Heart disease is still one of the leading causes of death in Indonesia and the world for both men and women of all ages. To reduce the number of deaths from heart disease, it is, therefore, necessary to conduct research to analyze data related to the causes of heart disease. In this study, the decision tree series C4.5 algorithm was used to classify heart disease data. The decision tree series C4.5 algorithm is processed in rapidminer version 9.10 tools. through the stages of Pre-processing, Set roles, modeling the decision tree series C4.5 algorithm on training data, applying the model to data testing, and testing to calculate the accuracy of the model on data testing. Testing using the confusion matrix resulted in an accuracy rate of 80.43% and a classification error of 19.57% was obtained. As well as the results of the Visualization of AUC (Area Under Curve) from the ROC curve, the value of AUC: 0.798 (Positive class): Heart Disease.

In general, some students also use a method called Tikrar, where the student repeats the verse. However, sometimes they're forgetting how many times it has been repeated. With Al-Quran Tikrar, there is a framework for memorizing Quran that can be found around the pages of the Quran. This helps to mark how many times the verse has been repeated using a ballpoint, pencil and such. But over time, the Quran would devreased its quality and condition, which causes the pages of the Quran seems dirty and damaged. The system works by making the memorizer or reciter be able to mark the number of times the verse has been repeated along with the level of fluency from "not yet memorized" to "mutqin" status, and the system can also store data on the quality of memorizing the Quran from day to day based on the number of verses memorized so that the supervisor or ustadz in the tahfidz Quran class can monitor the quality of the memorizer through the ustadz's dashboard. With Al-Quran Tikrar Android App, can memorize easily and integrated into Firebase so the repeated part can be recorded and not corrupted due to certain conditions.

The manufacturing industry is currently faced with increasingly complex and diverse challenges. To address this challenge, companies need an approach based on data science to improve production performance and efficiency. This paper proposes the concept and implementation of data science in the manufacturing industry. Several important concepts in data science, including predictive analysis, prescriptive analysis, and optimization, are introduced. It also highlights the algorithms and data analysis techniques used to maximize production performance and reduce costs. Implementing data science in the manufacturing industry involves steps such as data collection, data processing, data analysis, and decision-making. Several use cases of data science in the manufacturing industry, including predictive analytics to forecast machine failures, prescriptive analysis to increase productivity, and optimization to optimize production schedules, are discussed here. The results of this scientific paper show that implementing data science in the manufacturing industry can significantly improve production performance and efficiency. This scientific paper provides useful insights for practitioners, researchers, and policymakers in the manufacturing industry who are interested in applying data science to production processes

Choosing the right skincare product is an important step in facial skin care, but this process requires the expertise of a specialist, which is relatively slow. The purpose of this research is to optimize the skincare product selection process by creating an expert system using the Matlab application. The method used in making the expert system is the Tsukamoto fuzzy method and genetic algorithms. The Tsukamoto fuzzy inference system helps select skincare by using membership limits according to specialist at clinic. There are four input variables, namely skin moisture, enlarged pores, blackheads, telangiactasis and one output, namely type of skincare package. The Tsukamoto fuzzy membership limit will be optimized with genetic algorithm using different crossover rate (cr) variations. The results showed that Tsukamoto's fuzzy accuracy level was 65.37%. After optimizing the membership limit, the accuracy rate increases by 17.63% to 82,93%. The increase in accuracy shows that the expert system using the two Tsukamoto fuzzy methods and the genetic algorithm is better when compared to using only the Tsukamoto fuzzy method. The optimal parameter in the genetic algorithm is the Crossover rate (cr) 0.4, with a Mutation Rate of 0.01 and the number of generations is 10.

Settlements environmental health requirements that continue to grow and develop include 7 aspects. Stakeholders have difficulty classifying the environmental health of settlements, it takes a long time, is not accurate, and is incomplete. The settlements environmental health expert system application is built on a website using the Certainty Factor Method. Expert system application development adopts the Expert System Development Life Cycle (ESDLC) method. Applications are designed starting from reasoning and scoring, database design, context diagrams, and system flow charts. Expert system applications based on design were developed using the Notepad++ editor to write Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) programs with the CodeIgniter framework. XAMPP is used to run databases using MySQL and Apache for local servers. The results of the comparison between manual calculations and applications have the same score. This can be used as evidence that the expert system application built can be used to help classify settlements environmental health. The results of the classification can be used as a reference for policies and forms of environmental health reporting in settlements every year by stakeholders.

