Abstract

Abstract. This research aims to analyse the impact of customer perceived value on customer brand preference and future purchase intention on customer of 7-eleven convenience store in Indonesia. The population are all previous customer of 7-eleven in Indonesia. Sample are acquired by using non-probability sampling method. Questionnaire are used to draw the samples out of population. Multiple regression analysis is used to analyse the relationship among variables. The finding shows that customer perceived value and customer brand preference has positive significant value toward future purchase intention. Customer brand preference has bigger impact toward future purchase intention than customer perceived value. The finding also reveals that 7-eleven still maintain positive perceived value and brand preference however, it is advised that the company should reconsider its brand positioning. Key words: Customer Behaviour, Customer brand preference, Customer  perceived value, Future purchase intention

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas seluruh fenomena yang ada pada kue  tradisional kas Aceh di Meulaboh saat ini. Kue tradisional khas Aceh di Meulaboh sangat di kenal. Karena yang terbaik secara karakteristik dan seni estetikanya. Saat ini pengusaha kecil kue  tradisional khas Aceh di Meulaboh sudah menurun.  Ada beberapa faktor penyebab diantaranya  Belum  ada penanganan yang serius untuk mengatasi masalah ini. Disini penulis mencoba melakukan pendekatan dengan  stakeholder seperti mengajak pemerintah berperan aktif dalam meningkatkan industri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi bauran pemasaran usaha kecil menengah kuliner di kota Meulaboh. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi strategi bauran pemasaran yang berorientasi pada value sehingga produk yang dihasilkan berkualitas sehingga konsumen berminat untuk membeli. Penelitian ini juga diharapkan dapat memberikan sumbangsih bagi pengusaha kecil kue  tradisional khas Aceh di Meulaboh sehingga diminati pelanggan dan berdaya bersaing.Kata Kunci: Product, Price, Promotion, Place, value dan industri kecil

Abstract

AbstractThis  study  aims  to  know the  implementation  of  murabahah  financing  in  PT.  BankMuamalat Indonesia branch office Banda Aceh, such as the rule of murabahah financing,the procedure of murabahah financing, and accounting of Murabahah financing and the conformity of its implementation to Statement of Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) No. 102. The study conducted by using a descriptive method. Descriptive method is to conclude, interpret and clarify the data in accordance with the actual events. The type of data  used  are primary data  and  secondary data  that obtained  from interviews  with financing staff in PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia Branch Office Banda Aceh. Abstract

Abstract Nowadays, the companies are in the middle of the information competition century.  To  achieve  competitive  success,  the  century  information  environment requires the new ability of the companies must be owned by the manufacturing and services. A company's ability to process information from a variety of instruments is absolutely need, steer the company to across the complex competitive environment. Company requires instrument which capable of explaining various aspects of the environment and performance in monitoring of travel towards a promising future. Balanced Scorecard provides an instrument that is required to steer the company toward the future success of the competition. An accurate understanding about the goals  and  methods  for  achieving  it  is  very  vital.  Balanced  Scorecard  translates mission and strategy of the company in to a comprehensive measure that provides a framework for measurement and strategic management system. Scorecard measures the performance of companies on the four perspectives of balanced: financial, customer. internal business processes, and learning growth. Balanced Scorecard enables companies to record financial performance results as well as monitor progress  in  building  the  company's  ability  and  to  obtain  intangible  assets  that required for future growth. Keywords: balanced scorecard, performance, and trategic management system

Abstract

ABSTRAKPersaingan antar produk petualangan semakin ketat seiring dengan semakin banyak produktersebut yang tidak hanya terkait dengan kegunaan produk namun telah menjadi bagian dari gayahidup. Pelanggan cenderung mengidentikkan kepribadian merek suatu produk dengan kepribadiannya.Sehingga tercipta suatu ikatan yang kuat antara kedua pihak. Demikian pula dengan self congruity yangterkait dengan cara pandang konsumen terhadap diri sendiri. Penelitian ini mengembangkan tiga modelpersamaan regresi dimana ketiga persamaan memperlihatkan hasil bahwa ada pengaruh positif brandpersonality dan self congruity terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dimana gender sebagai variabel moderasi.Oleh karenanya produsen perlu secara terus menerus memperkuat brand personality nya sertamemperhatikan self congruity para konsumen guna mempertahankan dan meningkatkan loyalitaspelanggan.Kata Kunci: Brand personality, self congruity,gender, loyalitas pelanggan

