Abstract

The development of the transportation system in Banda Aceh City every year experiences a very significant development. This has an impact on inadequate transportation facilities and infrastructure. This problem urges the Banda Aceh city government, especially agencies related to the Department of Transportation, to be able to overcome problems that arise such as congestion and limited parking space. This study aims to determine the role of the Banda Aceh City Transportation Service, the factors that support and hinder the implementation of electronic off-street parking in Banda Aceh City and the amount of PAD received from the off-street parking sector. The result of this research is that the Banda Aceh City Transportation Service is responsible for offstreet parking management management on Jl. T. Panglima Nyak Makam and the supporting factors are reducing congestion, preventing PAD leakage, making parking management more orderly, while the inhibiting factors are limited parking space, budget and implementation of the non-cash payment system that has not been 100% implemented. The results of data analysis of the average number of two-wheeled vehicles are 550 vehicles per day and four-wheeled vehicles are 213 vehicles. Revenue per day for two-wheeled vehicles Rp. 550,000 and 4-wheeled vehicles Rp. 426,000. If accumulated for 1 year of Rp. 356,240,000 compared to the manual parking system in 2016 of Rp. 32,770,000, the application of this electronic parking system has increased by 987% per year.

Abstract

Building Information Modeling (BIM) can be a useful platform for engineers in designing or modeling a building. Autodesk Revit is a BIM based architectural and structural design program. The purpose of this research is to deepen the Autodesk Revit Structure application program in terms of features, facilities provided by revit, the basis for working on the revit program, as well as detailed design steps for columns, beams and foundations. The method that will be used in this research is to collect data from several appropriate sources with the title of the study, the reference sources include books, the internet and reviews related to case studies conducted on this application. The results of this study explain the facilities needed to run the revit structure, such as buying a license and downloading the trial for students, the steps for modeling a project using autodesk revit, such as understanding the initial display of the autodex revit software, project browser,box properties, ribown menu, introducing the display initial (user interface), as well as modeling structure. The conclusion of this research is that soft drowing on autodex revit can be made in 3D, making it easier for engineers to design detailed parts and check for errors that occur. So that in certain cases if there is an error in the modeling, the engineers can correct the error without changing all parts, because with this revit application, if one part is changed, it appears that it will automatically change.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of adding rice husk ash to normal concrete on its compressive strength value. The benefit of this research is to increase knowledge about the effect of rice husk ash which can be used as an effort to reduce the use of Portland cement in concrete. This research method uses an experimental method of an experiment to determine the effect of a variable under study. The location of this research was conducted at the laboratory of PT. Nisajana Hasna Rizqy Tegal. The results of this study are the composition of the mixture of rice husk ash mixture which has the greatest compressive strength value occurs in the mixture of ASP * 10% concrete at 19.84 MPa aged 28 days, the compressive strength value does not reach the planned target of 24 MPa.  Keywords : Rice Husk Ash, Concrete, Compressive Strength Value

Abstract

In today's modern era, technological developments are needed to increase development in all fields. to provide flexibility and to prevent cracks in the concrete due to loading, because used tire fibers have a fairly high elastic modulus of 0.77 - 1.13 MPa, and a low density ranging from 1.08 - 1.27 tons/m3, and waste tires taken from PT. Kharindo Prakarsa, Sidoarjo Regency, East Java. The methods used are ACI 211.1-91 and ASTM C-33. The test object used is a cylinder with dimensions of 15 cm x 30 cm with a total of 20 specimens and a design FAS of 0.50. The test will be carried out until the concrete is 28 days old in an immersion bath. The results obtained from this study are the compressive strength of the control test object produced is 29.78 Mpa, and the value of the split tensile strength of concrete using the addition of used tire fibers with percentages of 0%, 0.5%, 1.0% and 1.5%. namely 3.88, 3.93, 3.96, and 4.07 MPa. Meanwhile, the determinant value (K) using linear regression analysis is 0.87, 0.81, 0.92, and 0.94, and the planned quality correlation (fct) with the test results obtained using correlation (fctcorrelation) is obtained values of 4.75, 4.44, 5.04 and 5.13, so that the difference between the correlation fct minus the 2013 fctSNI is 1.27, 2.02, and 4.67, then the comparison of fctSNI2013 testing fct correlation fct is obtained, so the correlation value is of all the percentages of fiber addition used tires are categorized as high, namely 0.81-0.99

