Abstract

ABSTRACTThe emergence of a residential area causes a change in the function of land use, which in the future causes many problems. The daily activities of the community to carry out activities such as parents going to work, mothers going to the market and students going to school, as well as other activities certainly lead to trip generation that will burden the network paths to the activity centers. The multiple linear analysis method is used to produce relationships in numerical form and to see how variables are interrelated. To analyze data using descriptive qualitative. Regression analysis is useful to determine the trip generation model and the model obtained can be known the factors that influence trip generation and predict the housing traffic conditions of Villa Indah Permai and Villa Dago Permai. To obtain maximum results and facilitate data processing, the analysis process uses computer software with the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) program. Based on the results of the t test for income (X1) obtained T count of 3.282 is greater than t table 2.00665 and with a significance level of 0.002 <0.05. Thus Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected. Based on the results of the t test for the age of the head of the family (X3) obtained a count of 3.302 smaller than t table 2.00665 and with a significance level of -1.100 <0.05. Thus Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected. Based on the results of the t test for four-wheeled vehicles. (X4) obtained T count of 6.386 is greater than t table 2.00665 and with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. Kegiatan sehari-hari masyarakat untuk melakukan aktifitas seperti orang tua pergi bekerja,  ibu pergi kepasar dan pelajar berangkat sekolah, serta kegiatan lainnya tentu menyebabkan timbulnya bangkitan-bangkitan perjalanan yang akan membebani jalur-jalur jaringan menuju pusat-pusat kegiatan. Metode analisis linear berganda digunakan untuk menghasilkan hubungan dalam bentuk numerik dan untuk melihat bagaimana variabel saling berkait. Untuk menganalisa data dengan menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Analisa regresi berguna untuk mengetahui model bangkitan perjalanan dan model yang didapat bisa diketahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi bangkitan perjalanan serta memprediksi kondisi lalu lintas perumahan Villa Indah Permai dan Villa Dago  Permai. Untuk memperoleh hasil yang maksimal dan mempermudah pengolahan data, maka dalam proses analisa menggunakan perangkat lunak komputer dengan program SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution). Berdasarkan hasil uji t untuk penghasilan (X1) diperoleh T hitung sebesar 3,282 lebih besar dari t tabel 2,00665dan dengan tingkat signifikasi sebesar 0,002 < 0,05. Dengan demikian Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Berdasarkan hasil uji t untuk umur kepala keluarga (X3) diperoleh hitung sebesar 3,302 lebih kecil dari t tabel 2,00665dan dengan tingkat signifikasi sebesar -1,100 < 0,05. Dengan demikian Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak.  Berdasarkan hasil uji t untuk kendaraan roda empat. Abstract

