Abstract

They are seeing the development of internet users in Indonesia which is growing rapidly. This is the basis for the emergence of applications that can facilitate the community in doing their work. One of them is doing work in terms of finding a homestay, especially in the student segment. The phenomenon found, the information offered is incomplete and the absence of services to help move goods. This study aims to determine the consumer profile which includes perceptions and expectations for the homestay application customer segment, namely students, so that it can be a reference for creating value propositions that are relevant for homestay applications. The study uses a qualitative approach that is descriptive. Data collection techniques used include interviews, observation, and documentation. In this study, the design of a consumer profile consists of three parts, namely customer jobs, customer science, and customer gains in the Value Proposition Design taken from Alexander Osterwalder and Yves Pigneur. In this study, generated perceptions and expectations of consumers of boarding room applications, among others, requires complete information, a lot of boarding references, there are features of ratting, booking, and chat forums, as well as there are goods transport services.

Abstract

This paper tries to reveal the relationship of interpersonal relation and work environment toward job satisfaction of employees in ma'had Muhammadiyah Daarul Ulum Majenang Cilacap. This research was carried out on all existing active employee, which are 50 people. This study utilizes the instrument test and hypothesis test through SPSS 16.0 for Windows. The findings show that based on the t test, the value of tcount is 3.147> t table 1.299 and the significant value is 0.003 <0.05. Therefore, it can be claimed that partially interpersonal relations (X1) significantly influence employee job satisfaction. While the work environment variable tcount 10.390> ttable 1.299 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. Consequently, it can be claimed that partially work environment consist of a substantial influence on employee job satisfaction. Based on the F test, Fcount 194.06> Ftable 3.19. Hence, it proved that interpersonal relations and work environment jointly influence job contentment. Furthermore, the analysis of determination shows a significant contribution from interpersonal relations and work environment on employee job contentment, as obtained R square (R2) of 0.892. Thus, 89.2% of employee job satisfaction is influenced by interpersonal relations and work environment, while the remaining 10.8% is affected by different variables which is not executed in this study.

Abstract

An organization is synonymous with performance, which is defined as a measure of where an organization is success in achieving the target or not, in the province of West Java BNN in 2017 whose activities realized only reached 54.25%. One of the external factors that can influence is the work environment, it shows that BNN province of West Java has a working environment can create a disgruntled employee.This study was conducted to determine the effect of the work environment on employee performance. The method used in this research is quantitative. Using multiple linear regression with SPSS Ver.23 as data processing tools. From the data processing showed the physical work environment affects 33.1% and non-physical work environment has a greater influence second known 43.2% a significant impact on employee performance. It was concluded that the effect on the performance of employees in the province of West Java BNN is a non-physical work environment, because BNN itself has activities associated with various organizations outside the office.

Abstract

This research has purpose to know the effect from service quality, product completeness, corporate image on customer satisfaction. Based on there are many competitors of modern retail stores that have sprung up, it is not impossible that a store that used to be big can be a store left by its customers. The quality of service, store completeness and corporate image are the solutions to maximize consumer satisfaction at the Sumenep Elmalik shop. Kind from this research is a quantitative researc with the total of respondents determined by purposive sampling as one hundred respondents. Respondents were divided into several types, namely gender, age and occupation. Technical analiysis uses multiple linear regression. The results explain that quality of service, complecated product and corporate image give affection on Elmalik satisfaction of consumer, this is evidenced by the t value > from t table.

Abstract

Ojhung culture is one of the local culture in Madura. Existence is motivated by people's desire for rain on drought in some parts of Madura. The Existence of “Ojhung” madura is currently imposing, where the attention of the younger generation and the government was minimal. It is feared will lead to the sinking of this culture in Madura. This research was conducted with the aim to formulate the right strategy for cultural preservation efforts Ojhung Madura, it is expected this will be a recommendation for the parties concerned for the preservation of the culture. To answer the problems that occur, we used qualitative method with phenomenological approach. The use of this method is carried out to reveal the cultural phenomenon Ojhung and preservation strategies. The strategy formulation process we involve stakeholders as informants such as Actors Ojhung match, chairman Ojhung community, local government, as well as cultural Madura. The results of the study resulted in recommendations for the strategy of cultural preservation efforts Ojhung Madura. The formulation of the strategy through a SWOT analysis shows that cultural preservation Ojhung Madura require their attention from the local government, the younger generation, as well as the local community. Improvements to the management (match) Ojhung culture also required include increased promotion, event format, as well as efforts to Ojhung performances scheduled on the agenda of local travel (Sumenep).

