Abstract

Regional head candidates hoping to appear as an elected regional heads in local elections (Election) with regional heads so each candidate will do various forms of business activities in the market including their political ideas by Bashir-mate Alex the regional head election (Election) Pekalongan in 2010 The purpose of this study to determine the political marketing used in the election of Bashir Pekalongan. The method used qualitative descriptive type using interview techniques and literature. These results indicate that the figure Bashir has had since the beginning of social capital as a doctor and a social being so generous in the use of political marketing Bashir form no trouble.

Abstract

Blossoming district is a breakthrough to boost development in a region more quickly either through an increase in quality and quantity. This blossoming gives supervision so that the government can control the narrower region is becoming more focused. This is the underlying desire of the community to plan for expansion. Thus can be taken the formulation of the problem is whether there is influence of the level of public perception of the subdistrict dolok silau realizations against plans expansion in simalungun regency with the aim to know is there any influence the level of perception dolok sub society glare towards the realization of  the  plan  of  expansion  in  simalungun  and  to  know  how  much  influence  the  public perception of the subdistrict level Doloksilau againts  the realization of the plan of expansion in simalungun. The form of this research is to use descriptive research with quantitative approach with a view to seeking influences between variables X (free) with the variable Y (tied). This research was conducted in the Doloksilau, simalungun Regency glare. While the collection of data is carried out by means of disseminating the questionnaire, interview and observation.

Abstract

This qualitative research with the descriptive-analitical approach, explain and depict as complete as possible a circumstance going into effect in society. The technique to have the informan utilized in this research is purposive sampling by taking sample in Baluta Village, Hale Baluta Village, Hiliomasio Village and Bawo Ofuloa Village of Subdistrict Tanah Masa at Nias Selatan Regency. Result of this research is to indicate that the limited time of planning phase cause Rice for Poor Program impress "forced". The time limitation was influence the execution efficacy each step and overall of program. In goals meet the existence of misstargeting though in storey. This matter indication from existence of domestic is leakage and undercoverage.

Abstract

Studies show concrete evidence of the phenomenon, where the study took place at the Department of Population and Civil Registration East Aceh district. In that study found a variety of pathologies that have been ingrained in the self apparatus in organizing tasks and functions of the organization. Red tape such as pathology, extortion, waiting for instructions tops, and more. In this study also found the major factors hindering the professionalism apparatus public bureaucracy that is the existence of formal rules rigidly regulate the roles and duties of each section so that the apparatus of the Department of Population and Civil Registration East Aceh District in performing the duties and functions of the organization are not oriented to what is the organization's mission but is more likely to formal rules and instructions boss .. While the factors which will affect the professionalism of the apparatus according to this thesis is the existence of a system in which the bureaucracy operates like: vision and mission of the organization, organizational structure, leadership factor and reward systems.

Abstract

This study aims to determine, analyze and factor constraints in the application of non-cash transaction systems in regional financial management at the Regional Finance and Assets Agency of Dairi Regency. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, namely taking data related to the problems to be studied so that it can be described descriptively, qualitatively and comprehensively, which describes the prevailing reality and discusses the problems raised related to the Application of the Non-Cash Transaction System. In Regional Financial Management at the Regional Finance and Assets Agency of Dairi Regency. The results showed that the Regional Finance and Assets Agency of Dairi Regency has not been able to fully implement non-cash financial transactions on revenue receipts and expenditures as stipulated in Perbup Dairi No. 43 of 2020. The obstacles faced in implementing or implementing transactions have not been overcome, because there are indeed many field conditions that are not in accordance with the implementation of non-cash transactions. Employees are still not able to handle non-cash transaction processing, while the training program is inadequate because the available equipment, especially for practicing, is very limited.

Abstract

Organizational communication is a study that will provide benefits not only for anyone who wants to understand better the behavior of the organization, but it also has a pragmatic aspect for people who want to assert performance as a participant or member of an organization . The study of organizational communication can provide a strong foundation for a career in management, human resource development, and corporate communications, as well as other tasks oriented to people within the organization. Communication involves the organization of formal and informal forms of communication, and other forms of interpersonal communication and group communication, and public communication. Approach and understanding of the interaction in organizational communication, we can further improve the performance, achievement, and achieve goals that have been set together.

