Abstract

The Islamic Center in Lumajang district is a religious institution as a center for the development and development of religion and Islamic culture in a continuous and directed, so as to realize an active and dynamic religious life in the community towards the full development of people, which emphasizes on non-formal education in a mass. The pattern of activities of Islamic Center in Lumajang Regency which will be planned to have the scope of service area of Lumajang Regency and its surroundings, the emphasis of operational activities that include ritual, social and commercial activities with attention to the potential of Islam and local cultural characteristic so that its existence can be an integral part of growth society is increasingly dinamis.Pendekatan on the analysis of the Islamic Center in Lumajang District Planning approach Islamic Center in Lumajang using suppression approach that includes design: geometry approach in Islamic architecture, facade precedent geometry in architecture, approach to offenders and activity, and the amount of space studies. The main activity groups include: building guidance of ummah (such as mosque, multipurpose room, da'wah media), administration and management building (management building), education building (Madrasyah, library building). Abstract

The need for raw water for a variety of clean water, needs for households, public places and industries will continue to increase in line with the speed of development in various sectors and fields, as well as the ever-increasing population. On the other hand, the amount of raw water supply and infrastructure available today is still relatively limited, so it has not been able to meet all these needs, especially during the dry season. This, if left unchecked, will have a negative impact on the welfare and health of the community and its environment. Dempo sub-district is located in Pagaralam city, is a developing area that needs raw water to meet the needs in the region. Abstract

AbstractAs national assets, roads are vital to establish the means of national development, especially in term of achieving balanced inter-regional development and equitable distribution of national outcomes. The Palembang-Betung road segment is managed in every fiscal year because it plays a key role in economic development for South Sumatra which links South Sumatra with other Provinces. This certainly leads to the change of the road condition, so it is necessary to collect data related to leger road for road network development plans and programs. Thus, this research issue is how to produce a Leger Road document which includes information about the Palembang - Betung road and its contents.This study aimed at identifying the overall asset data in the Palembang-Betung road section and then analyzing the data as an evaluation material for road maintenance in the form of leger road document data so that road segments need to be collected (road leger).The study results showed that Leger Road Documents had 5 parts, namely road summary cards, road cards (technical data), road cards (situations and pieces), album cards and bridge cards.The area of the Road owned space  is 9,749,109 m2 of road segment. The average data of daily traffic for the km segment was 16 + 500 up to 17 + 250 equal to 33,034. The thickness of Road pavement was AC-WC = 0.04 m, AC –BC = 0.05, AC-Base = 0.075 m, Aggregate class A = 0.25 m, Aggregate class B = 0.30 m.The type of damage on road pavement was exfoliated with an area of 7.75 m², perforated area of 2.85 m², Crocodile cracking area of 7.62 m2, wavy area of 22.42 m², cracked lengthwise to an area of 7.86 m '.Keywords : Road Maintenance, Road LegerAbstrakJalan merupakan aset Negara yang pada hakekatnya mempunyai peranan penting dalam rangka mewujudkan sarana pembangunan Nasional, terutama yang menyangkut perwujudan perkembangan antar daerah yang seimbang dan pemerataan hasil pembangunan.  Ruas jalan Palembang-Betung setiap tahun anggaran dilakukan penanganan karena ruas jalan ini memegang peranan penting sebagai roda perekonomian di Sumatera Selatan karena menghubungkan Provinsi Sumatera Selatan dengan Provinsi lainnya. Hal ini tentunya membawa perubahan kondisi pada ruas jalan ini, maka perlu dilakukan pendataan leger jalan  untuk penyusunan rencana dan program pembinaan jaringan jalan.Permasalahan pada penelitian ini  adalah Bagaimana cara menghasilkan Dokumen Leger Jalan yang memuat informasi mengenai ruas jalan Palembang – Betung beserta isinya. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui data  aset  secara keseluruhan yang terkandung pada ruas jalan Palembang- Betung kemudian dilakukan  analisa data sebagai  bahan evaluasi untuk perawatan  jalan yang berupa data dokumen leger jalan sehingga  perlu dilakukan pendataan ruas jalan (leger jalan).Hasil penelitian Dokumen Leger Jalan di bagi menjadi  5 bagian yaitu kartu ringkasan jalan, kartu jalan (data teknik), kartu jalan (situasi dan potongan),  kartu album dan  kartu jembatan.Luas area Ruang Milik Jalan diperoleh 9.749.109 m2 persegmen ruas jalan. Data lalu lintas Harian rata-rata untuk segmen km. 16 + 500 s/d 17 + 250 sebesar 33.034. Perkerasan jalan diperoleh  tebal AC-WC = 0,04 m, AC –BC= 0,05, AC-Base= 0,075 m, Agregat klas A = 0,25 m, Agregat klas B = 0,30 m.Jenis kerusakan yang terjadi pada perkerasan jalan adalah terkelupas dengan luas 7,75 m², berlubang luas 2,85 m², Retak Buaya luas 7,62 m2, bergelombang luas 22,42 m², Retak Memanjang luas 7,86 m’.Kata kunci :  Pemeliharaan Jalan,  Leger Jalan

