Abstract

Employee performance is very important in supporting the operational activities of the agency, so that every head of a government agency is required to be able to improve the performance of its employees. Various efforts can be made to improve employee performance starting from creating an Islamic organizational culture, Islamic leadership and Islamic human resource competencies owned by the agency. This study aims to analyze the influence of Islamic organizational culture, Islamic leadership and Islamic human resource competence on employee performance at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri Barito Selatan. The author uses quantitative research methods, with a sample of 56 people. The sampling technique in this study used saturated sampling and data collection techniques through observation, documentation, questionnaires and interviews and the statistical analysis used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results obtained indicate that the variables of Islamic organizational culture (X1), Islamic leadership (X2) and Islamic human resource competence (X3) together (simultaneously) have a significant effect on employee performance, where Fcount > Ftable is 19,092 > 2,783 (Ho rejected), then together the independent variables also contribute to employee performance by 52.4%. As for the partial variables X1, X2 and X3 have a significant effect on the Y variable with the contribution of each variable's value of 19.53%, 4.08%, and 28.79%. Based on the conclusion that if individual performance is good, it is likely that organizational performance is also good and an employee's performance is good if he has high knowledge and skills, is willing to work for a salary or is paid according to the agreement and has high future expectations. better, with strategies, programs, activities and development with an Islamic perspective that has the principles, goals, vision, mission and values.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the policy of the Palangka Raya city government towards the legal protection of women and children in the midst of the covid-19 pandemic. The type of research used is a qualitative research method. Sources of data in this study consisted of primary data and secondary data. The primary data are PPKBPPPAPM Office of Palangka Raya City, Head of Women and Children Empowerment Office of PPKBPPPAPM Office of Palangka Raya City and Manager of Posbakum Aisyiah City of Palangka Raya, while secondary data sources are instructions and policies of the City Government. Based on the results of the study, it can be explained that the Palangkaraya city government's policy towards legal protection of women and children in the midst of the covid-19 pandemic is very good. The city government through the PPKBPPPAPM Office of Palangka Raya City, in providing protection and empowerment of women, conducts counseling on family resilience as well as holding skills training for mothers in order to improve the community's economy in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, so that women in the household become independent, not dependent on their husbands, increase family welfare and better maintain health, so that physical and non-physical violence can be avoided.

Abstract

The Kuala Jelai Urban Village, Jelai District, Sukamara Regency has a function of providing public services in accordance with existing SOPs to ensure optimal quality service. This study of the service quality of the kelurahan office aims to analyze the service quality of the Kuala Jelai Kelurahan Office. This research was conducted with a qualitative descriptive approach, with interview data collection methods and field observations. Research informants consisted of personnel from the Kuala Jelai Kelurahan Office as service providers and several communities as service recipients determined by purposive sampling. Research studies that are based on 5 (five) dimensions of service, namely: 1). Tangible variable dimensions. 2). Dimensions of the Reliability variable. 3). Responsiviness variable dimensions. 4). Assurance variable dimensions. 5). The Emphaty variable dimension shows 4 (four) variables included in the "very good" category (Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Emphaty dimensions) while 1 (one) dimension is included in the "less good" category, namely the Tangible dimension. The study concluded that the services at the Kelurahan Kuala Jelai, Jelai District were classified as good qualifications and quality.

Abstract

Peningkatan pelayanan publik sangat penting untuk menghadapi era revolusi digital yang terus berlangsung sejalan dengan agenda besar reformasi birokrasi. Digitalisasi pelayanan publik menjadi strategi yang terus dilakukan oleh berbagai instansi pemerintah untuk mempermudah penerima layanan mengakses berbagai layanan yang disediakan. Di samping itu, akselerasi digital di tengah Pandemi Covid-19 turut serta mendorong Bapas Kelas II Sampit untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik bagi masyarakat dengan memanfaatkan teknologi digital sesuai dengan cita-cita era revolusi digital. Oleh sebab itu, penelitian ini bermaksud untuk melihat strategi peningkatan kualitas pelayanan publik dalam menghadapi era revolusi digital. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk (1) mengetahui kondisi pelayanan publik di Kantor Bapas Kelas II Sampit; (2) mengidentifikasi faktor lingkungan internal dan eksternal Kantor Bapas Kelas II Sampit dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik, dan (3) menganalisis strategi peningkatan kualitas pelayanan publik oleh Bapas Kelas II Sampit dalam menghadapi era revolusi digital. Teori besar yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori manajemen strategi dan teori kualitas pelayanan publik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara mendalam, studi literatur (penelitian terdahulu), dan FGD. Keabsahan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber dan metode. Sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan empat tahapan dari Miles dan Hubberman.

Abstract

Order Policy Implementation Passenger Terminal. The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of the policy in order Palangkaraya City passenger terminal. Design used in this study is a qualitative method. This method of choice for researchers is expected to be able to uncover the reality on the field and more sensitive and adaptive to the role of various factors in the study as well as more sensitive to information that is descriptive and try to maintain the integrity of objects studied. The results indicate the implementation of policies penelitina order passenger terminal in accordance with the regulations of higher, namely Law No. 22 of 2009 on Road Traffic and Transport as well as Minister of Transportation No. 31 of 1995 on Road Transport Terminal. However, enforcement action against passenger vehicles do find problems where the structure of service unit. Passenger Terminal is currently not in accordance with the volume of work is large enough

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the Quality of Apparatus Resources at the Bereng Village Office, Kahayan Hilir District, Pulang Pisau Regency. In this study, the author uses descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis with descriptive analysis model to describe the actual situation about the object under study according to the actual situation. The results of the study stated that the quality of apparatus resources at the Bereng Village Office, Kahayan Hilir District, Pulang Pisau Regency when adjusted to the framework of thinking that refers to Ability, Knowledge, Skills is as follows. From the aspect of ability, namely the ability that is formed from a number of competencies possessed by an employee which includes loyalty, discipline, cooperation and responsibility, the apparatus at the Bereng Village Office can be categorized quite well in terms of loyalty, discipline, cooperation and responsibility. For the Knowledge Aspect, namely the abilities possessed by employees who are more oriented towards intelligence and thinking power as well as broad knowledge mastery possessed by employees, but for the knowledge aspect, the existing apparatus resources are still lacking because the educational background of each employee is dominated by high school coupled with the development of increasingly advanced technology and the use of massive applications that not all employees are able to master.

