengelolaan keuangan Desa di Kabupaten Tangerang darihasil perhitungan pengaruh langsung, tidak langsung dan pengaruhtotal menghasilkan nilai kebaharuan dari sebuah teori dan empirisnya..

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the influence of the Health BPJSProgram Implementation on the quality of health services at SitanalaLeprosy Hospital Dr. The city of Tangerang, with the formulation of theproblem: Is there an effect of the implementation of the BPJS healthprogram on the Quality of Health Services at the Leprosy Hospital Dr.Sitanala Tangerang City? Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of carbon tax and carbon damage on economic growth in 15 (fifteen) countries from 1990 to 2017. Based on the results of research by weather scientists who stated that there are 50-500 possibilities to limit global warming at 2 degrees Celsius above average global temperatures from pre-industrial times throughout the 21st century.Global warming is caused by cumulative carbon emissions which continue to increase from year to year, resulting in threats to the world's sustainable development. Therefore carbon production must be limited by imposing a tax on carbon so that economic growth can run normally and even increase.Researchers used the open economy model Y = (C, I, G, NX) namely final household consumption expenditure (C), foreign direct investment (I), government final consumption general expenditure (G), and import export per GDP (NX) for control variables. The researcher also used the Cobb-Douglas Y = (K, L) production function, namely gross capital formation (K) and the ratio of working people per population (L) to the control variable. The data used were panel data in 15 countries that applied Carbon Tax from 1990 to 2017. Researchers used GLS (Generalized Least Squares) estimation to analyze the effect of carbon tax and carbon destruction on economic growth.The result is a carbon tax can stimulate the growth of real gross domestic product per capita and carbon damage hinder economic growth.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how much influence organizational change, communication and work environment as the independent variables on employee performance. The object of the research is PT PLN (Persero) APP Cilegon using a study population that employees PLN APP Cilegon. The study concluded that partially are positive and significant effect of the variable changes in the organization, communication and working environment independently of the performance of employees at PT PLN (Persero) APP Cilegon, wherein the degree of influence of organizational change on employee performance medium category, while the influence communication and working environment on the performance of each employee including the strong category.

Abstract

This research aims to know the effect of leadership, competence and motivation on employees performance. The sample size of this research is 63 employees out of 167 employees of PT Tunas Mandiri Migas. The sampling method used is random sampling. The data gathering technique applied is questionnaire. The data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression, t test and F test. The result of this study shows that leadership, competence and motivation simultaneously influence the employees performance. The result also shows that partially leadership and competence influence the employees performance. Whereas motivation partially does not influence the employees performance.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan, kompetensi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Ukuran sampel penelitian ini adalah 63 karyawan dari 167 karyawan PT Tunas Mandiri Migas. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda, uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan, kompetensi dan motivasi secara simultan mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan secara parsial kepemimpinan dan kompetensi mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan motivasi secara parsial tidak mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini akan menyelidiki pengaruh komitmen organisasiterhadap organizational citizenship behavior yang dampaknya padaturnover intention karyawan. Sampel penelitian ini diambil dari 100Karyawan yang bekerja di Perusahaan industri sepatu yang berada diwilayah Tangerang raya. Hasil analisi smart PLS 30 mengungkapkanbahwa komitmen organisasi ditemukan berhubungan positif denganorganizational citizenship behavior. Begitu juga penelitian ini tidakmenemukan hubungan yang signifikan antara komitmen organisasidengan turnover intention karyawan. Lebih lanjut organizationalcitizenship behavior dikaitkan secara positif dengan terjadinyapeningkatan turnover intention karyawan. Studi ini menyediakanpemikiran kedepan dalam mengkaji penemuan baru yang berkaitandengan penelitian perilaku manajemen untuk penelitian masa depan

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to analyze how much influence the quality ofhuman resources, utilization of information technology and organizationalcommitment to government accounting standards and its impact on thequality of financial statements at the Regional Government of TangerangRegency. The sample of research is 50 employees at the RegionalGovernment of Tangerang Regency who work in accounting/finance. Thesampling technique uses convenience sampling. Data collection usingquestionnaire. The method used in this research is the method ofverification. To determine the effect of human resource quality, theapplication of information technology and organizational commitment tothe application of government accounting standards and the impact on thequality of financial statements. The test statistic used is designing thestructural model, designing a measurement model, construct the pathdiagram, test the model fit. Suitability test structural models and hypothesesusing software SmartPLS 3.0. The results showed that the variable qualityof human resources and organizational commitment have a significanteffect on the application of government accounting standards. While theutilization of information technology has no significant effect on theapplication of government accounting standards. And the application ofgovernment accounting standards have a significant effect on the quality offinancial statements.

Abstract

This study attempts to analyze the Brand Awareness Factor and PricePerception of Purchasing Decisions for Nike brand shoes at CikupaHome Industry Tangerang. The sample of this study was 75 customerrespondents from 300 customers. The method used is quantitativemethods. Primary data collection was obtained from questionnairecollection. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regressionanalysis using Vesri SPSS 22 software. The results show that the partialvariable of Brand Awareness (X1) is positively and significantly related tothe Purchase Decision (Y). Price Perception (X2) has a positive andsignificant effect on Purchasing Decisions (Y). Simultaneously the BrandAwareness variable (X1) and Price Perception (X2) considers positiveand significant towards the Purchasing Decision (Y).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the influence of costs, facilities, services and brands on the acceptance of new students. The sample in this study were 98-20 students of the 2012-2013 UMT academic year. The analytical tool used is the validity test, reliability test, simple regression and multiple regression. Partial calculation results can be explained that there is a positive and significant influence between costs, facilities, services and brands towards new student admissions, this is indicated by each tcount of each variable X always greater than t table. The results of simultaneous regression testing using the Dolittle Method show that the value of Fcount is greater than the value of Ftable at the standard deviation (α) of 0.05 or 5%. So this shows there is a positive and significant influence between costs, facilities, services and brands together towards the acceptance of new students at Muhammadiyah University Tangerang academic year 2012-2013. In this study also proves that the simultaneous influence of costs, facilities, services and brands on the acceptance of new students at UMT in the 2012-2013 academic year is strong. The better the price is interpreted, the more complete the facilities, the better the service and the better the brand, the more student acceptance at UMT will be.
