Abstract

LRT is a mass transportation mode for light rail that is expected to make the transfer of personal use to mass transportation users to reduce traffic congestion specifically in the city of Palembang. Services and facilities will be one of the supporters in the use of mass transportation. This study aims to analyze the characteristics of LRT users and the level of satisfaction of LRT passengers and to group parameters into 4  quadrants. The sampling technique used by researchers is accidental sampling. Data processing and analysis with Validity Test, Reliability Test, Satisfaction, IPA. The results showed an analysis of the level of satisfaction of the passengers were quite satisfied, with an average level of satisfaction and importance based on Service Quality on physical factors: 4,287 and 4,743, reliability factors: 4,096 and 4,678, responsiveness factors: 4,18 and 4,60, Guarantee factors and empathy factors: 4,400 and 4,860. Priority grouping into 4 quadrants, quadrant I Security officer, quadrant II cleanliness, comfort of seating in the LRT, ease of ups and downs of LRT for persons with disabilities and the availability of facilities for the disabled and facilities for breastfeeding mothers, Quadrant Analysis III LRT waiting time, availability of relevant information with the Arrival and Departure Schedule, how the speed of employees in responding complaints LRT customer problems and how the hospitality and courtesy of officers in serving LRT customers, Quadrant IV how easy access to the LRT station, how accurate the LRT schedule is and how the LRT rates are charged. Keywords: Mode of Transportation, LRT, Services, Palembang.

Abstract

Foam concrete is a concrete technology that is applied to buildings. The advantage of foam concrete is that it is lightweight and fast in building work. The use of foamed in foam concrete reduces the density of foam concrete. Substitution of fly ash for cement can increase the compressive strength of foam concrete. The variations of foamed used in this study were 30%, 40%, and 50%. The substitution of fly ash for cement in this study was 0%, 5%, and 10%. In the specific gravity test, the smallest value was 1,156 kg / m3 resulting from a variation of 50% foamed and 0% substitution of fly ash for cement, while the largest weight was 1,670 kg / m3 resulting from 30% foamed variation and 10 fly ash substitution. % against cement. In the compressive strength test at 28 days of concrete, the highest value was obtained with a value of 2.573 N / mm2 resulting from 30% variation of foamed and 5% substitution of fly ash for cement, while the lowest compressive strength was 1.986 N / mm2 resulting from variations of foamed 30 % and 10% substitution of fly ash for cement. The optimum composition of foam concrete in this study was found in a mixture with 40% foamed variation and 5% fly ash substitution for cement with a value of 2,312 N / mm2 and a specific gravity of 1438 kg / m3. The optimum use of fly ash is obtained at a substitution percentage of 5% for cement. Foam concrete using styrofoam and polypropylene fibers is good for non-structural elements in buildings such as wall panels. Keywords: Light weight concrete, foamed concrete, fly ash

Abstract

To improve clean water distribution services in an area, several steps must be considered. This step is to calculate the available water supply, then calculate the projected population growth until the end of the planning year and calculate the need for clean water in Kertapati District. PDAM Tirta Musi, especially the Kertapati booster which is in the service area opposite Ulu 1, is the agency responsible for providing clean water for residents in the service area of Kertapati District. However, currently PDAM services are still 50.87% of the total population of Kertapati District. After conducting the research, the results of the water supply received from the Ogan IPA were 90.47 liters / second or 7,816 m3 / day, when compared to the supply needed to serve the community's clean water needs in the Kertapati Booster service area in 2018 plus a number leakage of 89.54 liters / second or 7,736 m3 / day. With a service level of 50.87% of the population. Meanwhile, the water supply that must be provided to serve all the water needs of the people of Kertapati District is 176.01 liters / second or 15,207 m3 / day and at the end of the planning year it is 235.73 liters / sec or 20,367 m3 / day. It can be concluded that for the projection in 2027 the available water supply will not be able to serve daily water needs for 24 hours

Abstract

Research on concrete which is ongoing at this time aims to obtain good quality and high quality concrete, to get it it needs to be mixed with additives (Admixture) as an added material for concrete mixtures. Sika Viscocrete is an added material that can help concrete improve its performance at a faster time and has the dual function of reducing the amount of water mixing required to produce concrete with a certain consistency and speed up the bonding of the concrete. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of adding the additive ViscoCrete sika to the compressive strength of the K-300 concrete. The sample used was 15cm x 15cm x 15cm cuboid at the age of 14 days. With variations, namely Normal Concrete and Normal Concrete + Sika Viscocrete 1%, 2%, 3% with 9 samples in each variation. The results showed that the value of the compressive strength of concrete with the addition of 2% Sika Viscocrete-3115N aged 14 days to normal concrete was 315, 07 Kg / Cm2. While the addition of 3% Sika Viscocrete-3115N obtained the optimum value at the age of 14 days of 358.13 Kg / Cm2. Kata Kunci : K-300 Concrete, Additives, Viscocrete Sika and Concrete Presure