Abstract

The legislative function is one of the functions attached to the Regional Representative Council whose main task is to compile regional legal products in the form of Regional Law. The legislative function of this Regional Representative Council needs to be optimized because it is a representation of policy formulation based on the aspirations of the people (bottom-up policymaking). This study aims to examine how the implementation of the legislative function inherent in the Central Kalimantan Regional Representative Council in the process of forming Regional Law and the obstacles that occured. This study uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews and observation. The results of the study show that the Central Kalimantan Regional Representative Council carries out its legislative function through the stages of forming Regional Law. Some of the problems found in the process of forming the Regional Law were the absence of a Regional Law Needs Analysis. The other obstacles found were: 1) communication problems with other stakeholders; 2) the organizational structure in Regional Representative Council is inadequate in overseeing various fields; 3) the condition of human resources, including the members, staff and experts who still do not support the optimization of the legislative function; and 4) the role of the Regional Law Formation Committee which still does not have a main place in the Regional Representative Council.

Abstract

Work motivation is a faktor that encourages someone to carry out activities at work. This is very important because motivation supports human behavior so that they want to work hard and enthusiastically in achieving their goals. Work motivation as a determinant of organizational success, one of which aims to improve the performance of employees of Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah, Penelitian dan Pengembangan Kota Palangka Raya. The purpose of this study is to find out and describe how work motivation in improving the performance of Bappedalitbang Palangka Raya employees, what are the motivating and inhibiting faktors of work motivation in improving the performance employees of Bappedalitbang Palangka Raya City and what efforts are being made to increase work motivation of Bappedalitbang employees of Palangka Raya City. The method used in this research is qualitative method. In analyzing the research, the researcher used several data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. In this study using the theory put forward by Afandi, namely through indikators of remuneration, working conditions, work facilities, work performance, recognition from superiors and the work itself. The results of this study indicate that work motivation in improving the performance of Bappedalitbang employees of Palangka Raya City has implemented the indikators proposed by Afandi. Work motivation in improving the performance of Bappedalitbang Palangka Raya employees is very good. However, further efforts are needed to further improve the performance of its employees.

Abstract

This research activity was carried out in order to find out the performance of the Village Government as the spearhead of the success of government programs so far, whether they have been properly implemented in a transparent and accountable manner, which ultimately aims to be felt and utilized by the people who really need them. The theory used for Transparency according to Mardiasmo (2006), Accountability according to Rasul (2002), Performance according to Mohammad Nahsun (2009) Research methods using Descriptive Quantitative Analysis with data collection techniques are Interviews, Questionnaires, Observation, and Documentation . This study uses 3 variables, namely Transparency (X1), Accountability (X2), and Performance (Y) of Pamait Village Government. The data analysis tool used is Multiple Linear Regression using SPSS Version 26. Effect of Accountability (X2) on Village Government Performance, showing that the t-count value is greater than t-table (2.111 > 1.996) and the significant value is less than 0.05 (0.038 <0.05), so it can be said that Transparency partially affects Village Government Performance in Pamait Village. So it can be concluded that H2 in this study Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that the research hypothesis is correct. The Effect of Transparency (X1) and Accountability (X2) on Village Government Performance (Y) simultaneously. Based on the results of the regression analysis in the table, the value of Fcount < Ftable (2.251 < 2.72) and a significant value > 0.05 (0.113 > 0.05) is obtained. So it can be concluded that Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected, which means that Transparency and Accountability simultaneously do not significantly influence Village Government Performance, so it can be concluded that H3 in this study Ho is accepted and Ha is accepted, meaning that the research hypothesis is not correct.

Abstract

The background of this research is to collect information and information about employees' perceptions of the workplace situation, job satisfaction and ongoing motivation and their relationship to employee performance. The purpose of this research is presented is to determine the effect of analysis: work situation, job satisfaction, motivation and environmental performance of employees of Pt. Semen Baturaja (Persero). This research was conducted at Pt. Semen Baturaja (Persero). Collecting information using a questionnaire, and taking the sample of this study as many as 65 employees with likelihood testing. Information analysis method used is multiple regression test, F test, and coefficient of determination (R²). The results show that: 1). Partially the t-test variable Work Situation (X1) has an effect on employee performance at PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero). It is known from p-value less than 0.05.2). Partially, the variable job satisfaction t test (X2) has an effect on employee performance at PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero). It is known from the p value which is less than 0.05.3). Partially, the work motivation variable t test (X3) has no effect on employee performance at PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero). It is known from the p value greater than 0.05. Based on the results of the study showed that the motivation at PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) does not need to be held because employees have self-motivation, and to increase employee motivation, incentive money is needed for those who excel. 4). Simultaneously (Test F) Variables Work Situation, Job Satisfaction, and Work Motivation have a significant influence on the performance of employees at PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero). It is known from the p value less than 0.05.