Abstract

Economic conditions in South Sumatera Province are developing, the Government made policy by opening a new alternative rute from Palembang to Kayu Agung, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency, so the vehicles going towards Kayu Agung or otherwise can use this rute. Therefore, the construction of Air Pedu bridge that connects Jakabaring Palembang - Jejawi road with a length of 25 meters were done. The problem is the construction of the Pedu Water Bridge are use 5 prestress precast girder beams that are 1.25 meters high so that the mobilization to the location is quite difficult, so it is try to be re-planned by using conventional concrete beams which are casted on the spot and also try to be re-planned by using composite steel. Thus the bridge is planned by using conventional concrete beams and steel girder beams. The aims to compare the results of the calculation of the longitudinal girder of Air Pedu Bridge using material and concrete prestress calculation method by re-planning using the method of calculation of conventional concrete beams and steel girder beams by re-planning both methods with reference to applicable planning standards.The result is the loading of conventional concrete beams by using the quality of concrete fc’= 4000 psi and reinforcing steel fy = 40000 psi gained a moment Mu=3879,6 k-ft, and rmax = 0,0371. Loading girder beam with steel profile Bj 37 with ¦y = 240 Mpa and ¦u = 370 MPa got the total moment Mtot = 394,01 t.m. From the results of calculations Conventional concrete beams and steel girder beams still allow for bridges with short spans, especially spans 25 meters.Keywords :  conventional concrete girder, composite steel grider, prestressed concrete

Abstract

AbstractThe city of Palembang as a Metropolitan city has a greater population density and it affects the increase in vehicle volume up to 20% / year. to anticipate the increase in the volume of vehicles on the Palembang Kemersungan Printis Road section, sharing the ways of the government one of them was the construction of new roads, widening roads, maintenance and repair of roads and overlays. The design of flexible pavement added thick layer that is commonly used at this time using the deflection method. The deflection method in this study uses traffic volume data which will then be analyzed to obtain the standard axle load equivalent (CESA) accumulation value over the life of the plan. Deformation values can be obtained from the Benkelman Beam tool testing results. This study aims to determine the relationship between measurements of road surface conditions with deflection values "Benkelman Beam. From the results of the survey, the level of road conditions that need to be overlaid and the deflection value in each segment is obtained, then the deflection value obtained to determine the thickness of the overlay needed. From deflection testing with the Benkelman Beam tool, an average deflection value was 0.15. Based on the graph of conceptual trigger, the value states that the Perintis Kemerdekaan road segment needs to be carried out by non-structural Routine and Additional Layer Maintenance.Keyword : Benkelman Beam, Overlay, Flexible Pavement AbstrakKota Palembang sebagai kota Metropolitan mempunyai kepadatan penduduk semakin besar dan itu mempengaruhi peningkatan volume kendaraan sampai 20% / tahun. untuk mengantisipasi pertambahan volume kendaraan pada ruas Jalan Printis Kemeredekaan Palembang, berbagi cara yang dilakukan pemerintah salah satunya pembuatan jalan baru, pelebaran jalan,permeliharaan dan perbaikan jalan serta overlay. Perencanaan tebal lapis tambah perkerasan lentur yang umum dipakai pada saat ini menggunakan metode lendutan. Metode lendutan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data volume lalu lintas yang selanjutnya akan dianalisa untuk mendapatkan nilaiakumulasi ekivalen beban sumbu standar(CESA) selama umur rencana.NilaiLendutan dapat diperoleh dari hasil pengujian alat Benkelman Beam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pengukuran kondisi permukaan jalan dengan nilai lendutan “Benkelman Beam. Dari hasi survei tersebut didapatkan tingkat kondisi jalan yang perlu dilakukan overlay dan nilai lendutan balik pada setiap segmen, selanjutnya nilai lendutan yang diperoleh untuk menentukan tebal overlay  yang dibutuhkan. Dari pengujian lendutan dengan alat Benkelman Beam dihasilkan nilai lendutan rata-rata 0,15. Berdasarkan grafik pemicu konseptual nilai tersebut menyatakan bahwa ruas jalan Perintis Kemerdekaan perlu dilakukan Pemeliharaan Rutin dan Lapis tambah non struktural.Kata kunci : Benkelman Beam, Overlay, Perkerasan Lentur