Abstract

The service of clean water in urban areas is very important to be given special attention. PDAM Tirta Musi The Sako Kenten Service Unit serves 4 sub-districts in Sako sub-district, including Sako, Sako Baru, Sialang, and Sukamaju. As the area grows, the population also increases. It is estimated that in 2029 the total population in Sako sub-district will reach 106,273 people. Meanwhile, for now the population which only reaches 93,326 people, it is felt that there is a shortage of clean water supply from PDAM. Based on the results of surveys and interviews, information was obtained that the availability of clean water from PDAM in the Sako area is only 6,000 liters per month on average. This is not enough for the population. It becomes a big task for PDAM Tirta Musi to prepare it by building an adequate pipeline network. Another problem is the existing piping system does not support the flow with such a large discharge, so it requires a network using the latest material, namely using HDPE pipes. The use of this material was chosen because HDPE does not require much connection and the pipe is stronger than PVC pipe. After carrying out the survey and calculation of the RAB, it was found that the need for a new network system reached Rp. 53,756,600,000, - in order to meet service standards for 80% of the population in Sako District. Abstract

The Availability of water for irrigation purposes can be broadly divided into two types, namely the availability of water in the land and availability of water in take buildings. The availability of irrigation water both on land and in buildings is expected to meet the need of making irrigation water needed in irrigation areas were reviewed in accordance with its area and cropping patterns that exist. The research done is to calculate the availability of irrigation water, the water requirement of rice plants and distribution efficiency. To calculate availability and water requirements of rice plants needed data as a reference, namely data from the Meteorology and Geophysics Musi rawas district , while to analyze the efficiency of distribution used discharge data measured by the method of floating then compared the results of discharge at the beginning and the discharge end of the channel. The results of calculations and measurements, availability of water in the Senaro Village can be fulfilled It can be seen from the average availability, in the first planting season (September to Januari) average of 0,92 m3/sec with an average water demand for -0,04 m3/sec and the second planting season (Januari toMei) average of 0,47 m3/sec with an average water demand of 0,04m3/sec. As for the value of the efficiency of each tertiary channel in Senaro village is 1-4m ka has efficiency values of 91%, 2-4m ka has efficiency values of 86% ,3-4m ka has efficiency values of 74% 4-4m ka has efficiency value of 64%. 5-4m ka has efficiency value of 72%.  Keywords : Availability of Water Irrigation, Water Supplies, Efficiency Distribution

Abstract

One of the mining activities, especially coal mining, the transfer of material onto ships generally uses conveyors. Conveyors have certain maximum limits for transporting and moving material. In a long period of time and continuous use, the conveyor can be deformed, both vertically and horizontally. The part of the conveyor that allows deformation is the frame that plays a role in supporting the material during the transportation process. This study aims to identify and analyze changes in the position of the conveyor frame through the terrestrial survey method with electronic instruments. The initial data used are benchmarks or tie points in the field whose coordinates are known as the basis for determining the coordinates of control points on the conveyor frame. Observations of the conveyor frame are carried out twice in order to know the position before transportation and after transportation. Observation data processing used Terramodel 10.4 software, and tabular and graphical data visualization using Microsoft Excel. From the observation data processing and conveyor frame deformation analysis, it is concluded that the terrestrial survey method can be applied to observe the conveyor frame deformation. This technique is also able to prove the presence of deformation in the conveyor rate through the shift value, both vertically and horizontally. The vertical position change is obtained from the elevation (Z) component, while the horizontal position change is obtained from the X and Y coordinate axis components. Abstract

