Economic growth is always synonymous with development, it is impossible for economic growth to be achieved without going through development. Development should have an impact on improving the economic order, especially increasing production capacity. If not, development will not benefit at all. This study aims to see the impact caused by airport construction for the community around the airport. The data were collected through respondents on a Likert scale with the sample taking technique using the roscoe formula which said the number of samples was at least 10 times of the number of variables. The sample in this study is 50 x 2 = 100 respondents, were determined by purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used simple linear regression analysis, with hypothesis testing is t test and determination coefficient test. Development must have an impact on economic growth and economic growth must also have a real impact on the community, especially in revenue participation. This research aims to find out the pattern of economic growth and the inequality of income distribution in the four districts on Madura Island, based on the growth of Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) in the four districts of the island of Madura. The data analysis technique used is calculating economic growth and convergence analysis with panel data regression data in four districts on Madura Island. The results showed that the economic growth patterns of the four districts of Madura island tended to experience flutuatition, while the calculation of Williamson index the level of disparity was still relatively low because it was below 0.5. Finally, the intensive analysis shows that the convergent value of 0.11 means that 4 districts in Madura have absolute convergence where underdeveloped regions can develop faster than developed regions

ABSTRAKSalah satu industri rumah tangga yang berlokasi di Desa Ketawang Larangan, Kecamatan Ganding, Kabupaten Sumenep yaitu IRT Kepeng Amina. Usaha ini memiliki potensi untuk terus berkembang serta dapat meningkatkan perekonomian para petani singkong disekitar lokasi tersebut. Beberapa permasalahan yang dialami mitra diantaranya yaitu Packaging (Kemasan), Pemasaran dan Harga Jual. Adapun solusi yang ditawarkan dalam program PkM ini yaitu smart packaging, pemasaran melalui e-commerce dan peningkatan harga jual kepeng. Metode yang digunakan dalam PkM ini yaitu terdiri dari 4 tahap, yaitu : 1) Tahap Analisis Kebutuhan, 2) Tahap Perancanagan, 3) Tahap Pendampingan dan Implementasi dan kemudian diakhiri dengan tahap 4) Tahap Evaluasi. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa dengan penggunaan smart packaging, Kepeng Amina memiliki pangsa pasar baru sehingga dapat meningkatkan penjualannya. Kata kunci: smart packaging; harga jual. ABSTRACTOne of the home industries located in Ketawang Larangan Village, Ganding District, Sumenep Regency is IRT Kepeng Amina. This business has the potential to continue to grow and can improve the economy of cassava farmers around the location. Some of the problems experienced by partners include Packaging, Marketing and Selling Prices. The solutions offered in this PkM program are smart packaging, marketing through e-commerce and increasing the selling price of kepeng. The method used in this PkM consists of 4 stages, namely: 1) Needs Analysis Stage, 2) Design Stage, 3) Assistance and Implementation Stage and then ends with stage 4) Evaluation Stage. The results show that with the use of smart packaging, Kepeng Amina has a new market share so that it can increase its sales. Keywords: smart packaging; selling price.

This training is carried out to provide provisions for students who are in grade 3 MA Aswaj, because they will soon take off their uniforms to take on the next life. Currently the problem faced by students is technological stuttering, there is even a possibility that some of them still cannot turn off the computer, besides that students are millennials who are very close to the Internet but their smartphone usage is not used as a smart phone that should be, their cellphones are only used for non-productive activities such as chatting and playing games, so it becomes necessary to provide them with an understanding of how they should use their cellphones with productive things such as selling online using e-commerce platforms such as Shope, Tokopedia, Whatsapp and Instagram. This training is important considering that they will soon take off their uniforms and will move on to the next stage, namely the world of work, one of them. The training was carried out at the MA Aswaj School located in Ambunten Timur Village, Ambunten District, in the process of implementing the training the participants were very enthusiastic about participating and providing feedback in the form of questions to the presenters. After the material was delivered, the presenters carried out a simulation of selling online using the Shope, Bukalapak, Whatsapp and Instagram applications.

Research is an obligation for every student who is at the peak of education, the peak is normally there in the fourth year since students take studying, so it becomes compulsory to write a research as a prerequisite to get a bachelor's degree. In writing a research course it will be faced with a method that will later be used in research. One such method is the quantitative method using Eviews 10 analysis tools. This tool can help students to process and analyze data quantitatively so that they will get quantitative conclusions as well, of course. This service is online method because it is related to an unfinished pandemic but that does not dampen students' intention to remain amnil part in learning. The obstacle faced in carrying out the service is that students only take the material but do not collect the assignments given.