Abstract

Bagaimana keadaan karakteristik parkir di Pasar Umum Purwodadi Grobogan pada situasu saat ini Berapakah kapasitas dan kebutuhan (demand)ruang parkir di Pasar Umum Purwodadi Grobogan Menganalisis Karakteristis parkir di Pasar Umum Purwodadi Grobogan pada situasi saat ini Menganalisis Kapasitas dan Kebutuhan (demand) ruang parkir di Pasar Umum Purwodadi Grobogan Survai data primer dilakukan untuk mengetahui desain survai, waktu keluar masuk kendaraan dari lokasi parkir, lama waktu kendaraan parkir, jenis dan plat nomor kendaraan, dan ukuran karakteristik parkir dimensional serta survaiperhitungan jumlah kendaraan pada jalan depan Pasar Purwodadi Grobogan yang dilakukan secara manual. Sedangkan data sekunder diambil dari pihak-pihak terkait, jurnal, buku literatur, maupun peraturan-peraturan yang menyangkut masalah parkir.Pasar Purwodadi Grobogan menggunakan parkir Off Street Parking yang berarti parkir didalam area pasar, Kapasitas parkir pada Pasar Purwodadi Grobogan sangat mencukupi pada kapasitas parkir sepeda montor, sedangkan kapasitas parkir pada mobil dan juga truk sangat kurang memadai, untuk masalah kemacetan tidak ada kemacetan. Walaupun ada kemacetan itu terjadi karena proses manuver pada kendaraan yang parkir pada bahu jalan depan Pasar Purwodadi Grobogan, Pengelola Pasar Purwodadi Grobogan lebih baik memisahkan antara parkir pengunjung dengan parkir pemilik/karyawan toko, Diharapkan diadakanya tempat parkirkhusus diluar area pasar/menggunakan sebagian tempat angkudes yang berada tepat di depan Pasar Purwodadi Grobogan agar mobil pengunjung dan juga mobil bongkar muat tidak parkir di bahu jalan sepanjang depan pasar, sehingga tidak menggangu kenyamanan pengguna jalan.

Abstract

Sea transportation mode in this case ship is an alternative transportation mode that is most often chosen by the community when traveling on the Ternate - Sanana route. For this type of transportation mode, it is relatively smooth because almost every day it is available, there are 3 ships operating in one week. One important factor in the management of sea transportation services is fare. This is the reason people use this mode of transportation, because the fare is considered quite affordable. Therefore, this study was conducted to determine the Ability To Pay (ATP) and Willingness To Pay (WTP) users of the Ternate Sanana sea ship services, which can later be taken into consideration in evaluating the appropriate fare. From the data that has been processed, the Ability To Pay (ATP) value of Rp.471,722 and the Willingness to Pay (WTP) value of Rp.229,100. Keywords : Ability to Pay (ATP), Willingness To Pay (WTP), Fare, Sea Transportatio Mode, Ternate, Sanana.

Abstract

AbstractClean water is a vital need of living things, especially for human beings who live spread throughout the earth's surface both in urban and rural areas. This study aims to determine the discharge and the condition of the existing water sources used by SPAM, STL Ulu Terawas Sub-district, to find out the elevation of each pipe junction of the STL Ulu Terawas SPAM pipe. Provide the most efficient alternative network in meeting the needs of the community. The method of analyzing the water distribution network in the drinking water supply system in STL Ulu Terawas District, Kabupaten Musi Rawas using EPANET 2.0 software. The EPANET simulation results show that the water discharge value at the SPAM STL Ulu Terawas Musi Rawas Regency is getting lower as the water pressure decreases at junction 4 (four) the water discharge is 30 liters/second until junction 13 (thirteen) the water discharge is 15 liters/second. The EPANET simulation results show that the elevation conditions at the SPAM STL Ulu Terawas Musi Rawas Regency are too high from the water source, such as at junction 2 (two) the elevation is 51 meters, while the elevation at junction 10 (ten) elevation is 62 meters. That's what causes the water discharge to get further and lower its speed. The EPANET simulation results show that the water distribution network of SPAM STL Ulu Terawas has failed, such as at junction 4 (four) the water discharge is 30 liters/second while junction 13 (thirteen) water discharge is 15 liters/second, which means it can be explained that the water distribution network At SPAM STL Ulu Terawas Kabupatn Musi Rawas, the water has not been able to drain properly.

