Abstract

ABSTRACT : This research aims to analyze the ability of Net Profit Margin, Return On Assets, Return on Equity, Debt to Equity Ratio and Debt to Asset Ratio on Financial Distress in Sector Manufacture Companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2014-2017.The research methodology used quantitative method with panel data and secondary data obtained from financial statement on Indonesia Stock Exchange. Mechanical sampling used purposive sampling that consist of 44 sector manufacture companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data analysis technique used is logistic binary regression.The result of this study indicate that Return On Assets and Return on Equity have significant influence on Financial Distress, however Net Profit Margin, Debt to Equity Ratio and Debt to Asset Ratio has not influence on Financial Distress. Meanwhile, Net Profit Margin, Return On Assets, Return on Equity, Debt to Equity Ratio and Debt to Asset Ratio simultaneously have significant influence on Financial Distress. And the result of this study indicate that value of McFadden  is 0.909291 or 90.92% which means that the dependent variable of financial distress can be explained by the independent variables NPM, ROA, ROE, DER, and DAR of 47,57% while the remaining 9.08% were other factors beyond the models that explain the dependent variable. Keywords     : Financial Distress, NPM, ROA, ROE, DER, DAR, McFadden

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to analyze how much influence human resource competence, banking service quality and banking technology on customer satisfaction and the impact on customer behavior based on customer relationship management (CRM) performance at  Bank in Tangerang City. The sample of research is 110 customers at Bank in Tangerang City. The sampling technique uses convenience sampling. Data collection using questionnaire. The method used in this research is the method of verification. To determine the effect of human resource competence, banking service quality and banking technology to customer satisfaction and the impact on customer behavior based on customer relationship management (CRM) performance. The test statistic used is designing the structural model, designing a measurement model, construct the path diagram, test the model fit. Suitability test structural models and hypotheses using software LISREL 8.80. The results showed that human resource competence, banking service quality and banking technology have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. And customer satisfaction have a significant effect on customer behavior based on customer relationship management (CRM) Performance.

Abstract

Academic achievement can’t be solely viewed in terms of GPA and cognitive abilities but needs to be supported by emotional intelligence. How many found in daily life people who succeed not because of high GPA but because they have high emotional intelligence,  also found people who have high intellectual intelligence with high GPA actually fail in everyday life due to not having emotional intelligence. Academic achievement is also influenced by external and internal factors, the ability of media literacy to be an important internal part of student academic achievement, due to media literacy is one of the challenge in discussion that filtered a negative impact on past media and critically thinking about messages that should be found from media. This study was conducted to determine the effect of emotional intelligence on the ability of media literacy from 354 sample respondent of private university in Serang City using a quantitative approach. Emotional intelligence was measured using 5 dimensions and 15 indicators while ability of media literacy was measured using 7 indicators. The results from conformatory factor analysis using the measurement model obtained all indicators are valid and reliable in measured the latent variables. As well as the results of inner model analysis where the model has goodness of fit. From the five hypothesis test results that had been formulated at the beginning showed that each dimension of emotional intelligence had a positive and significant effect on the ability of media literacy with a magnitude of influence of 69.1%.

Abstract

This is study aims to determine the effect of occupational safety and health, work competence and organizational commitment partially or simultaneously on the employee performance of the Human Resource Operations department at PT Gajah Tunggal, TBk. This study uses a descriptive quantitative research approach that relates to the numbers in the description describing in detail. For the sampling method in this is study the sampling method is used, namely saturated samples. The study sample was 55 respondents from employees of the operational human resources department at PT Gajah Tunggal, Tbk. so that the engineering approach with sampling used is saturated sample is expected to have a very small error gradation by being a population as a sample of 55 respondents. In this research. Analysis of the data used by researchers is with the help of calculating the SPSS 24 application to calculate the effect partially or simultaneously. Based on the results of simple regression and multiple regression in the SPSS 24 application. The results of the research can be partially proven that the occupational safety and health variables (X1) have a positive and significant effect on performance (Y) of 0.230 or 23%. The variable work competence (X2) has a positive and significant effect on performance (Y) of 0.503 or 50.3%. Organizational commitment variable (X3) has a positive and significant effect on performance (Y) of 0.434 or 43.4%. Simultaneously the occupational safety and health variables (X1), work competence (X2) and organizational commitment (X3) have a positive and significant effect on performance (Y) of 45.8%.Keywords: Occupational Safety And Health, Work Competence, Organizational Commitment, And Employee Performance

Abstract

The problem that was raised by the researcher was the leadership study of the principal in managing the Adiwiyata program at the Ehipassiko Junior High School, South Tangerang City. The purpose of this study is to describe the leadership of the principal in managing the Adiwiyata program at Ehipassiko Junior High School, South Tangerang City. This study uses a qualitative approach. The subjects of this study were the Principal, Teachers, Staff, and Students of Ehipassiko Junior High School, South Tangerang City. The technique used in collecting data is by using observation, interviews and documentation.  The validity of the data in this study uses credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability techniques. Data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman interactive model, namely data collection, data reduction, data appearance, and conclusion. The results of this study indicate that (1) the leadership style of the principal of Ehipassiko Junior High School, South Tangerang City in managing adiwiyata schools is to use a democratic approach and have succeeded in leading. (2) There are 4 stages that principals do in managing adiwiyata schools, namely environmentally sound policies, implementation of environment-based curricula, participatory based environmental activities, and management of environmentally friendly supporting facilities (3) School principals' constraints in managing Adiwiyata schools at Ehipassiko Junior High School, South Tangerang City, includes limited time, lack of environmental resources, students, teachers, staff who must always be controlled in implementing the Adiwiyata program. The school solution to overcome these obstacles is to continue to approach all components of the school, motivation, consultation with the school supervisor and requesting direction from the education consultant. From this research, it is expected (1) the school to improve the performance of schools that have now reached adiwiyata at the district / city level to become provincial adiwiyata schools, (2) teachers should be able to divide their time to adiwiyata program management towards the provincial level, so that they can eventually increase public trust in the Ehipassiko Junior High School, South Tangerang City.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepercayaan dan kepuasan konsumen terhadap sistem transaksi online shop shopee. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampel pada mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Tangerang dengan responden sebanyak 96 mahasiswa. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini regresi liniear sederhana, liniear berganda, uji korelasi berganda, uji determinasi, uji F dan uji t. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah : 1) kepercayaan berpengaruh terhadap sistem transaksi online shop shopee. Hasil analisi dapat diketaui bahwa online shop shopee merupakan situs online yang dapat dipercaya oleh mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Tangerang Pemasaran Semestar 8. 2) kepuasan konsumen berpengaruh terhadap sistem transaksi online shop shopee. Hasil dari analisis yang dilakukan menyatakan bahwa online shop shopee sangat memberikan kepuasan tersendiri bagi mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Tangerang Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Konsentrasi Pemasaran Semester VIII. Abstract