ABSTRACTSediment-related disaster are terrible disaster that can catastrophically impact to facilities and people must to keep in mind to make sediment-related disaster information that can be predicted from rainfall and response of drainage area. Sediment-related disaster information whether sediment-related disaster risk is high or low could be informed in a real time based on rainfall indices by using X-band MP (Multi Parameter) rainfall radar. These system facilities a sophisticated measurement based on rainfall intensity (calculated using the distribution of precipitations and the polarization phase difference) and more sensitive to rain attenuation phenomena. It shows the water storage volume in soil layer with calculation of soil water index (SWI) by using X-band MP rainfall radar data that has been installed at the top of Merapi Mountain (Merapi Museum). Hyetograph shows that surface runoff (S1) has a linear and responsive relationship to rain because the first layer contains direct rainwater. The responsiveness of surface runoff is from the behavior of rainwater in the tank. This simulation is done to show the response of groundwater to a single rainfall event of 1 mm / hour and the movement of water storage in each of the three soil layers (S1, S2, S3). The hydrograph shows the entry of rainwater into the soil layer. Increased extreme lines show responsive lines due to the process of precipitation of rainwater to the soil layers, then reach a peak. After reaching the peak, the current will decrease until it approaches the value of 0 (zero) in 21 days.Keywords : x-band, soil water index, short-term rainfall, long-term rainfall,intesityABSTRAKBencana sedimen adalah bencana besar yang dapat berdampak bencana terhadap fasilitas dan masyarakat maka dari itu dibutuhkan informasi bencana sedimen yang dapat diprediksi dari curah hujan dan respon daerah drainase. Informasi bencana sedimen pada snakeline mengenai risiko bencana sedimen tinggi atau rendah dapat diinformasikan secara real-time berdasarkan indeks curah hujan dengan menggunakan radar X-band MP (Multi Parameter). Fasilitas sistem ini merupakan pengukuran yang canggih berdasarkan intensitas curah hujan (dihitung dengan menggunakan distribusi presipitasi dan perbedaan fase polarisasi) dan lebih sensitif terhadap fenomena redaman hujan.  Ini menunjukkan volume penyimpanan air di lapisan tanah dengan perhitungan indeks air tanah (SWI) dengan menggunakan data radar curah hujan X-band MP yang telah dipasang di puncak Gunung Merapi (Museum Merapi). Hyetograph menunjukkan bahwa limpasan permukaan (S1) memiliki hubungan linear dan responsif terhadap hujan karena lapisan pertama berisi air hujan langsung. Daya tanggap limpasan permukaan berasal dari perilaku air hujan di dalam tangki. Simulasi ini dilakukan untuk menunjukkan respon air tanah terhadap kejadian curah hujan tunggal 1 mm / jam dan pergerakan penyimpanan air di masing-masing dari tiga lapisan tanah (S1, S2, S3). Hidrograf menunjukkan masuknya air hujan ke lapisan tanah. Peningkatan garis ekstrem menunjukkan garis responsif akibat proses pengendapan air hujan ke lapisan tanah, kemudian mencapai puncaknya. Setelah mencapai puncak, arus akan berkurang hingga mendekati nilai 0 (nol) dalam 21 hari.Kata kunci : x-band, soil water index, hujan jangka pendek, hujan jangka panjang, intensitas

Abstract

Shopping center strata is a new model of property retail that has developed due to a bad investment climate, so that investors are more interested in short term investment and influence the shopping center model which develops into a strata title form. From Various Literatures of shopping centre is a form single property model. This is intended to facilitate management to manage freely according to existing theorie. The existing shopping centre model adopts a grid layout design pattern, because this pattern can result in small and large units. And applying a grid pattern to the layout creates a non-strategic position, so that visitors are rarely traversed and it affects the low occupancy rate of units or Empty Stall.  The Focus of this research is to find a correlation between the vacancies of stalls in the shopping center strata and the layout. PTC Mall is one of Shopping Centers in Palembang City, the choice PTC Mall Because its location which is close to dense settlements and faar from other shopping centers in Palembang City. So that it can answer my hypothesis about Occupancy rate in shopping center strata due to the position of a non strategic and strengthened by teh nature of strata ownership should not be applicable to shopping centers. After observations, it was found that the layout design, likes placement of the entrance, the placement of the escalator, the placement of the anchor tenants did not form, causing the spread of visitors and became empty stalls.  Keyword : layout, shopping center, occupancy rate, empty stall

Abstract

Lack of data that contains information on people's houses also acts as an obstacle to the completion of the mapping of resident houses that is not spared from the importance of information in supporting all activities contained therein, the information generated must be relevant so that decisions made based on the information are right on target, the form of presentation according to is a factor that influences the quality of the information conveyed. So far the presentation of data and information in Kelurahan generally uses diagrams or graphs depending on what data you want to present.In utilizing the geographical information system for mapping population houses, the numbering and names of residents' houses have been adjusted. On this map, the addresses of residents of RW 01 / RT 02 KelurahanKelurahanSekar Jaya have been ordered. Abstract