Pemasaran adalah serangkaian proses untukmenyampaikaninformasi kepadakonsumen. strategi pemasaran ada hal-hal yang harus di perhatikan oleh pengembang dalam menggunakan strategi pemasaran yang sesuai yaitu dalam melihat kemampuan perusahaan yaitu dengan analisis SWOT pada PT GRIYA AGUNG SUMEKAR, dan untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi pemasarannya yang telah diterapkan serta solusi alternative dari peneliti untuk perusahaan PT GRIYA AGUNG SUMEKAR sehingga strategi pemasarannyadipakai untuk mencapai tujuan Penelitian ini menggunakanpendekatan kualitatif deskriptif yaitu tehnik pengumpulan datanya memakai wawancara, observasi, dan selanjutnya data-data tersebut akan dianalisis memakai analisis SWOT. penelitian ini terdapat strategi yang digunakan oleh PT GRIYA AGUNG SUMEKAR yaitu melalui strategi harga, kualitas, personal seling, dan sales promosi. Begitupun dengan analisis SWOT dimana strategi-strategi yang digunakan untuk pemasaran PT GRIYA AGUNG SUMEKAR berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian PT GRIYA AGUNG SUMEKAR mampu bersaing.

Abstract

This research is conducted with the aim of developing SMES performance assessment indicators by implementing the supply chain environmental factors so that it can be used to assess the performance of SMES not only financial based but to non Financial. Data is collected by sending queitioner and interviews to MSME managers, employees and consumers are obtained sixty SMES. The research variables are developed from the Balance Score Card concept and supply chain management. Data analysis techniques are done with qualitative descriptive. And then the analysis of factors to determine the indicator in the determination of SMES performance. The results showed that there are four factors that can be used to determine the SME performance indicators: resource factors, financial factors, customer factors and the SCM (Supply Chain Management) factor.

Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) is one important element in boosting the Indonesian economy, especially in the culinary sector. The Indonesian Agency for Creative Economyreleased data in 2015 the contribution of the creative economy to the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) of Rp 852 trillion and 8.2 million units are creative industries, and 68% are in the culinary sector and contribute to the GDP of 41.69%.On the other hand, the existence of SMEs must be supported by entrepreneurial abilities that are reflected in entrepreneurial skills as well as the characteristics of Indonesian society that attach elements of faith through spirituality. This research aims to analyze and describe the influence of entrepreneurial skills and spirituality variables on organizational performance in SMEs. This research approach is quantitative with a questionnaire instrument. Data processing uses multiple linear regression statistical analysis. The study was conducted at the Culinary Tourism Center of Al Akbar Mosque, located on Jalan Menanggal with a period of September - October 2019. After going through descriptive statistical testing, it is known that the entrepreneurial skills variable has a beta value of 0.225 with a significance level of 0.192 and> 0.05 so that the entrepreneurial skills variable does not affect the performance of SME organizations. For testing with spirituality variables, it is known that the beta value of 0.621 with a significance level of 0.011 <0.005 so that spirituality influences the performance of SME organizations. From the tests conducted simultaneously, the variables of entrepreneurial skills and spirituality affect the performance of SME organizations.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there are differences in banking and factoring institutions viewed from the legal aspect. This study uses secondary data obtained from the results of previous studies. This research belongs to the type of library research (library research), which is looking for data from various kinds of library information including documents, newspapers, magazines, books, scientific journals, and encyclopedias. This research uses descriptive analysis, philosophical and pedagogical approaches. The results of the analysis of this study are that there are differences in legal aspects seen from the actors, regulations, mechanisms, ways of solving problems, etc. in banks and factoring institutions.

Abstract

On globalization era, there is a growing desire of consumers who want everything to be easy to meet their needs and desires, so there are now a lot of marketplace application that have sprung up where the application can facilitate consumers. One of the job is to buy furniture. Phenomenon is found that there is not marketplace application espessially for sells teak wood furniture. The aims of this research is to find out how is the customer profile is the which includes perceptions and expectations for the user segment teak wood furniture using marketplace application.This research is decriptive with qualitative approach. The technique of collecting data is interview, observation dan documentation. The study using design canvas value proposition by Alexander Osterwalder and Yves Pigneur to determine customer profile. In this research customer perceptions and expectations is a original product, guarantee of warranty, easy payment method, the application easy to use and understand, valid information, fitur and interested design, admin fast response, minimal error occurred, no ads often appear, do not feel loss, updates on new products, save time, save money, and application is released soon..
