Abstract

The necessity for differentiated instruction in history learning is evident due to the diverse needs of learners in terms of interests, readiness, preferences, and intelligence. Implementing a learning model such as Exo-PjBL or Exhibition Project Based Learning can assist Phase E learners in achieving their goals within the context of the Merdeka Curriculum. The objective of this research is to describe and disseminate the various elements that differentiate the Exhibition Project Based Learning model. This will support the achievement of the aim of history education according to the applicable curriculum and train students to have 21st century skills, which are essential for individuals in the modern era. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method to elucidate how the Exo-PjBL model provides differentiated learning experiences to students and supports them in acquiring 21st century skills. The results of this study indicate that the Exo-PjBL model can facilitate the implementation of differentiated instruction (through differentiation of content, product, process, and learning environment elements) in learning Indonesian history for Phase E students at SMAN 7 Malang. This indicates that the benefits of the project-based learning model as well as differentiated instruction can be felt by students, especially in supporting the achievement of history learning objectives.

Abstract

The Museum Tanah dan Pertanian is one of the museums located in the city of Bogor. The Museum of land and agriculture can be used as a learning resource for environmental history because it has a variety of collections related to land and agriculture in Indonesia, which includes the dimensions of history, environment, politics, technology, and the future of Indonesian Agriculture. This study uses qualitative research methods with library research approach. The result of this study is the Museum Tanah dan Pertanian can be used as a source of learning history, because the various collections owned by the museum can be associated with the scope of environmental history, among others 1) the natural environment in the past, 2) modes of production, 3) the perception of ideology and cultural values and 4) public responses that arise in the form of debates, laws and political regulations related to the environment. Various information obtained from the museum is converted into knowledge, which will foster environmental awareness

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to develop E-Books as teaching materials and to instill local wisdom values and determine the historical thinking of students of the Islamic History Education Department of UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung. This research uses a research and development method that adapts from the Borg and Gall model, which consists of the stages of research and data collection, planning, product draft development, small field trials, initial product refinement, large field trials, product refinement of field test results, field implementation tests, final product refinement, then the last is dissemination and implementation. The results of the feasibility test were carried out through small group and large group trials where the majority of students did not recognize the role of local figure R.M Djajengkoesoemo in Tulungagung. As we know R.M Djajengkoesoemo is a local figure from Tulungagung who fought against the Dutch attack on the Ngujang bridge incident, Tulungagung Regency. Based on the results of research and group trials, the development of E-books meets the feasibility as teaching materials that facilitate access and have features according to the needs of students of the Islamic History Education Department of UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan E-Book sebagai bahan ajar dan untuk menanamkan nilai kearifan lokal serta mengetahui berpikir historis mahasiswa Jurusan Pendidikan Sejarah Islam UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan yang mengadaptasi dari model Borg and Gall, yang terdiri dari tahapan penelitian dan pengumpulan data, perencanaan, pengembangan draft produk, uji coba lapangan kecil, penyempurnaan produk awal, uji coba lapangan besar, penyempurnaan produk hasil uji lapanggan, uji pelaksanaan lapangan, penyempurnaan produk akhir, lalu yang terakhir diseminasi dan implementasi. Hasil uji kelayakan dilakukan melalui uji coba kelompok kecil dan kelompok besar yang mayoritas mahasiswa tidak mengenal peranan tokoh lokal R.M Djajengkoesoemo di Tulungagung. Seperti yang kita ketahui R.M Djajengkoesoemo merupakan tokoh lokal asal Tulungagung yang berjuang melawan serangan Belanda pada peristiwa jembatan Ngujang, Kabupaten Tulungagung. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan uji coba kelompok, pengembangan E-book memenuhi kelayakan sebagai bahan ajar yang memudahkan akses dan memiliki fitur sesuai dengan kebutuhan mahasiswa Jurusan Pendidikan Sejarah Islam UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung.

Abstract

This study discusses the role of the driving teacher in implementing the independent curriculum for history learning at SMA Negeri 6 Samarinda, which has several objectives, namely; to find out the role of the driving teacher in implementing the independent curriculum for history learning for students at SMA Negeri 6 Samarinda, and to find out the obstacles faced by the driving teacher in implementing the independent curriculum for history learning at SMA Negeri 6 Samarinda. The type of research used is qualitative research. Qualitative research focuses on collecting qualitative data such as words, pictures, behavior, and documents, with the aim of describing and understanding the phenomena that occur thoroughly. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation (observation or recording), and documentation. In this study, the analysis used was data collection, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study reveal that the role of the driving teacher in implementing the independent curriculum for history learning has several stages. The first stage is learning planning, the second is implementing learning in a differentiated manner, and the third is evaluating. In addition, the driving teacher shares good practices in educational forums, establishes collaboration between teachers with the aim of increasing students' interest in learning, and realizes student leadership by giving responsibility to students to lead the group. In carrying out their role, motivating teachers also face various obstacles including; difficulties in achieving learning objectives, difficulties in innovating, inadequate facilities and infrastructure, high dependence on technology, and lack of funds that support learning activities.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are: (1) to develop an online-based history learning assessment design that meets high standards in terms of accessibility, completeness of assessment components, and visual appearance, and (2) to develop an online-based history learning assessment design with a high level of effectiveness in measuring students' critical and analytical thinking skills. This study employs an experimental method, with data collection conducted through questionnaires, interviews, and observations involving history teachers and eleventh-grade social science students at SMAN 1 Yogyakarta, SMAN 1 Godean, and SMAN 1 Bantul. The data analysis employs parametric statistics and an independent t-test to compare the experimental and control groups, determining the effectiveness level of the assessment design. The results of this study are as follows: (1) The developed online-based history learning assessment design has demonstrated high standards of accessibility, with a score of 19.21 and an achievement rate of 90%; completeness of assessment components, with a score of 18.11 and an achievement rate of 91.67%; and visual appearance, with a score of 17.66 and an achievement rate of 91.67%. (2) The developed online-based history learning assessment design has been proven effective, as indicated by a significance value of 0.00 < 0.05, confirming its effectiveness in measuring students' critical and analytical thinking skills. This effectiveness is further supported by improvements across six critical and analytical thinking indicators, which were higher in the experimental group than in the control group. These findings suggest that the proposed assessment design is viable and suitable for assessing students' critical and analytical thinking skills.