Garbage accumulation certainly has a negative impact on the surrounding environment so that an adequate waste management system is needed. Poor waste management will cause disease, flooding and reduce environmental beauty. In addition to polluting the environment, garbage can also pollute the soil if it is burned and make the soil unhealthy. The smoke from burning garbage will also cause respiratory problems for the surrounding community. Before transporting the waste to the Final Disposal Site (TPA), the garbage is first collected by means of collection, such as garbage carts that pick up trash from houses to Temporary Disposal Sites (TPS) . At this time, the need for TPS and waste transportation equipment in Kertapati Village, is still experiencing many problems. The small number of TPS makes people litter. Garbage that has been wrapped in plastic is thrown away along the median of the Kertapati Village Palembang road. The garbage that is in the median of the road will be taken by the Palembang City Sanitation Service officer using a dump truck to the final disposal site (TPA). Garbage collection is carried out twice, namely in the morning and evening. The accumulation of garbage occurs due to a lack of landfills and inadequate means of collecting garbage. The results show that the number of additional TPS needed in Kertapati Village Palembang in 2019 is 3 units with a projected waste generation of 36,246 m3 / day. In 2024, the demand for TPS in Kerapati Village will increase to 4 TPS units with a projected waste generation of 44.875 m3 / day. The waste collection tool needed in the Keratapati Village, in the planning is 3 units.  Keywords: Solid waste; Garbage Transport System

Abstract

Kambang Iwak Palembang is one of the most public Open Space Open Space in Palembang city. This public space can be one of the potential objects to improve the quality of life of the community and also stimulate the creativity of the community. Its strategic location beraa in the middle of the city makes this area easy to access from all directions and supported by public transportation available to meuju to this area. Kambang Iwak Palembang, is one of the most visited by the people of Palembang, especially on holidays. The existence of a commercial function in a green open space environment in addition to providing attractiveness also provides financial benefits to the manager who works with the government. The existence of this function in the region such as Kambang Iwak Palembang, in addition to bring a positive impact but also will give birth to other questions. The purpose of this study is further, whether the excess function of commercial Area as a center of culinary tourism in the Kambang Iwak Palembang region will increasingly support the climate of the Public Sphere well in the region, or vice versa it causes new problems in the implementation. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. Abstract

Road infrastructure is needed to support economic growth in line with regional accessibility and mobility in economic growth support. The road link of Sp. Soekarno Hatta- Palembang border is a national road connectivity that link South Sumatra Province with other provinces. Volume and overload Traffic will affect road pavement conditions, therefore it is necessary need maintenance so that road remain in steady condition. Right-on-target road handling requires prior planning based on accurate pavement condition survey data. One of way to determine the condition of the pavement is obtained by using a roughness measuring instrument. This tool is used to determine uniformity in obtaining the flatness value of the road surface which is expressed in the International Roughness Index (IRI) value. In addition, the evaluation of pavement conditions can be carried out using the Surface Distress Index (SDI) method. This research examines the condition of the pavement on the road Sp. Soekarno Hatta-. Palembang border, by comparing the values of IRI and SDI in order to obtain a road management proposal which is useful as input for road administrators in road maintenance.The results showed that the IRI method obtained a condition value of 67%, a minor damage condition was 33%. Meanwhile, the SDI method obtained a moderate value of 66% and 34% lightly damaged conditions. The results of the two methods show a slight difference in the proportion of the value of the pavement condition by 1%. The results of road condition services using the IRI and SDI methods can provide an illustration that from the total length of the observed road at km 9 + 000 - 12 + 000, belong the medium category that requires routine maintenance, beside that, km 12 + 000 - 13 + 000 the road belong a light damaged that periodic maintenance is needed..Keywords: IRI, SDI, Pavement performance

