Abstract

One of the important social indicators to measure the success of maternal mortality eradication programs and to see the status of maternal health is the Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR). The results of the initial survey in 2019 were 184 who experienced periods I and II, while in 2020 there were 222 people. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship maternal characteristics (parity and age) with the length of time for labor during the first and second stages of labor at RSUD dr. R. Koesma Tuban. The research design used an analytical method with a cross-sectional research design. The population used was all mothers who gave birth in the maternity room at RSUD dr. R. Koesma Tuban in 2021 many 842 respondents, obtained a sample size of many 271 respondents. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling. Data collection uses secondary data, namely the independent and dependent variables. While the test used is chi-square with a significant level α = 0.05. The results showed that almost all of the results of the study showed that the length of time of delivery for the first and second stages of the primiparous tended to give birth accordingly, whereas in multiparous and grade multi the delivery was appropriate. Based on the chi-square test, it was found that x2 count = 5.705 ˃ x2 table = 3.841, then H0 was rejected H1 accepted This means that there is a relationship between maternal characteristics (parity and age) and the length of time for labor during the first and second stages of labor at RSUD dr. Koesma Tuban. From the research, it can be concluded that the characteristics of the mother (parity and age) can affect the length of time of stages I and II. One of the preventive efforts that can be done is to provide counseling about the ideal age for marriage, especially for women, regular antenatal examinations, counseling on family planning programs that can be used for married women under 20 years old and women over 35 years old.

Abstract

The increasing number of infectious diseases caused by bacteria, fungi, viruses and parasites in Indonesia, and one of the bacteria that causes this disease is Bacillus subtilis. Therefore, the role of antibacterial is very important for the treatment of this disease. One of the antibacterials from nature is the white oyster mushroom (Pleurotus ostreatus). The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of various concentrations of white oyster mushroom (Pleurotus ostreatus) extract which was effective as an antibacterial against Bacillus subtilis. The research method uses the paper disc diffusion method. The results showed that the bacterial inhibition zone at a concentration of 20 g/ml obtained an average of 9.5 mm in the medium category, a concentration of 40 g/ml obtained an average of 11.3 mm in the strong category, a concentration of 60 g/ml obtained an average of 13, 3 mm in the strong category, a concentration of 80 g/ml obtained an average of 15.5 mm in the strong category and a concentration of 100 g/ml obtained an average of 17.3 mm in the strong category. The conclusion of this research is white oyster mushroom can be used as an anti-bacterial for Bacillus subtilis.

Effective behavior and coping, positive self-concept, and emotional stability. The methods used are quantitative methods, descriptive design of correlations and cross sectional approaches with stratified random sampling techniques obtained by 169 respondents. The results of the univariate analysis showed that 59.8% of respoden had a good knowledge of mental health and 42% of the respondents' mental health attitudes were negative. The results of bivariate analysis using chi-square showed a knowledge relationship with adolescent mental health attitudes at SMKN Wonosalam (p value 0.018).Keywords: Knowledge, Attitude, Mental Health, Adolescents.

Abstract

Motor development is related to nutritional status, optimal nutrition affects the physical growth of cell proliferation. Malnutrition will affect the development of children where the proportion of body structure becomes inappropriate for their age and interferes with the development of other aspects, one of which is fine motor development. This study used an analytical survey research design with a cross sectional approach with the aim of knowing the relationship between nutritional status and fine motor development. The population and sample in this study were 36-42 months old children in PAUD Tarbiyatush Shibyan, Gayaman Village, Mojoanyar District, amounting to 36 children with a total sampling technique. This study uses a weight scale instrument to measure body weight in determining the nutritional status of children with the criteria of Weight based on Age and KPSP (Kuesioner Pra Skrining Perkembangan) observation sheet to measure children's fine motor development. Data analysis with univariate analysis and bivariate analysis on two variables that are suspected to be correlated. Chi Square test was performed. Chi Square test results obtained p Value = 0.004 <0.05 which indicates that there is a relationship between nutritional status and fine motor development in PAUD Tarbiyatush Shibyan, Gayaman Village, Mojoanyar District. Abstract

During the COVID-19 pandemic, health services became a burden for the community. The number of cases of Covid-19 transmission made people reluctant to come to health facilities. Health workers are encouraged to continue carrying out their roles to adapt and provide optimal service to patients. Likewise, midwives are advised to continue to provide maternal and child health services by complying with health protocols. Based on data reported by the Central IBI in June 2020, 974 of 9,296 PMBs were closed, maternal and child health services were temporarily suspended from PMBs who continued to provide services. Most of them did not offer midwifery services following standard health protocols. This study was conducted to describe the evaluation of midwifery service standards during the COVID-19 pandemic. The research design used a cross-sectional with chi-square statistical test to determine the standard practice of midwifery services during the covid-19 pandemic, which was analyzed descriptively. Sampling with quota sampling, with a total of 30 respondents. The research instrument used a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that in the implementation of midwifery services according to standard health protocols during the COVID-19 pandemic, most of which were 53% carried out according to pregnancy, 67% of deliveries were not carried out according to health protocols, almost 90% of postpartum & BBL services were carried out accordingly, and 100% of family planning services are carried out according to health protocols. The conclusion is that most midwives carry out standard midwifery services during the covid-19 pandemic