Abstract

It is undeniable that the Earth's temperature over time is increasing. This we know as global warming. This is evident since 1880 where the Earth's average temperature rise of 0.8 ° C. A drastic improvement occurred in recent decades. According to NASA's Goddard Institute for Space Studies, areas that have been affected most from global warming is an urban area, so experts are racing to figure out how to overcome, suppress and improve the natural conditions for the life of mankind for a better life. One way that can be done for the problem of global warming is to create green open spaces in urban areas. Green Line system is the most effective solution to provide shade areas as quality improved comfort for pedestrians and other road users. Sleman is one part of the city of Yogyakarta, which is becoming increasingly congested by vehicles and settlements. Therefore there is need for improvement of the quality of the green line so that the quality of urban space to be better. In this paper will discuss the concept of the green line which is interconnected with a network of green cities with more emphasis on pedestrian path along the road that connects several major Universities in Sleman.Keywords: Green Line Systems, corridors and pedestrian

Abstract

ABSTRACTPaving block is a building material used as a layer or structure of roads other than asphalt or concrete. Now many consumers choose paving blocks compared to other pavements such as concrete or asphalt. Some research and experiments in the field of concrete are done as an effort to improve the quality of paving blocks, increasing the level of destruction of paving blocks from the results of research and experiments intended to answer the increasingly high demands on the use of paving blocks and overcome the obstacles that often occur in the implementation of work in the field. The use of added materials can help solve these problems. For this reason, new innovations for substituting concrete composites from natural resources and renewable natural waste are needed. in daily life. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the mixture of cement and sand with battom ash waste and broken glass powder on compressive strength. The composition of the replacement of cement and sand with battom ash waste and broken glass powder is 5%, 10% and 20%. The sample used is hexagon or hexagon shape with 10 cm side and 7 cm height. The number of samples was 18 samples with a mixture of battom ash and broken glass powder and 2 normal samples, samples were tested at 7 days.Keywords : Strong Press Paving Block, Battom Ash Waste and Glass Glass PowderABSTRAKPaving block merupakan salah satu bahan bangunan yang digunakan sebagai lapisan atau struktur jalan selain aspal atau beton. Sekarang banyak konsumen memilih paving block dibandingkan dengan perkerasan lain seperti beton atau pun aspal. Beberapa Penelitian dan percobaan dibidang beton dilakukan sebagai upaya meningkatkan kualitas paving block, meningkatkan tingkat kehancuran paving block dari hasil penelitian dan percobaan tersebut dimaksudkan untuk menjawab tuntutan yang semakin tinggi terhadap pemakaian paving block serta mengatasi kendala-kendala yang sering terjadi pada pelaksanaan pekerjaan di lapangan. Penggunaan bahan tambah dapat membantu menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut, Untuk itu perlu inovasi baru untuk bahan pengganti penyusun beton dari sumberdaya alam maupun limbah alam yang dapat di perbaharui, salah satunya dengan memanfaatkan limbah Battom Ash batubara  dan juga serbuk pecahan kaca yang volume peningkatan limbahnya meningkat sangat cepat dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh campuran semen dan pasir dengan limbah battom ash serta serbuk pecahan kaca terhadap kuat tekan. Komposisi penggantian semen dan pasir dengan limbah battom ash dan serbuk pecahan kaca sebanyak 5% , 10% dan 20 %. Sampel yang digunakan adalah bentuk segi enam atau hexagon dengan sisi 10 cm dan tinggi 7 cm. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 18 sampel dengan campuran battom ash dan serbuk pecahan kaca dan 2 sample normal, sample diuji pada umur 7 hari.Kata kunci : Kuat Tekan Paving Block, Limbah Battom Ash dan Serbuk Pecahan Kaca

