Abstract

The performance of the West Kotawaringin Regency Satpol PP in providing direction, guidance and supervision in structuring street vendors is not running effectively. even tend not to be able to overcome the problem of structuring street vendors. so that many street vendors commit violations due to the lack of guidance in structuring street vendors. The Satpol PP of Kotawaringin Barat Regency has carried out routine and periodic raids at the city park location against street vendors who are still selling in the area, but the awareness of street vendors not to repeat selling in the city park area is still repeated. The locus of this research is Taman Kota Manis Pangkalan Bun. This research was conducted using a qualitative method with a case study approach and data collection through observation, interviews and documentation. Supervision of street vendors in Taman Manis Pangkalan Bun can be seen from: repressive supervision, supervision techniques using direct observation or observation, the supervision process in accordance with SOPs, the nature and timing of periodic supervision through routine patrols and sudden supervision through operations and objective and comprehensive indicators as effective form of supervision

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze and describe the influence of Service Quality on community satisfaction at the Nanga Bulik Village Office, to analyze and describe the influence of Service Location on community satisfaction at the Nanga Bulik District Office, to analyze and describe the influence of Service Quality and Service Location simultaneously on Community Satisfaction Nanga Bulik Village. The data collection techniques used were interviews, questionnaires, observation, and literature study; a sample of 80 people was taken, and the data analysis technique was brilliant PLS version 3. The results of this research show that there is an influence of Service Quality on Community Satisfaction in the Nanga Bulik sub-district; the meaning is Every time there is an increase of 1 () unit in Service Quality, it can be predicted that there will be an increase in public satisfaction of 0.470. There is an influence of Service Location on Community Satisfaction in the Nanga Bulik sub-district, meaning that every time there is an increase of 1 () unit in the service location, it can be predicted that there will be an increase in community satisfaction of 0.388. Service quality and service location influence community satisfaction in the Nanga Bulik sub-district. In conclusion, every time there is an increase in service quality and location, community satisfaction in Nanga Bulik Village will increase. Abstract

The challenge elementary school teachers face in the digital era is that using platform facilities to support learning is not optimal. This workshop aims to provide (1) training in using Liveworksheets and (2) evaluating elementary school teachers' interest in developing worksheets with the Liveworksheets application. This community service activity is carried out in the planning, implementation, and reflection stages. Participants were 14 elementary school teachers in Cluster 13 Palangka Raya. The interest evaluation instrument uses the Liveworksheet Platform and questionnaire. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis. The results of this workshop completing the workshop for making worksheets using Liveworksheet: (1) elementary school teachers' interest in Liveworksheets is in the high and very high range; (2) Liveworksheets are attractive because of the appearance they create in the application; (3) it is felt that the existence of the Liveworksheet has increased teachers' interest in making their worksheets; (4) teachers are interested in trying to make worksheets themselves with Liveworksheet; (5) teachers need Liveworksheets as a facility for creating worksheets. Based on the analysis of teachers' interest in using Liveworksheets, it can be concluded that providing technical guidance to make worksheets with Liveworksheets is interesting, needed, and motivates teachers to make worksheets for their learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi  dan  etos  kerja  terhadap  kinerja  karyawan  di Otoritas  Pelabuhan  dan  Harbourmaster  Office  Kelas  IV Pulang Pisau. Teknik pengambilan sampel  yang digunakan adalah  metode  sampling  saturasi. Sebanyak 25 karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi (X1) dan etika kerja (X2) berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) di Otoritas Pelabuhan dan Kantor Pelabuhan Kelas IV Pulang Pisau. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi dan etos kerja berpengaruh simultan terhadap efektivitas kerja di Otoritas Pelabuhan dan Harbourmaster Office Kelas IV Pulang Pisau yang  ditunjukkan  dengan  nilai  probabilitas  0,05  yang  lebih besar dari nilai probabilitas sig [0,05 0,039], di mana dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima.

Abstract

This training aims to improve the ability of public elementary school (SDN) teachers serving in the suburbs of Palangka Raya City to apply Problem-Based Learning (PBL) and Project-Based Learning (PjBL) learning models. The training method used includes an interactive approach through group discussions, practical simulations, and direct guidance in designing PBL and PjBL-based teaching modules. The results of this training activity show a significant increase in teachers' conceptual understanding and practical skills related to the application of PBL and PjBL in learning in elementary schools. The trainee teachers became more skillful in designing innovative teaching modules that are in accordance with the principles of PBL and PjBL and showed increased confidence in managing classes with these approaches. In addition, the formation of a learning community among teachers shows a commitment to continue sharing knowledge and experiences, supporting the sustainability of PBL and PjBL implementation consistently in schools. It is hoped that the impact of this training can contribute to improving the quality of teaching and learning outcomes of students in peripheral elementary schools in Palangka Raya City.

Abstract

The Kuala Jelai Urban Village, Jelai District, Sukamara Regency has a function of providing public services in accordance with existing SOPs to ensure optimal quality service. This study of the service quality of the kelurahan office aims to analyze the service quality of the Kuala Jelai Kelurahan Office. This research was conducted with a qualitative descriptive approach, with interview data collection methods and field observations. Research informants consisted of personnel from the Kuala Jelai Kelurahan Office as service providers and several communities as service recipients determined by purposive sampling. Research studies that are based on 5 (five) dimensions of service, namely: 1). Tangible variable dimensions. 2). Dimensions of the Reliability variable. 3). Responsiviness variable dimensions. 4). Assurance variable dimensions. 5). The Emphaty variable dimension shows 4 (four) variables included in the "very good" category (Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Emphaty dimensions) while 1 (one) dimension is included in the "less good" category, namely the Tangible dimension. The study concluded that the services at the Kelurahan Kuala Jelai, Jelai District were classified as good qualifications and quality.

Abstract

Life within Huma Betang teaches the importance of accepting and respecting differences, maintaining harmony, and prioritizing the common good over personal interests. Elementary education, as the foundation of character building, plays a strategic role in instilling the multicultural values embodied in the Huma Betang philosophy. The limited literature and scholarly studies discussing the implementation of multicultural values based on local culture in elementary school settings, particularly those focusing on Huma Betang, represent a gap that needs to be addressed through research and curriculum development. This study was conducted using a qualitative approach with a phenomenological method to observe the cognitive and character changes experienced by students through their interactions with learning components explored in their natural form. The findings of this study indicate that the multicultural values of the Huma Betang philosophy, such as tolerance, togetherness, mutual cooperation, and mutual respect, have been effectively implemented in shaping the character of students at SDN 6 Bukit Tunggal, Palangka Raya. These values are not only applied in non-academic activities like mutual cooperation but also in students' daily interactions, creating a harmonious atmosphere amid cultural diversity.

Abstract

Education aims to optimally develop the human potential possessed by individuals. The art of " karungut" is a traditional art form of the Dayak Ngaju, through vocal performance. This research to analyze and describe the content of the "karungut" that can be utilized to strengthen the socio-emotional education of students in Palangka Raya. The research method used is qualitative with a case study. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. The respondents of the research consisted of 3 “karungut” artists, 6 elementary school teachers, and 10 students. The data analysis used was the interactive analysis. The results showed that “karungut” contains the following aspects: (1) self-awareness skills (10%), (2) emotion management skills (20%), (3) empathy skills (20%), (4) relationship management skills (40%), and (5) responsible decision-making skills (10%). In conclusion, "karungut" is a part of the local culture of the Dayak  that can be utilized to strengthen socio-emotional education.