SD Negeri 11 Rantau Bayur is a public educational institution located in Banyuasin Regency. The school has been accredited with grade B and implements the 2013 curriculum in teaching and learning activities. However, SD Negeri 11 Rantau Bayur still uses manual methods in evaluating and recording student grades, such as making report cards, grade legers, and recapitulating student grades. This is an obstacle for teachers in measuring the development of students' abilities optimally because the results of the recap of student grades can only be seen at the end of the semester. Therefore, SD Negeri 11 Rantau Bayur needs a website-based report card application with an effective and efficient interface design. The design of the interface aims to provide an overview in the application of the report card application that can improve the efficiency of managing and recording student grades. This interface design is done using the User Centered Design (UCD) method, which allows users to participate in the application design process. This allows users to provide input and suggestions regarding the interface and desired features. After the design was completed, the prototype design of the report card application was evaluated using the Heuristic Evaluation & Webuse (Website Usability Evaluation) questionnaire.

The village government is now increasingly advanced and smooth with the help of various kinds of technology ranging from applications and other supports. The computer is one of the tools that makes it easier in the form of making software and hardware.At this time, Muktiwari village is still conducting data collection manually, specifically for storing personnel data so that there is a high possibility of data errors, delays in the process of searching for employee data and the availability of required data. The method used in this study is direct observation of the administrative staff responsible for the data system,apart from field research, the author also conducts a literature study, namely by collecting sources relevant to the problems that occur. The design of this personnel information system will also use software design with a prototype model.The purpose of designing this system is to simplify the work process of employees and reduce repetitive performance, so that employee data can be stored neatly if at any time data is needed. The results of the design of the Muktiwari village staffing system will be able to increase efficiency and effectively improve the shortcomings of the existing system.

Value is the achievement of student learning outcomes cumulatively in a one semester. Cumulative means the average of the average value assignments, daily test, mid semester test and end of semester test. Then in every educational institution there is a KKM value (Minimum Completeness Criteria) which is a reference for completeness from the final result of student score. At this time, almost all educational institutions, both public and private, are careful in processing student score data, because of the importance of the value that will be issued to determine student achivment. The value data processing that occurs at SMP Negeri 6 Pelepat Ilir is currently still by copying or duplicating student data file, causing a buildup of data which has an impact on the difficulty of getting value data information because they have to open the data files one by one. The purpose of this study is to facilitate teachers in processing student score data at SMP Negeri 6 Pelepat Ilir by using the PHP programming language and using the phpmyadmin database. Thhe result of this study are the axistence of an information system for processing student grades data will provide convenience for teachers in processing student grades.

Teacher evaluation is a common practice in the world of education. It is useful to determine the quality of teaching performed by teachers. Assessment and evaluation also aim to stimulate the performance of teachers in the learning process. Evaluation and assessment of teachers at Pesantren Miftahul Jannah have not been maximally implemented, subjective assessments from decision-makers often arise, making it difficult to determine the best teachers. User-centered design method is used to create solutions based on user needs. In this study, the design of a decision support system for selecting the best teachers is discussed by applying the user-centered design method to assist in assessing the best teachers. With this method, it is expected that the solutions provided can help solve the problem. The results of this study provide a design and prototype. The prototype that has been built has been tested using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method with a score of 71.6 and received an adjective rating of B or good.

The rapid development of the digital era has had a crucial impact on various industries, including business entities such as the Semen Gresik Citizens Consumer Cooperative, also known as KWSG. The implementation of Information Systems/Information Technology (IS/IT) in the digital transformation effort at KWSG is an important key, especially to realize the effectiveness and efficiency of business processes to lead to competitive advantage. However, in practice, IS/IT development still often encounters challenges in ensuring business and IS/IT strategies are aligned, or in other words IS/IT development initiatives must be able to meet current and future business needs. In addition, the increasingly complex development of IS/IT at KWSG can affect ongoing business processes if not planned properly. Therefore, this study aims to propose an IS/IT strategic plan that is useful for providing an overview of business models and current utilization of IS/IT in KWSG, as well as mapping future IS/IT development needs to produce relevant roadmap recommendations. . This study uses the Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) method approach which is supported by several analytical tools such as Value Chain diagram and McFarlan Strategic Grid to produce IS/IT strategic planning proposals at KWSG. The end result of IS/IT strategic planning in this study is to recommend 5 new application proposals and 1 application that needs to be developed which is mapped on the application development road map for the next 3 years.