The purpose from this research to find out how many effect (1) compensation to employee performance, (2) job characteristics to employee performance (3) job satisfaction to employee performance (4) compensation, job characteristics and job satisfaction together (simultaneous) to employee performance. The research method used is descriptive method and associative method. The population in this research are employees of quality assurance and quality control department as 63 people while sample in this research used jenuh sample which were taken entirely from population as 63 respondents.Based on result of this research obtained, Hypothesis 1. There is an effect between compensation to employee performance, obtained result thitung > ttabel (3,455 > 1,670) with significance level  ˂ 0.05. Hypothesis 2. There is an effect between job characteristics to employee performance, obtained result thitung > ttabel (5,223 > 1,670) with significance level <0.05. Hypothesis 3. There is an effect between job satisfaction to employee performance, obtained result thitung > ttabel (3,788 > 1,670) with significance level <0.05). Hypothesis 4. Obtained result Fhitung > Ftabel (18,050  > 3,14) so H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted it means there is an effect together (simultaneous) between compensation, job characteristics and job satisfaction to employee performance of quality assurance and quality control department at PT. Yasunaga Indonesia in Serang district.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of product, price, place, promotion, process, physical evidence and people one by one as well.  simultaneously to increase customers at the Rafi Bimbel Institute in Tangerang.  The research sample consisted of 85 parents of students whose children attended tutoring at the Rafi Bimbel Institute, Tangerang.  The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and analysis of the coefficient of determination.  The research conducted resulted in the form of multiple linear regression equation Y = 3.032-0.134 X1 +0.007 X2 + 0.142 X3 + 0.338X4 + 0.458 X5 + 0.348 X6 + 0.181 X7 + e.  The t test produces a place and a process that has a significant effect on increasing customers at the Tangerang Rafi Bimbel Institute.  While the t test for price, promotion, product, people and physical evidence shows that there is no significant effect on increasing customers in Rafi Bimbel's Tutoring in Tangerang.  The F test produces product, price, place, promotion, process, physical evidence and people simultaneously have a significant effect on increasing customers in Rafi Bimbel's Tutoring in Tangerang.  Analysis of the coefficient of determination results in the influence of product, price, place, promotion, process, physical evidence and people simultaneously on the increase in customers at Rafi Bimbel's Tutoring in TangerangKeywords: Service Marketing Mix and Customer Improvement

Abstract

This study aims to determine the cost of good manufacturing (COGM) appropriately so that companies can determine competitive selling prices with the aim of earning the maximum profit. The method used is descriptive comparative with a qualitative approach. Descriptive method is used to describe the production costs incurred in the production process including the cost of raw materials/auxiliary materials, labor costs and factory overhead costs. The calculation results show that to produce shoes, raw material costs Rp. 26,500/pair, auxiliary materials Rp. 8,270.13/pair, labor wages Rp. 24,415.58,-/pair and factory overhead costs Rp. 1443,71,-/pair. So that the COGM calculation results for each pair of shoes is Rp. 60,630. Compared with COGM based on traditional (company calculation) amounting to IDR 55,000 with COGM calculation based on accounting rules, a difference of IDR 5,630 is obtained. This difference is due to calculations that companies do not identify BOP in detail. The COGM calculation appropriately can be the company's strategy to determine the selling price.Keyword: Cost of Goods Manufacture, Pricing, Process Costing, Mass Production

Abstract

E-banking is an application that launches banks in order to improve operational activities with a variety of financial and non financial transactions. One of the banks that launches Electronic transactions is BNI Syariah bank. E-banking is a twenty-four-hour banking service provided for finance to be able to conduct banking transactions through mobile phones connected to the internet. E-banking at BNI Syariah Bank. As background research because there is an increase in the use of electronic transactions at the time of this pandemic. The ease of use of e-banking can be put aside by some people to reduce, lie and break into savings funds. This research is a literature study conducted by collecting data through the annual report book and BNI Syariah website by reading, recording and managing data so that it gets results. The data collection is done at secondary data sources which are then analyzed by qualitative descriptive methods. The results show that BNI Syariah carries out risk management on the use of electronic transactions by following Bank Indonesia Regulation No. 13/23 / PBI / 2011 concerning the Implementation of Risk Management for Sharia Commercial Banks and Sharia Business Units. In addition, to avoid risk, BNI Syariah provides tips on safe tips, requirements, how to register in accordance with procedures, and also limits transactions in the use of E-banking to avoid fraud, requiring use and problems of use.Keyword: BNI Syariah E-banking