Abstract

ABSTRACTAsphalt as a binding material in the composition of road pavement is one of the most important materials, although the amount needed is only 4 - 10% of other material. Asphalt has elastic properties when loaded by vehicle  and has a fairly good resistance. In this research, asphalt used is asphalt pen (60/70) because it is suitable with climatic conditions in Indonesia. Fillers, generally consisting from stone ash, limestone and cementland portland, or other non-plastic materials. One of the compotition in asphalt concrete  is cement, In this time cement has been used as a filler. The purpose of this reseach is to known the influenced of the palm shell charcoal for the stability of 60/70 penetration asphalt and whether shell charcoal filler can be used on road pavement mixtures. From the marshall test results obtained the stability value for asphalt with a palm oil shell charcoal concentration of 3.5% by 1375.6, a 4% content with a value of 1566.6, and a 4.5% concentration decreased to 1138.9. Marshall test results show a stability value greater than conventional asphalt 1341.6 and exceeds the specification limit> 800 kg / mm. While the use of asphalt with oil palm shell charcoal filler values VIM, flow, and FVB did not fulfill in specification limits so it cannot be used to replacement as filler material in asphalt concrete mixtures. It cause if the flow value is low, the mixture is very likely to experience cracks, as well as the VIM value, if it is too small, it will cause cavity damage in the mixture so that the asphalt becomeshave permeability and brittle. Low FVB value will cause the mixture being porous.Keywords : Asphalt, Filler, Marshall TestABSTRAKAspal sebagai bahan pengikat pada struktur pekerasan jalan merupakan salah satu material yang sangat penting, meskipun jumlah yang dibutuhkan hanya 4 – 10 % dari aggregat lain. Aspal memiliki sifat elastis bila menerima beban kendaraan dan memiliki ketahanan yang cukup kuat.  Dalam penelitian ini Aspal yang dipakai adalah aspal pen (60/70) karena disesuaikan dengan kondisi iklim di Indonesia. Bahan pengisi atau filler, umumnya terdiri dari abu batu, kapur  dan sement portland, atau bahan non plastis lainnya. Salah satu campuran pada lapis aspal beton adalah semen sebagai filler, saat ini semen sudah banyak digunakan sebagai filler. Tujuan Penelitian ini mengetahui berapa besar perngaruh arang cangkang kelapa sawit terhadap stabilitas aspal penetrasi 60/70  serta apakah aspal dengan filler arang cangkang kelapa sawit dapat digunakan pada campuran  perkerasan jalan. Dari hasil  pengujian marshall diperoleh  nilai stabilitas untuk aspal dengan kadar arang  cangkang kelapa sawit 3,5% sebesar 1375,6, kadar  4%  dengan nilai 1566,6, dan kadar 4,5% menurun menjadi 1138,9. Hasil marshall test menunjukkan  nilai stabilitas  lebih besar dari aspal konvensional 1341,6 dan  melebihi  batas spesifikasi > 800 kg/mm. Sementara penggunaan aspal dengan filler arang cangkang kelapa sawit  mendapatkan nilai  VIM, flow, dan FVB tidak memenuhi batas spesifikasi sehingga tidak dapat digunakan untuk bahan pengganti filler  pada campuran aspal beton. Hal ini dikarenakan  jika nilai flow rendah maka campuran sangat berpontensi mengalami keretakan, begitu juga dengan nilai VIM, bila terlalu kecil maka akan menyebabkan terjadinya kerusakan rongga didalam campuran sehingga membuat aspal menjadi kedap air dan getas. Nilai FVB yang rendah akan mengakibatkan campuran bersifat porous.Kata kunci : Aspal, Filler,  Uji Marshall