Abstract

Kertapati (KPT) and Tanjung Karang(TNK) central stations serve as passangers’ arrival, departure points and goods handling facilities. Those facilities should be supported by public service facilities the needs of the users. One method the measure the needs of the users is servedon user’s survey on. On user’s survey on perception on needs. The research measures the indeks of the user’s perception on needs and satisfaction at two stasions, analysis the gap between satisfaction, needs and ranks the priority of satisfaction and need. The research carry out based on a qualitative descriptive research method in which a Servqual Analysis was utilities measure the users’perspective subsequanley an IPA Analysis are utilited to measure the priority important. Parameters were based on minimum standard level (SPM No.48 Tahun 2015) from Ministry of Transportation that were Safety, Security, Reliability, Comfort, Accessibility and Equality. The respondents was choosen based on accidental sampling whose already experienced and journey with trains. The results are beneficial to get insight about the sustainable improvement as well as to determaine the priority of improvement needed. Result from the stations are good service with several variables being the priority of improvement. Access to disability with gap of -1.13 for KPT and -1.02 for TNK. The stairs go up and down to the train with gap of -1.12 for KPT. The public toilets with gap of -0.93 for KPT and -0.98 for TNK. Disabled facilities with gap of -1.09 for TNK. Abstract

This research discusses the quantity and quality of clean water that has been used by the community in Tihang Village, Lengkiti District, Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. In the daily process, the local community uses a lot of drilled well water to facilitate their daily activities. There are 7 Drilled Well points in Tihang Village, but only 3 Drilled Well points are active. Tihang Village has a population of 1663 people (2016 statistical data center). Therefore, Tihang Village is included in the rural category with water consumption of 50 liters / person / day. The borehole water distribution system is carried out by flowing the air from the well using the intake pump to the booster, the distribution pump discharge is determined based on fluctuations in water use in one day schedule. It turns out that after conducting a simple water test that has reached the community, the pH of the water passes into the requirements stipulated under Permenkes No. 32 of 2017 concerning Environmental Health Quality Standards and Water Health Requirements. The quality of water from these three sources is quite good because the water test results simply show that the water is odorless. And from the results of laboratory test analysis, both Physical and Chemical, the clarity is sufficient because the differences are not too far away. The highest pH was 7.40 in Hamlet V, while the pH of the three hamlets was only 1% different. However, the results of water from Dusun III, IV and V are good enough to be used as raw material for drinking water because the pH is neutral and non-toxic. After a simple test of water pH in Tihang Village, namely vilage III, IV and V passed the applicable requirements Keywords: Quantity, Quality, Drilled Well Water.

Abstract

The roads transportation is an important infrastructure as one of the land transportation infrastructures for the movement of social activities and to support economic development, specifically in Palembang City. The population growth of Palembang City has resulted in an increase in the number of vehicles and highway users. As a result, transportation activities in Palembang, especially at Parameswara roads are increasing. The impact of this, there will be heavy traffic volume, resulting in conflicts on the road, which lead to traffic accidents. Therefore, there will be congestion and a decrease in the performance of the road speed.The research is conducted at Parameswara Road in Palembang that visually diminished the ability to accommodate the road traffic volume per day, accordingly the effect of traffic that occurs due to the lack of road capacity as the sequence of large volume traffic. The purpose of this study is to determine the capacity and level of road services to carried out the performance value on this road. The method used in the analysis is the Greenshield model, Greenberg, and Underwood. This study explains the maximum volume at peak hour that develop on Monday is between 1561 smp/hour and 1549 smp/hour. Whereas the lowest is around 1225 smp/hour and 1008 smp/hour that occurs on Sunday. Therefore, the analysis of service level on the research years at Parameswara Road depicts the saturated traffic conditions and low starting speed with D service index category and service level analysis at 10 years of planning time projections, the lpda result is from 2022 to 2026, The Parameswara road conditions at E and F service index categories are the traffic jam circumstances and slight speed. Hence, it necessitates constructing a non-plot way at Parameswara Road intersection to tackle this traffic congestion.Keywords: Greenshield, Greenberg, Underwood, Road Capacity.