Abstract

AbstractConcrete is one of the choices as a structural material for construction in the construction sector, in this case, a concrete mixture is an object that is often used as research to obtain efficient construction methods and develop concrete constituent materials. The utilization of waste as a substitute for portland cement or additives is not a new thing. This research is expected to reduce rice snail waste that pollutes the environment and compare the compressive strength of normal concrete with concrete that uses rice snails as a partial substitute for cement and fine aggregate. This study refers to the ACI 211.1-91 and ASTM C-33/C33-08 methods. The rice snail waste was first crushed and filtered through a sieve that passed the ASTM No. 200 filter as a partial substitution of cement with substitution percentages of 0%, 5%, 10%, and 15% in the concrete mixture. The test object used is a cylinder with dimensions of 15 cm x 30 cm, totaling 40 specimens with a planned concrete quality of 17 MPa by the minimum requirements for structural concrete in SNI 2847-2019. Each percentage of 5 samples and testing will be carried out until the concrete is 28 days old in an immersion bath. The results show that the compressive strength using 0% snail shell variations was 17.35 MPa and 5%, 10%, and 15% variations were 15.74 MPa, 10.60 MPa, and 7.63 MPa. As well as the ratio of the density of the volume of concrete with mixed variations of 0%, 5%, 10% and 15%, namely 2344.4 kg/cm3, 2277.2 kg/cm3, 2170.4 kg/cm3 and 2103.7 kg/cm3. Keywords—Compressive Strength of Concrete, Rice Snail Waste, Substitution

Abstract

Soil is the basic material used to support the planning of civil construction buildings. If a construction is built on soil conditions that have low bearing capacity, it will cause problems during construction. One type of soil that has a low bearing capacity is peat soil. Therefore it is necessary to improve the type of soil that has a low soil bearing capacity, namely peat soil by using the soil stabilization method. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of adding 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%  coal bottom ash with a curing period of 0 days and 7 days in terms of the CBR value. Based on the research that has been done, it is found that the more addition coal bottom ash with a curing time of 0 days and 7 days, the CBR value of the soil will increase. The CBR values obtained from testing in the laboratory are 2.43% and 3.91%, where based on the results of these tests there is an increase in the CBR value with the addition of 30% coal bottom ash with a curing period of 7 days.

Abstract

Flood in Ujungberung region occurs when rainy season. The location of the Ujungberung region is in the Bandung basin area from the upstream river originating at the Mount Manglayang. The impact of floods that occur is disrupting the drainage flow, settlement, traffic and economic land use such as markets, and agriculture in the region. The government has made some prevention efforts by constructing three Retention Basin on the Cinambo River, Cipamulihan River, and Cilameta River. There isn’t analysis on how much the optimal reduction in flood discharge and reservoir volume. In this study using a quantitative approach and descriptive method. Retanding basin analysis is based on the 25-years hydrological flood discharge using the Snyder method HEC-HMS v4.3 software. From the results of the Retention Basin modeling, it was found that in the Cinambo River with the initial discharge of  Q25 is 37.70 m3/sec become 11.10 m3/sec can be reduced by 70.56 % with an optimal storage volume of 143,300 m3, in the Cipamulihan River with the initial discharge of Q25 is 19.20 m3/sec become 8.10 m3/sec can be reduced by 57.81 % with an optimal storage volume of 143,300 m3, and in the Cilameta River with the initial discharge of Q25 is 13.40 m3/sec become 9.3 m3/sec can be reduced by 30.60% with an optimal storage volume of 23,100 m3. If the Retention Basin planned to be carried out with an optimal storage volume, it must be adjusted to the available retention land area and with a required dimension.