This research is a quantitative descriptive Revenue Regional Tax Sumenep underthe title "Pengaruh Jumlah Penduduk, jumlah Industri dan PDRB terhadap PenerimaanPajak Daerah di Kabupaten Sumenep Tahun 2006 – 2011". The purpose of this studywants to know influence of the population, the total of large and medium industries, theamount of Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) of the Local Tax Revenue SumenepYear 2006 to 2011. This study uses quartal time series data from 2006 to 2011. Themethod of analysis using linear regression analysis with the validity of the classicalassumption, so the regression results can be validated at yield. The results usingregression data by the following equation: Y = 5.08E09 – 23968.50X1 - 20595.21X2 +2417.432X3 + 5889. Meaning X1 (Population) has a negative relationship with the localtax revenue Sumenep, X2 (Tolal of Large and Medium) has a negative relationship withthe local tax revenue Sumenep and X3 Domsetik Gross Regional Product Number (GDP)has a positive relationship to the tax revenue Sumenep area. Simultaneously by using thet test and the X3 X2 X1 variables have a significant influence to Sumenep Revenue taxes.so testing Fstatistik partially by test also showed that the variables of population, thenumber of medium and large industries as well as Gross Regional Domestic Product(GRDP) a significant effect on local tax revenues Sumenep. It was proved by F-statistikvalue > F table, 191.068 > 3.4668 with α of 5%. The conclusion of this study is avariable number of residents, the total of medium and large industries as well as GrossRegional Domestic Product (GRDP) a significant effect on local tax revenues Sumenep.

The quality of local government financial reports is a reflection of good localgovernment governance, as a tool to realize transparent and accountable financialaccountability. Internal and external factors can influence quality financial reports. Thequantitative method was chosen as a tool to solve this problem, by distributingquestionnaires to 33 SOPD in Sumenep Regency. Data analysis using multiple linearregressions. The results showed that the use of information technology, human resourcecompetence, regional financial supervision, internal control, implementation of SAP,good governance affected the quality of local government financial reports, both partiallyand simultaneously. 70% of the quality of local government financial reports can beinfluenced by variables X1, X2, X3, X4, X5, and X6.

This research has purpose to know the effect from service quality, product completeness, corporate image on customer satisfaction. Based on there are many competitors of modern retail stores that have sprung up, it is not impossible that a store that used to be big can be a store left by its customers. The quality of service, store completeness and corporate image are the solutions to maximize consumer satisfaction at the Sumenep Elmalik shop. Kind from this research is a quantitative researc with the total of respondents determined by purposive sampling as one hundred respondents. Respondents were divided into several types, namely gender, age and occupation. Technical analiysis uses multiple linear regression. The results explain that quality of service, complecated product and corporate image give affection on Elmalik satisfaction of consumer, this is evidenced by the t value > from t table.

National salt needs are increasing along with population growth and industrial development. The significant demand for salt from various industrial use led to different standardization of salt products produced. Madura Island is one of the salt-producing centers. But high salt production of Madura is not followed by the welfare of salt farmers. Therefore, a scientific study is needed to be related to the relationship of salt imports to national salt prices and the poverty of salt farmers, especially on Madura Island. The results show that salt imports do not significantly correlate with domestic salt prices. The Increasing volume of salt imports (% tons) can trigger a decrease in the price of raw material salt in Indonesia in the next two years. This means that increasing the import of salt can reduce or damage the price of raw material salt in the future or incoming year. Salt Exchange Rate (SER) is used to measure the well-being of salt farmers. The results obtained show a negative relationship between SER and the number of salt imports. There is a negative relationship between the exchange rate of salt farmers and the number of salt imports. This shows that the higher the number of salt imports, the consistently smaller value of SER, or the higher amount of salt imports, the salt farmers will be in deficit.

Penelitian merupakan tugas akhir seorang mahasiswa sebelum lulus menjadi sarjana. Fenomena yang terjadi saat ini seringkali dalam penulisan penelitian oleh mahasiswa dijumpai beberapa kemiripan dalam segi variabel penelitian bahkan judul penelitian. Sehingga hal tersebut menjadikan penelitian mahasiswa terkesan monoton dan tidak memiliki warna baru. Hal itu terjadi karena dalam pengambilan keputusan memilih judul penelitian menggunakan referensi penelitian – penelitian terdahulu tanpa memperhatikan apakah judul penelitian tersebut sudah banyak digunakan atau tidak. Penting bagi mahasiswa untuk melakukan pemetaan penelitian berdasarkan artikel-artikel yang telah dipublikasi, sehingga mahasiswa dapat mengambil keputusan variabel yang mana yang memiliki peluang untuk dijadikan sebagai topik penelitian. Pemilihan tersebut tentunya bertujuan untuk mendapatkan kebaruan dalam topik penelitian yang sejenis.