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe level of feasibility of rural public transportation in Pengandonan sub-district, ogan komering ulu district. The aim of this research is to identify and analyze the feasibility of rural public transportation in Pengandonan District, Ogan Komering Ulu District. The benefit of this research is that it can provide conclusions from the results of the analysis in the field which will later be able to provide benefits and input to related public transport services, so that the level of public transport services to the public is obtained optimal and efficient results. The method used is a descriptive qualitative analysis method by distributing questionnaires to the respondents, namely the population in Ogan Komering Ulu district command district. After analyzing the data obtained from the results of questionnaire responses distributed to the people of the Pengandonan sub-district using transportation in the form of rural public transportation, the feasibility variable (Y) R2 = 0.704, Y = 1.2289 + 0.923 (X1) + 0.056 (X2). Variable speed (X1) and convenience (X2) can affect the feasibility of rural public transportation (Y) which can be seen from the F test and T test values. The values of the two tests are greater than the table. 15,073> 1,490 for the speed variable, 15,660> 1,984 for the comfort variable and 115,247> 3,089, which means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted or there is a linear relationship between the speed variable and the comfort variable with the appropriateness of the Rural Public Transport Transportation in Pengandonan District, Ogan Komering Ulu. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dari penelitian ini adalah  untuk mengeidentifikasi dan menganalisa kelayakan transportasi angkutan umum pedesaan di Kecamatan Pengandonan Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu.  Manfaat penelitian ini adalah dapat memberikan kesimpulan-kesimpulan dari hasil analisis di lapangan yang nantinya akan dapat memberikan manfaat serta masukan kepada jasa angkutan umum terkait, agar dalam tingkat pelayanan angkutan umum terhadap masyarakat didapat hasil yang optimal dan efisien.  Metode yang digunakan adalah metode analisa deskriptif kualitatif dengan membagikan kuisioner kepada responeden yaitu penduduk di kecamatan pengandoanan kabupaten ogan komering ulu.  Setelah melakukan analisis data yang didapat dari hasil jawaban kuisioner yang disebarkan kepada para masyarakat kecamatan pengandonan yang menggunakan alat transportasi yang berupa angkutan umum pedesaan dapat Variabel kelayakan (Y) R2 = 0,704, Y =  1,289 + 0,923 (X1) + 0,056 (X2). Variabel kecepatan (X1) dan kenyamanan (X2) dapat mempengaruhi kelayakan alat transportasi angkutan umum pedesaan (Y) yang dapat  dilihat dari nilai uji F dan uji T. Nilai dari kedua uji tersebut lebih besar dari tabel. 15,073 > 1,490 untuk variable kecepatan, 15,660 > 1,984 untuk variabel kenyamanan dan 115.247 > 3,089 artinya bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima atau terdapat hubungan secara linear antara variabel kecepatan dan variabel kenyamanan dengan kelayakan alat Transportasi Angkutan Umum Pedesaan Kecamatan Pengandonan Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu. Saran Untuk menghasilkan nilai-nilai kelayakan transportasi angkutan umum pedesaan yang dapat dipertanggung jawabkan, dibutuhkan sampel yang lebih banyak dan penyempurnaan metodelogi.Kata kunci : Transportasi, Kelayakan Transportasi Angkutan Umum Pedesaan

Abstract

ABSTRACTMusi river which divides the city of Palembang becomes a potential for water moda tranportation. there are four piers in the pier of city palembang. Bekang pier, Point pier, Ampera pier, Pasar 16 pier. The existence of the four piers is a generator for land transportation moda that move around the pier. For people who use land and water transportation, they move on foot, giving rise to pedestrian paths that connect land and water transit points. However, this area is not supported by good pedestrian paths and encourages intermodal users to prefer using motorized vehicles rather than walking in daily activities. To increase walking activities, it needs to be supported by a pleasant, comfortable track and a good pedestrian path. The purpose of this study is to find the level of walkability, and develop strategies to increase the level of walkability that is appropriate in the dock area of Palembang. Walkability level assessment consists of 7 (seven) variables, Accessible variables, Connected  variables, Legible variables,  Comfortable variables, Safe variables, Secure variables and Pleasant variables. The results show that the level of walkability in the Palembang City pier area is at a very bad level (1.4 on a scale of 5), with safety from pedestrian crime as the most influential component of walkability.Keywords : walkability, intermodal change point, city transportationABSTRAKSungai musi yang membelah Kota Palembang menjadi potensi bagi moda transportasi air. Terdapat empat titik dermaga pada kawasan Dermaga Kota Palembang, Dermaga Bekang, Dermaga Point, Dermaga Ampera, Dermaga Pasar 16. Keberadaan empat dermaga tersebut menjadi generator bagi moda transportasi darat yang bergerak di sekitar dermaga. Bagi masyarakat pengguna trnasportasi antarmoda darat dan air melakukan perpindahan dengan berjalan kaki sehingga menimbulkan jalur-jalur pejalan kaki yang menghubungkan titik transit antarmoda darat dan air. Namun, kawasan ini tidak didukung oleh jalur pejalan kaki yang baik dan mendorong pengguna antarmoda lebih memilih menggunakan kendaraan bermotor daripada berjalan kaki dalam aktivitas sehari-hari. Untuk meningkatkan aktivitas berjalan, perlu ditunjang dengan suasana jalur yang menyenangkan, nyaman serta jalur pejalan kaki yang baik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menemukan tingkat walkability, dan menyusun strategi untuk meningkatkan level walkability yang sesuai pada kawasan dermaga kota palembang. Penilaian tingkat walkability terdiri dari 7 (tujuh) variable yaitu, kemudahan akses, keterhubungan, keterbacaan, kenyamanan, keamanan dari lalulintas, keamanan dari kriminal, dan menyenangkan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa tingkat walkability di kawasan dermaga Kota Palembang berada pada level sangat buruk (1,4 pada skala 5), dengan keamanan dari tindakan kriminal jalur pejalan kaki sebagai komponen walkability yang paling berpengaruh.Kata kunci : walkability, titik-titik pergantian moda, transportasi kota
