Abstract

The problem in urban areas which has always been the topic of discussion is the discipline of city residents regarding traffic regulations that still need to be improved. Some commonly used methods to increase understanding of traffic signs have been carried out by related parties including counseling at school and as a condition for obtaining a SIM. But the method used has a less interactive and attractive appearance, and is not practical to carry anywhere. This study provides a solution to these problems by utilizing smartphones and augmented reality (AR) technology. Smartphone has now become one of the needs that can not be separated from human life, where almost everyone and even children can operate it. In addition, AR technology has also been widely used as a learning medium, one of which is as a medium for the introduction of traffic signs. Through the ability of AR in combining the real world and the virtual world at one time, the application of AR produced by this study was able to increase people's understanding of traffic signs by being more interactive, interesting and practical.

Learning the skills to grow peanuts in light intellectual retardation children, it seems that the work process of children is still not good and right. The objectives of this study are 1. To find out the process of improving peanut planting skills through a demonstration-based method of task analysis in light IX retard children in SLBN 1 Padang. 2. Prove that lightly mental retardation children are skilled at growing groundnuts through demonstration-based methods of task analysis. This type of research is a classroom action research conducted in the form of collaboration between researchers and classroom teachers. As research subjects, two children with light mental retardation grade IX C. Data obtained through observation, and tests of deeds. Then analyzed qualitatively translated through test results. The results of the study after being treated for 7 (seven) meetings showed that the initial ability before the treatment of planting peanuts by BY 28%, and ML 39%. While at the end of the first cycle, BY's ability increased (63%), and ML (68%). In cycle II the ability of BY increased to (89%) and ML (93%). Each cycle begins with planning, implementation, observation, analysis, and reflection. It can be concluded that the implementation of learning by using a method of analysis based on task analysis can improve peanut planting skills in children with intellectual retardation in class IX in SLB Negeri I Padang.

Abstract

This study discusses the introduction of the concept of numbers 1-10 to a mentally disabled child. The aim is to prove that the effective bocce game is used to advance the skills of mentally disabled children in understanding the concepts of numbers 1-10. This research uses experimental research in the form of Single-Subject Research (SSR). The study was conducted with three baseline conditions (A1), intervention (B) and baseline (A2), then the data were processed using graphs. The results showed the baseline (A1) condition was observed five times; the ability of children in this condition experienced the same that is fixed at a percentage of 35%. Furthermore, in the intervention condition and the second baseline, the child's skills in increasing their acquisition value (32.5% -85%), in the intervention condition and (75.5% -87.5%) in the baseline (A2) condition. Thus, the proposed hypothesis is accepted with a tendency towards (+), a tendency for 20% overlapping variable stability data, meaning that through the game, Bocce Modification can advance the skills of mentally disabled children to understand the concept of numbers 1-10.

Abstract

This research discusses makeup skills for mildly mentally retarded children. This research is experimental research. The purpose of this study is to prove an effective video tutorial used in improving makeup skills for mildly mentally retarded children. This type of research is an experimental method in the form of pre-experimental with the type of one group pretest-posttest design. The subjects of this study were 5 mild retarded children in SLB N 2 Padang. This study consists of several stages, namely the first stage of the pretest to determine the initial condition of the ability to apply makeup, then given treatment using a video tutorial and continued by providing posttest processed and compared using the Wilcoxon Rank Task test. From the results of the study, the data obtained on average at the time of the pretest is 34.00 while for the posttest there is an increase that is to 85.80. More scientific data were processed using the test Wilcoxon obtained task rank values between pretest and posttest 2.0 23 with Asymp. Sig (2-tailed) 0.0 43 . Predetermined probability ? = 0.05. The alternative hypothesis is accepted because the probability <of the predetermined probability is 0.0 43 <0.05. So it is proven that the use of video tutorial models in improving makeup skills for mildly retarded children.

The purpose of this study is to reveal whether effective ladder snake media as a medium that can improve the summing ability of children with learning difficulties. The method used by researchers in this study is single-subject research (SSR) with A-B-A design. Measure and collect data on the first baseline condition (A1) continuously for 5 five observations. Intervening using snake ladder media (B) was carried out for 8 observations. Give a second baseline condition (A2) for 4 observations. Data collection techniques 0f research data is to provide tests and study documentation. Based on the results of data analysis under conditions that show an increase in the ability to add positive secera. Overlap of data at baseline (A1) intervention (B) is 40% and overlap of data at baseline (A2) and intervention is 12.5%. Based on the results of the analysis of these data shows that the snake ladder media can improve the summing ability of children with learning difficulties.