Abstract

Development, in addition to the positive impact also brought environmental disaster for many because the environment is considered as an object that connotes commodities and continue to be exploited without taking into account the carrying capacity of the environment. One of the efforts to improve the environmental balance is through a program of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) which is the formulation of research problems is the implementation of the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) as the social capital of PT. Adira Finance, how assessment Corporate Performance Assessment Program (PROPER) on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) PT. Adira Finance and favorable factors and inhibiting the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) PT. Adira Finance.This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Primary data were obtained from interviews and questionnaires to the 40 members of the public and direct observation.In implementing CSR PT. Adira Finance has been working on the preservation of the environment, support environmental awareness programs. And for CSR activities conducted in the Village District Satria Binjai City PT. Adira Finance held a reforestation program to plant 400 mahogany trees.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to see modern market development with the Franchise concept and in collaboration with third parties opens a partnership space in the management of Village Business Stores carried out by BUMDes managers. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the business strategy developed by BUMDes-Mart Berkah Jatimulyo Village, Pegajahan District, Serdang Bedagai Regency, using the business model canvas as a tool to identify existing business models. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods, data collection techniques by conducting literature studies and research in the field. Data analysis was carried out by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The results obtained are in the form of a description of the nine elements in the business model consisting of customer segments, value proposition, customer relationships, customer segments, channels, revenue streams, cost structure, key activities, key resources, key partners. This business model will find out the weaknesses and strengths of a business that is being run and to find out what strategies can be implemented in the future. In addition to these aspects, the findings in this study are that there are factors that influence the business model canvas on BUMDes-Mart, namely in terms of market and financial segments.

Abstract

This paper aims to determine the capital utilization of a newcomer candidate who wins in an electoral district that has just been expanded, the problem is focused on how aspects of social capital, political capital and economic capital of a newcomer actor. In order to approach this problem, the theoretical reference from Bordieu (1992) and Maridjan (2006) data collected through field data and documentation is used and analyzed qualitatively. This study concludes that Dedi Sitorus's victory was due to having more than one capital. There are several important fundamental considerations such as: first, Dedi Sitorus' social capital has a Social Network in the Nunukan community, Second, Dedi Sitorus' political capital has support from parties starting from the central level and also the DPC administrator at the Nunukan Regency level and also the support from regional authorities and also figures Local Politics, Third Economic Capital Dedi Sitorus has very large finances so he does not need donors to carry out his campaign and has the ability to rent air transportation to carry out mobility in campaigns. With the accumulation of all the capital owned, Dedi Sitorus can take advantage and use the moment well so that he gets a significant vote in the 2019 legislative elections.

Abstract

This research title is ”Services Building Permit in Achieving Optimal Quality Public Services are held at Integrated Licensing Service Agency Pematang Siantar”. So far, in the minds of the public, that the quality of service Building Permit less bureaucracy and process sounds a bit complicated, and less than optimal. The main problem in this research is how the quality of public services in the granting of building permit in the Integrated Licensing Service Agency Pematang Siantar. The methods of data collection to use in this research were kuesioner, observation and documentation. The results showed that the quality of public services in the Service Agency of Integrated Licensing Pematang Siantar has been running well although there are still some constraints. This research uses the service quality theory of Zeithaml, Parasuraman and Berry consisting of 5 indicators of service quality that is tangible (physical evidence), reliability, responsiveness, Assurance and Emphaty. The survey results obtained from the respondents are tangible (physical evidence) of 51.9% (Pretty Good), Reliabelity of 77.2% (Good), Responsiveness of 73,4% (Good), Assurance 65,8% (Good), and Emphaty of 60,76%(Good). From these indicators can be concluded that the quality of service in the Integrated Licensing Service Agency Pematang siantar included in good category