Corporate Sosial Responsibility (CSR) itu sendiri merupakan suatu bentuk tanggung jawab sosial yang harus dilaksanakan oleh sebuah perusahaan terhadap daerah dan masyarakat sekitar perusahaan yang terkena dampak dari aktivitas perusahaan, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung Pihak perusahaan dituntut memiliki kepedulian terhadap masyarakat dengan mengedepankan kepentingan jangka panjang dan keberlanjutan daripada kepentingan kepentingan sesaat melalui program CSR. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) bukan lagi sekadar kewajiban perusahaan, tetapi menjadi sebuah strategi yang dikembangkan oleh perusahaan. Implementasi CSR yang dilakukan PT Antam Tbk terdiri dari tiga bentuk, yaitu Program Pengembangan Kemasyarakatan, Program Kemitraan dan Program Bina Lingkungan. Semua desa yang ada di sekitar PT Antam Tbk menerima ketiga program tersebut, antara lain berbentuk pembangunan infrastruktur desa, pengembangan pendidikan, perbaikan kesehatan, bantuan modal, dan pelatihan untuk pengembangan usaha.. Selain itu, ada ketiga program yang ditangani oleh PT Antam yang bermuatan pengembangan masyarakat, yaitu : pengembangan program kemitraan (PK), Bina Lingkungan (BL), dan pengembangan masyarakat, disambut positif oleh masyarakat. Masyarakat berharap bantuan ini akan diperbesar dari tahun ke tahun. Diharapkan perusahaan-perusahaan yang melakukan CSR mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kepeduliannya pada lingkungan dan masyarakat agar tercipta lingkungan yang bersih dan masyarakat yang lebih baik, Kedua, upayakan program CSR dapat membangun kemandirian masyarakat dan sustainable (berlanjut) hingga saat PT Antam Tbk  tidak beroperasi kembali di wilayah tersebut dan Ketiga, bagi semua perusahaan untuk tidak menganggap CSR sebagai kegiatan menghambur-hamburkan uang, tapi dijadikan sarana investasi. Kegiatan CSR tersebut harus dirancang dengan baik dan penuh perencanaan, bukan semata-mata hanya untuk menjaga eksistensi sebuah perusahaan, sehingga program dapat tepat sasaran dan masyarakat mendapat manfaat secara penuh dari adanya program-program CSR tersebut.Kata Kunci : CSR, Pemberdayaan Masyarakat, Keberlanjutan

Abstract

Pagar Alam City is one of the areas located in South Sumatra Province, coinciding at the foot of the mountains, so it has superior commodities in the form of coffee and tea producers. In addition, there are other commodities consisting of cultivating vegetables and fruits. This commodity is a source of livelihood for the majority of the population as farmers. Along with the variety of natural products available, it is felt that they have not fully developed optimally, especially vegetables, fruits and of course human resources (HR). In addition, there are still lands that have not been utilized optimally as agropolitan areas. This study aims to develop a strategy for agricultural and plantation commodities and to take advantage of food potentials, existing infrastructure and facilities. The methods used are analytical hierarchy process (AHP) and SWOT analysis. The results showed that the first priority results from fruits, vegetables and plantations 1) Strategies to take advantage of strengths and opportunities, namely improving small and medium enterprises, developing technology, infrastructure, human resources. 2) Strategies to take advantage of weaknesses and opportunities, namely providing venture capital / subsidies to farmers and cooperation between parties. 3) Strategies to take advantage of strengths in facing challenges, namely household product management, institutional formation in the form of cooperatives for business progress, 4) strategies to take advantage of weaknesses and challenges, namely socialization between stakeholders for human resource advancement in order to form creativity and marketing innovation in anticipation of business competition.  Keywords: Superior commodities, Agropolitan, Strategy, AHP, SWOT

Abstract

Pendidikan lingkungan merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam meraih keberhasilan dalam pengelolaan lingkungan hidup, juga menjadi sarana yang sangat penting dalam menghasilkan sumber daya manusia yang dapat melaksanakan prinsip pembangunan berkelanjutan. . di Indonesia, pendidikan lingkungan hidup belum sepenuhnya di dukung oleh pihak pemerintah maupun swasta, ini terlihat dari masih kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat terhadap pelestarian lingkungan hidup dan semakin meningkatnya degradasi lingkungan akibat dari aktifitas yang di lakukan oleh khususnya pihak swasta. Berdasarkan kajian mengenai pendidikan lingkungan hidup kurang berkembangnya Pendidikan Lingkungan Hidup selama ini disebabkan oleh berbagai kelemahan pada, antara lain: (1) Kebijakan pendidikan nasional; (2) Kebijakan pendidikan daerah; (3) Unit pendidikan (sekolah-sekolah) untuk mengadopsi dan menjalankan perubahan sistem pendidikan yang dijalankan menuju Pendidikan Lingkungan Hidup; (4) Masyarakat sipil, lembaga swadaya masyarakat, dan dewan perwakilan rakyat untuk mengerti dan ikut rnendorong terwujudnya Pendidikan Lingkungan Hidup; (5) Proses-proses komunikasi dan diskusi intensif yang memungkinkan terjadinya transfer nilai dan pengetahuan gunapembaruan kebijakan pendidikan yang ada. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan pendidikan lingkungan harus dilakukan secara berkelanjutan, holistik dan dengan perspekstif jangka panjang serta sinergi antar stakeholder. Di saat banyak perusahaan  swasta yang tidak fokus terhadap pendidikan lingkungan hidup, Panasonic telah menerapkam beberapa program pendidikan lingkungan yang melibatkan 16 negara di dunia yaitu Kid Witness News (KWN), Eco Picture Diary (EPD), dan Eco Learning World Heritage (ELWH).