Abstract

AbstractCompetition ornamental fish in Banda Aceh increasingly stringent, requiring appropriatemarketing strategies to excel compete. One way that can be taken by employers ornamental fishincluding Banda Aceh Aquarium, is a strategy to increase sales volume by studying and knowing thefactors that influence consumers decide to buy ornamental fish. The purpose of this study was todetermine (1) the consumer characteristics of ornamental fish in Banda Aceh Aquarium, (2)ornamental fish type whatever demand by consumers, and (3) factors that influence the purchaseof ornamental fish in Banda Aceh Aquarium.The method used in this study is a survey method.The data will be used in this study are primary and secondary data. The sampling technique usedwas purposive sampling method, with a total sample of 100 respondents. Analysis of the data : (1)descriptive analysis to get an overview of consumer characteristics and type of ornamental fish thatconsumers demand; (2) factor analysis with factor analysis PCA extraction method. The resultsshowed that the majority of respondents were male (71%), aged 20-30 years (81%), unmarried(73%), family size 3-5 people, educated scholars (49%), private sector employees ( 42%), andthe average monthly income of more than Rp. 2,500,000. Ornamental fish species are widelypurchased by consumers in the top five is Clown Fish, Blue Stone, Rivet, Beauty and Six Letter /Dori. The factors that influence consumer decisions in the purchase of ornamental fish are culturalfactors, social factors, personal factors, and psychological factors.Keywords: consumer behavior, Banda Aceh aquarium, ornamental fish

Abstract

AbstractAbstract: Keret plants are one of the commodities of the plantation sector and the largest contributor to PRDB in Aceh Province after oil palm. The statistics center noted that there were 144,291 tons of rubber production in Aceh Province but its productivity was only 0.61 percent. The planned productivity of rubber plant production is caused by production factors that have not been maximized. This research is a primary research, which is the population and sample in this study are all rubber farmers and entrepreneurs in Samatiga District, West Aceh. Data analysis uses a method of analyzing descriptions about the development of production and using multiple linear regression methods for influence analysis. From the results of the research, it can be concluded that the land area and capital have a positive and significant effect on rubber production in Samatiga, the variable that has the greatest influence on rubber production is the use of capital which includes the use of fertilizers and the use of superior seeds.key words: Rubber Production, Land Area and capital

Abstract

This study investigates Timing and Selection ability of managers in Indonesia Funds Industry.The one month stock funds net asset value, Indonesian Treasury-Bill (3-Months) and Market rerturn of Indonesia Stock Exchange covering from 2010-2014 is used on this research. We apply Treynor-Mazuy Equation to test the hypothesis. This investigation exhibit the timing the capital market ability as well as selectivity possess by managers both individuall as well as overall point of view. The reult shows that, individual analysis on the funds proves that the almost all of the managers only have slight of ability. Only three of the assets exhibit affirmative and statistically substantial alpha and none of them display confident timing skill. Breakdown of overall funds endorses that managers show a weak selectivity and timing expertise. Keywords: Treynor-Mazuy, |Stock Funds, Timing and Selectivity Skill

Abstract

Associated with the new government program announced in October 2013, Sharia Tourism. This study was conducted to analyze how much the tourism industry can flourish once sharia determine appropriate marketing development for Hotel Sofyan Betawi, which became one of the pioneers of sharia tourism in Indonesia. Since 1996 Sofyan Betawi Hotel had changed the concept of conventional management into the management of sharia. Although since 1996, the company's revenue management implementations always up and said to be quite good, but until now stand, consumers of Hotel Sofyan Betawi is not yet  fully know that the hotel management company under the auspices of sharia management. Abstract

Every staff are stressed at work. Organizational interventions were more effective if they improve management including the organization must be paid attention to all nurse. Nurses’ job stress is one of the factors which influence competitiveness among hospitals. Some factors which directly influence nurses’ job stress are the level of work to family conflict, and work motivation. The objective of this research was to find out and to analyze the influence of work to family conflict and motivation on nurses’ job stress at Wulan Windi Hospital. The research used descriptive quantitative and explanatory research method. The population was 54 nurses at Wulan Windi Hospital, and 43 of them were used as the samples, taken by using purposive sampling technique. The number of samples was based on the criteria: the respondents had been married and had children. The data were gathered by conducting interviews, questionnaires, and documentary study. Interval scale was used for measuring scales and the data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis, while residual test and interaction test were used for moderating variable. The result of the research, in the first hypothesis, showed that, partially, work to family conflict had positive but significant influence on nurse’ job stress . The result of the second hypothesis showed that, partially, motivation had negative and significant influence on nurses’ job stress. The result of the third hypothesis showed that work to family conflict and motivation had significant influence on nurses’ job stress.  Keywords: Work to Family Conflict, Work Motivation, Nurses’ Job Stress
